The article contains the analysis of scientific approaches to understanding of organizational development in the field of educational institutions management as a complex of successive educational changes. Scientific researches on the change of education managers’ behavior in the course of changes are presented.Types of education managers attitude to changes and their quantitative expression were determined and revealed based on the data of an empirical research. Almost half of the surveyed education managers are represented by such types as “traditionalist” and “realist”, which indicates the insufficient orientation of education managers in introducing innovative changes in educational institutions. This indicates a low level of education managers’ readiness to provide the organizational development of educational institutions. The results obtained can be used by the government in developing and implementing the programs for the professional development of education managers. The authors offer the most practical tools for implementing the concept of organizational development. It is proposed to distinguish between special requirements for both professional and personal qualities of education managers.

The analysis of scientific approaches to understanding the psychological characteristics of the role of the management team is important in the context of ensuring the organizational development of educational institutions. The purpose of the study is to explore the basic approaches and views of modern researchers on defining team roles, to identify the main functional and role positions in the management team.Determining the types of leadership roles of educational institutions based on empirical research data. Also based on the method of case studies problem-situational analysis − solving leadership problems by educational managers − were analyzed the effectiveness of role-playing positions in management teams. Conclusions were made about the need for some correction of understanding and assessment of the importance of all roles in the staff of heads of educational institutions. Each of these command roles related to specific personality traits identified by the tests.An analysis of the orientation of education leaders towards team roles shows that they tend to focus on all team roles. However, one can say that some roles are more attractive to researchers, while others are less attractive. The government can use the research findings to create and implement training programs for educational leaders.

The Covid-19 epidemic has led in significant changes across the board, particularly in the realm of education. Every level of education seems to be being 'forced' to adapt in order to accommodate students studying from home via online media. Educators are expected to be innovative in their delivery of curriculum using online learning medium. The Covid-19 epidemic is a worldwide pandemic, and the National Public Health Board has declared a national emergency. A number of preventative measures have been implemented by the government in order to avoid and reduce the spread of the virus. It is hoped that we would acquire acclimated to the existing system as a learning culture in educational institutions.

The Philippines is one of many developing countries that has begun using the Internet to establish closer communication with entities abroad. Some educational institutions have begun engaging in Internet-based distance education to provide accessible, anytime, anywhere education. These ventures have focused on the tertiary level and post-graduate level of education. The quality of the Internet education that they provide has shown them to be at par with western institutions. However, in the primary and secondary levels of education, the situation is one of a large disparity between the levels of education provided by public and private schools of the nation. Many public educational facilities are located in remote areas where they do not even have electricity, telephone facilities, let alone Internet access. Due to lack of funding, the government has been forced to focus first on providing these schools with the most basic of amenities. Aside from these efforts, the government has also begun to provide ICT facilities to chosen schools that meet the basic requirements for ICT to function. The chapter discusses each of these major points in detail.

The main purpose of the study is to characterize and analyze the characteristics of the creative and innovative potential of students and future education managers. The preparation of future education managers for professional development and creative activity in educational institutions is an urgent issue of higher education. Along with scientific qualifications in the activities of education managers, the professional component is becoming increasingly important, which needs constant updating, replenishment and improvement of psychological, pedagogical, managerial knowledge, skills and abilities, personal qualities, development of abilities and creative potential. In this regard, it is important to study the activities of the education manager and, on this basis, determine the requirements for the system of his professional training. As a result of the study, the features of the creative and innovative potential of students and future education managers were identified.

Abstract: The government has forced the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) into the curriculum of every level of education, from basic education to higher education. Thus, the influence of the demands of society, political maps, social and economic conditions is far more dominant in determining the direction of education in Indonesia than the system of public trust that accumulates in its philosophical view. Important philosophical beliefs as a counterweight and also determine the direction of the pace of education, so that educational institutions do not necessarily only function as producers of labor. On the awareness of the importance of the philosophical dimension in determining the direction of education (Islam), there are still parties (Muslims) who are allergic to even consider sinful, in touch with philosophy with all its rules. The number of fatalities in Spain due to gender-based violence has increased in recent years, with a new rise in 2019, reaching the highest figure since 2015, a year that registered a peak with 60 victims. This article analyzes a database obtained from a survey on gender violence conducted by the Spanish Centre for Sociological Research. The survey, prepared by the Government Delegation for Gender Violence, consisted of interviews with women aged over 15 years living in 858 municipalities distributed over 50 provinces in Spain. The data reveal that most of the women interviewed have not suffered any type of physical, sexual, or psychological abuse. Hence, the application of standard logistic methodologies which suppose symmetric responses, can lead to a poor specification of the model, a misinterpretation of marginal effects and unidentified predictors. It seems more appropriate to consider an asymmetric link function to explain the probability of abuse (physical, sexual, or psychological). The Bayesian methodology allows the incorporation of such an asymmetric function improving the specification of the model. In this article, we compare both methodologies and prove that Bayesian asymmetric performs better results by considering several diagnostic criteria. Furthermore, this methodology detects some significative factors that are not revealed by the classical method, e.g., the partner’s nationality for sexual abuse or the women’s total number of intimate partners for psychological abuse. Bayesian asymmetric estimations reveal no significance concerning to the lowest partner’s level of education for physical abuse but if the intimate partner is currently studying this reduces the probability of sexual abuse. The woman’s level of education is not relevant to the physical, sexual, or psychological abuses suffered. Therefore, the findings may help identify economic and sociological factors not previously considered in this area and highlight policies that may be adopted or revised to help overcome this social problem.

The article reveals the essence and structure of the acmeological experiment and presents the results of empirical research related to the readiness state demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions for self-projecting and further self-realization. In the process of empirical research, the author’s questionnaire was developed to determine the degree of education manager’s readiness for self-projecting; the respondents of the control and experimental groups were selected; the respondents were questioned; the results of the experiment were processed; the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for self-projecting were elaborated basing on the experiment results. In order to develop the readiness of managers of educational institutions for self-projecting, a special course «Self-projecting as a way to develop the professional competence of educational managers» has been elaborated, which has been tested in the educational process aimed at training Master course students who obtain their education according to the educational and professional program «Management of an educational institution». This special course was tested during the acmeological experiment. The formation of the abilities to use the self-projecting mechanism for developing the professional competence of an education manager as well as to fulfil the individual plan aimed at developing the professional competence of an education manager in the form of an individual trajectory of self-development and self-improvement are the main results got after mastering the special course. The results of the acmeological experiment showed a significant improvement in the readiness state for self-projecting demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions who represented the experimental group. Based on the conducted experimental research, the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for professional self-projecting and self-realization have been elaborated. The continuity of learning programs during the COVID-19 pandemic found educational institutions, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) temporarily closed the learning process in schools. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 that is currently engulfing Indonesia. Lack of preparation, readiness and learning strategies have a psychological impact on teachers and students. Declining quality of skills, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Learning from home (online) is an effort by the government program to ensure the continuity of learning in the pandemic period. The research method uses participatory action research (PAR), which focuses on understanding social phenomena that occur in the community and mentoring efforts on the problems faced. The assistance effort is to help the children of MI Sulursewu, Ngawi in participating in online learning related to; 1). Preparation of activities, 2). Counselling participants offline method, 3). Offline activities method. Results of the study show that the mentoring activities following the target of achievement; first, the activity can be carried out following the schedule that has been set. Second, students are always on time for the online learning hours that have been set. Offline methods show that efforts can help ease the burden on parents, but can also make it easier for students to receive subject matter.

The dynamics of several demographic indicators of Russia - child and teenage cohorts in 1970-2000, life expectancy in 1995-2000, migration flows among federal districts in the period between two censuses of 1989 and 2002 - are considered in the article. The author puts forward the hypothesis about the influence of these indicators on the level of education in narrow and broad senses - in educational institutions and the society as a whole. He estimates the perspectives of regional higher educational institutions under conditions of absence of plan distribution of graduates and the double cyclical fall in the number of high school graduates. The agenda for the development of a two-stage system of higher education corresponding with international integration processes is formulated.
