<p>ABSTRAK</p><p><br />Latar Belakang: Edukasi gizi yang tepat dapat merubah remaja putri untuk berperilaku hidup sehat. Inovasi program edukasi yang dapat memotivasi remaja putri dalam mencari dan mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi secara teratur sangat dibutuhkan sehingga dapat menurunkan prevalensi anemia di Indonesia.<br />Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi melalui buku diary gizi terhadap pengetahuan gizi, minat mencari tablet zat besi dan kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi (Fe).<br />Metode: Quasi experimental (Non-Randomized group pre–post test) study dengan 50 subyek penelitian yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok perlakuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswi remaja putri di SMA di Kota Pontianak, dengan kriteria umur 14-16 tahun sudah haid dan bersedia menjadi subjek penelitian. Intervensi berlangsung selama dua bulan efektif. Kelompok intervensi diberikan tablet zat besi (Fe) + buku Diary Gizi dan kelompok kontrol tanpa buku Diary Gizi. Tablet zat besi (Fe) yang diberikan mengandung 60 mg Fe elemental dan 20 mg asam folat. Data dianalisis menggunakan software komputer dan disajikan dalam bentuk tekstular dan table, dengan uji statistik Chi square dan t test. <br />Hasil: Hasil penelitian program suplementasi zat besi (Fe) dikalangan remaja putri belum popular. Tingkat pengetahuan siswi yang mendapatkan edukasi gizi dengan Buku Diary lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswi yang mendapatkan edukasi melalui penyuluhan (p&lt;0,05). Siswi dari kelompok buku Diary Gizi lebih patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi (p&lt;0,05). <br />Kesimpulan: Pemberian dan aktivitas dengan catatan harian buku Diary Gizi dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi (Fe). Innovation of education programs which can motivate female adolescents in finding and consuming iron tablets regularly is highly necessary, so that it can decrease the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia.<br />Objectives: To find out the effect of Nutrition Diary-Book education on nutritional knowledge, effort to find iron tablets and consuming iron tablets in adolescence.<br />Methods: A quasi experimental study (non-randomized group pre–post test) was conducted with 50 subjects divided into two groups. The age of the subjects were 14-16 years old, already had menstruation and were willing to be research subjects for 2 months. Iron tablets and nutrition diary-books were administered to intervention group and were administered to control group without nutrition diary-books. The results were analyzed using chi square and t-test.<br />Results: The level of knowledge who get education about nutrition by having nutrition diary-books is better compared to female students who get the education through elucidation (p&lt;0.05). The female students from the intervention group were proven to be more obedient in consuming iron tablets (p&lt;0.05).<br />Conclusion: The administration of nutrition diary-book and activity of writing nutrition diary-book can be used to increase knowledge and adherence in consuming iron tablets among adolescent female students.</p><p>KEYWORDS: adherence; adolescent; iron tablet; knowledge; nutrition diary-book</p>

AbstrakAnsietas merupakan salah satu gangguan mental emosional yang dapat disebabkan karena pengalaman traumatis sepertibencana alam di Kabupaten Klaten. Melalui logoterapi diharapkan dapat membangkitkan optimisme seseorang dalam menghadapimasa depan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan pengaruh logoterapi kelompok terhadap ansietas penduduk pascagempa.Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 42 responden kelompok intervensi dan 42 responden kelompok kontrol. Metode penelitian yaituquasi experimental pre-post test with control group dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalahuji chi squere, dependent, independent sample t-test, regresi linier ganda. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan self evaluasi danobservasi terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna terhadap respon yang ditimbulkan dari ansietas (p= 0,00, α= 0,05). Rekomendasipenelitian diutamakan kepada Puskesmas agar memfasilitasi penerapan logoterapi kelompok dalam mengatasi ansietas.Kata kunci: ansietas, bencana, dampak psikologis, logoterapi kelompokAbstractAnxiety is one of the emotional mental disorders can be caused by traumatic experiences such as natural disasters in Klatenregency. The therapy arrouses their optimism about the future with any obstacles. The research’s goal was to explain the effectof group logotherapy to minimize clients anxiety post disasters. They were 42 respondents as intervention group and theothers control group. The research’s method used quasi experimental pre-post test with control group and sampling wassimple random. Analyze by Chi-square, dependent and independent sample t-test, and double linear regression. The resultsshowed that based on self evaluation and observation there was significance anxiety responses caused by anxiety (p= 0.00,α= 0.05). Abstract Background: The aim of the present study was to assess readiness to become or stay physically active according to the Stages of Change Model.Methods: The present quasi-experimental study was conducted on 100 women working in the healthcare centres of Bandar Abbas, Iran. The sampling method is clustering in type. The subjects were assigned into two groups of intervention and control. The collected data were analysed by SPSS-16 software using descriptive and inferential statistics, including independent-sample t-test, paired-sample t-test and Chi-square test.Results: Before the educational intervention, 19 subjects (0.38%) from the intervention group showed to have regular physical activity (4-5 stages). This number changed to 29 (0.58%) and 25 (0.50%) after three months and six months of intervention. A statistically significant difference was found before the intervention and 3 and 6 months afterwards (P˂.001). In the control group, no statistically significant difference was found between the pre-intervention and post-intervention (three months (P=.351) and six months (P=.687).Conclusion: The educational intervention based on the stages of behaviour change model showed to be effective in promoting the physical activity of employed women. These findings may benefit health education researchers and practitioners who tend to develop innovative theory-based interventions and strategies to increase the level of physical activity in women.

Introduction: Stress among teachers has a significant relationship with the psychosomatic and depressive symptoms. Community nurses need to make efforts in preventing the adverse effects of stress on teachers. Progressive muscle relaxation with music and aromatherapy is an alternative intervention which can be practiced to reduce the level of stress among teachers. This study aimed to investigate the effects of progressive muscle relaxation which was combined with music and aromatherapy on decreasing the level of stress in teachers.Methods:This study employed a pre-post test quasi-experimental design with a control group. The samples were 46 teachers recruited by purposive sampling and were assigned to the intervention group (n=23) and the control group (n=23). The intervention of progressive muscle relaxation with music and aromatherapy was given to the intervention group for four sessions in four days; each session lasted for 20 minutes. The data were analyzed using the t-test to know the effects of the intervention on decreasing the stress level.Results:The results showed that the average level of stress of the teachers in the intervention group decreased from 50.65 ± 3.761 to 32.78 ± 8.426 after the intervention. Meanwhile, in the control group, the average stress level slightly decreased from 49.87 ± 3.348 to 49.17 ± 4.868. The result of the t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.,05), indicating that there were significant differences in the stress levels between the intervention and the control group.Conclusion:Progressive muscle relaxation with music and aromatherapy could reduce the level of stress in school teachers. Based on the findings, it is recommended that the school teachers perform this relaxation therapy to decrease the stress level. The teachers could practice the therapy by the help of training from the community nurses.

Pembinaan dan pemeliharaan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman merupakan sasaran yang penting dalam kaitannya dengan pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan. Salah satu upaya untuk menciptakan kenyamanan kerja karyawan adalah dengan mendengarkan musik, karena musik dapat memberikan suasana baru bagi lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hipotesis “Ada peningkatan kenyamanan kerja pada karyawan BCA saat diperdengarkan musik latar” dan mengidentifikasi tingkat kenyamanan kerja karyawan setelah mendengarkan musik serta mengidentifikasi jenis musik latar yang dapat mendukung suasana kenyamanan kerja karyawan BCA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen. Adapun desain kuasi ekperimen yang digunakan adalah Pre-test Post-test Control Group Desain. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 orang karyawan Divisi Keuangan Bank BCA, 15 orang kelompok kontrol (KK) dan 15 orang kelompok eksperimen (KE). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kenyamanan kerja, Hasil perhitungan menggunakan t-test menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 0,113 (p > 0,05), maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa tidak terdapat peningkatan kenyamanan kerja yang signifikan pada kelompok kontrol. Selanjutnya melakukan uji nilai pretest dan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan t-test menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 0,01  (p < 0,05), maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kenyamanan kerja yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen. Fostering and maintaining a comfortable work environment is an important target in relation to the management and development of human resources in the company. One effort to create employee work comfort is to listen to music, because music can provide a new atmosphere for the work environment. The purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis "There is an increase in work comfort for BCA employees when playing background music" and identify the level of work comfort of employees after listening to music and identify the type of background music that can support the comfort atmosphere of BCA employee work. The method used in this research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach. The quasi-experimental design used is the Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. The research subjects were 30 employees of the Bank BCA Finance Division, 15 control groups (KK) and 15 experimental groups (KE). Collecting data in this study using a work comfort questionnaire, the results of calculations using the t-test showed a t value of 0.113 (p> 0.05), then Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. This means that there is no significant increase in work comfort in the control group. Next test the pretest and posttest values in the experimental group. The results of calculations using the t-test showed a t value of 0.01 (p <0.05), then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Keluarga dengan anak retardasi mental di Kabupaten Sumedang sekitar 10.898 orang dari 1.089.889 penduduk di Kabupaten Sumedang, dan yang tercatat di SLB-C se-Kabupaten Sumedang hanya 218 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengaruh pelaksanaan terapi self-help groupterhadap koping keluarga dengan anak retardasi mental di SLB-C Kabupaten Sumedang tahun 2009 sehingga dapat mengurangi faktor risiko terjadinya gangguan. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental pre-post test with control groupdengan intervensi self-help group. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive samplingdengan sampel sebanyak 22 keluarga. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner karekteristik keluarga dan kuesioner koping keluarga. Self-help group dilakukan pada dua kelompok, yaitu: kelompok I diberikan self-help groupdengan enam kali pertemuan (empat kali bimbingan dan dua kali mandiri) dan kelompok II tidak diberikan self-help group.Analisis data menggunakan univariat dengan menganalisis secara deskriptif dengan menghitung distribusi frekuensi dan tendensi sentral. Analisis bivariat menggunakan independent sample t-test, chi-square dan dependent sample t-test. Analisis multivariat menggunakan pearson product moment dan rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan koping setelah self-help grouppada keluarga dengan anak retardasi mental secara bermakna dan terjadi perubahan dari koping maladaptive menjadi adaptive(nilai p=0.000). Pada kelompok yang hanya diberikan terapi generalis terjadi juga peningkatan kemampuan koping keluarga dengan anak retardasi mental, tetapi peningkatan tersebut masih berada di koping maladaptive. Direkomendasikan untuk membentuk kelompok self-help grouplainnya di lingkungan SLB-C.Kata kunci: Koping keluarga, retardasi mental, self-help group AbstractFamily with children having mental retardation at Sumedang district are almost 10,898 childrenof 1,089,889 population and they are only 218 children which recorded at SLB-C at Sumedang district. The purpose of this study was to find descriptionof the effect of implementing self-help groups therapy toward coping family and children with mental retardation at SLB-C Sumedang district in 2009 and expected to decrease the risk factor of disturbance may occur. This study used quasi experimental pre-post test with control group by self help group intervention. The methode to pick up samples was purposive sampling, getting samples by 22 families. Data were collected using questionares of family characteristic and family coping. Self-help group has been done for two groups where the first group was given self-help group for six times of meeting (four times for guiding and two times for standing alone), while the second group was given self-help group. Data were analyzed using univariate method by calculating frequency distribution and central tendency. Bivariate analysis used independent sample t-test, chi-square and dependent sample t-test. Multivariate analysis used pearson product moment and rank spearman. Study result indicated improvement the abilities of coping family and children with mental retardation as means (pvalue = 0.000). It is recommended to build and implementing self-help group for family who had children with mental retardation.Key words:Coping family, mental retardation, self-help group

AbstrakGizi buruk balita masih menjadi permasalahan serius di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian menjelaskan pengaruh pemberian dietformula 75 dan 100 terhadap berat badan balita gizi buruk rawat jalan. Desain penelitian quasi experimental pre-post test withcontrol group dengan teknik total sampling, terdiri dari 15 responden kelompok intervensi dan 15 responden kelompokkontrol. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji chi squere, paired t-test, independent t-test, uji ancova. Uji statistik menunjukkanperbedaan bermakna berat badan balita gizi buruk rawat jalan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok intervensi dankontrol (p= 0,00; α= 0,05). Peningkatan berat badan kelompok intervensi lebih besar daripada kelompok kontrol. Puskesmasdiharapkan menindaklanjuti hasil penelitian sehingga mencapai target berat badan balita gizi buruk rawat jalan sesuai standar.Kata kunci: gizi buruk, rawat jalan, diet formula 75 dan 100AbstractMalnutrition in children is still a serious problem in Indonesia. Data was analyzed using chi square, paired t-test, independent t-test, and ancova test. Thet results show thatthere were significant differences in the body weight before and after treatment in the intervention group and control group(p= 0.00; α= 0.05). The improvement of body weight on intervention group is greater than the control group. Some of the factors that cause perineal rupture consist of maternal factors, fetal factors, and helper factors. A method of reduce perineal rupture is a perinel massage to promote heatlh, blood flow and elasticity of the perineum. Based on preliminary study at PMB Shinta Nur Rochmayanti, SSiT., M.Kes from June to September of 2017 there were 20 births per month, and 70% had spontaneous birthrate while 30% had no perineal rupture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perineal massage during pregnancy on the incidence of Rupture Perineum during delivery at the Midwives Practice Midwife Shinta Nur Rochmayanti, SSiT., M.Kes year 2018. The objektive of this study was to determine the effect of perineal massage on the incidence of perineal rupture in pregnant period during childbirth in independent practice of midwifery in PMB Shinta Nur Rochmayanti, SSiT., M.Kes year 2018.This study is Quasi Experimental study with Post Test Only Control Group Design method. The study was conducted in midwife Mandiri Practice (PMB) Shinta Nur Rochmayanti, SSiT., M.Kes Surabaya in 2018 with subject of 28 pregnant women 36 weeks pregnancy consisting of 14 intervention group and 14 control group. The study was conducted from December 2017 until April 2018, then the data were analyzed by Chi Square test. The incidence of Rupture Perineum in the intervention group after perineal massage was only 14,3% while in the control group 64,3%. The results showed that there was an effect of perineal massage during pregnancy on the incidence of perineum rupture (p <0.05). This study concluded that perineal massage during pregnancy affects the incidence of perineal rupture at delivery.Keywords: perineal massage, pregnant periode, perineal rupture

<p><strong>ABSTRACT<br /> </strong>A nurse is deemed competent to have a competency certificate obtained through a competency test. Anggraeni Novi (2013): 3rd grader D III Nursing Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 56% experience anxiety from mild to moderate level in facing competency test. There is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation on anxiety levels in schizophrenic patients in RSJ Bali Province (Laksmi, 2015). This study aims to determine the effect of progressive relaxation therapy to decrease the level of anxiety in the face of nurse competence test at the level III student AKPER Muhammadiyah Cirebon. The study design used "Quasi Experimental Pre-Post Test with Control Group" with progressive relaxation therapy intervention. Population: all students of level III AKPER Muhammadiyah Cirebon with a sample of 72 people. The data collection tool used is an anxienty HARS rating scale (<em>Hamilton Anxienty Rating Scale</em>) measurement questionnaire. The analysis of research results consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis, using percentage, test of t-test and independent t test. Results: There was a significant decrease in anxiety levels in the intervention group after progressive relaxation therapy (p = 0,000). Anggraeni Novi (2013) : mahasiswa tingkat III D III Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 56% mengalami kecemasan dari tingkat ringan  sampai sedang dalam menghadapi uji kompetensi. Terdapat  pengaruh  relaksasi otot progresif terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien skizofrenia di RSJ Provinsi Bali ( Laksmi, 2015). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi progresif terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi uji kompetensi perawat pada mahasiswa Tingkat III AKPER Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Desain penelitian menggunakan “<em>Quasi Experimental Pre-Post Test with Control Group</em>” dengan intervensi terapi relaksasi progresif. Populasi : semua mahasiswa tingkat III AKPER Muhammadiyah Cirebon dengan sampel 72 orang.  Alat  pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah kuesioner  pengukuran tingkat kecemasan menggunakan skala <em>HARS (Hamilton Anxienty Rating Scale) </em>Analisis hasil penelitian terdiri atas analisis univariat dan bivariat, dengan menggunakan prosentase, uji <em>Dependen t-Test</em> dan uji <em>independen t test. </em>Hasil penelitian : terdapat penurunan tingkat kecemasan yang bermakna pada kelompok intervensi setelah dilakukan terapi relaksasi progresif <em>( p = 0,000). </em>Saran : Terapi relaksasi progresif dapat diterapkan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa dalam menghadapi uji kompetensi.                                                        </p>Kata Kunci : tingkat ansietas dan terapi relaksasi progresif.

Abstract Background Adolescents and students are encountered with a challenge so-called “internet Addiction”. This issue affects both their physical and mental health, as well as their academic, social, and family performance. The aim of the current research is to determine the impact of educational intervention. To achieve this aim, BASNEF is utilized to reduce the excessive use of the internet by students. Methods This quasi-experimental study was implemented on 120 high school female students in Shahrekord (west of Iran), which were addicted to the internet. Paticipants was randomly divided into two groups of control and intervention. For data collection before and after the intervention, the standard Yang internet Addiction Questionnaire and BASNEF researcher-developed Questionnaire were used. Educational intervention for mothers was conducted in one session (as the most important subjective norm) and for students in two sessions. This method was based on BASNEF construct. Then, data were analyzed using SPSS-20 and chi-square test, Mann-Whitney test, independent t-test, and paired t-test. Results After the education intervention, the mean scores of knowledge, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and enabling factors in the intervention group were significantly different from the control group (p < 0.001). In Post-test assessment, the intervention group revealed a significant decrease, in terms of using the internet (based on the time). (p < 0.001). Conclusions The results of this study revealed that BASNEF and its related constructs was a suitable framework to design the educational interventions in order to reduce the extreme use of internet in students. Applying of this model can be a cognitive and intellectual framework that affects students’ internet use behavior.

Stunting in school-age children is still a problem in Indonesia, including chronic malnutrition. One of the causes is the lack of good knowledge about balanced nutrition. Increasing knowledge of balanced nutrition in school-age children can use AR Books, and students are exposed to real objects that are studied. This study aims to determine the provision of AR Book media to increase knowledge and attitudes of balanced nutrition for school-age children. The research design used Quasy Experimental through a pre-post test control group design. The sample size is 65 students, 27 students in the intervention group and 38 students in the control group. Measurements of pre-test and post-test were carried out in each group, with a duration of up to two weeks. Data analysis used Paired Sample T-Test, Wilcoxon, Independent T-test, and Mann Whitney. The results showed an increase in the average score of nutritional knowledge in the intervention group using AR Book by 77,8, and attitudes about nutrition also increased by 92,0. The provision of AR Book media affects increasing knowledge of balanced nutrition (p= 0,0001) and balanced nutrition attitudes (p= 0,001). In conclusion, the AR Book media on balanced nutrition is one of the alternative educational media that can be used to increase knowledge and attitudes of balanced nutrition in elementary school-aged children
