This research was conducted at Pondok Gurih Restaurant, Pekanbaru which aims to calculate the value of the willingness to pay of consumers and to analyze the factors that affect the willingness to pay of consumers for the purchase of catfish spicy acid. This research can be used as information material for the restaurant to improve the quality and facilities for consumer demand. The research method used is a survey method that used primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques through interviews. The sample in this study are consumers who eat at the restaurant and are willing to be interviewed. The number of respondents used in this study was 100 people. The data analysis method used in this research is logistic regression. The results showed that the average cost to be paid by consumers was IDR 87,410 with the lowest WTP value of IDR 40,000 and the highest was IDR 150,000. Then the variables that significantly affect the consumer's desire to pay are age, income, education, and product quality. The variables that did not have a significant effect were gender, service quality, and occupation. Suggestions for businesses are to continue to improve product quality.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of product quality and service quality on customers loyalty. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, Tbk through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality no significant and service quality significant influenced the customers loyalty. The conclution of this study is that service quality was dominant than the product quality in influencing customers loyalty

The development of the coffeeshop grew rapidly in the last 10 years, with the change of adolescent lifestyle patterns in consuming coffee in the coffeeshop. Coffee Latte is one of the usual menu served by the coffeeshop at varying prices. This research aims to analyze the characteristics of consumers, analyzing the value of Willingness to Pay and analyzing the influence of consumer characteristics against the value of consumer Willingness to Pay on coffee latte products. The study was conducted on 15 January to 15 February 2020 located in the coffeeshop around the campus Undip Tembalang with the determination of the location purposive. The research method used is the survey method. Respondents were taken as much as 99 people using accidental sampling. Data collection using primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used are descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and the analysis of logistic regression. The results of the study gained that most consumers of coffee latte were men with a percentage of 58.6% and women with a percentage of 41.4%. Consumers who are willing to pay more than the current price are 94.9% of respondents and amounting to 5.05% of the respondents are not willing to increase by 5% to 25%. The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Perceptions of pedestrian convenience on the pedestrian path of Gajah Mada Street Denpasar. Gajah Mada Street as an economic and tourist area requires good and comfortable physical infrastructure to support easy accessibility and circulation of visitors to the area. One of the physical infrastructures is a pedestrian lanewhich functions as an access to support pedestrian activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical conditions of the pedestrian paths and to determine the perception of pedestrian comfort on the pedestrian path at Gajah Mada Street. The research method used in this research is a survey method byperforming primary data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. Based on the research conducted, it is known that there are physical conditions and supporting facilities for the damaged pedestrian paths, in the form of materials and street furniture such as: seats, trash cans and roadside plants. Based on the assessment of perceptional respondents about the condition of pedestrian path has been considered comfortable and safe. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the damaged pedestrians. The purpose of improving pedestrian facilities and infrastructure is to facilitate the pedestrians in order to be comfortable and safe in carrying outactivities on the pedestrian path.

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

Fluctuation in the price of red chili pepper is an old problem in the horticultural product trade, moreover, the high level of red chili pepper consumption also has an impact on the sensitivity of red chili pepper prices in the market. The cause of this fluctuation is not only due to production and productivity factors of red chili pepper but also due to distribution factors and the role of marketing of each agency. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the institutions involved in the marketing of red chili pepper; (2) to analyze the functions and roles of institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper; (3) to analyze the potential of institutional development in producing marketing recommendations system in the future. This research was conducted in North Sumatra by selecting 3 districts, namely Karo Regency, Deli Serdang Regency, and Dairi Regency. The data method used was a survey method with qualitative data analysis. The data used consisted of primary data (observation, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data (literature study). The method of processing and data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed: (1) there are 2 main institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper, namely a marketing agency and a farmer institution; (2) those institutions have different roles in the marketing of red chili pepper and the results of the research show that marketing agencies have a bigger role in marketing red chili pepper; (3) the existing STA is the potential for farmer level institutional development. It is necessary to strengthen farmer level institution without forgetting farmers and also marketing institutions that play a role in the red chili marketing system.

The use of plants in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung is currently disrupting visitor activities because their growth has damaged pavements and facilities. Therefore, the implementation of garden maintenance is very important to be able to maintain the comfort of the visitors and the beauty of the garden. This study aims to evaluate the maintenance of the garden in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung. The research method used is a survey method. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is done by using observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. Based on the research results, the implementation of maintenance is carried out independently by implementing an unit and special maintenance system. In the implementation of watering, pruning, silting and weeding activities, the performance of the workers exceeds the ideal working capacity standard except for sweeping and fertilizing activities. The perception of visitors to the physical condition of the garden is considered good, seen from the indicators of assessment including garden's cleanliness, pedestrian's cleanliness, cleanliness of benches, cleanliness of planter boxes, garden safety and the beauty of the garden. Suggestions in this research are that it is necessary to have a written standard operational procedures for garden maintenance and to propose tree pruning activities at least once every three months.

The research aimed at finding out speaking ability of second grade elementary students by using Think Talk Write learning model. The data retrieval was carried out for four days. The problem was lack of teachers’ innovation in improving students’ speaking ability so the researcher decided to carry out this model. The research method was descriptive qualitative. Primary data was taken from this research result and secondary data was taken from published journals. Data analysis techniques were triangulation and data reduction from interview, observations, students’ activities, and students’ presentation results. The result of this study showed that on the first day of observation the students were still in low category, while on the second day to the fourth day, 25 students were in fast category and only 2 students were in medium category. Based on this result, it can be concluded that Think Talk Write learning model can improve speaking ability of second grade elementary students.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of corn marketing. The research method used is a survey method. Data collection was carried out in Bandar Sribhawono District of East Lampung Regency in January - March 2019. Farmer respondents were chosen randomly and marketing agency respondents were taken by following the marketing flow. Data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis method used is the S-C-P (Structure, Conduct, Performance) model. The results showed that the corn marketing system in Bandar Sribhawono Sub-district has not been efficient, because the market structure faced by farmers was the oligopsonistic market structure, market behavior shows that farmers are still disadvantaged and act as price takers, there was one marketing channel with producer share (PS) below 55%, high marketing margin and profit margin ratio (RPM) does not spread evenly.  Key words: corn, efficiency, marketing

This study aims to determine the income of horticultural traders in Tanawangko Market, Borgo Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted for two months, namely in October and November 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis which is presented in tabular form. The results of research, total revenue of Rp. 2,909,750 while the total cost of Rp. 2,097,450 consisting of business capital and market retribution costs. The profit of Tanawangko market traders during the Covid 19 pandemic was an average of IDR 812,300 / week.
