Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada kontribusi bimbingan akademik untuk prestasi belajar siswa dan seberapa besar kontribusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional kuantitatif, dengan populasi dan sampelnya adalah mahasiswa aktif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa ada kontribusi bimbingan akademik bagi mahasiswa. Diperoleh bahwa variabel Interaksi Dosen (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y), dan memiliki hubungan yang berbanding lurus. Ini ditunjukkan pada nilai t hitung (Korelasi Pearson) 0,665 lebih besar dari r tabel, atau r hitung > r tabel = 0,665 > 0,1982. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi bimbingan akademik cukup signifikan. Hasil uji determinasi diperoleh bahwa nilai R2 adalah 0,442 yang berarti bahwa variabel Interaksi Dosen (X) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) sebesar 44,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 55,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji regresi keseluruhan pada variabel X, itu menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama adalah bahwa ada pengaruh Interaksi Dosen terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa, terbukti benar. Artinya, pada setiap peningkatan nilai Interaksi Dosen, itu akan meningkatkan nilai Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa. Ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dosen yang lebih sering dengan mahasiswa akan membantu siswa untuk mengatasi masalah dalam belajar, serta meningkatkan motivasi siswa.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether there is a contribution of academic guidance for the learning achievement of students and how much it contributes. This study uses a quantitative correlational research method, with populations and samples were active students. The study examined that there was a contribution of academic guidance for the student achievement. The results obtained that the Lecturer Interaction variable (X) has a significant effect on the variable Student Learning Achievement (Y), and has a relationship that is directly proportional. This is shown in the value of t count (Pearson Correlation) of 0.665 greater than r tabel, or r count > r tabel = 0.665 > 0.1982. Furthermore, it indicated that the contribution of academic guidance was quite significant. The results of the determination test obtained that the R2 value is 0.442 which means that the Lecturer Interaction variable (X) has an influence on the Student Learning Achievement variable (Y) of 44.2%. While the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the overall regression test analysis on variable X, it shows that the first hypothesis is that there is an influence of Lecturer Interaction on Student Learning Achievement, proven correct. That is, at each increase in the value of Lecturer Interaction, it will increase the value of Student Learning Achievement. This shows that the more frequent lecturer interaction with students will help students to overcome problems in learning, as well as increase student motivation.

This study aims to find out how the influence of learning motivation on student achievement in school. This research is focused on the teacher's role in fostering student learning motivation. This motivation is very important for improving student learning achievement. Because as is well known, student motivation in learning is lacking. This will affect its success in learning. For this reason, there is a need for efforts by teachers to increase interest in learning and motivate students to be more enthusiastic about achieving in school. The approach taken in this journal research is the approach (library research) which uses literature as its object. From the research of several literatures, the results of this study indicate that learning motivation has an influence on student learning activities, especially on student achievement. The higher the student's motivation, the better the learning achievement. Vice versa, the lower the motivation of student learning, it will be difficult for these students to achieve achievement in learning. The teacher also has a very important role and has an influence on student motivation in school.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan yang berjumlah 126 siswa dan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 siswa yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan, wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai 4,088 > 1,986 artinya variabel motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan sebesar 40,88%. (2) pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar memiliki nilai 2,543 > 1,986 artinya variabel pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan sebesar 25,43%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan tahun ajaran 2018/2019, dengan nilai 9,957 > 3,09. Kata kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar, dan Prestasi Belajar. ABSTRACT This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of student learning motivation and utilization of student learning facilities on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan, totaling 126 students and with a total sample of 96 students selected by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using, interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the study (1) student motivation has a value of t count 4.088> t table 1.986 means that the variable of student motivation has an influence on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan by 40.88%. (2) the utilization of learning facilities has a value of t count 2.543> t table 1.986 meaning that the variable utilization of learning facilities has an influence on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan by 25.43%. (3) There is a joint effect between the variables of learning motivation and the use of learning facilities on the learning achievement of students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan in the academic year 2018/2019, with a value of F count 9,957> F table 3.09 . This research was based on problems related to economic learning achievement in class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The solution to this problem was applying discovery research learning. The purpose of this research was to improve the learning achievement of economics through discovery research learning in class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement had increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (67.6%,), cycle II (81%), cycle III (91%). The conclusion of this research is that the Discovery Research Method can improve student achievement in SMAN 2 Siak Hulu Class XII IPS 2 for the 2019/2020 academic year, and this learning model can be used as an alternative for implementing learning material in Economics. The teaching model of the Discovery Research Method can make students feel they get attention and the opportunity to express opinions, ideas, ideas and questions. Students can work independently or in groups, and are able to be responsible for all individual and group tasks. The application of learning with the Discovery Research Method has a positive effect, which can increase student learning creativity.

Student achievement can be regarded as indicators of the success of a learning process, which is a measure of success for teachers to conduct the necessary improvements. This study aimstodetermine the effect ofteaching methodthatis appliedandindependent learningon student achievement. The research method is quantitative by using multiple regression analysis. The respondents are students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah in Kudus, the number of sample is 187 students from 17 schools. The results of the study revealed that teachers’ teaching method and student learning independence affect learning achievement of 56.9%. Teacher’steaching style and student learning independence significant positive effect on learning achievement with a significance level less than 1%.

This study aims to determine: 1) Improvement of student learning motivation, 2) Improvement of student learning achievement by using Guided Inquires model assisted by PowerPoint media on the subject matter of Vibration, Waves and Sound class VII A SMP PGRI 6 MALANG 2019/2020 academic year consisting of 24 students. The object of data collection is student achievement and student motivation. Data sources are students and teachers in schools. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis while this class action research (PTK) procedure used II cycles, and at the end of each cycle a test was performed to determine student achievement. Based on the results of the study found that the results of student motivation in the first cycle obtained mastery learning by 70.24% with enough categories and in the second cycle 80.51% with good categories. Improved learning achievement in the first cycle obtained by mastery learning by 62.5% and students who completed there were 15 participants, students who did not complete 9 participants, with a pretty good category. In cycle II the increase was 87.5% and 21 students were complete while those unfinished were 3 participants in either category. The application of the Guided Inquiri learning model assisted by PowerPoint media can improve the motivation and achievement of physics learning for Grade VII A students of SMP PGRI 6 MALANG.

This study aims to determine: (1) Biology learning outcomes of students; (2) Student interest in learning; (3) student motivation; (4) Parents' attention; (5) The relationship between interest, motivation and parental attention to student biology learning outcomes in the cross-interest group of class X students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan in 2019. The research method is a descriptive correlational research method with a research sample of 100 students. determined by cluster random sampling (random sample class). The research instrument consisted of a cognitive learning outcome test, a student interest questionnaire, a student learning motivation questionnaire, and a student parent attention questionnaire that had been tested for validity, reliability, discrepancy and level of difficulty. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques using SPSS 21.0 for windows. The results showed: (1) Cognitive learning outcomes of 74.08 which fall into the moderate category; (2) The level of student interest was 64.67 which was in the medium category; (3) The level of student motivation is 68.46 which belongs to the medium category; (4) The level of attention of the students' parents is 66.74 which is in the moderate category; (5) The significant relationship between student interest in learning, student motivation, and parents' attention to student cognitive learning outcomes with Sig 0.00 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the relationship between student motivation and student achievement. The researcher looked at several problems regarding learning motivation, in which 8th grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari is less motivated in learning on Integrated Social Sciences subjects and impacts on learning achievements such as Exercise scores, Pr, Daily Exams, Midterm Exams, and Final semester Exams. The type of research used is quantitative research with a correlation approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers include observation and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that based on the overall items of the questions obtained 3.31 This means that students' learning motivation is in good qualifications as expected. From the results of hypothesis testing and data processing there is a relationship between student learning motivation and student learning achievement so that the price coefficient obtained between x and y is 0.56 means in the medium category. Then it can be interpreted that the learning motivation of the 8th grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari is in a good level in supporting learning activities on the subject (IPS) Integrated so that it affects learning achievement. "There is a significant relationship between student learning motivation and learning achievement on Integrated (IPS) subjects at grade 8 at SMPN 2 Kec. Si Limo Nagari Academic Year 2018/2019" Accepted this means that there is a relationship between learning motivation and student achievement at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari. The purpose of this study was to decide whether there was a relationship between learning concentration and student achievement during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. The research method in this study uses a description of the correlation. This research was conducted at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin with students at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin as research subjects. In this study, the object of research is the relationship between learning concentration and student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. The population in this study were students of SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and the sample was assigned to class III at SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin, Class III with a total of 32 students. The results of this study show that learning concentration is very closely related to student learning achievement during the covid-19 pandemic at Karang Mekar 4 School Banjarmasin, as shown by students who concentrate on studying quite well, their learning achievements are better.

<p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br /> Religiosity is an important element because religiosity as a “drive” in  person's life. Religiosity, also expected to affect a person's success in learning. This study took place in a Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X Sleman, Yogyakarta. The method used quantitative approach to research subjects students of class XI with a total of 118 students with a sample of 84 people. The results showed a positive relationship with the Islamic Religiosity student achievement Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X SlemanYogyakarta, but the relationship is very low with indicated Pearson correlation value of 0.094. After the regression test, the result shown that Islamic religiosity can not be used as a predictor to  rise and fall on the students' learning achievement of the MAN.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p>Religiusitas adalah unsur penting, karena religiusitas sebagai <em>drive</em> dalam kehidupan seseorang. Religiusitas, diperkirakan juga mempengaruhi keberhasilan seseorang dalam belajar.  Penelitian ini mengambil setting di sebuah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian  siswa kelas XI dengan jumlah total siswa 118 orang dengan sampel 84 orang.</p><p>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif Religiusitas Islami dengan prestasi belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri X SlemanYogyakarta, namun hubungan tersebut sangat rendah dengan ditunjukkan nilai korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,094. Setelah dilakukan uji regresi, ternyata Religiusitas Islami tidak dapat dijadikan prediktor akan naik turunnya prestasi belajar pada siswa MAN tersebut.</p><p> </p>Kata kunci :

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Engineering Education Department, The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado, and look for obstacles or obstacles that inhibit the success of student learning while looking for efforts to overcome these problems. This research method is correlational research. The results of a simple linear regression analysis of the variables of classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado obtained the equation of the regression line ỷ = 34.80 + 0.42 X, which illustrates that if class management increases by one unit, student achievement will increase amounting to 0.361 units. Similarly, the results obtained that the regression model is good enough, because based on the model deviation test shows that the deviation is not significant at the 5% test level in this case F (Calculate) = 0.73 <F (Table) = 2.43. Thus, the regression equation above can be used to estimate or predict learning achievement (Y) if class management (X) is known. The results of testing the hypothesis, it is evident that the classroom management variables (X) have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at the Building Egineering Education at Universitas Negeri Manado. Based on these results, there is a significant and positive relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department students at Universitas Negeri Manado.
