AbstractEducation is key isu to reach quality  human resource every country.  Education is held to reach the goals, namely cognitive, skill, and affective. Now education character is trend topic to get the affective goal. It can do by integration and imlementation the environment in curriculum conten. Thus, the research about character especially hardwork and responsiblity in IPS learning is importent to esteblish. The title of this research is Hardwork and Responsibility Values of Floating Market Activities in Kuin Alalak Banjarmasin as Social Studies Learning Resource.  The goals of this research are knowing the hardwork and responsiblity in Floating Market Activities, integration those value to the social studies learning, and implementation them in the class. This research used mixed method. The subject are  sellers, teacher, and students. The objects are Hardwork and Responsibility Values of Floating Market Activities. Data resource are sellers, students and IPS teacher at MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin. Data colection tecnique is done by interview and observation. Data Analysis used qualitative analysis. Data analysis is Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman. The qualitative analysis steps is data colection, data disply, data reduction, and conclution. Descriptive quantitative is done by means and percenatege. The result of this research, there are hardwork and responsiblity in Floating Market Activities. The conclution are hardwork and responsiblity in Floating Market Activities can implementation in IPS learning.Keywords: Hardwork and responsiblity values, floating market activities, social studies learning  resource AbstrakPendidikan merupakan isu penting untuk mencapai sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas setiap negara. Pedidikan dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuan kognitif, keterampilan, dan sikap. Pendidikan karakter menjadi isu sentral untuk mencapai tujuan afektif. Pendidikan ini dapat dintegrasikan dan diimplementasikan melalui pemanfaatan lingkungan ke dalam konten kurikulum. Penelitian pendidikan karakter penting dilakukan khususnya nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab dalam pembelajara IPS. Penelitian ini berjudul “Nilai Tanggung Jawab  pada Aktivitas  Pasar Terapung Kuin Alalak Banjarmasin sebagai Sumber   Belajar IPS”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab dalam aktivitas pasar terapung Kuin Alalak Banjarmasin sebagai sumber belajar IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pedagang, guru dan siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab dalam aktivitas pasar terapung. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah pedagang, guru, dan siswa MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpuan data adalah interview dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis data kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan data colection, data disply, data reduction, and conclution. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab dalam aktivitas pasar terapung. Nilai-nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab di pasar terapung dapat dijadikan sumber belajar IPS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab yang terdapat dalam materi aktivitas pasar terapung Kuin Alalak Banjarmasin dijadikan sumber belajar IPS.Kata Kunci: Nilai kerja keras dan nilai tanggung jawab, aktivitas  pasar terapung, sumber belajar IPS

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perkembangan tata busana tari klasik gaya Yogyakarta tahun 2011 – 2015. Objek penelitian ini adalah perkembangan tata busana tari klasik gaya Yogyakarta. Sebagai subjek penelitian adalah tata busana pada pertunjukan tari festival sendratari DIY, tata busana ujian Koreografi Tari FBS UNY, ujian Tata BusanaTari FBS UNY, display pictures blackberry masanger, serta pictures from geogle. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini bahwa perkembangan tata busana dibedakan atas: Perkembangan tata busana dari kraton, seperti tata busana wayang Orang, Bedhaya Srimpi, dan repertoar tari tunggal, Konsep perkembangan tata busana yang bersumber dari kraton memberikan kesan apik yaitu memberikan kesan artistik yang mendalam inovatif yaitu menggunakan bahan-bahan busana yang lebih modern dan original. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan tata busana tari klasik gaya Yogyakarta adalah media televise dan pariwisata.Kata kunci: trend Tata Busana Tari, Tari Klasik Gaya Yogyakarta  AbstrakThis research is aims to describe the fashion trend of Yogyakarta classical dance on 2011-2015. The object of research is the fashion trend of Yogyakarta classical dance. The subject of research is fashion of DIY ballet festival, fashion of Dance Choreography Exam in FBS UNY, display pictures blackberry messenger, and picture from google. Data collection was done through review study and documentation study observation. Data analysis was done by data reduction, display of data, and deduction. The result of this researchcan be classified as: 1) The trend of fashion from Kraton, like Wayang Orang fashion, Bedhaya Srimpi, and solo dance. The concept of fashion trend of Yogyakarta classical dance shows an elegan design in terms of the fabric which is more modern and original. progress of arable Yogyakarta classical Dance. AbstractSasirangan Village is one of Small and Medium Enterprises that is formed by making use of sasirangan fabric that is as one of particular object as the industry product. The purpose of research is to describe the production and distribution activity that occur in the Sasirangan Village. and to describe the utilization of production and distribution activities in Sasirangan village as a learning resource. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, documentation and observation. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Data validity is the extending the duration of observation, increasing the persistence, member check and triangulation. Result of research shows that the production of sasirangan fabric is done by a few steps. In distributing, the subjects of industry enterprises do several techniques to attract buyers. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, member check, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kegiatan produksi kain Sasirangan dilakukan berbagai tahapan. Pada kegiatan distribusi para pelaku usaha industri melakukan berbagai teknik untuk menarik minat pembeli. Pemanfaatan kegiatan produksi dan distribusi di Kampung Sasirangan relevan sebagai sumber pembelajaran IPS pada materi tentang kegiatan ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Sasirangan, sumber belajar, IPS

This research aims to describe how the character building in Al-Ghurobaa's Pesantren. This research uses qualitative analysis. Data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The findings in this study are that character building begins with building the social structure of the pesantren. The social structure of the pesantren is made through three stages, namely making rules, enforcing rules, and habituating the rules. The contribution of this research is helpful for pesantren who want to build character. Pesantren can imitate the pattern done at Al-Ghurobaa's Pesantren.

Data analysis is one of the most important, yet least understood, stages of the qualitative research process. Through rigorous analysis, data can illuminate the complexity of human behavior, inform interventions, and give voice to people’s lived experiences. While significant progress has been made in advancing the rigor of qualitative analysis, the process often remains nebulous. To better understand how our field conducts and reports qualitative analysis, we reviewed qualitative articles published in Health Education & Behavior between 2000 and 2015. Two independent reviewers abstracted information in the following categories: data management software, coding approach, analytic approach, indicators of trustworthiness, and reflexivity. Of the 48 ( n = 48) articles identified, the majority ( n = 31) reported using qualitative software to manage data. Double-coding transcripts was the most common coding method ( n = 23); however, nearly one third of articles did not clearly describe the coding approach. Although the terminology used to describe the analytic process varied widely, we identified four overarching trajectories common to most articles ( n = 37). Trajectories differed in their use of inductive and deductive coding approaches, formal coding templates, and rounds or levels of coding. Trajectories culminated in the iterative review of coded data to identify emergent themes. Few articles explicitly discussed trustworthiness or reflexivity. Member checks ( n = 9), triangulation of methods ( n = 8), and peer debriefing ( n = 7) were the most common procedures. Variation in the type and depth of information provided poses challenges to assessing quality and enabling replication. Greater transparency and more intentional application of diverse analytic methods can advance the rigor and impact of qualitative research in our field.

This study aims to analyze the indicators of tolerance character contained in the material for the fourth grade students of SD Tema The Beauty of Diversity in My Country. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research method used was content analysis. The data taken in this study were the load of tolerance characters in the sentences contained in the student books on social studies material. The subject used in this research is the book of the fourth grade students of the 2013 curriculum at the theme The Beauty of Diversity in My Country. The data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presenting the data which is divided into two stages, namely data classification, data description and interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that all indicators of tolerance character contained in textbook learning materials, the distribution of tolerance character indicators in learning materials was evenly distributed, except for the anti-phobia sub-indicators contained in the aspect of peace (not included in theme 7), techniques for integrating tolerance character indicators with material learning is carried out through reading texts contained in student books.

The research objective was to describe the improvement in social studies learning outcomes of grade V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope students after using the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is descriptive, this type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The focus of research is the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students and the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model. The research setting was class V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis which is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of data analysis indicate that learning using the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can improve social studies results for fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macope.

This study aims at analyzing influences of political perception of organization, affective commitment, work satisfaction and work stress towards employee’s eagerness to drop out with a variable of moderation perception of endorsement of organization. This study was conducted at PT PQRS. Analysis method used in this study was mixed method with the explanatory sequential design.The number of the sample was 157 respondents for closed questionnaire and 3 participants for opened questionnaire. The questionnaire measurement was closed with scale 1-7. In quantitative analysis data analysis used was multipel regression analysis with moderating variable and  a help of SPSS 23 program. In qualitative analysis data analysis used was deskiptive analysis.In quantitative analysis of examination findings toward hypothesis, it is indicated that variable of political perception of organization positively affects an eagerness of dropping out, affective commitment affects an eagerness of dropping out negatively, work stress positively affects an eagerness of dropping out and perception of endorsement of organization can moderate correlation between affective commitment and work stress towards an eagerness to drop out yet not between  perception of endorsement of organization and work satisfaction towards employee’s eagerness to drop out.In qualitative analysis gives results that support the results of hypothesis testing where employees reveal the existence of political behavior and work stress is high enough accompanied by the level of affective commitment and job satisfaction which is low, so that it gives the impact on the high desire to get out of work. Other results indicate that organizational support can be perceived by employees so that moderation testing that is conducted get support that the desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at low levels of affective commitment and the employees’ desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at the high level of work stress.

The problem that occurs in fourth grade students of SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regency is the importance of improving social studies and the nationalist character of students. This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes on the beauty of diversity in my country theme and the nationalist character of fourth grade SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regencies students. This research is a classroom action research. The study was conducted in three cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The studies subjects were the fourth grade students of SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regency. The data used in this study were students, teachers, and observers. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of pretest grade IV students used the concept map method of 41.76, increasing in the first cycle of 72.06, second cycle 76.47, and third cycle 80.59. The nationalist character of the students from the first cycle was categorized by 17.65%, increased in the second cycle by 70.59% and in the third cycle was 94.12%.

  Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai sosial yang ada dalam kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Bangka Belitung kepada pembaca agar dijadikan rujukan dan mengenalkan kembali cerita rakyat di masa modern ini kepada pembaca. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai sosial apa saja yang terkandung dalam kumpulan cerita rakyat Bangka Belitung? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam kumpulan cerita rakyat Bangka Belitung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara utuh dan mendalam tentang realitas sosial dan berbagai fenomena yang terjadi dimasyarakat yang menjadi subjek penelitian sehingga tergambarkan ciri, karakter, sifat, dan model dari fenomena tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis karya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Nilai kasih sayang yang terdiri dari: pengabdian, tolong menolong, kekeluargaan, kesetiaan, dan kepedulian. 2) Nilai tanggung jawab yang terdiri dari:rasa memiliki, disiplin, dan empati. 3) Nilai keserasian hidup yang terdiri dari: keadilan, toleransi, kerja sama, dan demokrasi. Buku Cerita Rakyat Bangka Belitung karya Maulana Syamsuri sangat baik untuk dibaca bagi masyarakat, karena di dalam buku ini banyak mengajarkan nilai-nilai sosial yang baik untuk dijadikan contoh.   Kata kunci : nilai sosial, cerita rakyat Abstract The background of this research is to provide an understanding of social values that are in the collection of the folklore of Bangka Belitung to the reader in order to be used as a reference and reintroduced the folklore in modern times is to the reader. Problems in the research of social values is what is contained in the collection of the folklore of Bangka Belitung? This research aims to know and describe the social values that are contained in the collection of the folklore of Bangka Belitung. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative method is a method of research that aims to describe completely and insightful about the social reality and the various phenomena that occurred dimasyarakat which became the subject of the research so that breakfast buffet characteristics, character, nature, and the model of the phenomenon. The approach used is the approach to the sociology of literature, while data analysis techniques using analytical techniques paper. The results of this study are as follows. 1) value of affectionate Devotion: (1), (2) Please help, (3), (4) familial loyalty, and (5) concern. 2) value of responsibility: (1) a sense of belonging, (2) discipline, and (3) empathy. 3) the value of the harmony of life: (1) justice, (2) (3) tolerance, cooperation, and (4) democracy. The book Folktales of Bangka Belitung works of Maulana Syamsuri very good to read for people, because in this book many teach social values are good to be used as an example.

Development of instructional media for learning valid and effective video learning media as a learning resource for social studies learning in grade IV elementary school. The development of this instructional video media uses the ASSURE model which has 6 stages: (1) analysis of students, (2) determining learning objectives, (3) choosing methods, media and materials, (4) using media and materials, (5) encouraging participation students, (6) evaluation and improvement. The subject of the development of this instructional video media is Grade IV students of SDN Pakis V. The development of this video media is declared valid to be used in social studies learning in class IV. This is obtained from the results of the validation of media experts, material experts, individual students, small groups, large groups / classical. After testing the experts and testing the students then conducted trials aimed at learning effectiveness using this instructional video media. Test results obtained in the use of instructional video media show that students have succeeded in getting grades above the specified KKM. Thus it can be denied that this instructional video learning media is effective for use in the learning process. Keywords: media development, video learning, social studies.
