The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the education sector, especially elementary school education. Online learning is of course carried out with various platforms and media to support teaching and learning activities. This study aims to review the use of interactive videos with WhatsApp, the learning used in learning for students at the elementary school level, and determine the ability of teachers and the content of online learning videos used as learning media at SD Negeri Trayu Kapanewon Samigaluh during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research, namely describing the use of learning media with interactive video with WhatsApp used and its application in SD Negeri Trayu Kapanewon Samigaluh. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are media using WhatsApp as online learning in the form of interactive videos. The stages of making online learning videos are in the form of planning, procurement, storage, and evaluation in the learning media, and also explaining the contents of online learning videos, so it can be concluded that online learning videos contain the results of teacher videos in classroom teaching activities that are made by the teacher in turns. then shared via Whatsapp media. With this media, teachers are more confident and students become more confident and it seems as if they are studying in a normal school. So that students and parents understand the activities or material presented by the teacher in the video.

Literature and character education are two things that can not be separated. Literature as a reflection of the life of the community generally teaches the reader to be able to understand the wisdom of the displayed story. Literature can be used as a medium of learning, especially in the process of internalization of the value of character education to learners. The value of character education in the literary work is expected to be followed by the students. Currently, Indonesia is experiencing moral degradation. The need for moral cultivation to the learners aims to create human beings who are virtuous in the future. Each subject has the right to internalize character education to learners. So in the Indonesian language, the process of characterization of character education can be done when learning on literary materials. This study aims to describe the value of character education in Solopos children's stories. this research is included in qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study concluded that in the story Solopos child, there is a value of character education that can be taught to learners, especially at the elementary school level. The results showed that this child's story can be used as a reference for teachers, as a medium to internalize character education at the elementary school level. Sastra dan pendidikan karakter merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Sastra sebagai cerminan kehidupan masyarakat, umumnya mengajarkan kepada pembaca untuk dapat memahami hikmah dari cerita yang ditampilkan. Sastra dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, terutama dalam proses penginternalisasian nilai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam karya sastra tersebut diharapkan dapat diteladani oleh peserta didik. Saat ini Indonesia sedang mengalami degradasi moral. Perlunya penanaman moral kepada peserta didik bertujuan untuk menciptakan manusia yang berbudi pekerti di masa depan. Setiap mata pelajaran memiliki hak untuk menginternalisasikan pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Maka dalam bahasa Indonesia, proses penginternalisasian pendidikan karakter dapat dilakukan ketika pembelajaran pada materi kesastraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam cerita anak Solopos. penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian diskrptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam cerita anak Solopos, terdapat nilai pendidikan karakter yang dapat diajarkan kepada peserta didik terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa cerita anak ini dapat digunakan sebagai rujukkan bagi guru, sebagai media untuk menginternalisasikan pendidikan karakter pada jenjang sekolah dasar.

The purposes of this research are analyze the effectiveness of online learning strategies used during teaching and learning activities and analyze the obstacles experienced during online teaching and learning activities. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative research is a research that is descriptive and describes the object of research/events studied and using analysis. The research results were obtained through extracting data through interview, observation, and documentation. Some data will be loaded in the form of diagram to show the research results obtained. The conclusion obtained is that this research is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to describe the learning strategies at Muhammadiyah 10 Junior High School Sidoarjo in English subject during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This preliminary research was conducted to find information on learning media that teachers and students want in online learning. The qualitative descriptive research method is applied in this study. The study was conducted in August 2021. The study was conducted in an elementary school in both urban and rural areas. A total of 105 people were interviewed at the school, including teachers and students. The data collection technique was carried out through a survey using a google questionnaire form which was divided into 2 forms, namely forms for teachers and students. The findings of the teacher survey indicate that learning media is needed to provide students with a realistic picture of phenomena in online learning. By providing interactive learning media, students feel it will be easier to understand the material than just being explained or given assignments. On the other hand, the results of student questionnaires also indicate that they want learning media in the online learning process. learning media that can convey the topic so that students can see the phenomenon.

This research aims to understand the pedagogical practices developed by the teachers of a school in the countryside of the Municipal Education Network of Feira de Santana-BA, located in the District of Maria Quitéria, in the process of including students with disabilities, enrolled in the final years of the Elementary School. Such investigation was developed through a qualitative descriptive research, carried out through a case study, whose data were collected through semi-structured interviews with two teachers who work with students with disabilities. The results showed that among the main implications of this study, we highlight that, despite the fact that students with disabilities have their enrollment and access to school guaranteed by law, the lack of accessibility and qualified training causes this education provided to them to be neglected. In addition, the investigated teachers pointed out some difficulties for the teaching and learning of students with disabilities, and showed that despite the difficulties faced by the rural school and by them, such as the lack of specialized teaching materials, lack of resources and the lack of interest government agencies, they are concerned with developing differentiated strategies to include them.

Nur Aida, 2021. Implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City. Supervised by Nursalam and Rosleny Babo. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. This study aims to determine the skills of teachers in varying IPS through online learning. The results of the study showed that the implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School Makassar, namely a) Variation skills in teaching styles, b) Skills to open and close lessons, c) Skills to explain, d) Skills to ask, e) Skills to provide reinforcement, and f) Class management skills. 2. The results of the interview on the implementation of Teacher Skills in Social Studies Learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City a) The reaction of students who do not understand online learning, students are very bored because sometimes they do not listen b) Students do not like social studies in online learning by reason of the network less clear and intermittent voice, c) The method used is the lecture method, and the assignment method, and uses the powerpoint media. d) Students like the lecture and assignment method. e) The efforts taken by the teacher in overcoming the difficulties of learning social studies in online learning by reading a lot, students must be trained to be able to listen to learning and arrange the best possible schedule. f) Factors that cause difficulties in online learning, namely students' internal factors, and technical and external factors. g) make use of technology in learning using more via zoom. 3. The study aimed at exploring the implementation of physical education (PE) teaching during the Covid 19 Pandemic at elementary schools of sub-district of Balung, Jember, Indonesia. This descriptive research which follows the quantitative approach implemented the survey method using one shot case study. The samples participating in the study are 12 SE teachers. In order to gather the data, a questionnaire was distributed to the participants online through Google Form, containing 10 items. The data obtained were analyzed in descriptive quantitative  through percentage. The findings indicate that all participants (100%) conduct the teaching and learning, where 50% of them delivered the teaching in online learning and 58% confirmed that the learning adheres to the lesson plans. Moreover, 67% of the participants informed that the learning materials are in the same order as stated in the lesson plans, 67% used WhatsApp groups as their teaching media, 67% of the participants informed that their students were enthusiastic and participated actively in the class, 50% have cooperated with their students’ parents for supporting learning, 67% of them stated the assessment was based on submitted exams and tasks, 58% stated that the assessment was less effective. Meanwhile, the analysis of learning indicators reveal that generally 41% of the participants claim difficulties in accessing good Internet connection, and 42% of the participants’ students could not afford smartphones for their learning and thus could not submit their tasks. Briefly the Covid 19 pandemic does not hamper the conduct of teaching and learning though it is now delivered online, however, in general the study found that the teaching and learning is less effective; therefore,  more attention needs to be paid to students especially with their obstacles in using the learning media and accessing proper Internet connection.

The Face

This research aimed to review the professionalism of teachers in the face of the learning characters of elementary school students. In the learning process, a teacher's role was critical. Thus, teachers need to be professional in managing learning in the classroom in terms of media management, models and learning resources. This study used mixed methods approach between qualitative and quantitative. This research used online poll instruments and spread to 24 respondents. Respondents were taken from teachers at the elementary school level. The steps in this study were (1) the formulation of the problem (2) looking for the theory foundation, (3) the poll instrument formulation, (4) the distribution of polls, (5) data presentation and (6) drawing conclusions and suggestions. The results revealed that the elementary school teacher had a variety of methods and action in the learning such as the use of discussion, demonstration, lecturing and problem solving methods with a variety of specific reasons. The character of learners became the first consideration on implementing the variety of methods and action. So, the learning process tended to become more varied. The expectation of this research could capture teacher’s performance and give basis to improve the teachers’ profesionalism in the classrooms teaching and learning process.

Value education is a conscious and planned effort to help students recognize the values that must be used as a guide in behaving and behaving in everyday life. The purpose of this research was to determine the value education strategy as forming the personality of students in schools, especially at the elementary school level. SDN Nagreg 04 is one of the elementary schools that instill value education as a way of shaping the personality of students so that they become personal benefits for others. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on research results show that the value education strategy as forming the personality of students in schools can be started from the curriculum and tools such as syllabus and lesson plans, plan various programs that can support the process of value education to students, integrated with teaching and learning activities, and through collaboration between schools, parents, and society.

The background of this research is the importance of the attitude of caring for the environment that is planted early on starting from the elementary school level. The purpose of this study is to find out how the attitude of caring for students' environment in 184 Pekanbaru Elementary School. This research is quantitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted at 184 Pekanbaru Elementary School. Based on the results of research assessed from 6 indicators, namely cleaning toilets, cleaning trash cans, cleaning the school environment, beautifying classrooms and schools with plants, participating in maintaining parks in schools and participating in maintaining environmental cleanliness. Based on the results of the study showed that 184 Pekanbaru Public Elementary School students have a very caring attitude towards the environment with an acquisition value of 89.02 in the very caring category

The research aims to develop teacher and student handbooks for realistic mathematics lessons for elementary schools. The development of this handbook is based on the reality in the field where the handbook of teachers and students especially the subjects using the 2013 curriculum still do not exist, and in daily learning activities teachers and students still use books that use themes. This research uses development research (Developmental Research). The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 163085, H.A Bilal Tebingtinggi City and SD Negeri 106162, Medan Estate District, Deliserdang Regency. In the initial stage, observations were made during the learning process at the two schools and continued with interviews with students and teachers. From the results of these observations and interviews a primary school realistic mathematics teacher and student handbook was prepared. Furthermore, the realistic elementary school mathematics teacher and student handbook is validated by a team that aims to see and assess the quality of the realistic elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook in order to arrange an effective handbook that will be used by teachers and students in learning. The validation results show that realistic mathematics teacher and student handbooks are developed in both categories and can be used in teaching and learning. The media book test was conducted on grade V students of SD Negeri 163085 Tebingtinggi city and SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Deliserdang Regency. The trial results show that the elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook is effective and can help facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level. This can be seen from the number of students who can reach the KKM from the two schools is increasing. For SD Negeri 163085 HA Bilal, Tebingtinggi City, if at the time of the pre-test only 1 student (3%) was able to reach the KKM, then after being given the learning process using a teacher and student handbook developed the number of students who could reach the KKM increased to 24 students (82.7%) while those under the KKM were only (17.3%) or 5 students. The same thing was seen in SD Negeri 106162, Medanestate Subdistrict, Deliserdang Regency. If at the time of the Pre-test only 2 students (6.6%) had scored above the KKM, after the post-test there was an increase in students who achieved the KKM score of 25 students (83.3%).
