Background of the study: The availability of information in libraries such as e-books and e-journals are scientific works that should belong to academic libraries. Within a year, the electronic journal database consortium program that was subscribed and provided by the Unitomo library was still underutilized. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the policy of strengthening the role of libraries in supporting scientific communication at IAIN Curup. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire survey using the smart PLS program. This study uses the TAM model with external variables. Findings: The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R-squared) of the independent variable over the dependent variable Y (using electronic journal database as large as 0.701 or in a percentage of 70.1%) was influenced by l 'self-efficacy, complexity, time constraints and reasons for promotion. While the results of the simultaneous significance test have a positive and significant influence on the independent variables of the dependent variable, namely the use of the electronic journal database (Y) can be influenced simultaneously or together and significantly the complexity of personal effectiveness variables. Conclusion: time limits and reasons for promotion together. Influences the level of use of the electronic journal database by the teaching staff of Dr. Soetomo.

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the development of leadership quality, coordination and training and education on improving safety culture. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that: partially shows that the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence of 26.4% on safety culture. The second independent variable is coordination which has a positive and significant effect of 74.4% on safety culture. Partially the third independent variable of education and training also has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on the quality of safety culture. Furthermore, the independent variables of the Role of Leadership, coordination, training and education are tested simultaneously or together using the F Test and prove to have an influence with three positive independent variables and all three are significant to the Improvement of Safety Culture with the magnitude of influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 74.9%

The effectiveness of zakat management in Indonesia can be seen from how far the zakat funds can be collected and properly distributed to the right people (mustahiq) by the zakat management agencies. This study aims to determine the extent of the collection, management, and distribution of zakat and its effect on the efficiency of zakat distribution by the National Zakat Agency in the 2008-2019 periods. This research uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research, which the data source refers to the annual financial report of the National Zakat Management Agency in the 2008-2019 periods. Analysis of the Data uses the descriptive-qualitative and statistical-quantitative through correlation and linear regression tests. The results of this study show: first, the regulation of zakat has not been fully implemented in practice, so that the distribution of zakat has no positive and significant effect on the efficiency of zakat distribution; second, the role of zakat management institutions has no significant effect on the efficiency of zakat distribution in Indonesia; and third, the distribution of zakat and the role of zakat management institutions have no simultaneously positive and significant effect on the efficiency of zakat distribution in Indonesia, which is shown through the results of the significance test (F test) and the coefficient of determination test, as evidenced by the calculation results of the determination test only 19.1%, while the remaining 80.9% are other factors that are not studied. The implication of the results of this study is the management of zakat management must be improved so that its distribution becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract This study aims to prove that there is an influence between the role of parents to the attitude of religious children in the family environment. This research uses quantitative method which take sample of non probality sampling that is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis using statistic approach to item about validity and reliability used is Pearson correlation test with 0.5% significance level (5%) with total sample 40 respondents. Based on the calculation of rxy calculation of 0.655, it can be concluded that the role of parents have a very strong influence on the attitude of religious and direction of the influence of the role of parents to religious attitudes have the following regression equation Ŷ = 3.309 + 0.814X this is evidenced by the significance test using the -F test of the calculation results obtained Fhitung amounted to 0.1009 and Ftable of 4.12 while the contribution of the parent role to religious attitudes of 41.4% through the calculation of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant or significant influence between the role of parents to religious attitudes.

Peran  sumber daya manusia adalah untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya secara efektif dan efisien. Pendidikan adalah berbagai upaya dan usaha yang dilakukan orang dewasa untuk mendidik nalar peserta didik dan mengatur moral mereka. Untuk mewujudkan itu semua, tak terlepas dari Kinerja seorang Tenaga Pendidik dalam suatu satuan Pendidikan. Hard-Soft Skill, dan Disiplin Kerja bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik di SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. Jenis kausalitas digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan pendeketan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Tenaga Pendidik SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. Pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik sampel sensus yaitu melibatkan keseluruhan populasi lima puluh tenaga pendidik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan atas variabel Hard-Soft Skill terhadap variabel Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh atas variabel Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan atas variabel Hard-Soft Skill dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan terhadap variabel Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. 4) Koefisien determinasi menghasilkan skor 0,902, artinya, besarnya kontribusi faktor Hard-Soft Skill dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik sangat kuat yaitu 90,2 persen. Kata kunci:  Hard-Soft Skill, Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik.   The role of human resources is to effectively and efficiently achieve predetermined corporate goals. Education is the efforts and efforts made by adults to educate students' reasoning and regulate their morals. To make it all happen, it cannot be separated from an Teacher's Performance in an education unit. Hard-Soft Skills and Work Discipline aim to empirically prove the Teacher's Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. This type of causality is used in this study with a quantitative analysis approach. The population of this study was all teaching staff at SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. Sampling used a census sampling technique that involves fifty educators' entire population—data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The research found that: 1). There is a significant influence on the Hard-Soft Skill variable on the Teacher's Performance variable. 2) There is no influence on the Work Discipline variable on the Teacher's Performance. 3) There is a significant influence on the variable Hard-Soft Skill and Work Discipline simultaneously on the Teacher's Performance variable. 4) The coefficient of determination produces a score of 0.902, which means that the Hard-Soft Skill Skill and Work Discipline factors to the Teacher's Performance are powerful, namely 90.2 percent.   Keyword Hard-Soft Skill, Teacher's Performance

The article was to determine the effect of the role of teachers and learning media on the students’ achievement motivation of vehicle engineering department at State of Vocational High School (SMK N) 4 Tana Toraja. The researchers used quantitative methods. This type of research was correlational research. Because this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the two variables. To find out the size or height of the relationship was expressed in the form of a correlation coefficient. Analysis method used regression analysis, which ws a mathematical instrument that connects the functions between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study with Partial t test (Multiple Linear Regression) Based on the SPSS output above, it shows that the value of R Square or the coefficient of determination was 0.758. It means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable was 0.758 or 75.8%. While the rest was determined by other variables not included in the study. The other influences were 1 - 0.758 = 0.242 or 24.2%. There was influence on the role of the teacher in guiding students on the learning achievement motivation of students at vehicle engineering department SMK N 4 Tana Toraja. There was influence that the use of learning media can increase achievement motivation of TKR students majoring at SMK N 4 Tana Toraja. The rationale for the existence of a youth counseling information center (PIK-R) is expected to have a role in increasing the ability of adolescent deviant behavior self-control, in this case especially students of SMA N 4 Purwokerto and adolescents in the Baturaden district. Quantitative research using survey research methods with explanatory research design. The approach in this study is cross sectional. PIK-R plays an important role in increasing the ability to self-control deviant behavior in adolescents. PIK R is needed and very useful for adolescents, so the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive and significant contribution between the role of PIK-R on the ability to control deviant behavior. The ability to control deviant behavior of the dependent variable, while the role of PIK R as the independent variable. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the role of PIK R on the ability to self-control adolescent deviant behavior has a significant (significant) positive relationship with the correlation coefficient r = 0.572. The strength of the relationship has a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.369, this means that the variation that occurs in the variable ability to control deviant behavior is 36.9% determined by the role of PIK R. So it can be concluded that the contribution of PIK R's role to the ability to self-control adolescent deviant behavior is 36.9%, This shows that the role of PIK R is sufficient to contribute to the ability to self-control adolescent deviant behavior. Abstrak Dasar pemikiran adanya pusat informasi konseling remaja (PIK-R) diharapkan memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kemampuaan kontrol diri prilaku menyimpang remaja, dalam hal ini khususnya siswa-siswi SMA N 4 Purwokerto dan remaja yang ada dikecamatan Baturaden. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey dengan rancangan penelitian explanatory riset. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional.PIK-R memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kontrol diri prilaku menyimpang pada remaja.. PIK R sangat dibutuhkan dan sangat bermanfaat bagi remaja, sehingga hiptesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara peran PIK-R terhadap kemampuan kontroldiri perilaku menyimpang. Kemampuan kontroldiri perilaku menyimpang variabel terikat, sedangkan peran PIK R sebagai variabel bebasnya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa peran PIK R terhadap kemampuan control diri perilaku menyimpang remaja mempunyai hubungan yang positif yang berarti  (signifikan) dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,572. Kekuatan hubungannya memiliki koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,369, hal ini diartikan bahwa variasi yang terjadi pada variabel kemampuan kontroldiri perilaku menyimpang sebesar 36.9 % ditentukan oleh peran PIK R. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan kontribusi peran PIK R terhadap kemampuan control diri perilaku menyimpang remaja sebesar 36.9%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran PIK R cukup memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan control diri perilaku menyimpang remaja.

This study dealt with the effect of foreign direct investment on the market value of the company during the period of time (2010-2017). This issue was studied through a sample of oil fields in southern Iraq in which the company operates within the first and second licensing contracts rounds and according to the circumstances and variables of the investment environment as it is. Although this investment often achieves high returns, it is also characterized by a high degree of risk and for the purpose of evaluating the impact of foreign direct investment on the market value of the company's stock prices for the period (2010-2017). The statistical scale (T-TEST) was used to indicate the significance of the correlation hypotheses. Between the return on investment as the independent variable and the market value as the dependent variable, and the use of the coefficient of determination (R2) that measures the effect of the independent variable (foreign direct investment) on the dependent variable (market value) and the F-Test to demonstrate acceptance or rejection of the hypothesis of the return on investing in the market value of the oil company, and if the company achieves a high return in foreign direct investment, the market value of it will be affected positively. The study was based on a set of goals, including determining the attractiveness of Iraq to foreign investments, especially the oil sector, and the study reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a strong inverse correlation between the return on investment and the market value of the company. And the existence of a slight impact of the return on investment on the market value of the company, and the study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is activating the investment climate through political stability and the clarity and stability of laws and legislation regulating investment, which is one of the most important factors affecting the investment decision.

The educational journey in postgraduate programs is linked to the actors, processes and results, setting the tone for different approaches from the perspective of characterization, development and evaluation. It is summarized in a sequential manner in four stages: entry to the program, progress within the program, and the final educational stretch, where the instructor/tutor plays an important part and obtaining the diploma or degree. The goal of this research was to evaluate, using the students’ perceptions, formative experiences as a result of their academic journey in postgraduate programs within education in Northern Mexico. We have used a case study based on the focus groups technique, applied to a sample of cases comprised of students enrolled in their final educational stage. The information was analyzed using inductive data analysis. The main results were grouped into three meta categories: (1) development of professional skills for the successful design of the intervention proposal, which unfolded into four categories; (2) the role of the tutor during the formative process, consisting of four analysis categories and (3) contributions of the teaching staff in their profession, consisting of two categories. These trends also evidence the formative abundance in the personal, academic and social training context of the students.

The research aims to show the role of industrial ecology in optimizing the value of mineral water industry organizations in the city of Dohuk through the adoption of a significant problem: What is the role of industrial ecology in optimizing the value of organizations? The researcher has adopted a primary hypothesis in studying the problem. The researcher also measured the reality of the problem and the validity of the hypothesis on the method of opinion questionnaire: a sample of organizations of mineral water industry consisting of 27 individuals using a questionnaire consisting of a set of questions related to the independent research variables (industrial ecology) and the approved variable (the value of the organization). The number of questions related to the independent variable was 10 questions, and 16 questions were related to the dependent variable. Then the researchers used some statistical methods in analyzing the questionnaire. The relationship and impact between industrial ecology and the value of the organization has been settled. The researchers have reached a significant conclusion that there is a positive correlation between the two research variables and that the industrial ecology affects the maximization of the value of mineral water industry organizations in the market of the city of Dohuk (0.114 once).

One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut.The method used is survey explanation. The process of sampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature.These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant
