<p>In the process of development, learning system applied at STAIN<br />Kudus is fully geared to the transformation towards the archetypes that have<br />been constituted. In the constitution of science that will be developed, the<br />Islamic perspective on Transformative is the bedrock of scientific development<br />which is formulated.<br />Based on some of the policies that have been formulated by the government,<br />the process of defining the curriculum in an institution is required to have its<br />application into the system that has been set. In this case, the application of<br />curriculum system applied by STAIN Kudus have it’s completely to the provisions<br />of the governance system that has been set.<br />From the formulation of this research can be revealed that the philosophical<br />foundation of evaluation developed at STAIN Kudus designed completely rely<br />upon the Principal Scientific Pattern set. Transformation effort from text to<br />context, the individual to the social, from the theoretical to the practical area<br />became the basis locomotive for STAIN Kudus curriculum development</p>

<p>Proses perkembangan sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan di STAIN Kudus sepenuhnya diarahkan ke dalam transformasi menuju kepada pola-pola dasar yang yang telah dikonstitusikan. Dalam konstitusi keilmuan yang ingin dikembangkan, perspektif tentang Islam Transformatif menjadi landasarn utama pengembangan keilmuan yang dirumuskan.  Berpijak kepada beberapa kebijakan yang telah  dirumuskan oleh pemerintah, penelitian ini menelaah  landasan filosofis evaluasi pembelajaran dalam perspektif pengembangan keilmuan STAIN. Dari rumusan penelitian  ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa landasan  filosofis evaluasi yang dikembangkan di  STAIN Kudus dirancang seutuhnya bersandar kepada Pola Ilmiah Pokok yang telah ditetapkan. This research revealed that the philosophical foundation of evaluation  developed  in STAIN Kudus is  designed  completely rely on the pattern of Principal Scientific predetermined. Food scares have diminished trust in public institutions to guarantee food safety. Food governance after the food scare era is concerned with institutional independence and transparency leading to a hybrid of public and private sector management and to mechanisms for consumer involvement in food governance. This paper explores Australian consumers’ perceptions of who is, and should be responsible for food safety. Forty-seven participants were interviewed as part of a larger study on trust in the food system. Participants associate food governance with government, industry, and the individual. While few participants can name the national food regulator, there is a strong belief that the government is responsible for regulating the quality and safety of food. Participants are wary of the role of the food industry in food safety, believing that profit motives will undermine effective food regulation. Personal responsibility for food safety practices was also identified. While there are fewer mechanisms for consumer involvement and transparency built into the food governance system, Australian consumers display considerable trust in government to protect food safety. There is little evidence of the politicisation of food, reflecting a level of trust in the Australian food governance system that may arise from a lack of exposure to major food scares.

In this paper, we believed that social tag is a new paradigm of resource organizing and sharing. It is a very suitable technology using in e-learning systems. We discussed with the learning process in the e-learning system based on social tags. We brought forward a new individual learning process model based on social tags. And we compared with the new learning process model and traditional process model. The new individual learning process model could improve the interaction between learners and between human and computers. The social tags could help the e-learning system build the learners preference model and knowledge model.

This paper research on how hazardous chemicals transportation provider optimal transportation solution supposed transportation risk (i.e. releasing of chlorine) may happen in the process of transportation. If the government attaches much importance to environment protection and pushes severe punishment on environment pollution, the hazardous chemicals transportation provider should consider two goals together: minimizing the individual transportation cost and minimizing the social transportation cost. Then this paper develops a goal programming model which contains two goals for the problem. Which goal is important will affect the objective function of this model. Through discussion on importance compare of two goals, this paper believes that government policy is very important to inspirit hazardous chemicals transportation providers complying with laws and protecting environment.

The informal economy accounts for half of the economic activity in Colombia. Street vending is a major part of the informal sector. In the context of a rapid urbanization due to internal conflicts, low skilled workers find a last resort for income generation as street vendors. Even though studies have revealed that street vendors can have high profits, they usually remain poor. A primary reason is their continuous indebtedness outside the regulated financial market. This paper proposes a comprehensive questionnaire survey on the socioeconomic profile of street vendors. This tool can be used to assess the individual credit risk and incentivize the financial inclusion of the poor. It can also be used for evaluation processes by the government or impact investors.

Abstract. This study aims to provide policy direction on how to develop PPG Pre-service programs for Social Sciences Teachers at the Department of Social Sciences Education. The design of the Pre-service PPG program for Social Sciences teachers, it is expected that the Social Sciences Education Department can propose to the government to be appointed and appropriate and be able to organize the Pre-service PPG Programs for Social Sciences Teachers. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method, the process used to develop and validate educational products. The policy analysis, comparative studies, and then developing the Pre-service PPG program design for Social Sciences Teachers. After a rough development, consultations with education experts and PPG Pre-service implementers so that the PPG Regular Pre-Position governance is better organized. The next stage is the validation test d education experts, PPG Pre-service managers. The next stage is the revision stage of the design of the Regular Pre-service PPG program for Social Sciences Teachers, then the final stage is the documentation of the proposed Pre-service PPG programs for Social Sciences Teachers at the Department of Social Sciences Education. Development of the opening design of the PPG Pre-service IPS Study Program teacher at the Social Sciences Department of FITK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in general has had a good preparedness, this is based on the provisions governing the opening of PPG Regular Pre-service Study Programs, including: (1) readiness to organize the PPG Study Program Regular Pre-service Study Program, namely institutions, human resources and facilities and infrastructure; (2) curriculum and learning system, namely determining the profile of PPG graduates in the field of study, formulation of CPL in the fields of PPG study, curriculum structure, learning systems and assessments in PPG study programs ;; (3) the financing system, and (4) quality assurance. Based on the above provisions the Department of Social Sciences Education in general can prepare themselves, only constrained student dormitories are still under construction and the most important thing is to prepare yourself to become a regular PPG Pre-service organizer in a religious ministry environment, while still providing opportunities for the LPTK to include characteristics that become its superiority.Abstrak. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan arah kebijakan bagaimana pengembangan desain program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS pada Jurusan Pendidikan IPS. Desain program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS diharapkan Jurusan Pendidikan IPS bisa mengusulkan kepada pemerintah untuk ditunjuk dan layak serta mampu menyelenggarakan Program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yaitu proses yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan mevalidasi produk pendidikan. Analisis kebijakan, studi banding, kemudian dilakukan pengembangan desain program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan kasar, dikonsultasikan dengan pakar pendidikan dan para pelaksana PPG Pra Jabatan sehingga tatakelola PPG Pra Jabatan Reguler lebih tertata dengan baik. Tahap selanjutnya adalah uji validasi d pakar pendidikan, pengelola PPG Pra Jabatan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap revisi desain program PPG Pra Jabatan Reguler untuk Guru IPS, kemudian tahap akhir adalah tahap pendokumentasian usulan program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS pada Jurusan Pendidikan IPS. Pengembangan desain pembukaan Program Studi PPG Prajabatan guru IPS pada Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FITK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, secara umum telah memiliki kesiapan yang baik hal ini didasarkan, pada ketentuan yang mengatur pembukaan Prodi PPG Prajabatan regular antara lain: (1) kesiapan penyelenggaraan Program Studi PPG Program Studi Prajabatan Regular,  yaitu  kelembagaan,  SDM  dan  sarana  dan  prasarana;;  (2)  kurikulum  dan  sistem pembelajaran, yaitu penetapan profil lulusan bidang studi PPG, perumusan CPL bidang studi PPG, struktur kurikulum, sistem pembelajaran dan penilaian dalam program studi PPG;; (3) sistem  pembiayaan;;  dan  (4)  penjaminan  mutu.  Berdasarkan  ketentuan  diatas  Jurusan Pendidikan IPS secara umum bisa mempersiapkan diri, hanya terkendala asrama mahasiswa yang masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Dengan demikian yang terpenting adalah mempersiapkan diri untuk menjadi penyelenggara PPG Prajabatan regular di lingkungan kemetrerian agama, dengan tetap memberikan kesempatan kepada LPTK memasukan  ciri khas yang menjadi keunggulannya.

An autistic person or what in psychological terms is called autism, is included in the category of a person with a mental disability. A person is said to be autistic if he experiences abnormalities in carrying out a legal act, development in terms of the quality of the ability to carry out social and emotional relationships in the social environment of the community. A person is said to have autism, namely someone who has a special character in people generally not by showing mental (psychic), emotional (affective) or physical (physical) disabilities. The word autism, namely "auto" means everything that is directed at the individual. According to information that is not difficult to understand, autism is an abnormality in the brain that causes a decrease or loss of a person's ability to communicate, relate to others and respond to the environment or environment.

The subject of this research is the legislative provisions on undesirability stay (residence) of foreign citizens and stateless persons in Russia, as well as the established law enforcement practice. The object this research is the social relations developed in the process of rendering decisions by the federal executive authorities on undesirability of stay (residence) and their enforcement. The goal of this work consists in formulation of recommendations on reforming the institution of undesirability of stay (residence) of foreign citizens and stateless persons in Russia in the conditions of digitalization of the government actions. The article examines the grounds for making decisions on undesirability of stay (residence) of foreign citizens in Russia, the powers of the departments, and the consequences of decisions made on foreign citizens and stateless persons. Substantiation is made on the need for changes in the grounds for decision-making on undesirability of stay (residence) of foreign citizens in Russia. The author proposes the development and implementation of the &ldquo;Automated System of Migration Control&rdquo; using the advanced computer technologies based on the &ldquo;rating&rdquo; of a foreign citizen or stateless person. Such system will determine the period for restricting entry with consideration of all circumstances pertaining to the individual and crimes they committed. It is recommended to legislate the possibility of annulment of a decision on undesirability of stay (if the grounds thereof no longer exist) or suspension (if, for example, a stateless person has been issued a &ldquo;temporary identification document of a stateless person&rdquo;).

On statics, the theoretical foundations of efficiency management of insurance companies in Ukraine are considered. In the minds of the unstable socio-economic development of our regions is the use of penny wallets of insurance reserves to ensure proper functioning in the bottling of the national-economic economy and the social mental state-pharmaceutical financial situation. To that, the scientific development of theoretical and practical aspects for securing the efficiency of the activity of insurance companies in Ukraine is a very urgent problem. Prior to the basic principles of managing the effectiveness of the insurance company from the point of view of the features of the insurance market’s functions, there should be: reviewing the results of the insurance company’s robots based on the development of the system and indicators and setting goals; assessment of the efficiency of the company’s robots and the development of reserves; development of management solutions as well as the achievement of the goals set and the establishment of new reserves; continuous monitoring of efficiency. Preceded to the category of efficiency, as one of the most advanced and super-detailed definitions of economic science. In the pre-existing category of efficiency of insurance performance, it is necessary to take not only the financial aspect to respect, in order to increase the financial performance. From the point of view of the suspension, we are important, the social effect, which is the focus of the social security rejection by the insured persons and the increase of social problems. It is suggested with the direct that you go with the advancement of the efficiency of the insurance company in the lucky minds. One of the provincial lines is a more sophisticated system and management of the company, to allow the reduction of negative influx on the activity of the company of internal and external factors. If the maximum result of the company is possible, it is possible to eliminate it from the complex storing of the proposed measures, because it stinks so that it stinks one way of one. In 1958 only 22 per cent of the total population felt that they could not “trust the government in Washington to do what is right” all or most of the time. By the fall of 1972 that figure had climbed to 45 per cent. Furthermore, the percentage of eligible voters participating in the 1972 presidential election was the lowest it has been since 1948; crises and scandals have continually plagued the government since the Watergate revelations; and the economic conditions of the country have provoked widespread uncertainty and anxiety among the populace. There is good reason, then, for the intense current interest in attitudes of political disaffection and alienation.Present U.S. conditions demonstrate that political alienation is a phenomenon of fundamental significance in political processes. Feelings of political cynicism and alienation may substantially diminish the willingness of citizens to participate in politics or to support programs directed at resolving the social problems that stimulate discontent. Attitudes of political alienation have likewise been related to public demands for radical political reforms during trying periods of social or economic discontent. Alienation and non-participation, however, go beyond just questions of voluntary compliance with policies or the possibilities for radical change; they strike at a very basic democratic norm. Democratic theory emphasizes voluntary consent as the basis of political obligation and legitimacy. Democratic government assumes—indeed, requires—widespread participation, political equality, the accountability of leaders and protection of the individual citizen's constitutional guarantees. The full attainment of these values is only possible when the relationship between the leaders and the public is based on mutual understanding and reciprocal trust rather than on the use of coercive and arbitrary authority.
