Indonesian netizens expressions potentially satire with the COVID-19 pandemic on social media Facebook

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of information is more likely to be conveyed by netizens through social media, especially Facebook. The information in question sometimes contains potentially satirical expressions. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to describe the expressions of Indonesian netizens that have the potential to be satire that cannot be separated from the topic of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive presentation method. Research data is sourced from social media Facebook, while research data is in words, phrases, and or sentences in the form of exposed expressions. The research data collection technique applies digital exploration techniques, namely exploring and examining several statuses in expressions published on Facebook social media. The data that is considered relevant to the purpose of the research is then documented by taking a screen capture or screenshot. The data were analyzed by applying pragmasemantic techniques. The results showed that the expressions with the potential to be satirical were found with satire irony, sarcasm, innuendo, cynicism, and satire. The five types of satire are summarized as findings stated in the proposition, namely, potentially satire expressions or satire expressions.

This study aims to (1) describe the existential drama Oh, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug works of Putu Wijaya which include: (a) freedom, (b) anxiety, (c) the failure, (d) the futility, (e) death, (2) describe absurdism in drama Ah, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug by Putu Wijaya which includes: (a) suicide philosophical, (b) the nature of the symbolic, and (c) of tragedy and comedy. This study focuses on (1) existentialism in the drama Oh, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug by Putu Wijaya which include: (a) freedom, (b) anxiety, (c) the failure, (d) the futility, (e) death and (2) absurdism in drama Ah, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug. This study is qualitative research, using descriptive qualitative research data collection. Descriptive method is a method which seeks to describe a phenomenon, the events that occurred at that time. In this study, descriptive method is used to describe the concept of existentialism and absurdism. This research data use existantialism theory and absurdism in playwrights by PutuWijaya. By using the technique with the data source in the form of three plays, the relevant data collection technique is a technique read. Reading the drama text data collection activities conducted by member’s attention totally focused on the object. Reading and listening is a set of techniques to obtain valid data followed by activities recorded data. This study concluded five concepts of existentialism and three concepts of absurdism. The results showed that existentialism in the drama Oh, Edan, Dag Dig Dug by Putu Wijaya, looked in terms of freedom, anxiety, failure, futility, and death. Three absurdism concepts in drama Ah, Edan, Dag Dig Dug by Putu Wijaya looked through suicide philosophical, symbolic nature, tragedy and comedy.

The dissemination of information is carried out in various ways, one of them through Instagram. An Instagram account should not only be a visual performance but also a place for interaction with the public. This research aims to identify a combination of various aspects carried out in the @universitasislambandung account so that it can become an attractive presentation to create an orchestration that is pleasing to the public. The method used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and literature study. The results of this research indicate the initial stages of identifying aspects of social media activation in the form of engagement mode on the @universitasislambandung Instagram account with its unique users. The uniqueness can be seen from the combination of the thematic agenda with Unisba's vision and mission which is manifested in publications and interactions in the chat column, in the form of comments and direct messages. This research also produced a number of recommendations to optimize the performance of this Instagram account as a representation of the institutions on syle and delivery mode by utilizing additional features available on Instagram.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the velues of character education in Tere Liye’s novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin. The type of this study is qualitative research with descriptive method and using triangulation technique to validate the data. The research data is in the form of words, phrases, sentences, and discourses that show the actions of the characters, the words of the characters and the narrator, which indicate the values of character education found in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin. The data collection technique of this study is to read and understand Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin then recording the data related to character education values in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin in the form of units of events from character’s behavior. The data analysis technique of this research is describing the values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin which is seen in a unit of character events, classifying, analyzing data, interpreting, and compiling reports.As the results of the research founded 72 values of character education, namely 5 values of religious character education, 17 values of hard work character education, 4 values of independent character education, 6 values of curiosity character education, 5 values of education value achievement, 9 values of friendly character education, 3 values of character education are fond of reading, 15 values of moral value character education, and 8 values of education responsibility. The most dominant valueof character education in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh ismoral value character education as much as 15 data. Various kinds of religious contents were widely circulated in social media with various kinds of covers to attract users, especially the millennial generation as active users of social media. Especially for non-santri teenagers who had a high curiosity in religious insight. The method used was a qualitative research with descriptive research. Data collection techniques used were non-participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were Muslim teenagers who were still studying. The findings indicated that their favorite social media were Instagram, What’s up, and YouTube. The impact of utilizing social media was to add religious insight to Muslim adolescents who were obtained the materials before and the obstacles faced by adolescents when deciding to ‘hijrah ‘; that was, there were acts of bullying and were considered to only follow trends. The conclusion was the use of social media among non-santri teenagers is one way to answer curiosity about religious insight. Therefore, they realized new understanding in the form of ‘hijrah’. This condition was increasingly supported by the widespread of contents in social media and the presence of routine religious teachings in various mosques considered to represent the meaning of ‘hijrah’.

<p align="center"><span lang="IN">Oath is an official statement or a word used to prove the truth, and someone who takes an oath can make a curse for himself if it violates the pledge. But, in its use in the present era, the word oath no longer shows its sacredness but also indicates its use as slang in affirming something among young people. This research is focused on shifting the meaning of the word oath. This research is qualitative—research data in the form of sentences that contain the word oath. The data was obtained from social media, Twitter, and Facebook. Data collection methods used in the form of refer to the method of note-taking. Data analysis methods used in the form of a method of distribution with substitution techniques or dressing techniques. From this research, the result is that the word oath has a shift in meaning, expanding, or generalizing. The word oath, which was originally used as a sacred word, in the millennial era, is used as a word to convince others and express feelings.</span></p>

This study aimed to: (1) describe the form of abuse; (2) describe the causes of abuse; and (3) describe the impact of abuse in Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda novel by Agnes Davonar. Theories used to achieve the objectives of the research, namely: (1) the nature of the novel; (2) novel elements; (3) fiction analysis approach; (4) literature sociology studies; (5) abuse; (6) causes of abuse; and (7) the impact of abuse. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The data in this study are sentences and direct speeches of the characters and narratives of the author that can be interpreted or interpreted as abuse. The source of the data in this study was Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda novel by Agnes Davonar. The research data collection technique was carried out with the following steps: (1) reading Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda novelby Agnes Davonar; (2) marking quotes in novels that correspond to the data sought; and (3) record data on abuse, causes of abuse, and the impact of abuse in Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda novelby Agnes Davonar. After the data is collected, the data are analyzed with the following steps: (1) identifying data; (2) clarifying or analyzing data; and (3) make conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the indicators of abuse phenomenon contained in the novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda novel the work of Agnes Davonar include: (1) forms of abuse divided into three; verbal abuse, nonverbal abuse, and physical abuse; (2) the causes of abuse are divided into two; individual factors and social factors, and (3) the impact of abuse is divided into two; the impact on victims and the impact on the perpetratorsKeywords: Bullying, Novel, Social

This study aims to describe and analyze the existence of the Batin Kemuning Dance in Tembilahan District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cameras. The data collection technique is done by means of literature study, observation, interview and documentation. The steps in analyzing data are collecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Batin Kemuning Dance is a Malay creation dance created to participate in the 2007 Nusantara Dance Parade at Sanggar Sri Gemilang, Tembilahan District. In 2008-2010, Batin Kemuning Dance was always used at events organized by the Tourism, Youth, Sports and Culture Office (DISPARPORABUD) of Indragiri Hilir Regency to perform inside, outside the region to foreign countries. In 2011-2013, Batin Kemuning Dance experienced a decline because Sanggar Sri Gemilang tried to perform another dance, but in this span of this year, the Batin Kemuning Dance actually developed on social media (Youtube). In 2014-2019, Batin Kemuning Dance was always used again at government events managed by DISPARPORABUD. In 2020 the Batin Kemuning Dance was not performed due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak where all events were canceled.Keywords : existence, Batin Kemuning Dance

'Nightmare' is the title of a video clip belonging to a singer and singer called Halsey, in which the video clip is explained about the figure of women who struggle against patriarchal culture which has been a barrier wall for women to get their rights, welfare and the equality needed they get. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are done through documentation, observation and study of literature. Then, analyzed using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotics technique. The results of this study show the fact that signs, symbols or messages representing feminism in the video, 'Nightmare' clips are presented through scenes that present women's actions in opposing domination over men and sarcastic sentences contained in the lyrics of the song to discuss with patriarchy. Youtube as one of the social media platforms where the 'Nightmare' video clip is uploaded is very effective for mass communication and for conveying the message contained in the video clip to the viewing public.‘Nightmare’ adalah judul video klip milik musisi sekaligus penyanyi yang bernama Halsey, dimana pada Video klipnya tersebut menceritakan tentang figur perempuan-perempuan yang berusaha melawan budaya patriarki yang selama ini telah menjadi dinding penghalang bagi perempuan untuk mendapatkan hak-haknya, keadilan dan kesetaraan yang seharusnya mereka dapatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Kemudian, dianalisis menggunakan teknik semiotika milik Charles Sanders Peirce. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat tanda-tanda, simbol atau pesan yang merepresentasikan feminisme di dalam video klip ‘Nightmare’ yang dihadirkan melalui adegan-adegan yang menyajikan aksi perempuan dalam menolak dominasi atas laki-laki dan kalimat-kalimat sarkas yang terkandung dalam lirik lagunya untuk ditujukan kepada patriarki. Youtube sebagai salah satu platform media sosial dimana video klip ‘Nightmare’ diunggah sangat efektif untuk melakukan komunikasi massa dan untuk menyampaikan pesan yang terkandung di dalam video klip tersebut kepada masyarakat yang menonton.
