<p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br /> Religiosity is an important element because religiosity as a “drive” in  person's life. Religiosity, also expected to affect a person's success in learning. This study took place in a Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X Sleman, Yogyakarta. The method used quantitative approach to research subjects students of class XI with a total of 118 students with a sample of 84 people. The results showed a positive relationship with the Islamic Religiosity student achievement Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X SlemanYogyakarta, but the relationship is very low with indicated Pearson correlation value of 0.094. After the regression test, the result shown that Islamic religiosity can not be used as a predictor to  rise and fall on the students' learning achievement of the MAN.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p>Religiusitas adalah unsur penting, karena religiusitas sebagai <em>drive</em> dalam kehidupan seseorang. Religiusitas, diperkirakan juga mempengaruhi keberhasilan seseorang dalam belajar.  Penelitian ini mengambil setting di sebuah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian  siswa kelas XI dengan jumlah total siswa 118 orang dengan sampel 84 orang.</p><p>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif Religiusitas Islami dengan prestasi belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X SlemanYogyakarta, namun hubungan tersebut sangat rendah dengan ditunjukkan nilai korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,094. Setelah dilakukan uji regresi, ternyata Religiusitas Islami tidak dapat dijadikan prediktor akan naik turunnya prestasi belajar pada siswa MAN tersebut.</p><p> </p>Kata kunci :

Islamic education has many objectives. It also includes the construction of students’ noble character. Students should be able to understand and be able to build a noble character with the dhuha prayer habituation. This study aims to determine how is the relationship between dhuha prayer habituation and the students’ morals in SMA Negeri 2 Kota Bogor. The method in this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires.  The results of this research were with df in the amount of 77, with the value of r table at a significant level of 5%, these were known that r table 5% = 0.221.  Therefore the research hypothesis stated that the Pearson Correlation (0.667)> r table (0.221). So that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted by stating that there was a positive relationship between the practice of dhuha prayer and student morals, which is 44.5%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada kontribusi bimbingan akademik untuk prestasi belajar siswa dan seberapa besar kontribusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional kuantitatif, dengan populasi dan sampelnya adalah mahasiswa aktif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa ada kontribusi bimbingan akademik bagi mahasiswa. Diperoleh bahwa variabel Interaksi Dosen (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y), dan memiliki hubungan yang berbanding lurus. Ini ditunjukkan pada nilai t hitung (Korelasi Pearson) 0,665 lebih besar dari r tabel, atau r hitung > r tabel = 0,665 > 0,1982. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi bimbingan akademik cukup signifikan. Hasil uji determinasi diperoleh bahwa nilai R2 adalah 0,442 yang berarti bahwa variabel Interaksi Dosen (X) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) sebesar 44,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 55,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji regresi keseluruhan pada variabel X, itu menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama adalah bahwa ada pengaruh Interaksi Dosen terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa, terbukti benar. Artinya, pada setiap peningkatan nilai Interaksi Dosen, itu akan meningkatkan nilai Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa. Ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dosen yang lebih sering dengan mahasiswa akan membantu siswa untuk mengatasi masalah dalam belajar, serta meningkatkan motivasi siswa.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether there is a contribution of academic guidance for the learning achievement of students and how much it contributes. This study uses a quantitative correlational research method, with populations and samples were active students. The study examined that there was a contribution of academic guidance for the student achievement. The results obtained that the Lecturer Interaction variable (X) has a significant effect on the variable Student Learning Achievement (Y), and has a relationship that is directly proportional. This is shown in the value of t count (Pearson Correlation) of 0.665 greater than r tabel, or r count > r tabel = 0.665 > 0.1982. Furthermore, it indicated that the contribution of academic guidance was quite significant. The results of the determination test obtained that the R2 value is 0.442 which means that the Lecturer Interaction variable (X) has an influence on the Student Learning Achievement variable (Y) of 44.2%. While the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the overall regression test analysis on variable X, it shows that the first hypothesis is that there is an influence of Lecturer Interaction on Student Learning Achievement, proven correct. That is, at each increase in the value of Lecturer Interaction, it will increase the value of Student Learning Achievement. This shows that the more frequent lecturer interaction with students will help students to overcome problems in learning, as well as increase student motivation.

<p class="15cKeywordsBInggris">The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between the Obedience Teachers and the Habit of the Zuhur Prayers’ Companions with PAI (islamic studies) Student Achievement. The research was carried out at 1 Gunungputri Vocational High School, Bogor Regency. The research respondents were students with population 349 taken proportionally random sampling. The method used is a survey with a correlational approach. In order to obtain data in the field, a questionnaire is prepared based on the indicators in the research variable. From the results of the study produced three conclusions;  are: First, there is a significant positive relationship between Teacher Exemplary (X1) and PAI Student Learning Achievement (Y) are 35,63 % . Second, there is a significant positive relationship between the Variation of the zuhur Prayers’ Companions (X2) and the PAI Student Achievement (Y) are 43,04 %. Third, There is a significant positive relationship between Teacher Exemplary variables (X1) and Habit of Zuhur Prayers (X2) together with Student PAI Learning Achievement (Y) are 47,85 %. Based on these points it can be concluded that Student PAI Learning Achievement can be improved through Teacher's Exemplary and Habit of the Zuhur Prayers.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari hubungan antara Keteladanan Guru dan Pembiasaan Shalat Zuhur Berjamaah dengan Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Gunung putri Kabupaten Bogor. Responden penelitian adalah Siswa dengan populasi 349 yang diambil secara  Proporsional Random Sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Untuk mendapatkan data di lapangan digunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator-indikator yang ada pada variabel penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan; yaitu: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Keteladanan Guru (X1) dan Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa (Y) sebesar 35,63 %. Kedua, Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Variabel Pembisaan Shalat Zuhur Berjamaah (X2) dengan Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa (Y) sebesar 43,04 %. Ketiga, Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel Keteladanan Guru (X1) dan Pembiasaan Shalat Zuhur Berjamaah (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa (Y) sebesar 47,85 %. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui Keteladanan Guru dan Pembiasaan Shalat Zuhur Berjamaah.</p>

The purpose of this study was to decide whether there was a relationship between learning concentration and student achievement during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. The research method in this study uses a description of the correlation. This research was conducted at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin with students at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin as research subjects. In this study, the object of research is the relationship between learning concentration and student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. The population in this study were students of SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and the sample was assigned to class III at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin, Class III with a total of 32 students. The results of this study show that learning concentration is very closely related to student learning achievement during the covid-19 pandemic at Karang Mekar 4 School Banjarmasin, as shown by students who concentrate on studying quite well, their learning achievements are better.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

ABSTRAKHasil belajar (prestasi belajar) merupakan perubahan perilaku yang diperoleh seseorang setelah mengalami aktivitas belajar. Perolehan aspek-aspek perubahan perilaku tersebut tergantung pada apa yang dipelajari oleh seseorang. Berhasil atau tidaknya seseorang untuk belajar disebabkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pencapaian hasil belajar (prestasi belajar) yaitu berasal dari dalam diri orang yang belajar dan ada pula yang dari luar dirinya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranya adalah motivasi dan minat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan minat masuk Program Studi D  III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa  STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro sebanyak 39 mahasiswa dengan  teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 39. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Analisis hubungan variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Yates Correction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa           (ρ =0,027) dan ada hubungan antara minat masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa (ρ =0,044). Saran untuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro agar meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi D III kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro dengan cara dosen atau pembimbing akademik menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang menarik, sarana prasarana yang menunjang, hubungan antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang baik, sehingga mahasiswa terdorong untuk butuh dan terus belajar dan melakukan pemantauan dan pendekatan lebih dalam terhadap mahasiswa tentang tujuan mereka untuk masuk di Program Studi D III Kebidanan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, minat, prestasi belajar  ABSTRACT      Results of learning (learning achievement) is obtained by a person's behavior changes after experiencing learning activities. Acquisition aspects of the behavior change depending on what is learned by someone. Success or failure of someone to learn due to several factors that affect the achievement of learning outcomes (learning achievement) that comes from within the person who studied and some are from outside himself. Many factors influence it, such as motivation and interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation and interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro. This type of research is analytic correlation. This study used cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of the D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Husada Bojonegoro Scholar at least 39 students with a total sampling with a sample of 39. This study used a questionnaire instrument. Variable correlation analysis done using Yates Correction. Results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between motivation incoming D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.027) and there is a correlation between interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.044). Suggestions for Study Program D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro in order to increase student achievement Prodi DIII midwifery personnel STIKES Scholar Husada Bojonegoro by way of a professor or academic supervisor creates an attractive learning conditions, infrastructure that support, the relationship between faculty and students good , so that students are encouraged to take and continue to learn and perform monitoring and deeper approach to the students about their goals for entry in the D III Midwifery Studies Program. This study aims to examine the relationship between feedback environment practices and creativity in the educational organizations. This study is a quantitative study. A total of 40 polytechnic students from Polytechnic Kuching Sarawak are randomly selected to participate in this study. Data were obtained using a set of questionnaire consisting of three parts. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Inferential analysis involves <em>t</em> test and Pearson correlation. The findings have shown that the level of feedback environment based on students' perception is high. Simultaneously, the level of creativity among the students is also high. The findings indicated that there is no significant difference in feedback environment between genders. Furthermore, the study also showed a significant and positive relationship between feedback environment and students’ creativity. The results of this study have several implications directly to the formation of high-quality students as feedback environment and students’ creativity are interrelated and inseparable in educational organizations.

Corporate Governance and IFR are influential topics that need to be addressed nowadays due to its importance. Especially since companies are growing and extending globally. This research is conducted in Kingdom of Bahrain through the year 2014, where it investigates the relationship between Audit Committee characteristics as a tool of CG and IFR. Literature review has been conducted, not to mention Multi-regression test was used to evaluate the relationship between Audit Committee characteristics and IFR for Bahraini listed companies. The results have showed that the relationship between Audit Committee characteristics and IFR is negative, which indicates that the Audit committee characteristics have no influence over the disclosure of financial information over the internet. However, Frequency of meeting of the board and Big4 resulted in a positive relationship with internet financial reporting. The study ends with a main conclusion and recommendation that contain certain steps and advices of disclosing financial information in an appropriate way through the internet in order to improve the relationship between Audit committee characteristics and IFR.

The research objective was to monitored the implementation of home guidance in improving student achievement in class VIII at State Junior High School 3 Tondano. This research was a counseling action research with four stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were seven people who had low learning achievement. Data were collected by using two methods of observation and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis, data reduction, data display, and data collection. The results showed that the homeroom method could improve student achievement with two cycles of application time.

The research aims to determine the level of relationship between the organizational cynicism and the tendency ofrevenge of sports science students. In this study, descriptive and relational screening technique was used as theresearch technique. The working group consists of 105 students (36 female, 69 male). The participants are studentwho study at Istanbul University Faculty of Sports Science in the academic year of 2017-2018. All of the studentshave been working at an organization/ a workplace for at least 6 months. As the data collection tool, two scales wereutilized with the personal information form prepared by the researchers. Organizational Cynicism Scale and RevengeScale were used. The percentage (%), frequency, skewness, kurtosis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation analysiswere used. As a result there is a positive relationship between the level of organizational cynicism and intention ofrevenge. It was revealed that gender and type of employment variables did not make a significant difference inorganizational cynicism and sub-dimensions and will for revenge. However, significant differences have beenidentified in favor of the participants with a low salary in the behavioral sub-dimension of organizational cynicism.On the other hand, the scores of organizational cynicism and will for revenge of the participants are moderate andeven low.
