This study aims to determine aspects of context, input, process and product Islamic Instructional Design in SMAN 4 Palopo. This study is a qualitative research. The approach  was management. Analysis of the data used were descriptive analysis by performing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) According to context, form of Islamic instructional design used was a curriculum-based learning design in 2013 formulated individually. The teachers' qualifications were accordance with the educational background and pedagogical competence of some teachers was still less than the maximum, and supporting factors were computer, papers,  and printer. (2) According to input, the support  of school and effort of the teachers was still less than the maximum. (3) According to process, the suitability of the utilization of the Islamic instructional design was sometimes appropriate and sometimes not appropriate. The time of making the Islamic instructional design conducted beginning of each semester, although sometimes the Islamic instructional design has not finished and the period of utilization of the Islamic instructional design was for one semester. (4) According to product, the impact of the utilization of the Islamic instructional design have positive impacts and negative impacts, and the students' responses to the utilization of the Islamic instructional design have  positive response and negative response.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan prakerin yang telah dilaksanakan sebagai pedoman perencanaan program prakerin berikutnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi (mixed methods) dengan desain urutan pembuktian (sequential explanatory). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang terlibat langsung dalam program prakerin dengan responden kelas XI siswa SMK Negeri 1 Tapung, waka humas, panitia prakerin, ketua program keahlian, guru pembimbing dan instruktur dunia usaha/dunia industri. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbentuk skala Likert, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi.Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian pada subvariabel konteks dari program sebesar 80,08% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: tujuan program sebesar 85,91%, lingkungan tempat program sebesar 77,45%, kebutuhan program sebesar 76,23%. Pencapaian untuk subvariabel masukan program sebesar 80,45% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: sarana prasarana sebesar 79,08%, sumber dana sebesar 75,37%, kurikulum dan relevansi program sebesar 81,25%, tata tertib program sebesar 84,31%, sumber daya manusia sebesar 82,84%. Pencapaian untuk subvariabel proses dari program sebesar 82,00% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: persiapan program sebesar 84,68%, pelaksanaan program sebesar 81,76%, monitoring program sebesar 80,19%, penjemputan sebesar 86,27%, kondisi pelaksanaan program sebesar 78,67%. Pencapaian untuk subvariabel hasil program sebesar 85,45% dengan kategori baik, sedangkan pada masing-masing indikator: nilai prakerin sebesar 87,52%, nilai uji kompetensi sebesar 87,94%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program English Massive (E-Mas) dalam upaya peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat di Kota Kediri tahun 2017-2019 dengan teori Evaluasi model CIPP menurut Stufflebeam diantaranya: Context; Input, Process, Product. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian diantaranya penyelenggara program, partisipan, tutor dengan menggunakan teknik purposive. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi program English Massive berdasarkan: Context, latar belakang dan tujuan ialah ingin memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris supaya meningkatkan daya saing dan kapasitas masyarakat kota Kediri; syarat E-Mas mudah dan target sasaran seluruh warga Kota Kediri. Input, kesesuaian partisipan telah sesuai namun hanya kategori children memiliki jumlah partisipan tiggi; Tutor disediakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan sesuai dengan kriteria namun jumlah tutor menurun; materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan silabus dan kemampuan partisipan dengan fokus conversation dan speaking; anggaran telah mencukupi untuk kebutuhan dan operasional program; sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai karena dikelola oleh masyarakat sendiri; informasi sudah jelas diberikan melalui sosialisasi, media sosial dan internet. Process, penjadwalan telah sesuai sebab jadwal direncanakan oleh partisipan dan tutor; proses pembelajaran cukup efektif melalui diskusi dan fun game; aktivitas selain pembelajaran yaitu outing class, COIN EMAS, outbond dan sebagainya; hambatan yaitu kesadaran masyarakat kurang, adanya kesibukan, spot kurang kondusif, jarak yang jauh antara spot dengan tempat tinggal tutor, honor tidak cair tiap bulan, modul tidak dibagikan ke partisipan. Product, dampak yang dirasakan partisipan adanya peningkatan kemampuan partisipan dalam berbahasa inggris; meningkatkan IPM Kota Kediri.This study aims to investigate the implementation of the English Massive (E-Mas) program as an effort to improve social capacity in Kediri City, year 2017-2019 by utilising Stufflebeams’s theory of evaluation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research subjects include program organizers, participants, tutors by using purposive techniques. The results of the study show that the background and purpose of the English Massive program based on the first indicator in which Context is to empower the society through learning English in order to improve the competitiveness and capacity of the Kediri’s citizens; E-Mas requirements are easy and target for all residents of Kediri City. Based on Input Indicator, participants are arguably fit with the standar but only the children category has a high number of participants; Tutors were provided by the Education Office (Dinas Pendidikan); the material provided is in accordance with the syllabus and the ability of participants focusing on conversation and speaking. The budget is sufficient for program’s expenses and operations; facilities and infrastructure are good enough because they are managed and provided also by the society itself; information has clearly been provided through outreach, social media and the internet. Based on Process Indicator, scheduling is appropriate because the schedule is planned by participants and tutors; the learning process is quite effective through discussion and fun games; activities other than learning, namely outing class, COIN EMAS, outbound and so on; the obstacles are lack of public awareness, busyness, less conducive spot, long distance between spot and tutor's residence, monthly non-payment of honorarium, modules are not distributed to participants. Product Indicator, the impact felt by the participants is an increase in the ability of participants in speaking English as well as improving the HDI of Kediri City.

Penggunaan media sosial sosial telah merambah ke semua lini layanan kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk di instansi pemerintah. Media sosial digunakan untuk mendukung implementasi program dan kegiatan di instansi pemerintah, yang kemudian berdampak pada kinerja individu di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi secara empiris dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja individu di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kota Magelang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara kepada 40 (empat puluh) karyawan di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kota Magelang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi media sosial memiliki dampak positif pada peningkatan kinerja individu di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan, yaitu sebagaimedia komunikasi (koordinasi) dan tempat untuk berbagi informasi secara aktual. Sementara beberapa dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial yang perlu diantisipasi berupa konsentrasi karyawan yang berkurang sehingga dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pada penyelesaian pekerjaanThe use of social social media has penetrated into all lines of life services, including at government offices. Social media are used to support the implementation of programs and activities in government offices, which then have an impact on the performance of individuals in it. This studyaims to identify empirically the impact of the use of social media on the performance of individuals in Agriculture and Food Office, Magelang. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Data is collected by filling in questionnaires and interviewing with 40 (forty) officer in the Agriculture andFood Office. Research shows that the application of social media has a positive impact on improving the performance of individuals in Agriculture and Food Office, namely as a medium of communication (coordination) and a place to share information actually. While some negative impacts that need to be anticipated include reducing the concentration that can cause delay incompletion of work.

Based on the observation that have done at SMK Negeri 2 Padang, there are some problems on implementation of e-learning based Digital Simulation learning. One of which had never done an evaluation on implementation of e-learning based Simulasi Digital learning. This study aimed to evaluate the component of context, input, process, and product on implementation of e-learning based Digital Simulation learning at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. This research was an evaluation study with CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The method was used a mixed method by sequential explanatory. Quantitative data have been collected by quesionner and analyzed with descriptive analysis using Achievement Level Respondents (TPR). Qualitative data have been collected by interviewed and observated, and analyzed with data reduction, data display, and make decisions/verification. The result of this reasearch showed that the component of the context, input, process, and product on implementation of learning based Digital Simulation learning at SMK Negeri 2 Padang was at enought category. The component of process and product should be improved to make the implementation of e-learning based Simulasi Digital learning to be more optimal. The recommended is the implementation of e-learning based Digital Simulation learning can proceed with the improvement at each of its components.

This research focuses on the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in traditional markets in the City of Semarang. Then analyze the legal policies governing the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in Indonesia and determine the impact of the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in the Semarang traditional market. This research uses empirical legal research methods, with descriptive-analysis method. Based on research that has been done, the legal arrangements for the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in Traditional Markets are regulated in Act Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) and the impact of using digital technology through sharia online transactions includes both positive and negative impacts. Positive impacts include: Industrial productivity has increased; encourage MSMEs to enter e-commerce; facilitate the promotion and marketing activities of a product; and more new services are making it easier for the economy and business. As well as the negative impacts, among others: the easier transactions are prohibited and the more cases of lawlessness occur in online trading.

Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) is one of the many viruses that can attack humans, ranging from those without symptoms, with mild symptoms to severe symptoms. What is known is that the incubation period for Covid-19 in the human body ranges from 5-6 days and the longest incubation period is 14 days. In the current Covid-19 era, there are a lot of social activities in society that are not disturbed and cannot even be done to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 in their neighborhood. There are also community activities that have undergone changes and concerts must be carried out as a result of Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of Covid-19 on the social activities of the people of Lubuklinggau City. This research uses descriptive field research with qualitative research methods. The data techniques used in this study were observation, documentation and interviews and used descriptive analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results obtained from the impact are anything that arises as a result of changes that occur in people's lives and can produce a change with a positive impact and a negative impact on the survival of the community. The results obtained in conducting research related to the impact of Covid-19 on community activities, the authors found that there are impacts that arise as a result of the existence of Covid-19, both positive and negative impacts that appear in the midst of society today

Coaching in every sport should be a planned and continuous process so as to achieve the expected goal. A well-developed and executed coaching program is also capable of being evaluated in order to make improvements over time. The purpose of this research is to get information about coaching program of Pelatda’s TennisTeam of Bangka Belitung Province in PON XIX West Java 2016. This research was conducted in Jakarta, Bandung and Bangka Belitung from February to December 2016, before and after PON XIX West Java 2016.This evaluation research using qualitative method with evaluation model Context, Input, Process, Product or CIPP according D.Stufflebeam (2002). Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation study and interactive. Data sources in this research are: Youth and Sports Office of Bangka Belitung Province, KONI of Bangka Belitung Province, coaches of pelatda, PELTI of Bangka Belitung Province.The results concluded that: (1). The evaluation component of context stage is considered sufficient (59.26%). (2). The evaluation component of input stage is considered sufficient (65,63%). (3). The evaluation component of process stages is considered less (42.86%). (4). AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui sejauhmana keberhasilan penyelenggaraan lima hari sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak yang meliputi proses, kesiapan dan hambatan yang muncul.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan model CIPP (context, Input, Process, Product) dari Stuflebeam. Subyek penelitian adalah warga sekolah, terdiri dari 370 siswa, 27 guru dan 7TU. Metode pengambilan data dengan angket, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Penyelenggaraan lima hari sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak tergolong berhasil, dengan rata-rata perolehan skor sebesar 2,87. Ditinjau dari dimensi kontek, input dan proses termasuk berhasil dengan rata-rata perolehan skor masing-masing sebesar 3,01, 2,84, dan 2,95. Sedangkan pada dimensi produk termasuk dalam kategori cukup, dengan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 2,68. Hambatan selama proses penyelenggaraan lima hari sekolah berupa jumlah kantin dan staf TU belum mencukupi, serta guru yang belum bisa membawakan pembelajaran dengan kreatif dan menarik, sehingga berdampak pada kondisi fisik dan psikis siswa berupa rasa bosan, letih dan mengantuk. AbstractThis study aims to determine the extent of the successful implementation of five school days in Ngemplak 1 Senior High School which includes the processes, readiness and obstacles that arise.This study belongs to the category of descriptive evaluative research using evaluation model of CIPP (context, Input, Process, Product).The study was conducted at Ngemplak 1 Senior High School which has 370 students, 27 teachers and 7 staffs. Data was taken using techniques: questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The research data was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques.The results of this study showed that the holding of five school was successful, with an average score of 2.87. Judging from the dimensions of the context, inputs and processes including the successful category with an average score of 3.01, 2.84, and 2.95 respectively. While the dimensions of the product are included in the sufficient category, with an average score of 2.68. Obstacles during the process of organizing five school days in the form of the number of canteens and education personnel that are still insufficient, and teachers who have not been able to bring learning creatively and attractively, which have an impact on both students' psychic and physical such as boredom, fatigue and sleepiness.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Teaching Factory Learning Program inSUPM Negeri Tegal. This research is a qualitative research using CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product).The main subjects of this research were the teachesr of Teaching Factory and the students of class XII in FishProcessing Technology. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation,document study, and questionnaire. The research found that the implementation of the learning program TeachingFactory in SUPM Negeri Tegal are generally in good condition. This can be seen from the evaluation result that (1).Context Components show a good category; (2).Input Components show a good category; (3) Process Componentsshow a very good category;.and (4) Product Components show a good category. The quality of the Teaching Factorylearning program can be improved by treating the aspects of the low category in each stage of evaluation. AbstractLarge-scale international assessment studies such as Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) or Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) provide researchers and policy makers the opportunity to conduct secondary analyses to answer questions related to educational outcomes and compare the impact of certain inputs on student outcomes across countries. These comparisons are made under the assumption that the questionnaire items translated to different languages are understood in the same way by its participants. Presenting a case from Turkey, this paper shows that equivalency of questionnaire items is not always achieved. The case explores demographic information related to teacher preparation and the sample is drawn from eighth grade science and mathematics teachers participated in TIMSS 2007, 2011, and 2015 in Turkey. Descriptive analysis of data collected from these teachers and comparisons across subjects and years show that teachers may have misunderstood a question regarding their major, thus limiting potential claims related to teacher preparation in Turkey. Researchers and policy analyst who use secondary data collected by international assessment studies should be aware of such comparability issues in adapted items prior to conducting any secondary analyses.
