The problem in this study is that the process of data collection and final report of Persons with Social Welfare Problems  has not been computerized properly so that the process of procurement of goods and distribution of assistance for has not been effective and well target. With the aim of his research To simplify the data collection process and  final report so that the process of procurement of goods and distribution of aid is more effective and on target. The object of this research is the Procurement Information System and Distribution of Assistance for Persons with Social Welfare Problems  in the Gorontalo-based Gorontalo City Social Service with the method used in designing this information system is a descriptive method that is research aimed at solving problems systematically and factually about the facts studied. The design phase includes, model design, output design, Input design, database design  and technology design, to the system testing stage. Analysis of the data where the data obtained in the field will be analyzed in a qualitative manner. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the efforts made in the form of human resource development in the information service system of assistance for people with problems based on android-based social welfare towards smart city. The results obtained show that the application can be made and used.

The purpose of this research is to find out and develop an analysis of information system assistance services for people with problems based on Android-based social welfare towards smart cities. The object of this study is the Procurement Information System and Distribution of Assistance to People with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) in social offices and Android-based workforce in Gorontalo. Stage one involved data collection. The second stage, involved analysing the data and the problems. Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals.Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection

Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

The Institute for Research and Community Service University of Palangkaraya (IRCSUPR) manages research activities, community services and controls the administration ofnecessary resources. Therefore, an application is requiredto record a lot of data from theproposal to the final report of research and community servicethat ultimately is expected tobe a control and evaluation on the performance of all parties involved.The methodology used in the development of this application there are several stagesranging from problem identification, needs analysis, design (which includes architecturedesign, database design, interface design and website navigation design), coding, testingand maintenance. On the testing stage used blackbox testing method.The results achieved from the making of this application there are 4 actors areadministrators, proposers, reviewers and operators who have different access rights inaccordance with its function. While from the results of the testing is known that all thefunctionality of the system is running well in accordance with the required and designedpreviously.

This chapter suggests the use of comparative pairs analysis as a method of collecting data for inter-organizational information system and chain research. It is argued that chains of organizations can be analyzed by collecting data from a focal firm about upstream suppliers and downstream customers. By comparing pairs of respondents within the focal firm, the differences between customers and suppliers can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that by asking each respondent to discuss two third-party organizations, differences in responses can be highlighted and explained during the data collection process. This can provide a rich source of data to explain results obtained.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

This study aims to design, design, and test information service ased on SMS gateway so that it can help the SAMSAT Padang in improving services on motor vehicle tax collection process. The design of the system to be built, consist of table design, input design, and output design. Tests conducted using test data. The result of this research is the creation of an SMS gateway information system prototype that can provide information to SAMSAT Padang and owner of motor vehicle concerning their vehicle tax obligation.

The purpose of this research is to find out and information systems that are running at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, and to create an application for customer data management, payment, and meter installation to simplify and speed up the data collection process. From the results of research and observations that have been carried out at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, it can be concluded that with this customer information system in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, information becomes precise and accurate, especially in the service section, and to obtain information These customers become easier, this information system is able to solve problems that often occur in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, namely it is difficult to control and supervise customer data and account payments which can avoid delays in making reports every year and for a certain period, and the creation of a system program information in order to obtain quality information.

One of the major issues in agricultural machinery aids program from the central government is the difficulty to access information regarding distribution of the machines. Therefore, it is important to design and develop an application that provides the information about location of the four wheels and two wheels tractors distributed by the local, provincial, and central government in Maros Regency. The aim of this study was to develop a Geographical Information System that can be used to locate and map the agricultural machinery distribution. So far the data collection process is still done manually. This system need to be replaced with a system that makes it easier and efficient to map the distribution of hand tractors and four-wheel tractors. The tools used in developing the GIS application were Android Studio software and Google Maps API. The system developed can be easily maintained and data can be updated in real-time by an administrator and accessed by anyone through a login procedure.
