Objetive. Establish variations of nutritional composition and the contents of nitrates and nitrites in the Kikuyo grass (Cenchrus clandestinus (Hochst. Ex Chiov.) Morrone) from four veredas in the municipality of San Miguel de Sema: Peña Blanca, Sirigay, Sabaneca, and Quintoque, during dry and rainy seasons. were dairy production is the most significant economic activity. Material and methods. Nutritional characterization parameters, were associated a two-way ANOVA, using Tukey's as a multiple comparison test. Results. The results revealed in dry matter a high average content of total protein (TP) (23.48% +/- 3.71), neutral detergent fiber (60.86% +/- 3.03), with important DM degradability values at different time points (62.97% +/- 3.74 after 48 Hours). The report indicated decreased values of lignin (4.25% +/- 0.5), non-structural carbohydrates (11.44% +/- 2.43) and of the ratio of non-structural carbohydrates: rumen degradable protein (NSC:RDP) of 0.84 +/- 0.16. The levels of nitrates reached an average of 2977 ppm +/- 2061, which differed significantly according to the seasons and veredas, for the dry season in the different veredas the level of nitrated remained at 4728 ppm, a value 3.9 higher in comparison to the rainy season. The levels of nitrites showed average contents of 2.97 pm of DM, contents highly decreased to be potentially toxic. Conclusions. These results allowed us to establish a difference in the protein:energy relation as the limiting factor for milk production. Nitrate levels indicated as potentially toxic.

The dairy industry in the United Kingdom to-day is of a size which few, even of those working in the industry, fully realize. In this industry one must include milk production on the farm, the handling, processing and distribution of liquid milk, the manufacture of milk products such as butter, cheese, dried and condensed milk, the manufacture and distribution of feeding stuffs for dairy stock, the manufacture of dairy equipment and machinery and other minor ancillary industries. Including the dependents of those actually engaged in milk production or utilization, approximately 5 % of the total population of this country is supported by the dairy industry. In monetary values, the present annual turn-over, in liquid milk alone, considerably exceeds £200 million. Measured in volume of liquid milk consumed per head of the population—a value more easily translatable into the coinage of national health— no less than 31 gal. of liquid milk per head were consumed on the average by every individual in this country during 1949.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of total replacement of raw whole soybean (RAW) for roastedwhole soybean (ROS) on the production performance of Holstein cows. Two experiments were carried out usinga simple reversal design where RAW has been completely replaced by ROS. In experiment 1, 22 cows (175±60 days in milk)were used, and the dietary inclusion level of RAW or ROS was 3.7% of dry matter (DM). In experiment 2, 16 cows (130±50 days in milk)were used, and thedietary inclusion level of RAW or ROS was 11% of DM. In both experiments, ROS increased milk production by 1.1kgday-1 without changing fat and protein production. Dry matter intake or milk urea nitrogenwere not affected by dietary soy source. In experiment 2, plasma glucose concentration was decreased, and allantoin/creatinine ratio in urine tended to decreasein ROS. Experiment 2 also evaluated the nutrient digestibility and ruminal degradation kinetics of crude protein in two soybean sources. Roasting had no effect on the digestibility of DM, organic matter, and neutral detergent fiber. Roasted whole soybean hadgreater fraction B and lower protein degradation rate than did RAW; this showed that heat treatment was effective in increasing therumen undegradable amino acid flowto the animal, which suggesteda potential mechanism of action for improved performance observed in ROS.

AIM: The Escaba dam is located in the south of the Tucumán province, Argentina, at 650 m above sea level. It has an extension of 541 ha. and a depth of 65 m and its tributaries are the Chavarría, Las Moras, El Chorro and Singuil rivers. The climate is mild with dry winters and rainy summers. The objective of this study was to characterize physicochemical parameters in the limnetic zone of the dam and the mouths of the tributaries to determine the water quality. METHODS: Seasonal sampling was carried out between August 2010 and May 2012. Temperature, transparency, pH and electrical conductivity were field measured, whereas dissolved oxygen, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), major ion constituents and nitrogen and phosphate compounds were analyzed at the laboratory. RESULTS: The water was classified as sodium-calcium-bicarbonate with neutral to alkaline pH, and thermal stratification during spring and summer. The water assayed was well oxygenated except for the bottom of the limnetic zone during the summer months. Lowest transparency was measured in the El Chorro River in November 2011 (0.12 m) and highest degree of transparency in the Singuil River during the winter of 2010 (4.1 m). The waters assayed showed weak mineralization with conductivities between 83 and 218 µS.cm-1. Maximum BOD5 value (183 mg.L-1) was measured in the Singuil River in spring 2010. Highest values for the different nitrogen compounds were as follows: 7 mg NO3-.L-1 at the bottom of the limnetic zone in August 2010, 0.07 mg NO2-.L-1 in the Las Moras River in May 2011 and 1.8 mg NH4+.L-1 in the Chavarría River in March 2011. During the summer of 2012 orthophosphate reached a value of 0.22 mg.L-1 at the bottom of the limnetic zone. The TN/TP ratio revealed that phosphate was generally the limiting factor and rarely nitrogen. CONCLUSIONS: Considering the TN, TP and transparency parameters the ecosystem was classified as hypertrophic. PCA allowed a seasonal differentiation of the sites, and components 1 and 2 classified the samples according to nutrient gradient, dissolved oxygen, BOD5 and temperature.

The purpose of this research is to know wtether knowledge, skill, responsiveness and communication skill influence in job competition for graduate student from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA. The population in this study are student pf Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata SMPTA that graduated in 2013 until 2016, the total population in this studt is 702 and 200 respondents who have worked taken as samples, samples were taken with non probability sampling technique and accidental sampling approach. Sampling approach using regression equations obtained results that through test results F (regression analysis jointly) may note that the value of F = 147.104 count with the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The test results of the test F reinforced with testing the determination of the coefficient that shows the value of 74.6%) (0.746. From Test t (partially) can result in variable knowledge with a value of t = 3,173 and significance of the value 0002 < 0.05, variable skill with a value of t = 2,949 and value the significance of 0.004 < 0.05, variable attitude with a value of t = 2,688 and value the significance of 0.008 < 0.05, variable communication skill with a value of t = value and significance of 4,497 0000 < 0.05. From the above results can be known that the hypothesis posed was not proven in other words that all of these variables can be said to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously as well as partial toward the ability of STP graduates AMPTA in the face of competition in the world of work

The purpose of this study was to analyse the extent of Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Quality Product and Price affects customer loyalty at PT. Panasonic Gobel Indonesia Branch Medan and to compare the theories. The author examined by collecting data using a variety of library research, questionnaires are structured as an instrument to obtain quantitative data with Likert-scale systems are distributed to 68 respondents. Data was then compiled then processed and analysed using multiple regression analysis techniques (multiple regression) through the test of validity, test of reliability and test of classic assumptions. By using the tools of Statistical Product Service Solutions program (SPSS version 22.0). From the survey results revealed that the influential Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Product Quality and Price simultaneously with the results Fhitung 18,457 > Ftabel 2,75 and probability sig. 0,000 < 0,05 then reject ho (accept hi) that the Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Product Quality, Price simultaneously significantly influence Customer Loyalty PT. Panasonic Gobel Indonesia Branch Medan. The Consumer-Based Brand Equity there is for the partial influence on the Customer Loyalty with a value of thitung 3,980 > ttabel 1,997 and sig. 0,000 < 0,05, the Product Quality there is for the partial influence on the Customer Loyalty with a value of thitung 3,874 > ttabel 1,997 and sig. 0,000 < 0,05 and the Price there is for the partial influence on the Customer Loyalty with a value of thitung 2,483 > ttabel 1,997 and sig. 0,002 < 0,05. From the test results are also obtained by the value of determination R square is 0,564 or 56,4%. It is claimed that Consumer-Based Brand Equity, Product Quality and Price is an excellent way to improve Customer Loyalty and also the hypothesis that the authors proposed previously received.

The present research objective was to evaluate the performance and blood parameters of lactating cows fed with a diet of two tannin sources, based on sorghum (condensed tannin)  with increasing concentrations of tannic acid (hydrolyzable tannin’s). Increasing levels of tannic acid in a sorghum-based diet for five Holstein/Zebu crossbred lactating cows were subject to a 5 × 5 Latin square experimental design. To assess the effect on cow intake, digestibility, milk production, and blood parameters. All cows received 9.87 kg/DM of corn silage as roughage and 6.38 kg of concentrate consisting of 2.58 kg/DM of ground sorghum 0.87 kg/DM of cornmeal 1.32 kg/DM of soybean bran 0.44 kg/DM of wheat bran 0.2 kg/ DM of urea and 0.18 kg/ DM of mineral mixture. Diet 1 (control) contained low-tannin sorghum and the other diets contained high-tannin sorghum. The levels of tannic acid added to the diets were established based on the quantity of condensed tannin in high-tannin sorghum. Thus, diets 2, 3, 4 and 5 were supplemented with 1.5g (13.%DM), 79.5g (2.6%DM), 157.5g (3.9%DM) and 235.5g (5.2%DM) of tannic acid, totalling 0.078, 0.156, 0.234 and 0.321 total tannin kg/day respectively, to assess the effect on microbial protein synthesis. The diets contained 35 kg of corn silage (roughage) and 6.40 kg of concentrate. The natural and dry matter intake did not significantly differ between groups, except for ether extract (EE) intake that significantly differed. The DM apparent digestibility, crude protein, EE, neutral detergent fiber, total carbohydrate, and non-fibrous carbohydrate did not differ (P > 0.05) with the increase in dietary tannin supplementation. The GOT levels increased linearly. The blood glucose, triglyceride, and cholesterol (total, LDL and HDL) levels did not significantly differ. Hemoglobin showed a significant difference. No significant difference in urea, creatinine and uric acid occurred. Diets using two tannins sources supplementation caused no decrease in the dietary intake or digestibility in the animals. The GOT level changed significantly, showing linear behavior, however below the toxicity level, without any change in the other blood parameters. Milk production decreased with the increase in dietary tannin supplementation.

Abstrak  Latar Belakang :Access block adalah situasi dimana pasien yang mengalami lama rawat di IGD 6 karena kurangnya akses ke ruang rawat inap dan kepadatan jumlah pasien yang tidak terkendali, dampaknya ditemukan bahwa semakin lama access block  semakin tinggi pula perburukan pasien dalam 24 jam.Tujuan : ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Metode :Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisis data melalui uji spearman rank.Hasil : Hasil uji dipapatkan nilai p hitung 0,000 (0,05) ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasi.Simpulan: Berdasarka hasil penelitian Ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan nilai P= 0,000 nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,588 Kata kunci: Access Block, Perburukan Pasien. Abstract Background :Access block is a situation where patients who experience length of stay in the ED 6 due to lack of access to the inpatient room and uncontrolled density of patients, it is found that the longer the access block the higher the deterioration of patients in 24 hours.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship of access block with deteriorating condition of patients in Emergency Installation Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.Method : The research method uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples taken is 40 people using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis through spearman rank test.Result: The test results obtained p value calculated 0,000 (0.05) there is a relationship between the access block and deterioration of the patient's condition at the Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital emergency department.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between the access block and the worsening of the patient's condition at the Emergency Department of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with a value of P = 0.000 value α = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.588. Keywords: Access Block, Patient worsening

Failure of therapy is a result of bad adherence  medication. Non-adherence to therapy is a major factor that is suspected to result in uncontrolled blood pressure in hypertensive patients resulting in more serious complications. Therefore it is important to increase the adherence rate of treatment in patients with hypertension in the treatment process. For this reason, the need for interventions to improve  adherence  with several aspects that can be changed. This study uses One Group Pretest-Posttest Design using 100 samples. Data derived from questionnaires containing 25 items of adherence to therapy, 5 items of knowledge, 4 items of trust, 3 items of motivation, 10 items of family support with nonparametric statistical tests used were Mc Nemar test. Mc Nemar test results indicate that there is a significant difference between adherence at the pre-test and at the post-test after counseling with a significance value (p = 0,000). The results also showed that there was a difference in knowledge with a significance value (p = 0.001), motivation with a value (p = 0.031) and family support with a value (p = 0,000). The education with counseling about knowledge, trust, motivation and family support is effective in increasing compliance. There are other changeable factors such as lifestyle education, patient doctor relationships, and the use of smartphone applications for self-reported therapy can improve adherence in patients thereby minimizing therapy failure. Other educational methods that can be used besides counseling are counseling and dissemination of social media information.

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, to find out how big the influence and relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The sample used was 100 respondents taken through t-test or interviews, observations, and questionnaires at PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor and the primary data source processed with SPSS 25. The t-test results show the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the variable (X) service quality and variable (Y) customer satisfaction has a value less than 0.05, namely (0.00 <0.05), this is proven with the value in the t test obtained t count 91.624> t table 5.293, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden yang diambil melalui uji-t atau wawancara, observasi, dan angket pada PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor dan sumber data primer diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil uji t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan variabel (X) kualitas pelayanan dan variabel (Y) kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu (0,00 < 0,05) hal ini terbukti dengan nilai pada uji t diperoleh t hitung 91,624 > ttabel 5,293, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima.
