Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi Musyrif dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan dan kemandirian siswa Boarding School. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), Sidoarjo.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan in-depth interview dengan key informant: Supervisor Asrama SMA ICMBS, Musyrif, siswa, dan Alumni. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikonklusikan: (1) Strategi Musyrif dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan dan kemandirian terbagi dua yaitu internal dan eksternal. (2) Strategi internal meliputi enam tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pengenalan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, reward and punishment, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan diintegrasikan melalui organizing divisi kepengurusan asrama. Pengenalan diintegrasikan melalui pembelajaran diniyah, Taujihat Wal Irsyadat, pendidikan keorganisasian, dan keteladanan. Pelaksanaan di integrasikan melalui kegiatan Organisasi Asrama Santri, multi activities, dan kedisiplinan. Pengawasan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh komponen lembaga pedidikan. Reward and punishment diintegrasikan sesuai prinsip dan ketetapan yang berlaku. Evaluasi diintegrasikan melalui rapat Musyrif, Musyrif dengan siswa, dan ujian diniyah. (3) Strategi eksternal meliputi pengenalan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi yang diintegrasikan melalui komunikasi aktif dengan orang tua wali baik dalam bentuk formal maupun nonformalMUSYRIF STRATEGY IN SHAPING CHARACTERS OF LEADERSHIP AND INDEPENDENCE OF BOARDING SCHOOL STUDENTSThe purpose of the research is to describe how Musyrif's strategy in shaping the character of leadership and independent student at high school ICMBS Sidoarjo. This research takes a case study in high school Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), Sidoarjo. The method which used in this research is qualitative. The Data obtained through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with key informants are Boarding Supervisor, Musyrif, student, and Alumni. The technique of data analysis used is by descriptive analysis technique.  Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: (1) The Musyrif's strategy in shaping the character of leadership and independence is divided into two, internal and external. (2) The internal strategy includes six steps, they are: planning, knowing, actuating, controlling, reward & punishment, and evaluating. The planning strategy is integrated through organizing the division of management. The knowing strategy is integrated through the learning of diniyah, taujihat wal irsyadat, leadership education, and model. The actuating strategy is integrated through the organization of Boarding School, multi activities, and discipline. The controlling strategy is carried out by all components of high school ICMBS Sidoarjo. The Reward and punishment strategy is carried out by principles and provisions. The evaluation strategy is integrated through the evaluation between Musyrif, Musyrif, and students, and the examination of diniyah. (3) The external strategy includes three steps they are: knowing, controlling, and evaluation which is integrated through effective communication with the guardian's parents by formal or informal.

This study aims to determine the Musyrif strategy applied in the formation of leadership and independence character in SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data obtained through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Sources of data in this study were obtained through interviews on January 29 - February 7 2020 together with the Supervisior of the High School Dormitory, Musyrif, and board of the Santri Boarding Organization and SMA ICMBS Alumni as supporting data. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that in character building, the musyrif strategy is divided into two, namely (a) internal strategy includes six stages - planning, introduction, implementation, supervision, reward and punishment, and evaluation, and (b) external strategies namely introduction, supervision, and integrated evaluation through active communication with guardian parents in both formal and informal forms. So, it can be concluded that the musyrif strategy is very effective in shaping the character of leadership and student independence. Kuncup Melati Junior High School (JHS) is a multiethnic school whose students come from Chinese and Javanese ethnic groups. Both groups have a negative stereotype towards one another and often engage in conflicts. The school opens a room for discussion for both groups, proving that both can coexist in diversity. This study aims to analyze the symbolic interactionism and the implementation of multicultural values. Data analysis technique used were qualitative technique, borrowing the symbolic interactionism theory of Herbert Blumer. The informants were the teachers, the Chinese students, and Javanese students. The data collection technique employed in-depth interview, observation, and documentation study. The results revealed that the symbolic interactionism between two groups can be interpreted from multiethnic friendship and understanding of each other’s culture and religion. This can reduce the stereotype between two groups, and in turn, result in respect from one another. The heterogeneous school environment showcasing the implementation of respect for one another is indirectly internalized in students’ behavior. Multicultural values found in Kuncup Melati JHS are tolerance, solidarity, and equality. This study recommends to open a more diverse multietchnic and multifaith interaction because multicultural values cannot only be taught in class, but rather have to be experienced personally.

 This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of former drug addicts, starting from drug abuse until they become addicted, deciding to stop using them. This study uses a qualitative approach, the subject or informant is determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type based on predetermined criteria, which involves one informant, namely a male (F) aged 42 years. Data collection methods used in this study are in-depth interviews (in depth interviews), where researchers will interview informants with semi-structured interviews. In addition, researchers also used observation and psychological tests, which are graphic tests in the form of DAM (Draw a Man) and BAUM (tree drawing) tests, and intelligence tests using WAIS. The data analysis technique used is case study analysis of case / incident patterns. Based on the results of research F became a drug addict because of the learning process, where the enjoyment and lack of parental supervision is a reinforcement to continue using drugs. Generalization of people, places, pleasure makes it difficult for F to stop using drugs.   Keywords: Psychological Dynamics, Drug Addicts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis mantan pecandu napza, dimulai dari awal menyalahgunan napza hingga menjadi kecanduan, memutuskan untuk berhenti memakai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Subjek atau informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sampling non-probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, yaitu melibatkan satu informan, yaitu laki-laki (F) yang berusia 42 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara secara mendalam (in depth interview), dimana peneliti akan menwawancarai informan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur. Selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan observasi serta menggunakan tes-tes psikologi, yaitu tes grafis berupa tes DAM (Draw a Man) dan BAUM (tes menggambar pohon), serta tes inteligensi dengan menggunakan WAIS. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis studi kasus pola kasus/kejadian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian F menjadi pecandu narkoba karena adanya proses belajar, dimana kenikmatan dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua merupakan reinforcement untuk terus menggunakan napza. Adanya generalisasi terhadap people, place, pleasure menyebabkan F sulit untuk berhenti menggunakan napza. Kata Kunci: Dinamika Psikologis, Mantan Pengguna Napza

In its development, madrasas experienced ups and downs in their development. The most basic problem is the management aspect. The following cases of management are interesting to note. There are schools or madrasas that initially experience setbacks, then can progress rapidly. On the other hand, there are schools or madrassas that initially developed, but then almost went out of business. One of the reasons is due to the management that is not mature enough, therefore personnel management in the world of education is very important especially in educational institutions especially Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to determine the application of personnel management in Islamic education institutions and supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This research is a type of field research with a multi-case study research approach. Data collection methods used Participatory Observation and In-depth interviews. The steps of data analysis in this study use the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. Based on the results of research in the field it was found that: 1) The implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School which consisted of educators and education staff. There are several components of personnel management, including seven components that have different divisions and elements, namely planning, recruitment, coaching, dismissal, but there are three important components that have not been comprehensively applied, namely compensation, appointment and evaluation. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School are the motivation given by the madrasa headmaster and headmaster to their personnel so that they always try to be better and give encouragement or enthusiasm in carrying out their tasks. Both vision, mission, goals because each institution must have a vision, mission and goals as well as MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong High School have a vision, mission and clear objectives, while the inhibiting factor in the implementation of personnel administration is a means of implementing administration in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School due to the unavailability of sufficient funds and human resources in their fields.

Islamic boarding school can train a santri’sIndependence and it can be reflected after a santri becomes an alumni, such from economic welfare. This study aims to determine whether the consumption practice of alumni Islamic boarding school is in line with Islamic welfare or not. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach by using case studyon alumni of Miftachus Sunnah Islamic boarding school. Data collection is done by in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The validation technique used by source and technique triangulation. The analysis technique used is Miles- Huberman’s.The five areas of maqashid sharia in dharuriyyat level stand as an indicator of Islamic welfare. The results showed that the consumption practice of alumni of Miftachus Sunnah based on the values (justice, responsibility, and guarantee) and basic principles (efficiency, adequacy, freedom, balance, and solidarity) of Islamic economic behavior in the achievement and guarding of maqashid sharia indicate the suitability. Key words: Consumption behavior, values of Islamic economic, principal of Islamic economic, and maqashid sharia.

This study aims to describe the agribusiness partnership process that takes place in Kampung Kucai, analyze the income of chives farming, and the perception of chives farmers on the partnership process in Garum District, Blitar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Informants in this study were partner chives farmers in Kampung Kucai. Determination of the sample of plasma partner farmers was carried out by purposive sampling method. Informants were selected based on secondary data from the core and information from farmers. So the sample used for Kucai Mitra farmers is 20 people. In addition, there are also 5 key informants. The methods of data collection carried out in this study are of several types, namely structured interviews, in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this researchis descriptive analysis,  income analysis, and Likert analysis. The results showed that the type of partnership between the Financial Institution "Bank BRI" and the partner chives farmers was classified as a nucleus-plasma partnership pattern. In the mechanism of the partnership pattern of the Financial Institution "BRI Bank" with the Kucai Farmer Group, it is carried out based on a partnership agreement. The agreement letter contains the identities of the two partnering parties and the rules given by "Bank BRI" as well as the location or planting area. The total income from chives farming is Rp. 242,000, -. The income of chives farming can be taken by women farmers once a month at the monthly member meeting in the Women Farmers Group or can be saved in advance. If they are saved, usually the women farmers in the research location will take the income before the Eid al-Fitr. The perception of partner chives farmers on the planning of partnership implementation is 80% or very good, the perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process is 78% or quite good, and the perception of the evaluation of the partnership is very good with 85% results. So that the results of the Likert analysis on the average perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process with financial institutions "Bank BRI" have a very good category with a percentage of 80% where the total score is 483.

The purpose of this study is to know, to describe, and to analyze the implementation of edupreneurship through teaching factory in the vocational high school (SMK) majoring in hotel accommodation program skill. The research method used in this research is the qualitative method. This method is intended to know deeply in the implementation of edupreneurship through teaching factory in SMK. This research started with the observation of edupreneurship activity through teaching factory at SMK N 6 Yogyakarta. The data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews with informants who are directly involved in edupreneurship activities. The result of this research is the implementation of edupreneurship through teaching factory in terms of learning, there is commitment and basic principle which run by the school but not yet optimal. There are still significant obstacles, especially related to the work culture that is applied not in accordance with the procedures of business and industry (DUDI), educators who have not understood the culture of DUDI, facilities, and infrastructure that do not meet the DUDI standards, the cooperation between SMK and DUDI is still weak, and the regulation of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) which requires the use of state-owned goods as a form of state income.

This study aims to find out how the organizational climate and the implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as the factors that influence both aspects of the KSP Bina Sejahtera. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data sources come from observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis of Milles and Hubberman, where data is collected, presented, reduced, and drawn conclusions. The results show that a good organizational climate and the application of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are very important for the progress of an organization because it has influence on increasing maximum performance. In addition, the organizational climate influences the creation of OCB actions carried out by employees, because the organizational climate is an initial condition that triggers OCB. When the organizational climate is good, the members of the organization will always support the work beyond the obligations they should and will always support the goals of the organization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana iklim organisasi dan penerapan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kedua aspek tersebut pada KSP Bina Sejahtera. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari observasi dan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif Milles dan Hubberman, dimana data dikumpul, disajikan, direduksi, dan ditarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa iklim organisasi yang baik dan adanya penerapan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sangatlah penting bagi kemajuan sebuah organisasi karena memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja yang maksimal. Selain itu, iklim organisasi mempengaruhi terciptanya tindakan OCB yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, karena iklim organisasi merupakan kondisi awal yang memicu terjadinya OCB. Ketika iklim organisasi baik maka anggota organisasi akan selalu mendukung pekerjaan melebihi kewajiban seharusnya dan akan selalu mendukung tujuan organisasi.

This research seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of the English teaching program in senior high school: Case of SMAN3 Yogyakarta, grade eleven. This study was a summative case study using a mixed-method. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze quantitative data and qualitative data followed a descriptive analysis following the CIPP model. The informants were 43 students of SMAN3 and two English teachers. The context findings showed that program objectives, classroom condition, students’ needs and barriers were in effective category. In input component, it is found that both teachers were qualified and experienced. The teaching training was not enough; students’ textbooks and course designs were in effective category. The process component showed that teaching materials, teaching methods, teaching activities and assessments were in effective category. The product component showed that English marks, students’ needs and barriers were in effective category. However, the teaching materials were in ‘not effective’ category.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the objective conditions and characteristics of Islamic boarding school management as a model of community-based education in Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative approach, the method used is a single instrumental case study. The data collection process used (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participatory observation, and (3) documentation study. The data analysis technique is domain analysis by focusing on terms, semantic relationships, and the phrases they cover. The results and research findings show that Islamic boarding school management as a model of community-based education in Bengkulu City needs to be addressed regarding management according to good and correct management principles, which have been using full authority and top leader charisma. Given that Islamic boarding school is a type of community-based education, the application of management must pay attention to the aspects of management that apply to community-based education.   Keywords: management, community-based education, Islamic boarding school
