DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF PRODUCTION SYSTEM IN SHIPBUILDING: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

The relevance of the research is due to the need to increase the technological efficiency and efficiency of the production system of shipbuilding organizations in Russia to ensure an increase in the competitiveness of domestic civil shipbuilding products on the world market. The trends of scientific and technological progress in the industrial sector “Shipbuilding 4.0” have been summarized. The definition of the production system of the shipbuilding organization 4.0 has been proposed. The article reveals the industry-specific features of the functioning of the production system of the organization of Shipbuilding 4.0 on the principles of the concept of Industry 4.0, based on the use of modern digital technologies at all stages of the ship’s life cycle. The article considers the main problems of digitalization of shipbuilding and suggests ways to solve them. Special attention is paid to the unsatisfactory state of fixed production assets, low efficiency of shipbuilding organizations, low rates of introduction of innovative technologies, a shortage of qualified personnel, high cost and long terms of ship construction in comparison with foreign competitors. At the same time, some proposals have been formed: the introduction of lean manufacturing, methods of project and production engineering, the development of economic cooperation and industry standardization. The technical and economic features of shipbuilding, which determines the specifics of the digital transformation of production processes of industry organizations, have been determined. It is proposed to consider the production system of a shipbuilding enterprise as an integrated element of the ecosystem that unites all stakeholders throughout the life cycle of shipbuilding products. The key factors of specialization of the shipbuilding enterprise have been highlighted. The implementation of innovative technologies into the activities of Russian shipbuilding organizations 4.0 will increase the competitiveness of domestic shipbuilding products on the world market, creating value for stakeholders, defining new requirements for the organization of activities while reducing production and operating costs, operation execution time and increasing production efficiency

Neither the development of the world economy nor the availability of raw materials can guarantee the stability of economic development and a high level of social welfare. Now Kazakhstan faces the task of accelerated development of national economy sectors that give a multiplicative effect (the share of agricultural products in the country's GDP should grow 5 times by 2050), including the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan has a great potential to become a new driver of economic development. Therefore, the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan needs sustainable development of export-oriented agricultural production that is competitive on the world market. Despite the solution of many theoretical and applied problems reflected in the works of these authors, a General approach to the classification of organizational reserves for improving the efficiency of production of scientific-intensive products is not currently formed, and the issues of forming a mezzanine for identifying and using, and evaluating the level of production efficiency require further improvement. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical, scientific, methodological and practical provisions for the formation of a production management system of innovative potential based on improving the competitiveness of the agricultural industry, aimed at ensuring food security in Kazakhstan. The article shows that the innovative type of economic development requires the development of a competitive innovative potential product, the implementation of the principles of continuous improvement, the search and use of the organization of production for its effective production. The necessity of forming mechanisms for identifying and using organizational reserves to increase the efficiency of production of innovative potential products is also determined. This opened up the possibility of creating and developing conditions conducive to the mobilization of domestic reserves.

The article terminates the author's series of publications on the impact of system of stereotypes of behaviour – "success formula" - on the development of phases of the life cycle of the socio-economic systems [7-11]. The author argues in favor of the view that lifecycle of any object of management is a complex spiral consisting of 10 phases, each of which, in turn, can be regarded as a separate life cycle. Because of the stereotypes of behaviour, prevailing during previous lifecycle phases, a change of lifecycle phases often leads to a crisis and is accompanied by painful correction of exchange proportions. The author motivates his conclusion that the modern economic crisis is caused by the distortion of exchange proportions. The indexes of changes in exchange proportions are proposed to use as an indicator of stability of the world market. Proposals on overcoming the crisis are made.

Today’s market drives companies to change, adapt, and compete. Many consumers are increasingly looking at price, without sacrificing quality. In order to be attractive to the customer, companies must be able to offer the required quality at the lowest possible price. The life cycle of many products has been shortened compared to the past because now technologies are evolving faster. For these reasons, it is important that companies reevaluate all the operations that are carried out within them, to optimize them and eventually adopt new technologies if they offer interesting opportunities. In this discussion, we first study the design for disassembly, a technique that can bring several advantages during the life cycle of a component, offering the possibility of reducing time and cost of disassembling a product, and better reuse of the different materials of which it is composed. Subsequently, augmented reality is discussed, and how this technology is exploited in the world, especially in the industrial sector. During the work, we discuss a case study, with the gearbox being the object of analysis. This allows us to apply the theoretical concepts illustrated in a concrete way, allowing for a better understanding of the topics.

<strong>English</strong><br />Halal agriculture-based commodities have been growing rapidly in the world market, but Indonesia’s role is still limited. People think that halal certificate is a religious issue. This paper aims to assess positive sides of the halal certification in order to strengthen the agriculture-based industrial sector. This is a literature review and an observation of practice implementation of halal assurance system in Indonesia. Information was obtained from journals, books, magazines, newspapers and electronic media, such as official webs of certification bodies as well as personal communication with competent sources. The results indicate that issues on halal products become a significant opportunity to improve agribusiness economic power by strengthening agriculture-based industries.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Indonesian</strong><br />Komoditas halal berbasis pertanian telah berkembang pesat di pasar dunia, namun peranan Indonesia masih sangat rendah. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat yang masih menganggap halal hanya sebagai isu agama semata. Tulisan ini berupaya untuk melihat sisi positif sertifikasi halal dalam memperkuat sektor industri berbasis pertanian. Metode yang dilakukan adalah melalui peninjauan pustaka-pustaka yang relevan dan pengamatan praktik pelaksanaan sistem jaminan halal di Indonesia. Informasi didapatkan melalui sumber-sumber dari jurnal, buku, majalah, koran, dan media elektronik seperti halaman resmi organisasi lembaga sertifikasi serta komunikasi pribadi dengan narasumber yang kompeten. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa isu halal menjadi peluang yang sangat besar untuk meningkatkan kekuatan perekonomian agribisnis melalui penguatan industri berbasis pertanian. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga memberikan gagasan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam menentukan strategi dan kebijakan di bidang pertanian.

The systematic analysis of world trends in the development of production and sale of agricultural tractors has shown that advertising and exhibition trends of overstating the power and saturation of tractors with automation elements for Russia are technologically outdated. It is proposed to consider increasing energy efficiency and ensuring their environmental safety in the full life cycle as the main indicators of the competitiveness of agricultural tractors in the world market.

We are living in a competitive world. To develop economic condition of any country, industrial sector plays a major role. There are so many industries in our country in our country. Among these sector ship building is an important activity in context of Bangladesh. Ship building industries have been located along the coastal belt and riverbanks of Bangladesh. Ship building industry generates large amount of revenues for the country. The sea borne cargo growth is increasing 6-8% per year and demand of new ship building is increasing at the rate of 3-4% per year. Considering the world market and internal market, it is assumed that Bangladesh has a bright future to elevate herself as a ship building nations in the world market and surely that factor should encourage more Bangladeshi entrepreneurs to come forward in this business. Experts say more than 55% of the world`s ship are more than 20 years old and need replacing. Globally, this small and medium sized ship market is worth around $400 billion. If Bangladesh can get 1% of this market, then it amounts to $4 billion. Our research deals with the last few condition of ship building industry in Bangladesh. We also discuss about the condition of worker and environmental pollution & underlying problems of shipbuilding in Bangladesh. Finally, we formulating some suggestion which can be taken by the government and the private sector to improve the condition of ship building industry and creating demand for our ships in the world market.

The article is devoted to the introduction of innovative technologies in the agro-industrial complex, which is considered one of the most promising economic directions of the country's development. Digital technologies for Russian agribusiness are new and not widespread enough. However, you should pay attention to the fact that innovation processes in this industry have their own specifics. Because of this, the study of the development of the agro-industrial sector of the economy based on the innovative activity of agricultural organizations, that is, the study of the level of intensity of the implementation of innovative processes (innovation activity), is of great importance. The coronavirus factor, in turn, gave an additional impetus to the development of innovative technologies in agriculture. Agrarians from all over the world have begun to use instant messengers, specialized platforms and other digital solutions more actively.

R&D and innovative technologies are required in the EU for being competitive on the world market. Education and professional co-ordination is vitally important, as well as maintenance and development of our genetic bases.


In today's highly competitive, dynamic and volatile conditions, the agroindustrial sector is able to successfully operate in the market and take leadership positions to a large extent by developing and commercializing innovations. The purpose of the article is to study the scientific and applied principles of the development of commercialization of innovations in the agrarian sector in Ukraine as a direction of support of its leadership positions in the world market of agrarian products. As a result of theoretical generalization and comparison of the leading scholars’ views, the own approach has been substantiated to determine the content of the commercialization of innovations. Through systematic analysis, the current state of innovation activity in the agroindustrial sector is analyzed and the tasks important for the present day are necessary to ensure the process of commercialization of innovations.The prospect of changing the relationship between of higher education sectors, agroindustrial sector, the government sector and the civil society sector as the elements of the Quadruple Helix model are substantiated. The forms and methods for the commercialization of innovations in the agrarian sector have been identified on the basis of the use of strategic and structural-functional analysis methods. The conceptual approach to the formation of the mechanism of commercialization of innovative technologies in the agrarian sector of Ukraine is proposed, the typical stages of implementation of the mechanism are determined. The necessity of improving the infrastructure of the scientific and educational sphere in the direction of commercialization of innovations in the agro-industrial sector is substantiated
