The research survey aimed to observe the households behavior and response to the participatory institution model of the preventing of the productive cows exploitation. The sample technique to select of the domestic cattle farmer (DCF) as the unit of analysis using the multiple stages cluster sampling and then sample allocation was equal for three districts. Structural equation model consisted of 5 behavior equations drawn up from the 5 endogenous and 13 exogenous variables. The research results showed that the rate of release of productive cows about 19.23 percent. The institutional model to handling of the drain at least productive cows have four major components, were members (DCFs), the management, micro-finance institutions (MFIs) and buffer-stock. The household motivation to develop the business scale and maintain the productive heifer shaped by land ownership and livestock scale expected factors. Then both types of motivation were not significantly associated with DCF's motivation to engage in institutional, as the more dominant individual as shaped by the farmer age. The other hand, the confidence level of participatory institutional effectiveness significantly shaped by the perception of institutional and potential release of productive heifer compared the potential release of motivation factors and correlated positively with the economic conditions.

Thailand like many other nations and governments has been plagued with countless incidents of corruption and inefficiency. However, even though the primary causes of these problems remain uncertain, there are methods available today to reduce the ongoing systemic problems. One of the potential solutions lies in using secure document interchange architecture (DIA) with blockchain technology. Using a quantitative research design and cluster sampling across 20 Thai ministries and related agencies, 500 individuals eventually participated in the study. A five-level scale questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The structural equation model (SEM) was analysed to validate the consistency of the empirical data. The results of the research indicated that after adjusting the SEM by increasing the relationship between the errors, the consistency with the empirical data of the model was very good. Of the eight hypotheses examined, all were found to be positive. However, social and cultural aspects (SCA) had the greatest positive influence on strategy/policies/legal approaches (SPL) (r = 0.72*). This was closely followed by SPL’s influence on secure electronic transaction DIA (SET) (r = 0.68*), and technology (TEC) on security semantics (SEC) (r = 0.62*). However, SEC was deemed to have the least influence on secure electronic transaction DIA (SET) (r = 0.31*). Overall, there was a high level of satisfaction with the prototype system, with the architectural efficiency showing networked integrity while verifying and authenticating with the accuracy of the electronic documents. Also from the use of electronic signatures, electronic documents could be verified and authenticated as well. Networked integrity was also proven as the DIA system could validate the accuracy and authenticity of electronic documents.

This study aims to determine the effect of ethical leadership, code of ethics on police integrity mediated by job satisfaction  in Bandar Lampung City Police. Police integrity is a crucial phenomenon, because this is the foundation to improve the performance of individuals and organizations as expected by the Indonesian National Police (POLRI). The number of samples in this study were 250 police officers from five different units in the structure of Bandar Lampung City Police. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and cluster sampling. Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM) is also used to test the effect of ethical leadership, code of ethics and job satisfaction by placing job satisfaction as a mediating variable on police integrity. In accordance with SEM analysis. This study finds that the code of ethics has an influence on job satisfaction (r = 0.45; p <0.00), and ethical leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction (r = 0.39; p <0.00). The code of ethics affects the integrity of the police (r = 0.299; p<0.00). Furthermore, ethical leadership has a significant influence on police integrity (r = 0.575; p <0.00). Therefore, it can be concluded that the code of ethics has a strong direct effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction has a stronger direct effect (r = 0.24; p <0.05) on police integrity.

In a changing socio-economic and ecological context, the agri-food industry, where the use of natural resources is very important, must pay more and more attention to green and eco-innovation. Public decision-makers have started to implement measures to encourage the adoption of sustainable practices by companies, which are also pressured by supply and demand factors. This article aims to determine the factors that drive eco-innovation in the wine sector in Spain, a mature and traditional sector characterized by its high fragmentation. In particular, we sought to determine the role environmental regulations play in promoting eco-innovation in the sector. To this end, an empirical study was developed using a structural equation model established using a partial least squares technique for a sample of 251 wineries from all over the country. The study shows that the current regulatory framework inhibits eco-innovation in Spanish wineries, who are more encouraged by positioning and external motivation factors.

This study was conducted using structural equation modelling to examine the relationship between the psychological contract, psychological well-being, and professional engagement. The sample of the study included 416 teachers who were selected using a disproportionate cluster sampling method from primary and middle schools in Turkey. In analysing relations between variables, mediation testing was performed using the structural equation model and the bootstrap method. The results of this study showed that professional engagement is both directly and indirectly affected via psychological well-being by the psychological contract. How teachers perceive the psychological contract is an important variable that shapes their psychological well-being and professional engagement. Accordingly, school administrations should meet these teacher expectations and display attitudes and behaviours that encourage teachers to take active roles in school-related decisions, thereby further increasing the professional engagement of their teachers.

Technological progress in the 4.0 era was followed by an increase in the Indonesian economy in the field of entrepreneurship. This makes a lot of new business opportunities that are dominated by women. Moreover, there are suggestions from scholars that Muslim women must be able to meet their own needs so that they are not regarded as weak creatures that depend on men. Based on that, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and the environment on their interests and influence on millennial Muslim women's entrepreneurial decisions. This research uses a quantitative method with a post positivism approach. This research analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model with WarpPLS 6.0 application. The concept of self and environment as exogenous variables, entrepreneurial interests and decisions as endogenous variables. Data were taken using a purposive random sample technique of 210 people. The data population is millennial Muslim women in the Pati Residency area. The results obtained that the variable self-concept has an influence on interest and entrepreneurial decisions of 0.211 with a probability 0.001 and a standard error of 0.047. Environmental variables affect the interest and entrepreneurial decisions of 0.131 with a probability of 0.003 and a standard error of 0.048. This means that the self-concept variable has a greater influence than the millennial Muslim women's environment.

Despite the great attention received by organisational citizenship behaviour in the organisational discussion, little is known about organisational citizenship behaviour among Malaysia public hospital nurses. Hence, this study extended the discussion by investigating nurses’ organisational citizenship behaviour dimensions namely altruism, courtesy, civic virtue, conscientiousness, and sportsmanship. While, the leader-member exchange consisted of perceived contribution and affect were examined as predictors of the study. Questionnaire of quantitative approach based on multi-stage cluster sampling techniques is used to obtained data from 539 nurses in Malaysia. By adopting structural equation model, the result indicates that leader-member exchange of affect dimension having a connection with altruism, courtesy, civic virtue, and sportsmanship; but vice-versa in perceived contribution dimension which only associated with sportsmanship. Theoretically, this study extends the Social Exchange Theory and its application to nursing practitioners. The findings could benefit the human resource practitioners in terms of the effects of the conduct of organisational citizenship by the nurses due to the leader-member exchange in the hospital. The study recommends the expansion of Social Exchange Theory model in organisational citizenship behaviour research by using longitudinal designs and multiple measures of other variables.

Consumer decision making is a basic psychological process that plays an important role in understanding how consumers actually decide something to use or buy. Decision making for customers to become debtors is influenced by several internal and external factors and in this study, perception, social environment and motivation factors were selected as factors that could influence decision making to become a debtor or loan customer at BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen Branch Simpang Selayang Medan. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an influence of perceptions and the social environment on decision making to become a loan customer of the BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen Simpang Selayang Medan Branch, either directly or indirectly through motivation. The hypothesis in this study is that the perception and social environment have a significant effect on decision making to become a loan customer at the BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen Branch of Simpang Selayang Medan, either directly or indirectly through motivation. This study used a survey approach. Methods of data collection are carried out through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 90 people who were determined by accidental sampling. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis is intended to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable through or without intervening variables on the basis of decision making seen from the value of p> 0.05 H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected or p <0.05 H0 is rejected. and Ha accepted. The test results show that the perception and social environment directly have a significant effect on debtor decision making. In this study, the motivation variable does not act as an intervening variable that mediates the influence between perceptions and the social environment on decision making to become a loan customer. Social Environment variable is the variable that has the greatest influence on decision making with a coefficient value of 0.461. Keywords: perception, social environment, motivation, decision making/
