This study aims to determine the HR development program of employees through career development, motivation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research Case Study with eight respondents, namely: Head of Agency, Head of Formation, Development and Administration of Personnel, Head of Education and Training, Head of Staff Mutation, and four Employees. The results of this study are that career development programs and systems implemented in 2018 are good enough but not perfect because they do not have a clear pattern that still follows the merits system of the government, and motivation can be said to be good because there are rewards to employees and relationships between employees conducive

Background: The government through the Minister of Health issued rules, so that hospitals are there in Indonesia have a system, including a model for career development of nurses. Purpose: The model is expected to enhance the nurse in doing his job. Because the results of the previous research found almost the majority, namely, 31.4% of nurses were less motivated and this figure is quite significant. Because of the existence of the required advanced knowledge related research nurse about career development model. The research: methods in this study using study cross sectional descriptive research designs, and correlation. The sample used as many as 68 nurses with appropriate criteria set forth, and tools to measure it with the questionnaire. Knowledge of career development model as a free variable, while the motivation to work as a variable. Analysis using correlation person now moment for variable knowledge of nurses about career development model and motivational work. The results showed that the nurse's knowledge about the model for career development both of 58.8%, less of 41.2%; good work motivation of 63.2%, less work and motivation of 36.8%. There is a relationship between nurse's knowledge about career development model with the motivation of nurses (p = 0.001 <). Discussion: The expectation so that hospitals can maximize the succession system, especially with regard to the existing systems of units therein, i.e., awards, promotions, recognition and development.

Corporate Social Responsibility Program which has been run by PT. Pelindo III Surabaya, realized in the form of partnership program and environmental development program. Partnership Program is a program launched by the government as a form of awareness and responsibility of State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to economic development, especially small business in the company environment, while environmental development program is a program that concerns  PT. Pelindo III (Persero), which is one of the state-owned enterprises in facing the social conditions of the community around the company. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with case study approach to study and explain about both CSR programs that have been run by PT. Pelindo III (Persero). From the results of research, it can be concluded that both CSR programs that have been run by PT. Pelindo III (Persero) is very good and programmed. This is evidenced by the existence of work programs every year in its implementation accompanied by a report on the position and financial activities of the partnership program and environmental development. So in the preparation of financial information and implementation of the practice both programs have been very fulfilling elements of transparency.

One of the licensing services provided by the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Bogor City is through the Online Single Submission (OSS) service. However, since it was launched in 2018 until now, the government has never held education and training related to OSS in order to increase the competence of the apparatus. The purpose of this study is to describe the competence of the apparatus in providing online single submission licensing services at the Bogor City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research that uses interviews, observations and documentation. Interviews were conducted using a planned-unstructured technique to 12 research informants. The results show that by using the theoretical basis of competence according to Spencer and Spencer (1993 in Sutrisno, 2019) which includes 5 dimensions, namely motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge, and skills, in aggregate the competence of the Bogor City DPMPTSP apparatus can be stated to be quite good. However, several competency indicators on the skills dimension show some weaknesses, especially on indicators of administrative and managerial skills related to SOPs for handling complaints. Likewise in the knowledge dimension, relatively still needs to be improved. This happens because the apparatus has never participated in special training regarding the implementation of OSS services. This article aims to uncover and analyze the achievement of objectives, accuracy of objectives, satisfaction, and success of rural agribusiness development programs in empowering the poor in the Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatera. This is a qualitative descriptive research type. A few poor communities are respondents of this research. Interview, observation and documentation use as data collection techniques. The results showed that the rural agribusiness development program has not been able to help the community as a whole because there are combinations of farmer groups that have been effective and there is a combination of farmer groups that have not been effective. Effective farmer group combinations are evidenced by increasing income, group members, and assets. While the combination of farmer groups that have not been effective is marked by community mentality that is difficult to change bad habit in using money for ineffective purposes. It is concluded that rural agribusiness development programs has not been succeed in empowering Pesisir Selatan community. The implication is poor community should be given more intensive community empowerment by government through more effective strategies.

The construction of public participation has paid his dues. This is that in realizing development projects readily undergoing a failure that empowers people. Related in all process that deals with planning, implementation, the use of results and development monitoring. The rural infrastructure development program (PPIP) is development programs community empowerment. Where people have got to dive headlong in village development, especially physical development he purposes of this research is to find how the participation of the community in the Rural infrastructure development program (PPIP), Ngranget Village, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency. The kind of research is qualitative descriptive. In research, this is the population is the number of household heads involved in the delivery rabat concrete development in Ngranget village which consisted of 95 KK. The majority of informants interviewed in this research was 12 people. Was used in the study data collection method that is Technical Documentation interviews and data available for analysis namely described the results of research or data with a form of what is he got writer whether it is the results of the interviews, or result in appreciating documentation then investigated and the studies of the issue and. The result that the community participation in development in the village of rabat concrete Ngranget mind (planning), low participation in the form of energy high, participation in the form of expertise, quite low in the form of goods low, the form of money and participation is very low.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. This research focuses on how leadership has a major role in addressing environmental issues, especially through the garbage bank program as a form of case study. Furthermore, the problems that occur in the midst of society are often rely solely on political will or political desire to solve them. The research is to know and learn Lurah's (head of village) leadership in the management of waste banks specifically. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through structured interviews, documentation and observations. Researchers conducted an analysis using leadership theory from Yukl, where the theory discusses leadership comprehensively. Researchers only focus on five parts of the concept that are considered relevant, namely: visionary, guidance, affiliative, democratic and communicative concepts. The results of this study based on these dimensions are good enough Lurah (head of village) leadership. But there are several things that are considered able to optimize the running of the program through the role of Lurah (Head of village) leadership, namely: first, involving active knots and community leaders such as MUI, academics to support scientific aspects, and professionals in the field of practical management. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. Queensland Transport has responded to the demand from its employees for career development tools and resources by committing to the development and implementation of a departmental Career Development Program. This paper outlines the Queensland Transport Career Development Program with a particular emphasis on how it came about, what it entails and the challenges faced. Various initiatives have been implemented to date, yet many challenges lie ahead.

This research aims to describe the mistakes of the prospective teachers in solving the application of radian measurement problems and their causes. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The types of data collection in this research consisted of the results of the subject's work and transcripts of interviews with research subjects. By following the type of data, this research instrument consists of one question about the problem of applying radian measurement and interview guidelines developed by the researchers. Data analysis of the subject's work is carried out by classifying the types of errors to know the types of errors that arise in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements. While the transcript analysis of the interview results was carried out by coding the words to determine the factors causing the errors that appeared. The results of the research indicate that the error in solving the problem of applying the radian measurement are misconceptions and factual errors. This misconception is generally caused by intuitive thinking, while this factual error is generally caused by not paying careful attention to the information in the question. The solution to these errors is to analyze the elements of the circle that are interconnected in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements and to be careful in writing the information that is known in the question.
