Islamic Religious Education in School / Madrasah aims to grow and improve faith through the giving and fertilizing of knowledge, appreciation, understanding and practice of the students about Islam to become a growing Muslim in terms of faith, piety, nation and state. Teachers are one of the factors that influence the success of education. The quality of learning in accordance with the signs of Islamic Education is also influenced by the attitude of creative teachers to choose and implement various approaches and learning models. For the sake of the realization of Islamic Religious Education in accordance with instructional objectives it is necessary to make efforts made continuity in planning, implementation until evaluation. One of the efforts to improve the success of PAI learning such as developing teacher professionalism, improving the success of classroom management, creating a religious atmosphere in the School.

Various components influence quality religious education. One of the dominant ones is the teacher. Learning will be of high quality if the teacher is competent and professional. The professional development of teachers is a stage in strengthening skills, competencies, and career advancement, which leads to an increase in the quality of learning being taught. This research uses a literature study method. Sources of data obtained through references and other reading sources related to teacher professionalism, the results showed that the problem of teacher professionalism originated from three components, namely self-development, scientific publications, and innovative work. Quality improvement is more dominantly influenced by teacher professionalism, where teachers are required to achieve predetermined qualifications. by meeting adequate qualifications, the teacher's position will automatically increase. Professional development is related to advancing knowledge and skills by considering attitudes and approaches to improving the quality of learning. It is a process of growing teacher professionalism in strengthening the skills, duties and careers of teachers in facing the changes that occur.Pendidikan agama yang bermutu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai komponen. Salah satunya yang dominan adalah guru. Pembelajaran akan bermutu, apabila gurunya kompeten dan profesional. Pengembangan profesionalitas guru merupakan tahapan dalam penguatan keahlian, kompetensi, dan peningkatan karir yang berujung pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran yang diampu. Riset ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, sumber data diperoleh melalui referensi dan sumber bacaan lain yang berkaitan dengan profesionalisme guru.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah profesioalisme guru berawal dari tiga komponen, yaitu pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah, dan karya inovatif. Peningkatan kualitas lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru, dimana guru dituntut untuk mencapai kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. dengan memenuhi kualifikasi yang memadai maka posisi guru akan secara otomatis meningkat. Pengembangan profesionalisme terkait dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan mempertimbangkan sikap dan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Merupakan proses peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam memperkuat keterampilan, tugas dan karir guru dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.

Description of Islamic Education on Student Moral Pattern (karakater) SMPN 23 Kota TangerangThis study is motivated by problems or junior high school students who are not in accordance with the students, because there are differences in students, smoking is not polite, rude, skipping school, lazy learning and others. The problem revealed in this study is how the benefits of Islamic religious education for students. The goal to be achieved is to know the meaning of Islamic religious education in the form of moral behavior (character) as the quality of learning. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type. The subjects of the study were students of SMPN 23 Tangerang class 8 and grade 9 of academic year 2013/2014 from 105 students from population 1425 students. Analysis of learning variable are good and give a significant effect on the quality of learning.

This community partnership program (PPM) aims to improve teacher professionalism through modification of the learning model. Improving learning practices is an alternative for the development of quality of learning that is oriented towards the benefit of students. The method used in community partnership activities with resembles a ToT (trainer of trainer) form by collaborative-participatory dialogic approach includes in-house training (lectures, questions and answers, discussions) for the delivery of material, direct practice for making modifications to learning models, testing, modeling modification practices. Supervision and visits to ensure the running of training results and to get support from resources in the continued implementation of improving the quality of learning. The training participants in the community partnership program activities included 15 participants from several elementary school teachers in Kahu Subdistrict and also involved students as teacher assistants in modifying the learning model. The results achieved are knowledge partners about learning models, partners are able to modify learning models according to teaching materials and class situations that are innovative, interesting and fun.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara: 1) kreativitas guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , 2) motivasi kerja guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , dan 3) kreativitas dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi korelasional dengan melibatkan 33 orang sampel yang dipilih secara dengan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket/kuesioner. Teknikanalisis data diawali dengan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan linieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakanuji regresi sederhana danuji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ; 1) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 2) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 3) kreativitas guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai dari ketiga variabel tersebut hanya dapat dimasukkan dalam kategori sedang, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam mengajar perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor lain seperti: gaji, jaminan kerja, jaminan hari tua, penghargaan atas prestasi kerja, dan sebagainya. Kata kunci: kreativitas, motivasi, mutupembelajaran Abstract [The Relationship Between Teachers’ Creativity and Motivation Toward Learning Improvement]. This research aim at determine the correlation between the creativity of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, the work motivation of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, and the creativity and the work motivation of eachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. This research employed a method of correlation description with 33 Islamic education teacher were selected as sample by means of census sampling. Technique of collecting data employed questionnaire. Technique of data analysis began with prerequisite of normality and linearity. Hypothesis used test of simple regression and double regression.The study revealed that teacher creativity affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, as well as teacher work motivation affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. Futhermore, analysis show that teacher creativity as well as teacher work motivation affects simultaneously on the learning quality of Islamic Education. In conclusion, the average value of those three variables may be only included into medium category. Thus, to increase teacher performance, it needs other factors, such as; salary, job guarantee, pension, appreciation of work achievement, etc. Keywords: Creativity, Motivation, Learning Quality

The Given

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

The students of Indonesia University of Education (UPI) and Bandung Islamic University (UNISBA) typically practice religion as it was received from their parents and socio-religious environment. They Salat, which is the main prayer of Islam, simply abort their obligations, and after praying, immediately leave their prayer mats without making dhikr or remembering God first. Furthermore, they do not understand khushu` Salat, which involves remembering God throughout the prayer, along with the meaning of dhikr, and the importance of a Murshid, which is the Grand Shaykh of Sufi Order. They also view Sufism as non-Islamic teaching and are cynical about the practitioners. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Sufistic learning model in Islamic Religious Education to improve students’ understanding of these teachings in a substantive and tolerant manner. This research used an R&D approach, and the stage that was performed involved the preparation of a draft model and associated trials. Meanwhile, the learning used the madhhab typology approach of the Sufi and Shari`a Islamic models. The trial results showed that the Sufistic approach was effective in increasing students’ understanding of Islamic teachings in a substantive and tolerant manner. Before learning, students were unaware of Sufi Islam and viewed it as a foreign influence. Also, they did not understand khushu` prayers, comprehend the importance of dhikr, nor that of learning from Murshid. After learning, they understood Sufism, accepted the teachings and did not consider them to be foreign influences, and also recognized Islam in a substantive and tolerant manner. This research is based on the weakness of teachers in preparing the learning tools in the school assisted byCerenti Districts researcher Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of learningtools created by teachers in districts Cerenti. This study used a school action research design consisting of 2cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From theresult of research, Primary School 005 Sikakak in cycle I got the percentage value of 50% after the second cycleincreased to 85%, the increase of 35 points. Primary School 006 Pesikaian, in cycle I got the percentage valueof 65% and increased to 90% in cycle II, the increase of 25 points. Primary School 008 Kompe Berangin, in thefirst cycle got a value of 75% and in the second cycle increased to 90%, an increase of 15 points. PrimarySchool 010 Tanjung Medan, in cycle I got a value of 65% and increased to 85% in cycle II, the increase of 20points. Primary School 011 Pulau Panjang, in cycle I got the percentage value of 80% and in the second cycleincreased to 95%, the increase of 15 points. From the description of the data above can be concluded that, withclinical supervision can improve the quality of learning tools made teachers in Primary School Cerenti District.

Textbook is one of learning components that plays an important role in determining the success of learning. Textbook as a media and one of main resources in the learning process has a strategic role to be developed to improve the quality of learning and cultivate religiosity of the students. The cultivation of religious characters will be effective, efficient, and interesting if the available textbooks are combined with the Islamic education and characters contents. Those contents will create religious atmosphere and familiarize the students in practising their religiosity in everyday life. In this way, the competency of Islamic education and characters are combined with the competency of other subjects that are packaged in a learning experience. Thus the Islamic values will be formed in students characters.

in an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, supervision is needed to improve the quality of teacher professionalism, this is because the quality of learning in Indonesia has not been maximized. With the supervision of education is expected to improve the quality of education personnel and student achievement. This quality improvement should be done continuously in accordance with the development of science and technology in accordance with the times. By making continuous improvements, it can be seen that the quality development gradually, these quality improvement activities can be done by groups or individuals.
