This study aimed to: (1) describe emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, altruism, and teachers’ performance who teach in inclusion elementary schools of Karanganyar District, and (2) determine the effect of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and altruism on teachers competence who teach in inclusion elementary school of Karanganyar District. The research was quantitative research using the ex-post facto method. The results of the study show that: (1) teacher’s emotional intelligence is at the medium category, while self-efficacy, altruism, and teachers competence who teach in inclusion elementary school of Karanganyar District are in high category; (2) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with the teacher’s competence, with a value of r = 0.560 (r > 0,244 ),  there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy with teacher’s competence with a value of r =0.535 ( r > 0.244), there is a significant relationship between altruism with the teacher’s competence, with a value of r = 0.711 (r > 0.244 ) and there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and altruism with the teacher’s competence, with a value of F = 39.742 (F > 2.76). Therefore, it concluded that higher emotional intelligence, and altruism the higher the teacher’s competence.

Rendahnya efikasi diri pada siswa dapat mendorong terjadinya perilaku tidak terpuji seperti perilaku menyontek. Sedangkan efikasi diri yang tinggi memungkinkan siswa menjadi pribadi yang mampu menyelesaikan semua tugas sekolah dengan usaha dan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap perilaku menyontek siswa sekolah dasar selama pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis ex-post facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah siswa SD Negeri Talkondo Poncosari, Srandakan, Bantul kelas IV, V, dan VI. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi dengan jumlah 45 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala efikasi diri dan skala perilaku menyontek. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku menyontek siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, efikasi diri memberikan pengaruh sebesar 23,9% terhadap perilaku menyontek siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, guru dan orang tua perlu melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meminimalisir terjadinya perilaku menyontek, khususnya saat pembelajaran daring seperti saat ini. The Effect of Self-Efficacy towards Cheating Behavior of Elementary School Student during Online LearningLow self-efficacy in students can encourage the occurrence of disgraceful behavior such as cheating behavior. While high self-efficacy enables students to become persons who can complete all of the school assignments with their efforts and abilities that they have. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of self-efficacy on the cheating behavior of elementary school students during online learning. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a type of ex-post-facto. The population in this research are students of Talkondo Poncosari State Elementary School  Srandakan, Bantul in IV, V, and VI grades. This research implicates the entire population with a total of 45 students. Data are collected by using the scale of self-efficacy and the scale of cheating behavior. Furthermore, the data are analyzed by using simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The result of the research shows that self-efficacy has a negative effect on students' cheating behavior. In this research, self-efficacy provides an effect of 23.9% towards students' cheating behavior, while the remainder is affected by other factors. Based on the result of the research, teachers and parents need to make various efforts to minimize the occurrence of cheating behavior, particularly during online learning as of today.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan seberapa besar hubungan kecerdasan emoisonal, kedisiplinan belajar dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA di Kecamatan Ternate Tengah tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Total populasi penelitian sebanyak 322 peserta didik dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 181 peserta didik. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan disproportionate stratified cluster random sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen berupa angket dan tes. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sebagian besar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA di  Kecamatan Ternate Tengah memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan kedisiplinan belajar pada kategori sangat tinggi, motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi, sedangkan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sangat rendah, (2) kecerdasan emosional, kedisiplinan belajar, dan motivasi belajar masing–masing  memiliki hubungan positif dengan hasil belajar peserta didik, (3) terdapat hubungan postif antara kecerdasan emosional dan kedisiplinan belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta didik, kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta didik, serta kedisiplinan belajar dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta didik, dan (4) terdapat hubungan linear antara kecerdasan emosional, kedisiplinan belajar dan motivasi belajar secara bersama–sama dengan hasil belajar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, kedisiplinan belajar, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar.ABSTRACTThe study is ex-post factor which aims at discovering the extent of correlation of emotional intelligence, learning discipline, and learning motivation on learning result of Grade XI IPA students at SMA (senior high school) in Ternate Tengah subsdistrict of academic year 2017/2018. The total population was 322 students with 181 samples. Samples were obtained by employing disproportionate stratified cluster random sampling. Data were obtained by employing instruments of questionnaire and test. Data were analyzed by using SPSS software. The result of the study reveal that (1) most of the students of grade XI IPA at SMA in Ternate Tengah subdistrict had emotional intelligence and learning discipline in very high category, learning motivation in high and very high category; whereas, the learning result is in very low category, (2) the emotional intelligence, learning discipline, and learning motivation each had positive correlation with students learning result, (3) there is positive correlation between emotional intelligence and learning discipline; emotional intelligence and learning motivation on learning result; and learning discipline and learning motivation on learning result, (4) there is linear correlation between emotional intelligence, learning discipline, and learning motivation collaboratively on syudents learning result. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Discipline, Learning Motivation, Learning Achievement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of teachers' teaching attitudes towards students' learning motivation and also to find out which teaching attitudes motivated students the most. This research is a quantitative research with Ex Post Facto method. Subjects in this study amounted to 274 students. Collecting data in this study in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of calculations from One Way Anova through the SPSS program, there are significant differences in the three teachers' teaching attitudes in influencing students' learning motivation with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level of 0.05. Real teaching attitudes with permissive teaching attitudes have a significant difference in influencing students' learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Authoritarian teaching attitude with permissive teaching attitude has a significant difference in influencing student learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. However, there is no significant difference between real teaching attitudes and authoritarian teaching attitudes in influencing learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.126 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the teaching attitude of the teacher which has the greatest influence on students' learning motivation is the real teaching attitude with a value of 4.896. In the second place, there is an authoritarian teaching attitude that has an influence on students' learning motivation with a value of 3,624. And lastly, there is a permissive teaching attitude which has an influence on learning motivation with a value of -3.624.

The students’ learning results are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The internal factors that can influence learning results are emotional intelligence and learning motivation. The research aims to discover the relation of emotional intelligence and learning motivation with Biology learning results of the students at SMAN 3 Luwuk in Banggai District.The research is ex post facto. The population of the research were the students of class IPA at SMAN 3 Luwuk in Banggai District of academic year 2017/2018. The samples were 264 students taken by using stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected by employing questionnaire and documentation. The data of the research were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics techniques. The results of the research reveal that (i) the students’ emotional intelligence is in high category, (ii) the students’ learning motivation is in high category, (iii) the students’ Biology learning results is in high category, (v) there is fairly strong relation between emotional intelligence and the students’ Biology learning results, (vi) there is fairly strong relation between learning motivation and the students’ Biology learning results, and (viii) there is strong relation between emotional intelligence and learning motivation toword Biology learning results of the students at SMAN 3 Luwuk in Banggai District.

This study aims to find out the contribution of reading habit, vocabulary mastery, and grammar mastery to the experience writing skill of the 5th grade students of state elementary schools in Bambanglipuro Subdistrict, Bantul, Yogyakarta. This study is an ex-post facto using the correlational quantitative research approach. The population comprised all 5th grade students of state elementary schools in Bambanglipuro Subdistrict, Bantul, Yogyakarta totaling 300 students. A sample of 169 students was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The instruments consisted of a test and questionnaire. The test was used to measure the vocabulary mastery, grammar mastery, and experience writing skill. The questionnaire was used to measure reading habit. The data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant and positive contribution among reading habit, vocabulary mastery, and grammar mastery to the experience writing skill.

This study aimed to determine influence of emotional intelligence, self efficacy and prosocial behaviour on interpersonal conflic management of Guidance and Counseling student at University of Yogyakarta. This research method is quantitative with an ex-post facto type which takes a sample by using proportional random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 40 students of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, 126 students of Ahmad Dahlan University, 38 students of Sanata Dharma University, 66 students of PGRI University Yogyakarta, 21 students of Yogyakarta University of Technology, 5 students of Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta and 39 students of IKIP PGRI Wates who were all students of Guidance and Counseling semester IV. Data of emotional intelligence, self efficacy, prosocial behaviour and interpesonal conflic management is taken by using scale. Reliability Test used technique of Cronbach's alpha, obtained p=0.929 for emotional intelligence variable, p=0.917 for self efficacy variable, p=0.915 for prosocial behaviour variable, and p=0.849 for variable of interpersonal conflic management. There was a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence, self efficacy and prosocial behaviour and interpersonal conflic management, with correlation cooficient 0.559, obtained p=0.000 and effective contribution equal to 31.3%

Abstract. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and emotio-nal intelligence with teenage independence. The subjects were students of class X - XI MA Bahr Ulum Kupang Jetis Mojokerto 2012-2013 school year. Quantitative research design using a Likert scale models with self-efficacy variables of emotional intelligence. Data analysis using regression and partial. The results showed no relationship between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with the independence of the value of F = 6.856 p = 0.002 (p <0.01), there is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-reliance with a value of t = 3.312 to p = 0.002 (p <0.01), there was no relationship between emotional intelli-gence and independence to the value t = -1.885 at p = 0.064 (p> 0,01). Price coefficients βo = 135.057 at SD = 19.39984; β1 = 0.374 and β2 = -0.213 with a 17.4% effective contri-bution.Keyword:  self efficacy – emotional intelligence - self-reliance

This research aimed to know correlation between industrial work experiences and readiness on SMK students to work, correlation between self-efficacy and readiness on SMK students to work, correlation between industrial work experiences and self-efficacy, and also to know correlation between industrial work experiences and self-efficacy simultaneously on readiness of the students of grades XII in SMKN 55 Jakarta to work. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The sample in this study amounted to 64 students taken with purposive sampling. Method of collecting data in the form of questionnaires. The data analyzed using product moment correlation. The result showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between industrial work experiences and readiness on SMK students to work that proven by the rcount > rtable (0,664 > 0,246) with coefficients r = 41%, there was a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and readiness on SMK students to work that proven by the rcount > rtable (0,572 > 0,246) with coefficients r = 33%, there was a positive and significant correlation between industrial work experiences and self-efficacy that proven by the rcount > rtable (0,723 > 0,246) with coefficients r = 52%, there was a positive and significant correlation between industrial work experiences, self-efficacy and readiness on SMK students to work that proven by the rcount > rtable (0,662 > 0,246) with coefficients r = 44%   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, hubungan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan efikasi diri, dan hubungan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan efikasi diri secara simultan dengan kesiapan kerja siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 64 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rhitung > dari rtabel (0,664 > 0,246) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 41%, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,572 > 0,246) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 33%, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan efikasi diri yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,723 > 0,246) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 52%, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,662 > 0,246) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 44%

The objectives of the study were to determine: 1. The influence of burnout on the Postgraduate lecturers’ performance of UIN Alauddin Makassar, 2. The influence of self-efficacy on the Postgraduate lecturers’ performance of UIN Alauddin Makassar, 3. The influence of burnout and self-efficacy on the Postgraduate lecturers’ performance of UIN Alauddin Makassar.The study was the quantitative research with ex-post facto method, conducted at the Postgraduate of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The total number of population of lecturers at the Postgraduate of UIN Alauddin Makassar was 72 lecturers. Accidental sampling technique was employed in taking the samples of 30 lecturers. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire, which then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques (simple and multiple linear regressions).The results of the study through simple and multiple regression analysis revealed that there was a positive and significant influence of burnout on the lecturers’ performance with the t count> t table (2.315> 2.056) and a significance of 0.028 <0.05, so H1 was accepted. The coefficient of determination was observed at the value of R Square = 0.161 meaning that 16% of performance was explained by burnout and 84% of performance was influenced by other factors. There was no positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on performance with the value of t count <t table (1.574 <2.056) and the significance of 0.127> 0.05, so H1was rejected. The coefficient of determination was identified at the value of R Square = 0.081 meaning that 8% of the variability of the performance variable was explained by self-efficacy and 92% of the performance was influenced by other factors. For the third variable, there was a positive and significant influence of burnout and self- efficacy collaboratively on the lecturers’ performance with the value of F count > F table (3.758> 3.35) and a significance of 0.036 <0.05, so H1was accepted. The coefficient of determination was seen at the value of R Square = 0.218 meaning that 21.8% of the variability of the performance variable was explained by burnout and self-efficacy while 78.2% of the performance was influenced by other variables not included in this study.The implications of the study indicated that the existence of successful adaptation to stressful demands will prevent the appearance of burnout in working. The success of this adaptation exemplified the existence of self-efficacy that was the belief possessed to be able to achieve the objectives as expected.

Abstract This research aims at knowing and finding empirical data about the influence of independent variables, i.e., parenting and emotional quotient on students’ social skills as a dependent variable.This study employed a quantitative research design in the form of ex-post-facto or causal comparative with the 3x2 factorial design. The method used to collect the data was surveyed with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using two-way analysis of variance. The samples are 172 students of the elementary school in Mustika Jaya Bekasi. The result of this research showed that the social skills gained by the students with democratic parenting on average were highest among others. Further, the students having high emotional quotient showed better social skills compared to those with low emotional quotient. The students raised with democratic parenting both with high and low emotional quotient earned the highest social skills. Students with high emotional quotient nurtured by permissive parenting showed better social skills than those raised by authoritarian parenting. In contrast, students with low emotional quotient raised with authoritarian parenting produced better social skills than those nurtured by permissive parenting. So, there is the influence of parenting and emotional quotient on students’ social skills at 6th Grade of elementary schools in Mustika Jaya Bekasi District. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menemukan data empiris tentang pengaruh variabel bebas, yaitu pola asuh dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap ketrampilan sosial siswa sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk kompresif faktual atau komparatif kausal dengan 3x2 desain faktorial. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah survei dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian dua arah. Sampelnya adalah 172 siswa sekolah dasar di Mustika Jaya Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan sosial yang diperoleh siswa dengan pola asuh demokratik rata-rata paling tinggi. Selanjutnya, siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan sosial yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan mereka yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah. Para siswa yang diangkat dengan pola asuh demokratis baik dengan kecerdasan emosional tinggi maupun rendah memperoleh keterampilan sosial tertinggi. Siswa dengan kecerdasan emosional tinggi yang dipelihara dengan pola asuh permisif menunjukkan kemampuan sosial yang lebih baik daripada yang diangkat oleh pola asuh otoriter. Sebaliknya, siswa dengan kecerdasan emosional rendah yang diangkat dengan pola asuh otoriter menghasilkan keterampilan sosial yang lebih baik daripada yang dipelihara oleh pola asuh permisif. Jadi, ada pengaruh parenting dan emotional quotient terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa di kelas 6 SD di Mustika Jaya Kabupaten Bekasi.Kata kunci: orangtua orangtua, kecerdasan emosi, keterampilan sosial.
