Pembelajaran Online Berbasis Media Google Formulir dalam Tanggap Work From Home Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 1 Paser

Google Forms works as a form of professionalism in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in making students keep learning. Preparation to work from home is anticipated with socialization activities using Google Forms as a first step to the success of the education process through online learning. This research was conducted online with data sources of 41 MIN 1 Paser educational community with data collection techniques through interviews, non-participant observation, and document studies. Using a qualitative approach in the form of case studies, data are collected interactively according to the Miles and Huberman models. The results show: MIN 1 Paser teachers during work from home are using Google Forms as an education room and assignment bag during online learning activities. Teacher professionalism is built to always be creative and innovate in the Google Form space. Present meaningful teaching with learning videos and quizzes that motivate students. Create a new cultural tradition of teaching from paper to online form sheets.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

The purpose of this research was to gain an understanding of the principal's strategies as a manager in overcoming problems that arouse during the implementation of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This study applied a qualitative approach, with data gathered through observation of learning activities via Whastapp groups and interviews with informants such as school principals, PAI teachers, students, and parents. Following the collection of data, an analysis was performed using Miles’ et al theory in order to find conclusive answers. The principal's strategies to solve the problems of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi Lebong fell into the following: sending teachers to attend seminars or getting engaged into the training of information technology and learning with peers, providing guidance or training for children in groups or individually, providing counseling and conducting counseling meetings with students’ parents about the importance of android in the learning process, and giving an understanding of the importance of parental cooperation in supervising their children's learning from home.

The purpose of this study is to describea how the teacher's perception of the application of Edmodo as a tool for learning activities in Al-Falah Islamic Elementary School Jambi. This research is a study that uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. Researchers chose a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research because researchers wanted to examine according to phenomena related to teacher perceptions of the application of edmodo as a learning aid in the Al-Falah Islamic Elementary School in Jambi. The informants of this study were nine Al-Falah Jambi Islamic elementary school teachers. Researchers took the "purposive sampling" sampling technique by assigning informants with special characteristics, namely teachers who knew and had used the Edmodo application as a medium or a tool in learning in the network. Data collection techniques used by researchers are questionnaires and interviews. The researcher chose technique triangulation as a test of the validity of the data. By using triangulation techniques, the researchers re-check the data from the same source with different techniques to conduct data analysis. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles Huberman interactive model which included: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the perception of teachers has a percentage of 84.86% and can be categorized as perceptions that strongly agree with the application of Edmodo as a tool for learning activities in primary schools. The teachers felt helped in the learning process using the edmodo application. With the diversity of features found in the Edmodo application, teachers can use it in online learning. The steps of learning to use the edmodo application have not been eliminated or even almost refined so that the teacher feels that the edmodo application is specifically designed for learning in the network. Just as in direct learning there are materials that can be read in the library, assignments, quizzes, correcting students' assignments and even awards given to students. The teacher is also more free because it can be done anytime and anywhere. Teachers' perceptions of the application of Edmodo regarding the constraints are only few namely regarding the programming language. As for the speed of access because online learning all depends on the network, if the network is good the learning will run smoothly. Comfort in learning using the Edmodo application is also felt by the teachers. The teachers have a desire to continue to access Edmodo as a tool for learning activities by adjusting to the needs and learning materials.

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation and measure the level of teaching and learning activities during the implementation of WFH and SFH. The case studied is theory courses at Politeknik Negeri Batam. The implementation of work from home (WFH) and study from home (SFH) is a learning method that is carried out when there is an urgent situation, namely the outbreak of Covid-19 virus in the world. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a percentage. The data were collected using observation sheets, questionnaires, and analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the observations stated from 15 lecturers shows that 99.77% of lecturers carried out indirect online learning and 0.333% of them carried out direct online learning. The sample of this study is 120 students who were taken randomly from all of Politeknik Negeri Batam students taking general education as the population. The results of the hypothesis testing using SPSS stated that there is a positive effect of the implementation of WFH and SFH on teaching and learning activities by 43.9% and the t test results in a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 from the real level. The results of the tcount (9,610) > t table (1.986) so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, that there is a positive effect of the application of WFH and SFH on teaching and learning activities with the indicators of teaching and learning activities for the WFH and SFH method being Achievement, Critical thinking, Communication Interaction, Teaching Role, and Evaluation system.

Effective learning can be defined as learning that succeeds in achieving the learning objectives of students as expected by the teacher. But the Covid-19 epidemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. So a solution is needed to answer these problems. Online learning is an alternative that can solve this problem so this research aim is to describe the effective management of online learning during a pandemic at SD Negeri 01 Tanah Tinggi. This research is descriptive – qualitative research and data collection techniques in this study are participant observation and in-depth interviews. In order to achieve effective learning during pandemics, teachers are required to make good and interesting learning designs. Five indicators of effective learning, namely (1) management of the implementation of learning, (2) communicative processes, (3) student responses, (4) learning activities, and (5) learning outcomes. Students can understand and master IT, and students and teachers can communicate well through Blended Learning.

Research entitled "Locus, Illocution, and Perlocution Speech Acts in Indonesian Language Teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Nisam". This study aims to describe the locus, illocution, and percocutionary acts of speech in Indonesian language teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. This research approach is a qualitative approach. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The data of this study were in the form of speeches by Indonesian language teachers which took place at SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. The data sources of this study were Indonesian language teachers who taught in class X IPS 1, X IPS 2, X IPA I, XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XII IPA 1, and XII IPS 3 in SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Data collection is done through the technique of recording, listening, and note taking. The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive notes. The results of this study indicate that Indonesian Language teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Nisam actively use several types of speech acts in the process of teaching and learning activities. The speech acts used by Indonesian language teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Nisam consist of three types, namely locution, illocution, and perlocution. First, the speech acts used by Teacher A contain locus and illocutionary speech acts. Second, the speech acts used by teacher B contain locus and illocutionary speech acts. Third, the speech acts used by teacher C contain acts of locution, illocution, and perlocution. Abstrak Penelitian yang berjudul “Tindak Tutur Lokusi, Ilokusi, dan Perlokusi  pada Guru Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam”. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi pada guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang berlangsung di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di  kelas X IPS 1, X IPS 2, X IPA I, XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XII IPA 1, dan XII IPS 3 di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik rekam, simak, dan catat. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan catatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam secara aktif menggunakan beberapa jenis tindak tutur dalam proses kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Tindak tutur yang digunakan guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam terdiri atas tiga jenis yaitu lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Pertama, tindak tutur yang digunakan oleh guru A mengandung tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi. Kedua, tindak tutur yang digunakan guru B mengandung tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi. Ketiga, tindak tutur yang digunakan guru C mengandung tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Kata Kunci: Tindak Tutur, Lokusi, Ilokusi, Perlokusi

The purpose of this study is to describe how the Microsoft Teams application is used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data technique is done by collecting information, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Teams in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application that makes it easier for teachers and students to access, because teachers can deliver materials using various facilities or features provided by the Team, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also assess the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to see the level of student understanding. In addition, Teams can also be used for video reservations for face-to-face learning via online. As long as covid-19 vaccine has not been discovered,then teaching and learning activities will not run as before by face-to-face, but have changed by doing distance learning online, learning and work from home, social distancing and physical distancing. This has an impact on the emergence of changes in the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi activities, namely teaching and learning activities, research and community service, so that changes occur in the method of its implementation. The condition of the covid-19 pandemic is what creates threat and obstacles to be resolved and opportunity for college to be utilized. College opportunities to carry out technological transformation that began during the covid-19 pandemic. College opportunities have begun to open classes utilizing technology.   Selama belum ditemukannya vaksin covid-19, maka kegiatan belajar dan mengajar tidak akan berjalan seperti semula dengan cara melalui tatap muka, namun telah berubah dengan melakukan perkuliahan jarak jauh secara online, belajar dan bekerja dari rumah work from home dan social distancing serta physical distancing. Hal ini  berdampak kepada timbulnya perubahan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi  yaitu kegiatan belajar mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, sehingga  terjadi perubahan dalam metode pelaksanaannya. Kondisi adanya pandemik covid-19 inilah yang menimbulkan tantangan hambatan untuk diselesaikan dan peluang kesempatan untuk dimanfaatkan oleh pendidikan tinggi. Peluang pendidikan tinggi untuk melakukan transformasi teknologi yang dimulai di masa pandemi covid-19. Peluang pendidikan tinggi  mulai membuka kelas-kelas yang memanfaatkan teknologi.

Training is an important activity for teachers to always generate knowledge, not only students who are expected to develop knowledge but educators are also obliged to strengthen field competencies. The training that is often held is not comprehensive and is still relatively rare for certain schools. Therefore, a simple description of some teachers about the learning activities carried out and the acquisition of training within the teaching period is still relatively minimal. In addition, the 2013 curriculum recommends several learning models one of which is project based learning. The fact that some of the teachers interviewed turned out to be relatively rare. Project based learning is important because it can facilitate students to learn through the process. This research method uses descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were teachers from various different schools. The results show that teachers still rarely get training and the implementation of project based learning models is still rarely done. The conclusion is that there is a need for comprehensive training that is not limited by circles and real examples of the application of the project based learning model.

This study aims to examine the management system of cinnamon by Loklahung village community, Loksado sub-district, South Kalimantan. The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative approach using questionnaires and observations. While the qualitative approach seeks understanding by using participant observation, open interviews, interviews with key informants and study documents / libraries. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly in the field. While secondary data is data obtained by analyzing, collecting and studying books and supporting literature as reference material. Based on the results of the study, it is known that as many as 90.8% of Loklahung villagers own cinnamon gardens and manage their own cinnamon gardens from land preparation, planting, maintenance to harvesting cinnamon. People plant cinnamon on the same land with rice and after harvesting rice using a monoculture system and intercropping with fruit and vegetable commodities. Cinnamon maintenance includes stitching, fertilizing and weeding. Harvesting or taking cinnamon bark through several stages, that are choosing a tree to be cut down, cutting down trees, gnawing and skinning trees. Cinnamon harvests in the form of rolls are then sold to collectors or middlemen at a price of IDR 50,000.00 / kg.Keywords: Management syste; Garden; cinnamon
