Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis mekanisme Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP)  di Kecamatan Paleteang, Kabupaten Pinrang, 2) Menganalisis Persepsi petani Terhadap Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) di Kecamatan Paleteang, Kabupaten Pinrang, 3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi petani Terhadap Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) di Kecamatan Paleteang, Kabupaten Pinrang. Penentuan Sampel dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 15% dari populasi berjumlah 165 orang, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan pertama, kedua dan ketiga adalah analisis deskriptif, untuk menganalisis persepsi petani digunakan Skala Likert dengan kriteria untuk setiap tanggapan masing–masing kategori adalah 3 = sangat setuju, 2 = setuju, 1 = kurang setuju, dan untuk mengetahuitentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi petani terhadap AUTP dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Mekanisme Pelaksanaan program AUTP di Kecamatan Paleteang telah berjalan baik, namun sosialisasi mengenai program kurang menyeluruh ke semua petani, 2) Persepsi petani terhadap AUTP dibagi atas 3 aspek yaitu persepsi petani terhadap organisasi pelaksanaan AUTP berada pada kategori setuju, persepsi terhadap pelaksanaan AUTP berada pada kategori setuju, dan persepsi petani terhadap monitoring, evaluasi, dan pelaporan AUTP berada pada ketogori  setuju, 3) Terdapat hubungan antara faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi (umur, pendidikan, luas lahan, premi, dan pengetahuan) dengan persepsi petani terhadap AUTP. Kata Kunci: Persepsi, program asuransi usaha tani padi ABSTRACTAgricultural insurance is important because of the uncertainty that attacks almost all farmers in Indonesia so the potential for harvest failure is very high. Analysis of the data used to answer the first, second and third purpose is descriptive analysis, to analyze the perceptions of farmers using a Likert Scale with the criteria for each response each category is 3 = strongly agree, 2 = agree, 1 = disagree, and to know about factors related to farmers' perceptions of AUTP analyzed using Rank Spearman correlation test. The results showed: 1) The implementation mechanism of the AUTP program in Paleteang District had gone well, but the socialization of the program was not comprehensive to all farmers, 2) The farmers 'perception of AUTP was divided into 3 aspects, farmers' perceptions of the AUTP implementation organization in the agreed category, perceptions the implementation of AUTP is in the agreed category, and farmers' perceptions of monitoring, evaluation, and AUTP reporting are in a disagreeable category, 3) There is a relation between factors that influence perceptions (age, education, land area, premiums, and knowledge) with farmer's perception of AUTP. Keywords: perception, rice farming insurance program

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan bentuk pelaksanaan program Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) di Kecamatan Sajoanging, Kabupaten Wajo, 2) Menganalisis respon petani terhadap program Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) di Kecamatan Sajoanging, Kabupaten Wajo. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling. Penentuan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 25% dari populasi berjumlah 214 orang, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, dan untuk mengukur respon petani dalam hal ini persepsi, sikap, dan motif petani terhadap AUTP digunakan Skala Likert dengan 3 kategori yaitu: tidak setuju (TS), setuju (S), sangat setuju (SS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pelaksanaan program AUTP di Kecamatan Sajonging tidak berjalan dengan lancar. Mekanisme pelaksanaan AUTP belum sepenuhnya berjalan sesuai dengan dokumen pedoman pelaksanaan AUTP yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, 2) Petani di Kecamatan Sajoanging memiliki respon yang baik terhadap program AUTP yang dilihat dari persepsi, sikap , dan motif petani terhadap program AUTP berada pada kategori baik yang menandakan bahwa program AUTP telah diterima dengan baik oleh petani di Kecamatan Sajoanging.Kata Kunci: Respon petani; persepsi; sikap; motif, asuransi usaha tani padi.ABSTRACTRice Farming Insurance Program (AUTP) can give assurance toward plant damages caused by flood, dryed, and organism attack as plant destroyer, so that farmer can get the replacement as work capital for the sustainability of this farmer works. This research aimed to: 1) Describe the form implementation of Rice Farming Insurance Program (AUTP) In Sajoanging District, Wajo Regency, 2) Analyze the farmer responses toward Rice Farming Insurance Program (AUTP) in Sajoanging District, Wajo Regency. Sample taken by using proportional sampling that it took 25% from population which has 214 persons, the sample in this study amounted was 53 respondent. Data analysis using was descriptive analysis and to determine the farmer responses in this case is perception, attitude, and motive toward AUTP is used Likert Scale with 3 categories: disagree(TS), agree (S), strongly agree (SS). The result of research shown that: 1) The Rice Farming Insurance Program (AUTP) In Sajoanging District was not run well. Mechanism of implementation AUTP has not fully run in accordance  with the AUTP implementation guidance document , 2) Farmer in Sajoanging District has a good response toward the AUTP program it can be seen form perception, attitude, and motive of farmer towards the program that in a good category so that it shown the AUTP program  was accepted by the farmer in Sajoanging District. Rice is an important commodity because  it is a staple food source for almost all Indonesian people. One way to increase rice production is by using available resources more efficiently. The use of production factors such as land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor will affect the total production of rice produced. This study aims to determine the technicality of inorganic rice cultivation, calculate production costs and analyze the efficiency of inorganic rice farming production in the District of Rakit Kulim. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, farming cost analysis and DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) analysis. The number of samples is 40 inorganic rice farmers. The results showed that the inorganic rice cultivation technique in the District of Rakit Kulim was not in accordance with the recommendations. Incompatibility is caused by the unavailability of technical books for inorganic rice cultivation from the localita specific crop study center. The total cost of producing inorganic rice farming in the District of Rakit Kulim is Rp. 23,622,481, - / Ha. While the average income is Rp. 24,230,168, - / Ha with a net income of 607,687, - / Ha with an RCR value of 1.07. The results of the analysis of production efficiency using DEA show that the proportion of technically efficient farmers is 50% with an average value of 0.946. The proportion of efficient farmers is allocatively relatively small at 32.5% with an average value of 0.975. Economic efficiency is relatively small at 32.5% with an average value of 0.927.

Water is a main factor on production input in rice farming. The need for water will increase as time progresses, but the availability of it is increasingly uncertain. One way to overcome the scarcity of water is the efficient using of water by determining the price of irrigation. This study aims to determine the price of water which is probably paid by farmers in rice farming, and to know the constraints faced by them. The research design used is quantitative descriptive. Primary data are obtained from 80 farmers taken by simple random sampling. Data analysis’ used here are analysis of descriptive, analysis of farming, and analysis of Willingness To Pay (WTP). The result of this research shows that the value of water rent in Buahdua Village is Rp. 4,428,031/ha/MT. Interviews show that almost all farmers are willing to pay the price of irrigation. The average value of PAP respondent is Rp. 61,813/ha/MT and the average value of TWTP is Rp. 28,751.891. Many obstacles faced by farmers in the use of irrigation is garbage, difficulty of getting water during the dry season, and damaged irrigation. This condition will affect the increasingly inefficient management of irrigation. Therefore, the economic value of water usage can be used as a reference asafees level by the farmers to reach efficiently.

Mempertahankan suatu usaha bukanlah hal yang mudah ditengah persaingan yang ketat dan adanya permasalahan yang timbul akibat sesuatu yang tidak terduga seperti bencana alam yang sedang dihadapi hampir seluruh bidang usaha di dunia yaitu permasalah yang timbul akibat pandemi covid-19 yang menimpulkan adanya peraturan pemerintah dalam pembatasan sosial dan juga adanya penurunan daya beli masyarakat yang juga mempengaruhi pendapatan suatu usaha. Untuk menghadapi itu sangat penting bagi seorang wirausaha untuk menetapkan strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan usahnya. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah BS Coffee Donuts yang mana cafe tersebut masih mampu bertahan dan menjalankan usaha ditengah pandemi covid-19 dan ketat persaingan terbukti dengan tidak pernah sepinya pengunjung yang melakukan pesanan dine-in maupun take away. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah mengkonsumsi produk BS Coffee Donuts dan bersedia untuk mengisi kuisioner yang disebarkan oleh peneliti. Penentuan sample pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada dua kriteria yaitu orang yang pernah membeli produk BS Coffee Donuts yang berjumlah 41 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel citra merek dan promosi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen BS Coffee Donuts. Maintaining a business is not easy in the midst of intense competition and there are problems that arise due to something unexpected such as natural disasters that are being faced by almost all business fields in the world, namely problems that arise due to the covid-19 pandemic which has led to government regulations in social restrictions. and also a decrease in people's purchasing power which also affects the income of a business. To deal with it, it is very important for an entrepreneur to set the right strategy to maintain his business. The object in this research is BS Coffee Donuts, where the cafe is still able to survive and run a business in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic and tight competition as evidenced by the never empty visitors who order dine-in and take away. This research method is descriptive analysis. The population in this study were people who had consumed BS Coffee Donuts products and were willing to fill out the questionnaire distributed by the researcher. Determination of the sample in this study is based on two criteria, namely people who have bought BS Coffee Donuts products, amounting to 41 people. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion variables are factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for BS Coffee Donuts.

Subak Farmers' Attitudes toward Rice Farming Insurance Program in Subak YehEmbang, Yeh Embang Kangin Village, Mendoyo Sub-district, Jembrana Regency Food security becomes one of the main goals of national development. One of theefforts undertaken by the Jembrana Regency Government is to implement a specialeffort (UPSUS) which is the insurance program of paddy farming (AUTP) since 2015.Farmers of Subak Yeh Embang who have not followed the insurance program of ricefarming is high (41.46%). The purpose of this research is to investigate the attitude ofthe farmers of Subak Yeh Embang on paddy farming insurance program. The researchwas conducted in Subak Yeh Embang, Yeh Embang Kangin Village, Mendoyo Subdistrict,of Jembrana Regency. The respondents were 35 people from the population of233 farmers who have not followed the paddy farming insurance program determinedby using the Proportional Random Sampling method.The findings showed that the attitude of farmers of Subak Yeh Embang can becategorized as agreed with the rice farming insurance by the score of 4.06. The farmers'attitude toward the objectives, targets, benefits, risks, and success of paddy farminginsurance program included in the category of strongly agree, while farmers' attitude tocompensation, compensation payment, coverage period, amount of claim, and theapproval of the insurance claim are included in the category agreed, and the attitude offarmers to the organization of the implementation of rice farming insurance programwas the category of doubtful.Based on the result of the research, it is expected that the extension agents and relatedinstitutions should be more active in conducting counseling and dissemination ofinformation about rice insurance program (AUTP).

The main thing needed in the implementation of the cattle business insurance program (AUTS) to run effectively and achieve its goals is the presence of professional field officers. The professionalism of field officers is closely related to the level of their performance. One of the problems occurring in implementing the field program is the low performance of the field officers. Therefore, this research was conducted to measure the performance level of the AUTS field officers by survey research. The research was conducted in Getasan District, Semarang Regency. The research location was selected with the consideration that this location is the centre of dairy cattle in Semarang Regency and has implemented the AUTS program. The technique of determining the respondents used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents who were taken as many as 56 breeders. Respondents were selected based on dairy farmers who have doing insurance claims. This study uses descriptive analysis and ranks Spearman correlation analysis. Overall, the results of the study indicate that the performance of the field officers is in a good category. This condition is supported by good knowledge, skills, and attitudes shown by field officers in carrying out the AUTS program. Based on the results of Spearman rank analysis showed that variables of knowledge and attitude have a highly strong correlation with the value of Rs respectively 0.84 and 0.73. The skill variable has a relatively weak correlation with the value of Rs 0.70. In addition, variables of knowledge, skills, and attitudes have a positive relationship and statistically significant. Hal utama yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan program asuransi usaha ternak sapi (AUTS) supaya berjalan efektif dan tercapainya tujuan diperlukan keberdaan dari petugas lapang yang professional. Profesionalitas petugas lapang erat kaitannya dengan tingkat kinerja. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan program dilapangan salah satunya disebabkan oleh rendahnya kinerja dari petugas lapang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dillakukan bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja petugas lapang AUTS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang. Lokasi penelitian dipilih dengan pertimbangan bahwa lokasi ini merupakan sentra sapi perah di Kabupaten Semarang dan telah menjalankan program AUTS. Teknik penentuan responden yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden yang di ambil sebanyak 56 peternak. Responden dipilih berdasarkan peternak yang sudah pernah melakukan klaim asuransi ternak. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis diskriptif dan analisis korelasi rank spearman. Secara kesuluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja petugas lapang berada pada kategori baik. Kondisi ini didukung dengan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap petugas yang baik dalam menjalankan program AUTS. Dari analisis rank spearman didapatkan hasil variabel pengetahuan dan sikap memliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai Rs masing-masing 0,84 dan 0,73. Sedangkan variabel ketrampilan pertugas lapang tergolong dalam katogori kuat dengan nilai Rs 0.70. Selain itu variabel pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap memliki arah hubungan yang positif, signifikan dan nyata.

Color blindness is an abnormality in terms of seeing certain colors that occur as a result of demage to come cells (cone cells) in the retina of the eye, so that people with color blindness can be hard  to catch a certaincolor spectrum. People suffering from color blindness would have difficulty distinguishing certain shades can not even see certain colors. Developed by Dr. Ishihara test Shinobu Ishihara in 1917, until now the Ishihara test methods still be one of the main option in almost all countries to identify someone who had color blindess. In the figure gecko color generation system with linear method congruen method (lcm) described the components of software and hardwer that is required in the manufacture of  color generator application numbers congruen gecko with a linear congruen method (lcm). The determination of the initial value of the constant linear congruen method (lcm) into the determination of the color composition result generated randomly. System testing and completion of a questionnaire completed by Guttman and Likert scale. Diman on functional testing system results obtained with Guttman scale 100% yes that users can guess the number that appears on the color generation process. And the interface testing diselesaika with Likert scale with 85% strongly agree result the system has a 94% look attractive and easy to use system.

This paper examines the minimum age requirement for marriage in Indonesian family law legislation in Indonesia historically. Determination of the minimum age for marriage in various countries is the result of ijtihad by considering the principle of physical and psychological maturity. In Indonesian marriage legislation sating that marriage is only permitted if the man reaches the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached 16 (sixteen) years. Early marriage has several risks such as potential premature births, birth defects, maternal depression rates, maternal mortality rates, risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases. Therefore, the authors strongly agree that the minimum age of marriage in Indonesia changed to 19 years

The book covers a wide field, touching on almost all aspects of popula¬tion change on a world-wide scale. It discusses, using world and country data, the relationships between demographic and socio-economic variables, and elaborates on" their relative importance in the determination of population problems which confront the world as a whole and nations individually. Policies designed to alleviate these problems are discussed with an emphasis on those related to population control. The first chapter is entitled "Population Growth: Past and Prospective" and reviews the various parameters associated with population change in the past and in the future. It touches upon the concept of a stable population in order to show the elements which cause a population to change (i.e. remove it from its stable condition). The main elements of change, population growth, migration, mortality and natality are discussed individually. The chapter is concluded by a description of the main differences in these elements and other socio-economic conditions as they exist in the less-developed and developed countries.

Submission of Certificate of Origin (e-Form D) is conducted through a three-layer system named ASW Gateway, LNSW, and CEISA has raised issues related to the period/time of receipt of e-Form D given by customs authorities for the purposes of charging preferential tariffs in the ATIGA scheme. This article aims to analyze the legal certainty in submitting e-Form D to the customs authorities in the importing country, in this case, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for the purpose of charging preferential tariffs, so that it can be in line with the presentation principle based on the ATIGA OCP and Indonesian domestic legal provisions. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis and normative qualitative to draw conclusions. Based on the research, it was concluded that with regard to the submission of e-Form D, Customs and Excise Officials must have confidence based on factual evidence to determine whether the principle of submission of e-Form D has been accomplished or refused when an interruption in the ASW Gateway, LNSW or CEISA happened so the Customs Officer and Excise can determine tariffs based on OCP as well as domestic law in force in Indonesia.Keywords: ATIGA, Customs Authority, Directorate General of Customs and Excise, e-Form D, Tariffs Preference.ABSTRAK: Penyerahan SKA e-Form D dilakukan melalui tiga layer system yakni ASW Gateway, LNSW, dan CEISA memunculkan permasalahan terkait dengan jangka waktu/saat diterimanya e-Form D oleh otoritas kepabeanan untuk kepentingan pengenaan tarif preferensi dalam skema ATIGA. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis kepastian hukum dalam penyerahan e-Form D ke otoritas kepabeanan di negara importir, dalam hal ini Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai untuk kepentingan pengenaan tarif preferensi, sehingga dapat sejalan dengan prinsip presentasi berdasarkan OCP ATIGA dan ketentuan hukum domestik Indonesia. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif secara deskriptif analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan secara normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa berkenaan dengan penyerahan e-Form D, Pejabat Bea dan Cukai harus memiliki keyakinan berdasarkan bukti faktual untuk menentukan apakah prinsip penyerahan e-Form D sudah dipenuhi/tidak ketika terjadi gangguan pada ASW Gateway, LNSW atau CEISA sehingga Pejabat Bea dan Cukai dapat menentukan tarif berdasarkan OCP maupun hukum domestik yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: ATIGA, Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, e-Form D, Otoritas Kepabeanan, Tarif Preferensi.
