Disposing of litter into the river has become a habit for people living around the banks of rivers, rivers, rivers, rivers, and so on. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between prevailing norms and spending on littering housewives around the banks of the Cidepit river. This research was conducted in the area of RW 07, Semplak Village, Bogor City in May-June 2018 with a survey method using quantitative. The numbers of samples in this study were 116 people, variables consisting of, and intentions of garbage, and types of data. The second variable is primary data obtained through questionnaires by respondents. Based on the results obtained Pearson r value of 0.319 with Sig. (2-tailed) equal to 0,000 or less than 0.05 Is there a positive relationship between subjective norms (subjective norms) and intentions of intentions in housewives around the banks of Cidepit River, RW 07, Semplak Village, Bogor city.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of subjective norms as a mediation between the relationship opportunity to donate and agreeableness personality on intention to donate. This research includes a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 400 participants of BPJAMSOSTEK East Java Province using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SEM using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study state that subjective norms can be a link between the opportunity to donate and in accordance with the intention to donate. This can increase the intention to donate for BPJAMSOSTEK participants. The increased intention to donate owned by participants will increase participants who donate.


This study examined the relationship between attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control with the intention to provide halal maintenance to the family among Muslim fathers in Malaysia. The participants comprised of 353 Muslim fathers. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire. Findings from the study showed that there was a positive relationship between attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control with the father’s intention to provide halal maintenance for the family. In addition, the subjective norm is proven to be the most significant predictor of the intention to provide halal maintenance for the family.

Employee retention is emerging as a critical issues impact on the competitive advantage. Internal corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been creating so much attention in the minds of employees during the recent years. Thus, the chapter is based on three objectives: First, it explores the relationship between internal CSR and employee retention. Second, it identifies how intrinsic motivation mediates the relationship between internal CSR and employee retention. Finally, it determines the internal CSR activities which the apparel industry should pay more attention to in order to better employee retention. Primary data were collected by using questionnaires, and the results of the study indicated that there is a positive relationship between internal CSR and employee retention. Moreover, intrinsic motivation partially mediates the relationship between the internal CSR and employee retention. The findings of the study identify the internal CSR activities which the apparel industry should pay more attention to in order to develop retention programs in the future.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate how scientists’ prior data-reuse experience affects their data-sharing intention by updating diverse attitudinal, control and normative beliefs about data sharing. Design/methodology/approach This paper used a survey method and the research model was evaluated by applying structural equation modelling to 476 survey responses from biological scientists in the USA. Findings The results show that prior data-reuse experience significantly increases the perceived community and career benefits and subjective norms of data sharing and significantly decreases the perceived risk and effort involved in data sharing. The perceived community benefits and subjective norms of data sharing positively influence scientists’ data-sharing intention, whereas the perceived risk and effort negatively influence scientists’ data-sharing intention. Research limitations/implications Based on the theory of planned behaviour, the research model was developed by connecting scientists’ prior data-reuse experience and data-sharing intention mediated through diverse attitudinal, control and normative perceptions of data sharing. Practical implications This research suggests that to facilitate scientists’ data-sharing behaviours, data reuse needs to be encouraged. Data sharing and reuse are interconnected, so scientists’ data sharing can be better promoted by providing them with data-reuse experience. Originality/value This is one of the initial studies examining the relationship between data-reuse experience and data-sharing behaviour, and it considered the following mediating factors: perceived community benefit, career benefit, career risk, effort and subjective norm of data sharing. This research provides an advanced investigation of data-sharing behaviour in the relationship with data-reuse experience and suggests significant implications for fostering data-sharing behaviour.

<p>The phenomenon of measuring behavioral loyalty on specific stores or merchants obviously popular, particularly despite the existence of structural and fundamental criticism on specific issue. The objectives of this research is to examine the antecedents of customer loyalty specifically on store loyalty. We operate survey method to gather primary data. The focus of the research is to examine the effect of perceived value, store image, and customer satisfaction on store loyalty. The results indicate that customer who perceive low perception of procedural switching costs and high perception of procedural switching costs experienced different perception in their perceived value on customer satisfaction, perceived value on loyalty, and store image on customer satisfaction. The results shows that the perceived value, store image, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship of store loyalty in the different perception of procedural switching costs. Furthermore, procedural switching costs play a significant role in moderating the relationship between customer satisfaction and store loyalty. There was an indirect effect in the relationship between perceived value and store loyalty, which was mediated by customer satisfaction. The indirect effect of the relationship between store image and store loyalty was also proven to be mediated by the customer satisfaction.</p>

The objective of this research is to study the relationship between organizational climate and work ethic with the lecture job performance. The study was conducted at Nursing Academy at Center Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach with survey method. Total samples using in this research 54 lectures that selected through simple random sampling. Data collecting using questionnaire with rating scale and data analysis with correlation and regression. The results of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate with lecture job performance. Second, there is a positive relationship between work ethic with the lecture job perfrmance. Third, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work ethic simultaneously with the lecture job performance.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:  (1). Hubungan antara antara koordinasi mata tangan, dan kaki terhadap kemampuan dig pada atlet bola voli putri Fortius. (2). Hubungan antara kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dig pada atlet bola voli putri Fortius. (3). Hubungan antara koordinasi mata tangan, kaki dan kelincahan pada kemampuan dig atlet bola voli putri Fortius. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik studi korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para anggota klub bola voli puteri Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan jumlah 45 atlet. Jumlah sampel sebayak 30 orang, sampel ditentukan dengan Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1). Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara koordinasi mata, tangan, kaki dengan hasil kemampuan dig. Variabel koordinasi mata, tangan, dan kaki memberikan sumbangan terhadap kemampuan dig sebesar 52,03%. (2). Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kelincahan dengan hasil kemampuan dig. Variabel Kelincahan memberikan sumbangan terhadap kemampuan dig sebesar 43,96%. (3). Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara koordinasi mata, tangan, kaki dan kelincahan dengan hasil kemampuan dig secara bersama-sama. Variabel koordinasi mata, tangan, kaki dan kelincahan memberikan sumbangan terhadap kemampuan dig sebesar 55,81%. The relationship between eye, hand and foot coordination on dig ability in Fortius women's volleyball athletes. (2). The relationship between agility and ability to dig in the women's volleyball athlete Fortius. (3). The relationship between eye, hand and foot coordination and agility on the ability of Fortius women's volleyball athletes. The method used in this study was a survey method with correlational study techniques. The population in this study were members of the women's volleyball club Jakarta State University with a total of 45 athletes. The number of samples is 30 people, the sample is determined by purposive sampling. The results of the study concluded that: (1). There is a positive relationship between eye, hand, and foot coordination with the results of dig ability variables contribute to the dig ability results by 52.03% (2). There is a positive relationship between agility with the results of the ability to dig variable only contributes to the results of the dig capability of 43.96%. (3). There is a positive relationship between the coordination of eyes, hands, feet and agility with the results of the ability to dig together contribute to the results of the dig ability of 55.81%.  Keyword : Coordination Of Eyes Hands Feet, Agility, Ability To Dig

Smartphones have become an essential part of students daily lives. Students use smartphones for various activities. Through smartphones, students can access various service sites that provide material resources such as scientific journals, scientific articles, ebooks, and others. This article aims to explain the relationship between the use of smartphones and students interest in reading books. In this research, the book in question is an ebook. The quantitative survey method was used in this study. The target of this research is students of class XII at VHS Negeri 1 Ciamis with a sample size taken 42% of the total number of 557 students, that is 233 people. The researcher used Kendalls Tau correlation test as a data analysis method. The correlation value of 0.063 and the significance value of 0.314 in this research results indicate that there is no significant relationship between the variables. The findings of this study show that there is a positive relationship between students interest in reading books and their use of smartphones, but the relationship between the two variables is very weak and insignificant at the 0.05 level, so the relationship cannot be generalized. This means that students rarely use smartphones to access ebooks but to use them for other purposes instead

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the managerial risk-taking, managerial competencies and financial service outreach of microfinance banks in Pakistan. Primary data was collected from 36 branches of microfinance banks (MFBs) in nine cities. The unit of investigation is the branch manager and senior credit officer of each MFB branch. Descriptive statistics, correlation and regression, are used for data analysis. This study found a positive relationship between financial service outreach of MFBs and managerial competencies; financial service outreach also has a positive relationship with the risk-taking behavior of managers. There is a positive relationship between risk-taking behavior and financial service outreach of banks. The risk-taking behavior partially mediates the relationship between the managerial competencies and financial service outreach. The magnitude of the relationship between managerial competencies and outreach is significant, and its magnitude reduces when there is the mediation of managerial risk-taking behavior between them. Thus, managerial competencies, along with risk-taking behavior are the keys drivers of financial service outreach of MFBs. This study informs MFB’s top management and policymakers that competencies of managers and their calculated risk-taking propensities determined outreach performance of the MFBs.
