Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan pencapaian implementasi program di pusat sumber daya sekolah pendidikan khusus yang ditetapkan oleh Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta sebagai Pusat Sumber Daya Pendidikan Inklusif. Studi evaluatif ini dilakukan dengan metode mix-methode yang menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan model Context, Input, Process, Product and Outcome (CIPPO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Seluruh aspek dan indikator komponen konteks telah memenuhi kriteria; (2) Komponen masukan belum memenuhi kriteria; (3) Proses komponen belum memenuhi kriteria; (4) Komponen produk telah memenuhi kriteria; dan (5) Komponen hasil belum memenuhi kriteria.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan prakerin yang telah dilaksanakan sebagai pedoman perencanaan program prakerin berikutnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi (mixed methods) dengan desain urutan pembuktian (sequential explanatory). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang terlibat langsung dalam program prakerin dengan responden kelas XI siswa SMK Negeri 1 Tapung, waka humas, panitia prakerin, ketua program keahlian, guru pembimbing dan instruktur dunia usaha/dunia industri. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbentuk skala Likert, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi.Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian pada subvariabel konteks dari program sebesar 80,08% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: tujuan program sebesar 85,91%, lingkungan tempat program sebesar 77,45%, kebutuhan program sebesar 76,23%. Pencapaian untuk subvariabel masukan program sebesar 80,45% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: sarana prasarana sebesar 79,08%, sumber dana sebesar 75,37%, kurikulum dan relevansi program sebesar 81,25%, tata tertib program sebesar 84,31%, sumber daya manusia sebesar 82,84%. Pencapaian untuk subvariabel proses dari program sebesar 82,00% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: persiapan program sebesar 84,68%, pelaksanaan program sebesar 81,76%, monitoring program sebesar 80,19%, penjemputan sebesar 86,27%, kondisi pelaksanaan program sebesar 78,67%. Pencapaian untuk subvariabel hasil program sebesar 85,45% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: nilai prakerin sebesar 87,52%, nilai uji kompetensi sebesar 87,94%.

Coaching in every sport should be a planned and continuous process so as to achieve the expected goal. A well-developed and executed coaching program is also capable of being evaluated in order to make improvements over time. The purpose of this research is to get information about coaching program of Pelatda’s TennisTeam of Bangka Belitung Province in PON XIX West Java 2016. This research was conducted in Jakarta, Bandung and Bangka Belitung from February to December 2016, before and after PON XIX West Java 2016.This evaluation research using qualitative method with evaluation model Context, Input, Process, Product or CIPP according D.Stufflebeam (2002). Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation study and interactive. Data sources in this research are: Youth and Sports Office of Bangka Belitung Province, KONI of Bangka Belitung Province, coaches of pelatda, PELTI of Bangka Belitung Province.The results concluded that: (1). The evaluation component of context stage is considered sufficient (59.26%). (2). The evaluation component of input stage is considered sufficient (65,63%). (3). The evaluation component of process stages is considered less (42.86%). (4). The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Teaching Factory Learning Program inSUPM Negeri Tegal. This research is a qualitative research using CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product).The main subjects of this research were the teachesr of Teaching Factory and the students of class XII in FishProcessing Technology. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation,document study, and questionnaire. The research found that the implementation of the learning program TeachingFactory in SUPM Negeri Tegal are generally in good condition. This can be seen from the evaluation result that (1).Context Components show a good category; (2).Input Components show a good category; (3) Process Componentsshow a very good category;.and (4) Product Components show a good category. The quality of the Teaching Factorylearning program can be improved by treating the aspects of the low category in each stage of evaluation. This study aims to determine aspects of context, input, process and product Islamic Instructional Design in SMAN 4 Palopo. This study is a qualitative research. The approach  was management. Analysis of the data used were descriptive analysis by performing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) According to context, form of Islamic instructional design used was a curriculum-based learning design in 2013 formulated individually. The teachers' qualifications were accordance with the educational background and pedagogical competence of some teachers was still less than the maximum, and supporting factors were computer, papers,  and printer. (2) According to input, the support  of school and effort of the teachers was still less than the maximum. (3) According to process, the suitability of the utilization of the Islamic instructional design was sometimes appropriate and sometimes not appropriate. The time of making the Islamic instructional design conducted beginning of each semester, although sometimes the Islamic instructional design has not finished and the period of utilization of the Islamic instructional design was for one semester. (4) According to product, the impact of the utilization of the Islamic instructional design have positive impacts and negative impacts, and the students' responses to the utilization of the Islamic instructional design have  positive response and negative response.

<p><em>This study aimed to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of Guidance and Counseling Teachers Deliberation Program (MGBK) at SMP / MTs Salatiga year of 2012-2015. This study was evaluation research using CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, study of documentation and FGD (focus group discussion). The validity test used data triangulation. The results of this study showed that 1) the context evaluation of the objective set by MGBK program was in the unfavorable category, while the analysis of the needs was in the sufficient category; 2) the input  evaluation indicated that the human resources namely committee and speakers of MGBK was in the very good category, while the MGBK members was in the good category. Furthermore, sources of funding and supporting infrastructure of MGBK program implementation was in the good categoriy; 3) the process evaluation was in the sufficient category although not all the programmed activities can be implemented; 4) the  product of the implementation of the MGBK program was in the sufficient category</em>.</p>

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the aspects of Context, Input, Process, and Product of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at Sekolah Khusus Taruna Al-Qur’an. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytic type. The data collection techniques are non-participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was performed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that: 1) The background of the implementation of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at Sekolah Khusus Taruna Al-Qur’an is the existence of the students with special needs at Taruna Al-Qur'an Kindergarten which is a regular Kindergarten (Context aspect), 2) The Human Resources (HR) for the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program consists of mentors, namely devotion students from Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) Al-Qur'an Taruna and companions, namely teachers who accompany each student (Input aspect), 3) The Implementation of the Al-Qur’an Therapy Program is started with an opening greeting by the teacher, followed by greeting the students, reciting theraupetic verses by both the teacher and the student which is stated by reciting ta'awuż, and the teacher dismiss the therapy session by giving a closing greeting (Process aspect), 4) The students who join the Al-Qur’an Therapy Program tends to be calmer and they even can memorize and recite the verses of Al-Qur’an (Product aspect).

This study aims to evaluate the Implementation of Minapolitan Area Development Program with CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product in Bitung City) This research was conducted from May until July 2016 in Bitung City The data collection method used is primary and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis which is used to clearly describe the condition of development of Minapolitan area in Bitung City Evaluation model used is CIPP Evaluation Model (Context, Input, Process, Product, Result) The result of the research is Context Evaluation (1) Based on the evaluation of the implementation context of the development program of Minapolitan area in Bitung City is very suitable if the City of Bitung stipulated by the decree of the minister of marine and fishery Number KEP.32 / MEN / 2010 because Bitung City meets the requirements of a region determined as gai area minapolitan one of which is a strategic location and natural resources available. (2) Based on input evaluais seen from several aspects, among others: (a) infrastructure aspect, (b) institutional aspect and regulation, (c) funding aspect, (3) Based on process evaluation, where the blue ocean port becomes the motto of the mover and the harbor continues to be developed to match the fishing port in the Philippines. (4) Based on product evaluation, the implementation of minapolitan program in Bitung City increases the volume and value of capture fisheries production in Bitung City.
