AbstractSasirangan Village is one of Small and Medium Enterprises that is formed by making use of sasirangan fabric that is as one of particular object as the industry product. The purpose of research is to describe the production and distribution activity that occur in the Sasirangan Village. and to describe the utilization of production and distribution activities in Sasirangan village as a learning resource. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, documentation and observation. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Data validity is the extending the duration of observation, increasing the persistence, member check and triangulation. Result of research shows that the production of sasirangan fabric is done by a few steps. In distributing, the subjects of industry enterprises do several techniques to attract buyers. Utilization of production and distribution activities in Sasirangan village is relevant a learning social studies on material about economic activityKeywords: Sasirangan, learning source, social studies AbstrakKampung Sasirangan merupakan salah satu kegiatan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) dibentuk dengan memanfaatkan kain Sasirangan yang merupakan kain khas daerah sebagai produk industri. Penelitian ini selanjutnya bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan produksi dan distribusi di Kampung Sasirangan, serta untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan kegiatan produksi dan distribusi di kampung Sasirangan sebagai sumber pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, member check, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kegiatan produksi kain Sasirangan dilakukan berbagai tahapan. Pada kegiatan distribusi para pelaku usaha industri melakukan berbagai teknik untuk menarik minat pembeli. Pemanfaatan kegiatan produksi dan distribusi di Kampung Sasirangan relevan sebagai sumber pembelajaran IPS pada materi tentang kegiatan ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Sasirangan, sumber belajar, IPS

Leadership and leadership styles are considered as decisive factors to the success and failure of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The objectives of the paper are to identify benefits and drawbacks of applying three major leadership styles, namely autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire styles of Vietnamese SMEs leaders, who are working in various business fields. The qualitative approach was used to explore the perceptions of 51 Vietnamese SME managers, and the N-vivo software was useful in data analysis. The theoretical contribution, therefore, can be seen by the in-depth investigating on the leadership styles from the multi-dimensional viewpoints of SMEs leaders in the culture context of one Asian emerging nation such as Vietnam. The paper is also expected to be useful for SME managers to better understanding leadership styles, in order to adjust and perfect their leadership behaviors for more effective managerial and organizational performance.

An aims of this study was analyzed the performance of the Startup Entrepreneurs Program. The design of this study was quantitative by using a descriptive approach. This research data was secondary data obtained from the Deputy for Financing, the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. Data collection techniques using document studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. The results of this study: an increase in the distribution of aid recipients in the border areas by 91%; the realization of the number of beneficiaries of the Startup Entrepreneurs Program exceeding the target; women who received the Startup Entrepreneurs Program increased by 165% if compared to 2017; the growth in the field of business beneficiaries of the Startup Entrepreneurs Program experienced a significant increase in the culinary business sector; the quantity of labor absorption shows an increase in labor absorption of 101% compared to 2017; and the allocation of assistance for the Startup Entrepreneurs Program has been spread evenly to all provinces in Indonesia.   Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja Program Wirausah Pemula. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Deputi Bidang Pembiayaan, Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini:adanya peningkatan sebaran wilayah penerima bantuan pada daerah perbatasan sebesar 91%; realisasi jumlah penerima bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula melebihi target; wanita penerima bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula mengalami peningkatan sebesar 165% apabila dibandingkan tahun 2017; pertumbuhan bidang usaha penerima bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan pada bidang usaha kuliner; kuantitas serapan tenaga kerja menunjukkan terdapat kenaikan serapan tenaga kerja sebesar 101% jika dibandingkan tahun 2017; serta alokasi bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula sudah tersebar secara merata ke seluruh propinsi di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the importance of Financial Arrangement, Entity Concept, and Lamikro Application in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bangka Belitung Province. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), which describes the condition of MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Province regarding aspects of financial arrangement, entity concept, and technology the use of the Lamikro application. The results show that MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Islands Province in managing finances still use manuals. Still, some are using applications to consider it not a priority or important in managing finances. Furthermore, the economic entity concept and Lamikro application are still lacking in use, so they are still considered more important and priority in supporting MSMEs' performance in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands.  Keywords: Financial Structuring, Entity Concept (Economic Entity Concept), Lamikro Application

This study aims to analyze development of gifted student’s elementary school at MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor Ponorogo. This research uses a descriptive, qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation and interview techniques. Interviews were conducted with principals, teachers, guardians of students, and students. The data analysis technique was performed using an interactive model (Miles and Huberman), while the data validity test used data triangulation. The results show that the development of giftedness of student’s elementary school has been in line with the concept of the three rings of Renzulli, where the characteristics of gifted students at MI Pesantren Anak Sholeh Baitul Qur’an Gontor, including showing above-average ability, show commitment to the task. as enthusiasm, and involvement with a particular problem or area, self-confidence and desire, showing high creativity as fluency, flexibility, and authenticity in thinking, openness to experience, curiosity, and the courage to take steps.

Purpose – This study aims to analyse the effect of the implementation of PSBB on the development of Retail MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises).Method – Respondents in the study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with the criteria for Retail MSMEs actors in Garung District, Wonosobo Regency, and at least the business had been operating for one year. The data analysis technique used in this research was SEM Smart PLS.Result – The development of Retail MSMEs was significantly influenced by the implementation of PSBB and was moderated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Implication – This study can assist businesses and the government during a pandemic outbreak.Originality – This is the first study examining the influence of a pandemic outbreak on the development of MSMEs in the retail industry.

The use of grass fields around the school is one way of learning that is carried out outside the classroom and requires students to be able to reason and understand the material so that high student concentration is needed. The research objective was to determine the use of grass fields as a learning resource on the material for ecosystem components. This study used a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, the data analysis technique was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner using the Miles damn Huberman model. The results showed that the utilization of grass fields as a learning resource on the material for ecosystem components in Senior High School 1 Silangkitang based on (1) Biology is fun ( 67.70%); (2) facilities and infrastructure (83.80%); (3) Net Field 61.20%; (4) Utilized Field (74.10%); (5) Following (38.70%); (6) Interested (83.80%); (7) Ecosystem Material (41.90%); (8) Learning Outcomes (58%); (9) Finding Facts (41%); (10) Presenting Data (35.40%).

This study aims to (1) describe the competence of Human Resources (HR), intellectual capital and the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the production of Sasirangan, a typical cloth of South Kalimantan (2) Analyze the influence of the level of competence of Human Resources ( HR) and intellectual capital on the performance of Sasirangan MSMEs. (3) Analyzing the competence of Human Resources (HR) and intellectual capital have a dominant effect on the performance of Sasirangan SMEs. Associative research method on 40 respondents taken by total sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the competence of Human Resources (HR) and intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Between these two variables, intellectual capital has a more dominant influence on Sasirangan MSMEs.

This study aimed to: a. Identify the model of akhlaq al karimah culture building for students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul, b. to describe the results of akhlaq al karimah culture building for students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul and its implementation in daily life. This research is a descriptive-analytical study with a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data validity was checked through participation prolongation, observation persistence, and triangulation (of methods and sources). The data analysis technique involved the interactive model, including data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that the model of akhlaq al karimah culture building for students of MAN Wonokromo included akhlaq al karimah culture building through learning, modeling, habit-forming, and praying. Meanwhile, the results of akhlaq al karimah culture building in this school included being religious, discipline, and hardworking as well as owning honesty and curiosity. It is recommended that the akhlaq al karimah culture building should be well planned, organized, controlled, and long-lasting, to produce students that have the spirit of faith, Islam, and good deeds according to the school vision and mission to create faithful, pious, noble, smart, independent, and fruitful students.

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) The skills of the Jambi Bapelkes widyaiswara in making scientific papers, 2) The constraints of the Jambi Bapelkes Widyaiswara in making scientific papers, 3) The efforts made by the Jambi Bapelkes widyaiswara in improving the ability to make scientific papers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data validity technique used source and technique triangulation. While the data analysis technique uses an interactive model with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study can be seen as follows: First, the skills of lecturers in writing KTI are sufficient, although there are several aspects that must be improved, Second, some of Widyaiswari's obstacles in compiling KTI are related to opportunities, book research, limited supporting facilities and lack of motivation. , ketiga, Some of the efforts made to improve skills in preparing KTI are through: training of trainers, training, participating in webinars, work shops, a lot of literacy on the results of previous research, and following tutorial activities on YouTube.

The Village

This study aims to find out: 1) internal factors that influence the lack of interest in adolescents in education in the village of Pinjauan Tinggi. 2) External factors that influence the lack of interest in adolescents in education in the village of Pinjauan Tinggi. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. Data analysis was performed using an interactive analysis model. The data validity technique uses data and source triangulation techniques. The result showed that: 1) internal factors that influence are: (a) lack of motivation of adolescents to continue their education, (b) choosing migrants looking for work, 2) external factors that influence: (a) Parents income, (b) school environmental, (c) community environmental factors.Keywords: Interest, Education Youth, Internal Factors, External Factors
