This research aims to know the influence of the application of a method of teacher centered learning cooperative learning and E-learning againt understanding a student on the learning accounting. The variables examined in this study is teacher centered learning, cooperative learning and understanding a student. This study used a quantitative approach with the collection of data technique using the questionnaire. Sample is all the accounting students semester 6 and 8 had embarked on a course called accounting as many as 200 students .The method of analysis data used in this research was multiple linear regression. Based on the research and discussion done, can be summed up and can be concluded  The application of teacher centered learning cooperative learning and E-learning to depend on the understanding a student on the learning accounting partial and simultaneous

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

College students are individuals who enter the transition from adolescence to adulthood. In this period, they have more opportunities to explore various values and lifestyles. Individuals are looking for experiences that will eventually form personalities. Personality can influence individuals who make risky decisions. Decision-making immediately without prior consideration can make them behave impulsively without thinking about the effect. This study aims to determine the effect of big five personalities on impulsive buying behavior on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach, the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results obtained three conclusions, 1) Most of the students of economics and business at Airlangga University Surabaya have big five personalities that tend to be dominant; 2) Most of the economics and business students of Airlangga University Surabaya have low impulsive buying behavior; 3) Big five personality influences impulsive buying behavior in economics and business students of Airlangga University Surabaya, conscientiousness has a greater influence than extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, and openness to experience.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This means that creativity does not contribute to learning independence while motivation contributes to increasing learning independence.Keywords : Kreativitas, Movivasi, dan Kemandirian Belajar

<em>Research objectives to determine whether talent, semangat and online business    (e-commerce) affect the performance of the Industrial Small community, East Jakarta. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The survey method used was through distributing questionnaires to business owners in the east Jakarta area. The technique of determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula, the sampling used was simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of talent, semangat, online business (e-commerce) as a whole partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance.</em>

The purpose of the study is to find out whether the love of money affects the ethical perception of accounting students. The survey was developed based on the Kecurang action and the love of the money scale given to 57 undergraduate accounting students in two colleges.-The approach used is multiple linear regression, based on test T and test F for the processing of data performed. Student accounting looks at fraudulent actions outside of class because it is more unethical than a cheating in the classroom. Because outside of class will cause unwanted factors by money lovers.

Abstrak: Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan dampak komunikasi organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket (kuesioner). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Hal ini berarti dengan komunikasi yang intens permasalahan dalam perusahaan akan mudah terselesaikan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi baik berupa finansial maupun fasilitas akan meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan.Kata kunci: komunikasi organisasi, kompensasi, semangat kerja.Abstract: The influence of Organization Communication and Compensation on Employee Morale. This study aims to analyze the influence and impact of organizational communication and compensation on employee morale. This study uses a quantitative approach and employ a multiple linear regression approach to analyze the data. The data is taken from employees of PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. The results show that organization communication has a positive effect on the employee morale. Influence of accountability, quality of service, belief Muzakki on loyalty Muzzak. This research aims to discuss the influence of accountability, quality of service, trust Muzakki against Muzzaki loyalty to the institution Muzakki Management Institute Infaq (LMI) Surabaya. The research method is using a quantitative approach. The Unit of analysis in research is to use respondents Muzzaki for 100 Muzzaki in the area of Surabaya, with the research instrument using the questionnaire in the area of Surabaya, and the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous influence was positive and significant and partiality that accounting was influential towards Muzzaki loyalty, the quality of service was influential on Muzzaki loyalty, and Muzzaki's belief had an effect on Muzzaki loyalty.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.</p>

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of a healthy lifestyle and brand image on consumer preferences for ready-to-drink among students at State University of Surabaya on the Ketintang campus. The categories of ready-to-drink that became the object of the research were Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and The Botol Sosro Tawar. This study is using a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling method. The population for this research is ready-to-drink (RTD) consumers, which are students from the State University of Surabaya on the Ketintang campus. Number of samples that used by researchers in this study were 116 samples according to the formula of Machin and Champbell (1987). The statistic used is multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. The results show that a healthy lifestyle and.brand image.have a positive and significant effect on consumer preferences.
