<em>This article aims to describe, 1) Discipline program planning through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan, 2) Implementation of disciplinary programs through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan, 3) Evaluation of discipline programs through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan . This research is a descriptive study with the object of 1 school principal, 10 teachers and employees, and 10 students in grades 4, 5, and 6. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study, 1) Program planning is poured in a plenary meeting with all student guardians, parents' group meetings of each class, and school routine meetings, 2) Planting student discipline including coming to school on time, literacy before starting learning, discipline in doing homework, discipline to maintain environmental cleanliness, and regular prayer in congregation. 3) Evaluation of disciplinary programs is carried out at every report on program implementation (in the form of program reports, evaluation reports and follow-up to program implementation)</em>

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Management at MTs NU TBS Kudus</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims to determine the implementation of guidance and counseling management at MTs TBS Kudus. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach at MTs TBS Kudus. The collected data was then analyzed by the data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis in the field of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the implementation of the management of counseling guidance at MTs TBS Kudus has been going well. The program planning stage is by analyzing student needs and problems, analyzing school conditions, determining goals, understanding and determining materials, determining time and place, determining facilities and planning budgets. The organizing stage is carried out by selecting a competent counselor. The stage of implementing guidance and counseling at MTs TBS Kudus by carrying out counseling services in accordance with SOP equipped with supporting activities. Kinerja guru BK merupakan perilaku yang berdampak pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling, yaitu dalam memberikan bimbingan dan pelayanan, membantu semua permasalahan dan perkembangan siswa dalam bidang pribadi-sosial, belajar dan karier, sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru BK terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMK Al-Huda Sumbernangka Larangan Pamekasan. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 64 siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data terdiri dari kuesioner, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment dan selanjutnya digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kinerja guru BK dengan kedisiplinan siswa, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,556 (rhit > rtabel, 0,556 > 0,2461); 2) Semakin tinggi kinerja guru BK, maka akan semakin tinggi juga tingkat kedisiplinan siswa. Semakin rendah kinerja guru BK, maka akan semakin rendah juga tingkat kedisiplinan siswa; 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kinerja guru BK terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 31%, sedangkan 69% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dilibatkan dalam penelitian.[The performance of guidance and counseling teachers is a behavior that has an impact on guidance and counseling services, namely in providing guidance and services, helping all problems and student development in the personal-social, learning and career fields, according to student needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of guidance and counseling teacher performance on student discipline at SMK Al-Huda Sumbernangka Larangan Pamekasan. The research subjects were 64 students. Data collection techniques consisted of questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used Product Moment correlation analysis and then simple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed: 1) There was a positive and significant relationship between the performance of guidance and counseling teachers and student discipline, with a correlation coefficient of 0.556 (rhit> rtabel, 0.556> 0.2461); 2) The higher the performance of the guidance and counseling teacher, the higher the level of student discipline. The lower the performance of the guidance and counseling teacher, the lower the level of student discipline; 3) There is a significant influence on the performance of guidance and counseling teachers on student discipline. The performance of guidance and counseling teachers has an effect on student discipline with a contribution of 31%, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors not involved in the study].

This article aims to look at how to improve self-efficacy through guidance and counseling services at SMP 1 Pleret, Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion that there are still many students who have low self-efficacy so they are difficult to achieve good learning outcomes. This is proven by some students rarely doing school work and rarely doing homework also do not have the motivation to excel. BK teachers try through guidance and counseling services in the form of a preventive approach for those with high self-efficacy and a curative approach for students with low self-efficacy. Such as helping students to convince themselves that students are able to do tasks even though it is difficult and able to excel and to convince students to avoid feeling inferior about themselves. Guidance and counseling provided by BK teachers shows significant changes in some students who already have high self-efficacy. So it can be concluded that through guidance and counseling can be an effort to improve student self-efficacy.

Traunt behavior is a negative bahavior in students that does not reflect the meaning of life, where the meaning of life is characterized by positive attitude and behaviors aimed at the future. The meaning of life is an individual condition that lives positively and passion to achieve the goal set. This paper aims to describe the concepts of the meaning of life, aspects of the meaning of life, factors of the meaning of life, and it’s relation to traunt student behavior. The method used the study literature, and data analysis technique use is by observation and interviews. The result of the discussion aimed that traunt students had a low meaningful life. This show that the meaning of life is very important for students to have a good behavior aimed at their future. The provision of counseling services by guidance and counseling teachers in school can help students to have the meaning of life.

This research aims to find out (1) the description of needs toward the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills and (2) utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills. This research applied the development research proposed by Borg & Gall. Small group testing was conducted to 12 students. Data collection technique used in this research was interview and social skill scale. This research employed descriptive statistic and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results point out that (1) students were indicated to have low social skills, so school counselors need social guidance and counseling services so that the video-based model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi was developed to improve students’ social skills (2) the validation test with 3 (three) experts shows that utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi based on video were suitable to improve students’ social skills. The observation result from the limited group explained that the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi could be accepted well by the students.

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk memindai penerapan bimbingan dan konseling dengan pendekatan multikultural di SMA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini yaitu, guru BK, Kepala sekolah, para guru, siswa, pengurus OSIS, dan komite sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pengamatan partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan empat tahap penelitian kualitatif dari Miles dan Hubermann, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, klasifikasi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) tujuan  layanan konseling dengan pendekatan multikultural adalah memberikan bantuan kepada siswa multikultur untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dengan baik, 2) jenis-jenis layanan konseling antara lain membantu klien mengembangkan perilaku santun, membantu mengatasi kecemasan, menggali dan potensi siswa, 3) karakteristik khusus yang diterapkan yaitu dengan memberikan layanan konseling individual, 4) layanan konseling dengan pendekatan multikultural telah memanfaatkan secara maksimal berbagai media konseling yang ada. Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, multikultural, pemindaian, layanan  AbstractThe general objective of this study is to scan the application of guidance and counseling through multicultural approachin senior high school. The study used a qualitative approach. The informants of this study is counseling teacher, school principal, teachers, students,students’ organization at school (OSIS), and school committee of SMA Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. Data were collected using participatory observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed using four qualitative research phases of Miles and Hubermann, namely data collection, data reduction, data classification, and making conclusions. Based on the research results, in general it can be concluded that: 1) the purpose of counseling services through multicultural approach is providing assistance to students multicultural to overcome the problems encountered well, 2) the types of counseling services include helping clients develop polite behavior, helping to overcome anxiety , exploring students’ talent, 3) special characteristics that are applied by giving individual counseling services, 4) counselingservice through multicultural approach has been maximally utilizing some existing media counseling.Keywords: counseling, multicultural, scanning, service

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) Pengelolaan kursus modeling di LKP Colour Models Management Yogyakarta. (2) Hasil pengembangan aspek personal dan sosial siswa modeling di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Colour Models Management Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan yang meliputi kurikulum dan pembelajarannya, siswa, tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di LKP Colour Models Management Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif menurut Miles dan Hubermann. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut; (1) Tahapan pelaksanaan program kursus modeling dapat berjalan sesuai rencana. (1) The phase  of  the modeling course  program implementation runs as planned. (2) The CTI of Colour Models Management Yogyakarta plays a direct role in the development of the learners’s personal aspect. <p>This research aims to find out the scouting extracurricular activities for character education in discipline at Zaid Bin Thabit SMPIT Bogor. The formation of this character is very important, education in Indonesia must have the development of the potential of students to become human beings who believe and obey God Almighty, have good character, have good knowledge, are creative, independent, disciplined and become citizens who are democratic and responsible, and one of the activities that is able to change it is scouting extracurricular activities. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with 30 respondents in eighth grade. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis technique is done by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that character education can be obtained namely, the accuracy of program targets, program implementation, and program monitoring in scouting extracurricular activities for disciplined character education. More than half of the students enjoyed participating in scouting activities, and stated that scouting activities needed to be carried out at school. Based on this research, scouting activities can be an alternative in discipline character education.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap pendidikan karakter dalam kedisplinan di SMPIT Zaid Bin Tsabit Bogor. Pembentukan karakter ini sangat penting, pendidikan di Indonesia harus memiliki perkembangan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dani bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, berilmu cakap, kreatif, mandiri, disiplin dan menjadi warga negara yangi demokratis serta bertanggung jawab, dan salah satu kegiatan yang mampu merubahnya adalah kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang pada kelas delapan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dapat diperoleh yakni, ketepatan sasaran program, pelaksanaan program, dan pemantauan program dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan. Lebih dari setengahnya siswa senang mengikuti kegiatan kepramukaan, dan menyatakan bahwa kegiatan kepramukaan perlu dilaksanakan di sekolah. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, kegiatan kepramukaan dapat menjadi alternatif dalam pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan.</p>

COVID-19 has become a global pandemic in 2020. As of May 25, 2020 there were 22,750 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia. Prevention and control of COVID-19 needs to be carried out by the village government which is in direct contact with the community. Supported by the issuance of Permendes No. 6 of 2020 concerning the Implementation Regulations for the COVID-19 Response Village Program. Meteseh Village is one of the villages in Kendal Regency that has a risk of spreading COVID-19. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews using purposive technique with informants selected based on criteria and literature study. The results show that the implementation of the COVID-19 Response Village Program in Meteseh Village has not been running optimally due to unclear implementation standards in related policies, limited human resource capacity in program planning and resource management, especially in the aspect of controlling COVID-19 and the community attitudes that do not apply health protocols influenced by social, economic, political conditions. Therefore, Meteseh Village is advised to increase the role of village midwives to provide education about the handling of COVID-19 to program implementers, increase the participation of health workers, religious leaders and community leaders in Meteseh Village to assist in handling COVID-19, continue to provide informations of COVID-19 and conduct evaluation activities of program implementation including make a complete written report about program implementation.

This study aims to determine the description of the Planning program preparation of counseling program especially PKO Services with the field of Tutoring and to know the extent to which the implementation of Tutoring Teachers Teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in SMA Simpang Semambang. The subjects of this study are teachers, principals and students. This type of research is field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, interview and distribution of KPMP data. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research and data analysis have concluded that Program Guidance and Counseling Service (Tutoring) in Simpang Semambang State Senior High School has been planned and made in accordance with the needs of schools and guidelines. In fact the implementation of tutoring in SMA Simpang Semambang sometimes not fully able to solve every problem of student learning difficulties that occur due to the service process or guidance is implemented minimal intensity and minimal continuity, it could be from other factors that influence it. The services are done with classical format that is in the classroom as for the service materials only in the form of advice and motivation, while the service with the field of tutoring is still minimal.
