This study is aimed at verifying the conception that a strong corporate culture supported with a positive ethical environment is central for directing and guiding the behavior of individuals toward achieving organizational objectives. The rationale for this study stems from the circumstance that formal controls systems suffer from consecutive failures, as the performance of organizations is still suffering from financial collapses. Reasons behind such failures might be related to the insufficient appreciation of the culture-based controls given that formal controls are influenced by the human nature of employees and the affixed moral side.Data subject to analysis are obtained from a judgmental sampling method using a self-completion questionnaire covering the listed companies at Jordan Securities Commission. A factor analysis and a standard multiple regression analysis have been conducted with the aim of proving the hypotheses of the research. The research results show that strong corporate culture supported with a positive ethical environment can direct the behavior of employees for the good of organizations. Results also support the importance of involvement of top management considering its role in filling the gap between the embraced and the workable values and beliefs of an entity.

This study aims to examine the effect of regional apparatus commitment, the role of APIP and organizational culture on the effectiveness of the implementation of SAKIP. This research uses agency theory. The population of this research is the organization of regional apparatus (OPD) of Solok City and Solok Regency with total sampling sampling method. Respondents in this study were OPD secretaries and a number of auditors in the District and City Government of Solok. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the commitment of the regional apparatus influences the effectiveness of SAKIP. This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

ABSTRAK The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of Internal Factors toward student interest in entrepreneurship on Economics and Business Faculty of Jambi University. Sampling techniques used on is Non-Probability Sampling with Convenience Sampling Method. The number of respondents is 100 consumers. Technique analysis for this research use descriptive analysis to describe the research variables and multiple regression analysis to find the effect between research variables using SPSS 20.0. The role of the family has the influence to overcome all obstacles both from internal and external students in realizing all the ideals and hopes. Family support can increase learning motivation, sense of security and attention of students who are still in school. The form of family expression through empathy and acceptance helps students with enthusiasm to manifest individual enthusiasm in the learning process. High learning motivation is also caused by school well-being which is used by school institutions to understand all the basic needs for students and hope that individuals feel satisfaction, well-being and comfort in school with all the processes so as to reduce low learning motivation, this makes students feel prosperous, happy, happy in studying at school. This study aims to determine the effect of family support and school well-being on learning motivation in students of SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang. The number of samples used was 205 students of SMP Negeri 1 grades 7 and 8 East Telukjambe using probability sampling method. Based on the multiple regression analysis test that there is an influence between family support and school well-being on the learning motivation of students of SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang grades 7 and 8 with a Sign value. 0.000 <0.005, which means that family support and school well-being affect students' learning motivation by 23.1%. Keywords: Learning motivation, family support, school well-being Peran keluarga memiliki pengaruh untuk mengatasi segala rintangan baik dari internal maupun ekternal siswa dalam mewujudkan semua cita-cita dan harapan. Dukungan keluarga mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, rasa aman dan perhatian siswa yang masih duduk dibangku sekolah. Bentuk ungkapan keluarga melalui empati dan penerimaan membantu siswa dengan semangat untuk mewujudkan semangat individu dalam proses belajarnya. Motivasi belajar yang tinggi juga di sebabkan oleh school well-being yang, dijadikan oleh institusi sekolah untuk memahami segala kebutuhan mendasar bagi siswa dan berharap individu merasakan kepuasan, kesejahteraan dan kenyamanan di sekolah dengan segala prosesnya sehingga mengurangi rendahnya motivasi belajar hal ini membuat siswa merasa sejahtera, senang, bahagia di dalam menuntut ilmu di sekolah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan school well-being terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 205 siswa SMP Negeri 1 kelas 7 dan 8 Telukjambe Timur dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling. Berdasarkan uji analisis regresi berganda bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan keluarga dan school well-being terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang kelas 7 dan 8 dengan nilai Sign. 0,000 < 0,005 yang artinya dukungan keluarga dan school well-being mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 23.1%. The purpose of this study, namely to obtain empirical evidence that the implementation of corporate governance affect the performance of “Bank Perkreditan Rakyat” ( rural banks), and the role of local culture “Tri Hita Karana “to the BPR’s performance. The population is all BPR located in Badung and Denpasar. The samples using purposive sampling method. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire are distributed directly to the object of research. “BPR” number into the sample in this study was 65 Banks. Data analyzed by model Multiple Regression Analysis. The research result show that the principles of corporate governance and the local cultural effect on the performance of BPR in Badung and Denpasar. “Bank Perkreditan Rakyat”. The implication of the study is important for the government to solve the economic problem using Corporate Governance and Tri Hita Karana concept.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on employment, namely capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Empirical data is presented to prove that the role of small and medium enterprises on employment is influenced by capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program was used as a research test tool. The research data was obtained from SMEs businesses, Central Bureau of Statistics and the SMEs Office to test scientifically whether capital, sales volume, type of business, duration of business, and wages affect employment. Research results show that the duration of the business influences the absorption of labor while capital, sales volume, type of business, and wages do not affect employment. The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

The study focuses on the significance of agricultural credit that can bring change in the life of farmers and rural people. The rural sector is mostly neglected and lacks adequate finance that’s needed to back the sector. However, there are certain financial institutions that work for the welfare of the sector and lend credit facilities to farmers and associated people, for their wellbeing. The current study majorly recognizes the impact and benefits of these credit facilities in improving the situation of farmers at several unnoticed places, including Cachar district. The present study is exploratory in nature. It has explored the role of credit in farmer’s life. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 283farmers of Cachar district. The statistical tools applied for the study were “Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA)”, and “Multiple regression analysis.” The factors identified were Economic Development, Agro Development and Family and Social Development. It was found that there is a significant role of credit in the development of all the three factors.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability and liquidity on dividend policy and firm value. It also examines the role of dividend policy as an intervening variable between profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by Tobin's Q, dividend policy is measured by dividend payout ratio (DPR), profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA) and liquidity is measured by current ratio (CR). The population of this study is companies registered in List of Sharia Securities consisting of more than 300 companies. Samples were taken as many as 100 companies with a purposive sampling method. The observation period is 3 years (2016-2018). To test hypotheses using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that profitability is significant and positively effect on dividend policy, while liquidity does not affect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while liquidity has no effect on firm value. Another result of dividend policy is able to be as an intervening effect on profitability of firm value but not as an intervening liquidity relationship to firm value.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of The Debt (Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets and Liabilities Total Assets) to the return on assets, return on equity and earning per share. The research used secondary data from annual financial report  of Food & Beverage Company from 2011-2015 listed on BEI,  used  purposive sampling method and used multiple regression analysis. Based on the test result of simultan or test F The Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets and Short Term Liabilities is significant to the Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning per share. Result of partial test  or T Test, Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets is not significant on Return On assets, Short Term Liabilities to Total Assets is significant on Return on Assets. Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets is not significant to Return On Equity, Short Term Liabilities to Total Assets significant to Return On Equity, Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets in not significant to Earning per share, and Short Term Liabilities to Total assets is significant to Earning per share.
