This paper presents quantitative research results regarding the influence of demographic factors on the earthquake risk perception of the citizens of Belgrade. This research aims to determine how much the citizens of Belgrade are aware of the risk and prepared to react in the event of an earthquake. The relationship between gender, age, level of education, and facility ownership with risk perception was examined. T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to examine the relationship between the variables and the earthquake risk perception. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire that was given and then collected online among 235 Belgrade respondents during September 2020. The questions were divided into three categories. The first part of the questionnaire was consisted of general questions about the demographic characteristics of the respondents, then the questions that would determine the level of awareness of the respondents about earthquakes, and finally, the questions for determining the respondents' preparedness. The results of the research show that women have a higher perception of risk. It has been proven that the youngest respondents from the age category of 18-30 have the lowest risk perception. The influence of education level in no case showed a statistically significant correlation with risk perception.

The objectives of this research were to explicate the influence mechanism between MSMEs and MSMEs’ clusters; to explicate the generation mechanism of cluster residual value, and to determine whether there is a significant effect of structural hole on allocating the residual value of MSMEs’ cluster. The research was designed as quantitative research and used survey questionnaires to collect data from 475 entrepreneurs or senior managers of MSMEs. After passing the validity (KMO) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha) tests, the correlations between independent and dependent variables have been examined by Pearson Correlation. Then One-Way ANOVA was employed for further specifying the causal direction of correlation between variables. The findings of this research showed that there are positive correlations between cluster’s value and growth of MSMEs; between structural hole and allocation of cluster’s residual value; between structural hole and growth of cluster. In addition, structural hole as a moderating variable effect on the relationship between cluster’s value and growth of MSMEs significantly.

In this paper, the authors examine the relationship between gender, age, level of education, marital status, employment, income level and perception of personal religiosity, and the attitudes to assisting vulnerable people and volunteering. Multiple-point random sampling was used to survey 2500 citizens in the area of 19 local communities endangered by the consequences of natural disasters. The results of the survey show that 29% of respondents would provide assistance to vulnerable people in the form of money, 18,2% in the form of food and water, 21,6% in clothing and footwear, 23,3% would volunteer, while 4,6% would engage in shelter centers for endangered people. In addition, it was found that there was no statistically significant relationship between the attitudes towards providing assistance in the form of money and the employment status. As well as, attitudes about volunteering and provision of food and water assistance are not related to the employment status of respondents, etc. The results of the research can be used to improve the management system in natural disasters and to create appropriate educational programs for establishing a more efficient and comprehensive system of assistance to vulnerable people and the operation of volunteer organizations.

The study aims to find out: (1) The relationship between PPLK scores and the interest in becoming a teacher, (2) The relationship between parents’ level of education with the interest in becoming a teacher, (3) the relationship of PPLK scores eith the level of parent’s education level are factors that influence students’ interest to become teachers. This can be seen from the value of PPLK obtained by students which is very satisfying and supported by a good educational background of parents, so the interest of students to become teachers will be good too. This type of research is correlational. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that: (1) there is no significant relationship between PPLK scores and the interest in becoming a teacher in terms of sig. 0,223>0,05. (2) there is a negative and insignificant relationship between the level of education of parents and the interest in becoming a teacher in the 2015 economic education student FE UNP as seen from the Sig. 0,482> 0,05 and pearson correlation values of -0,074. (3) there is no significant relationship between PPLK scores with parents’ education level seen from the Sig. value of 0,884>0,05.Keywords : PPLK value, parental education level, interest in becoming a teacher
