The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Attractiveness and E-WOM on Decisions made through Interest as an Intervening Variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 269 respondents. Questionnaires were used for data collection, and data analysis using Path Analysis. The results of this study are attractiveness and E-WOM have a significant effect on visiting interest. Attractiveness and E-WOM have a significant effect on decisions. Path test (Path Analysis) found that interest can mediate the effect of attractiveness on decisions and interest can mediate the effect of E-WOM on decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on:1) Customer Purchase Decisions  at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 2) Purchasing Intention at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 3)Buying Interest on Customer Purchasing Decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende, and 4)Promotion on Customer Decisions mediated by Buying Interest at Roxy Swalayan Ende. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. the samples in this study were customers who shop at Roxy Swalayan Ende amounting to 50 people. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis performed using Path Analysis. The data were collected using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Path analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1)promotion has positive and significance influence on Customer Purchase Decisions with a beta Value of 0,469, 2) promotion has positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Roxy Swalayan with beta value of 0,582, 3)purchase intention has positive and significant influence on Customer purchasing decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende with beta value of 0,438, 4) promotion has positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest has a beta value of 0,254

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline in improving nurse performance and to examine the mediating role of motivation. The study used a quantitative approach at the Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. Data collection using a questionnaire to 72 nurses as respondents. The research variables consisted of work discipline, nurse performance and motivation as mediating variables. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance; Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' motivation, then nurses' motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance. So motivation plays a role in mediating the effect of work discipline on nurse performance.

One crucial factor in determining the successes of learning in schools is the teachers’ performances. Teacher’s performance not only determines the learning successes but also the achievements of the organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effects of the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture on the teachers’ performance in the XYZ School. The number of subjects in this study was 82 teachers who taught at the XYZ, both the Primary and Secondary levels. A quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method, in which the Smart PLS application was implemented to process the data, was used in this study. For the data collection, a survey technique using a questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the data analysis have shown that the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture have positive effects on performance.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This means that creativity does not contribute to learning independence while motivation contributes to increasing learning independence.Keywords : Kreativitas, Movivasi, dan Kemandirian Belajar

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 206 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Motivasi belajar sebagai varibael intervening mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh gaya belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018   This study aimed to know  the effect of learning style, learning readiness, and learning motivation on learning liveliness directly mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study was 427 students with 206 students as the sample. The method of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regressions, path analysis, and sobel test. The result showed that learning style positively and insignificantly affected learning liveliness. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning motivation positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning style positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning motivation as the intervening readiness on learning liveness. The conclusion was there was an effect of learning style, learning readiness through learning motivation on learning liveliness of student grade X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Academic Year 2017/2018.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is an instrument that contains the processes and procedures of an activity based on a standard that has been standardized. This study determined the effect of the application of standard operating procedures on the effectiveness of financial services, especially at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This research used a quantitative approach, with data collection methods through tests, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis was conducted to test the effect of the tested variables, namely the application of SOP (X) to IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo financial services (Y). The results showed that the application of SOP conducted at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo influenced financial services at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. In its implementation, the SOP implemented at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo has made financial services easier and more directed.

This research is backgrounded by developing process of Teletabis Hill Tourism objects located in Nagari Lubuak Layang, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency. This was allegedly due to community empowerment activities conducted by Pambangun Nagari Youth Community. The aims of the research is describe the community empowering process, strengthening potention, and autonomyc of community in Nagari Lubuak Layang, Pasaman Regency. The quantitative approach and descriptive design was used in this research. The population of this research is 40 people who lived around the tourism village. The sample was obtained using 33 random sampling techniques. The data collection techniques were questionnaires, and data analysis used percentage formula. The results of this research showed that: (1) community empowerment in enabling community activities was conducted very well; (2) community empowerment in strengthening activities was conducted very well; and (3) community empowerment in the autonomyc activities of the community is well done. This research suggest that: (1) the community could maintained and enhanced tourism development activities for giving more effective impact on community empowerment; and (2)  the community could conserving the tourism objects for giving good influence on the progress of community.

<p align="justify">This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population used in this study are all customers who use tobacco products Gudang Garam International, while method of sample using accidental sampling technique is the technique of sample withdrawal by chance, so the number of samples obtained as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of regression and correlation. The results revealed a significant difference between the quality of the product, brand and promotion jointly on customer loyalty cigarettes Gudang Garam International. The result proved that the customer loyalty is assumed to be positively affected by the price and the service that pertain in Alakasa Extrusindo Company. The result proved that the customer loyalty was simultaneous affected by the price and service.</p><p> </p>

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAI Almaarif Singosari Malang, yang berlokasi di Jl. Masjid No. 28 Singosari Malang dengan 65 responden dari semua pendidik. Penelitian ini merupakan sensus karena semua pendidik dijadikan responden. Objek penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui deskripsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya organisasi di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (4) Mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (5) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah melalui budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari.            Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu suatu metode yang data penelitiannya berupa angka dan analisisnya menggunakan statistik. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif sedangkan analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Path. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel, yaitu: variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X), variabel budaya organisasi (Z), dan variabel loyalitas pendidik (Y).            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara deskriptif kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dianggap sangat tinggi, budaya organisasi dianggap tinggi dan loyalitas pendidik sangat tinggi. (2) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMAI Almaarif Singosari memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. (3) Budaya organisasi di SMAI Almaarif Singosari memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pendidik. (4) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMAI Almaarif Singosari memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pendidik (5) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah melalui budaya organisasi di SMAI Almaarif Singosari tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pendidik. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Loyalitas.            This research implemented at SMAI Almaarif Singosari Malang, located on Jl. Masjid No. 28 Singosari Malang with 65 respondents of all educators. This research is a census because all educators were made as respondents. The object of this research are (1) Knowing the description of the headmaster's leadership, organizational culture and loyalty of educators at the SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (2) Knowing the influence of the headmaster's leadership on organizational culture at SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (3) Knowing the influence of the headmaster's leadership on the loyalty of educators at SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (4) Knowing the influence of organizational culture on the loyalty of educators at SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (5) Knowing the influence of headmaster’s leadership through organizational culture on the loyalty of educators at SMAI Almaarif Singosari.            This research uses a quantitative approach, which is a method whose research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis while the statistical analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study is Path Analysis. This research uses three variables, that is: headmaster leadership variable (X), organizational culture variable (Z), and loyalty of educators variable (Y).            The results of this research showed that: (1) Descriptively the Principal leadership is considered very high, the organizational culture is considered high and the loyalty of educators is very high. (2) Principal leadership at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. (3) Organizational culture at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of educators. (4) Principal leadership at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of educators (5) Principal leadership through organizational culture at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has no significant effect on the loyalty of educators. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Loyalty.
