The aim of this research was to analyse the effect of job demand on burnout and to analyse the moderators (job resource and personal resource) effect on the relationship between job demand and burnout. This research used quantitative research method with 232 peoples sample respondents. Data analysis techniques were using multiple linear regression and MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis) to determine the effect of moderators. The results of this research are follows: 1) Job demand has a significant positive effect on burnout, and tested on every Job demand dimensions (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, and organizational demand) positively affects burnout significantly. 2) Job resources become moderation predictor of job demand on burnout. Meanwhile, when tested on every dimension of job demand (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, organizational demand), then can be concluded Job resource becomes moderation quasi in qualitative demand on burnout, and job resource becomes moderation predictor in quantitative demand on burnout, job resource becomes moderation predictor in organizational demand on burnout. 3) Personal resources become moderation predictor between job demand on burnout. Meanwhile, when tested on every dimension of job demand (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, organizational demand), then showed Personal Resource becomes moderation quasi on qualitative demand on burnout, and Personal resource becomes moderation predictor in quantitative demand on burnout, Personal resource becomes moderation predictor in organizational demand on burnout.

The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

This study aims to dig deep information about the effect of positive and negative teacher expectations on the learning achievement of students in MI. The method used is a survey-associative quantitative research method. The population as well as the research sample was 20 people from the teacher for variable X and 30 students for variable Y. Data analysis was carried out by using multiple regression analysis techniques. From the data analysis conducted, several research findings indicate that positive expectations (X1) and negative expectations (X2) simultaneously do not have a significant effect on student achievement (Y). The strength of the relationship between Variable X1 (Teacher Positive Expectations) and X2 (Teacher Negative Expectations) simultaneously to Y (Student Learning Achievement) is 0.304 = 30.4% with the influence of variable X on Variable Y of 9.3% and 90, 7% is influenced by variables other than the expectation variable. The regression equation that can be formed from the results of data processing is as follows: Y '= 5.310 + 0.006X1 - 0.094X2. From the above equation it can be seen that the effect of positive expectations (X1) on student learning achievement (Y) is positive. This means that if teachers' positive expectations increase, the learning achievement of students will also increase. However, if the positive expectations of the teacher decrease, the learning achievement will also decrease. While the direction of the negative expectation variable (X2) on learning achievement (Y) is negative. That is, if negative expectations increase, learning achievement will decrease. But, on the contrary, if the teacher's negative expectations decrease, the learning achievement of students will increase

This study aims to examine the effect of regional original income and capital expenditure on regional financial independence with economic growth as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study is the district / city of West Sumatra Province with a sampling method that is total sampling, so that a sample of 12 districts and 7 cities in West Sumatra is obtained. This study uses multiple regression data analysis techniques and residual tests for moderating tests. The results showed that the original regional income had a significant positive effect on regional financial independence, although the effect was only 8.1%. Capital expenditure does not affect the financial independence of the region and economic growth cannot moderate the relationship between the region's original income and capital expenditure to the financial independence of the region.

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by several things. In 2019 the UMKM tax sector is still far below the target (PP 23 is not very influential) and observations that researchers have made in the Banjarnegara District area, show that many MSME do not know about the implementation of the new PP 23 2018 tariff. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing uses regression analysis of mediating variables with the causal step method. The results showed that partially the tariff has a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue. awareness does not have a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue and tax socialization has a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue. Furthermore, tariffs have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, awareness has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance and tax socialization does not have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. then taxpayer compliance has a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue. for taxpayer compliance mediates the relationship between rates and increased tax revenue. Taxpayer compliance does not mediate the relationship between taxpayer awareness and increased tax revenue. and taxpayer compliance mediates the relationship between tax socialization and increased tax revenue.
