Pemberdayaan Pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Ngentakrejo dalam Masa/ Pasca Darurat Covid-19 Melalui Kegiatan Kesenian

This Community Service program is intended as one of assistance service programs for people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has created major impacts on the pattern of people's lives in practically all aspects and levels of society, including the youth organizations in rural areas. This program focuses on facilitating activities which can maintain productivity and enthusiasm of the youths during the pandemic/ post-pandemic situation. Some of the initial inputs and data of the youth group targeted for the activity, namely the youth organization Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo, were obtained during the observation period which was then followed up for realization of the program. All of the activities in the program are carried out online or remotely, with internet communication media, by utilizing common communication technology devices, applications and software. This activity, conducted from July 2020 to mid-October 2020, has resulted in a collaborative video output featuring artistic activities produced youth organizations Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo. ===== Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan sebagai salah satu bentuk program pendampingan bagi masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 yang merupakan sebuah peristiwa yang berdampak besar bagi pola kehidupan masyarakat hampir di semua aspek dan lapisan masyarakat, tak terkecuali generasi muda di pedesaan, agar nantinya dapat menjaga produktifitas dan semangat mereka dalam berkarya. Beberapa masukan awal dari kelompok pemuda sasaran kegiatan yakni pemuda karang taruna Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo telah diperoleh pada masa observasi yang selanjutnya ditindaklanjuti sehingga terwujud program kegiatan ini. Keseluruhan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara online atau jarak jauh, menggunakan media komunikasi via internet memanfaatkan perangkat-perangkat teknologi komunikasi serta beberapa software yang dapat digunakan untuk produksi karya bersama. Kegiatan yang dimulai sejak bulan Juli 2020 ini telah selesai dilaksanakan pada pertengahan bulan Oktober 2020, dan mengasilkan luaran berupa hasil video kolaboratif yang menampilkan kegiatan kesenian dari para pemuda karang taruna Tunas Harapan.

The Village

The organization is a social entity that consciously coordinates and has boundaries and has an ongoing identity to achieve organizational goals. One of them is Karang Taruna Village Morang which is a forum that has a function as guidance and development of the village's economic potential. The youth organization in Village Morang has a superior program in the form of pekan ambyar. However, the lack of understanding and knowledge in terms of organization, administration, and finance meant that this program was limited to planning. This makes the reason for the need to strengthen youth organizations. The method used in community service programs is in the form of community education training in the form of an understanding of organization, administration, and finance. The results achieved in this activity were that youth organizations could understand in terms of organization, administration, and financial aspects. The implementation of the flagship program pekan ambyar is one of the iconic activities that are competitive and makes the Village Morang Maju.Keywords: administration; financial; karang taruna; organizationAbstrak: Organisasi merupakan sebuah entitas sosial yang secara sadar melakukan koordinasi dan memiliki batasan serta memiliki identitas yang berkelanjutan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satunya adalah karang taruna desa Morang dimana merupakan sebuah wadah yang memiki fungsi sebagai pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi perekonomian desa. Karang taruna yang berada di desa Morang memiliki sebuah program unggulan berupa pekan ambyar. Namun kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam segi organisasi, administrasi dan keuangan menjadikan program ini sebatas perencanaan. Hal ini menjadikan alasan perlunya dilakukan pemantapan karang taruna. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pendidikan masyarakat berupa pemahaman akan organisasi, administrasi, dan keuangan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah karang taruna dapat memahami dalam segi organisasi, segi administrasi, dan segi keuangan. Bogor Regency is one of the Jakarta’s buffer cities that able to provide alternative tourism locations for the citizen of the capital and surrounding areas. Ciasmara Village is one of the tourism villages located in Bogor Regency. The main problem encountered by tourism in Ciasmara Village is the lack of promotion and limited infrastructure. These two problems are the biggest factors that hinder the tourism potential of Ciasmara village from being optimally managed. The purpose of this community service activity is to optimize tourism potential through the information and communication technology. Furthermore, the other purpose is to support the behavior shifting of the youth organization in terms of utilizing information and communication technology for the benefit of Ciasmara Tourism village promotion. The method used in this community service activity was discussion and direct training to Ciasmara Village's youth organization. The objective of this community service is Ciasmara Village's youth organization. In the beginning, the target amount of the training participants was at least 20 young people, because there were only 20 active members of the youth organization. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 31-35 participants, indicating that this community service was enticing for Ciasmara village's youths. Through interviews with the head of the youth organizations and the participants, they acknowledged that they were interested in participating in this activity because they felt they had a responsibility to develop village promotions, some of the youth said that they had social media and could promote their area for free. From interviews with several participants and village officials, it was found that this community service activity was able to motivate them to study photography more seriously and utilize social media for the promotion of rural tourism. This can be recognized from the development of official Instagram social media account owned by Ciasmara Village which is indeed focused on promoting tourism and governance in Ciasmara village.

The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.

The Village

Abstract Youth is the next generation of the nation. Youth is a potential investment that needs good guidance and assistance, so that its activities can be directed and participate in the development of the nation and state. For this reason, it is necessary to accommodate their activeness and creativity in directed organizational associations. In Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Bekasi City, a Katana 22 Youth Organization has been formed, precisely in RW.022 Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Taman Narogong Indah Housing Estate, Bekasi City, which is stipulated by a Decree of the Village Head of Pengasinan. At the youth organization a lot of expertise is given in the field of management, human resources related to youth development programs. The problem that exists at Karang Taruna Katana 22 is that they do not understand the use of blogs in organizational activities. For this reason, Nusa Mandiri University lecturers and students hold community service activities in the form of learning to create blogs so that youth youth organizations can use it as a promotional event, adding to the creativity of youth youth writing activities. Pemuda merupakan investasi potensi yang perlu mendapat bimbingan dan pendampingan secara baik, sehingga kegiatannya bisa terarah dan berperan serta dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Untuk itu perlu diwadahi keaktifan dan kreativitasnya dalam perkumpulan organisasi yang terarah. Di Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Kota Bekasi telah terbentuk Karang Taruna Katana 22 tepatnya di RW.022 Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Perumahan Taman Narogong Indah Kota Bekasi yang ditetapkan dengan Surat Keputusan Lurah Pengasinan. Pada karang taruna banyak keahlian yang diberikan di bidang manajemen, sumber daya manusia yang terkait dengan program perkembangan karang taruna. Permasalahan yang ada pada Karang Taruna Katana 22 yaitu kurang paham penggunaan blog dalam kegiatan berorganiasasi. Untuk itu dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Mandiri mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pembelajaran pembuatan blog agar para remaja karang taruna dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai ajang promosi, menambah kreatifitas kegiatan menulis para remaja karang taruna. Pesanggrahan Village is a village located on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. In Pesanggrahan Village, there are youth groups, but they have not carried out entrepreneurial activities. Even though one of the goals of the youth organization is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This is because members of the youth organization are passive, the management and members are less skilled in starting a business, and lack of funds. Therefore, community service is carried out in the form of providing entrepreneurship knowledge through counseling, discussions to choose the type of business, and starting a simple business. The counseling contains material on entrepreneurial motivation, the benefits of entrepreneurship, home-based entrepreneurship, preparation for opening a business, determining profit, and healthy business space. The business that is being developed by the youth organization is a coffee shop business. The realization of a coffee shop business is carried out by preparing a business place and procuring coffee shop facilities. The result of mentoring youth organizations in pioneering coffee shops is to increase the motivation of young people to become entrepreneurs, open jobs, increase cash for youth organizations, and add supporting facilities in the village sports room.

The purpose of this community service program is 1) Providing new insights to youth in youth organizations about plant propagation 2) Providing insight to youth in youth organizations about garden development 3) Youth in youth organizations can provide seeds for ornamental plants and fruit plants independent. The stages in the implementation of community service programs are divided into pre-implementation and implementation. The pre-implementation stages include: 1) Field observations. 2) Stages of preparation of tools and materials. Is the preparation phase to prepare all the preparation tools and materials as training material for partners. The implementation stages include 1) Practice of making verticulture 2) Material about Propagation of ornamental plants with vegetative propagation 3) Propagation practices of fruit plants with cuttings and grafts. From the results of field observations, it is known that the problems of youth are 1) Lack of skills in park management and maintenance. The conclusion of this community service activity is that it has been able to solve the problem 1) the youth in the youth cadets are skilled in providing ornamental plant material and fruit for planting in the environment 2) the youth in the youth cadets are skilled in making a vertical garden.

One way to market and promote sales products can be through online media such as websites, marketplaces, Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook and the currently famous TikTok. Google my business is a medium that can help marketing to promote products. Tunas Mandiri youth organizations are located in Sukaharja village, Ciomas, Bogor. Many of the youth organizations have businesses or production and the Tunas Mandiri youth organizations also open up business fields for the community to improve their economy. However, the current marketing and promotions are still less effective, so we need a medium like Google My Business, but there are still many of them who don't understand about Google My Business, such as: (1) Members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization do not understand the use of web browser applications or the Google browser. (2). Most members of the Tunas Mandiri youth group are not familiar with Google My Business. (3) Some members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization who are familiar with Google My Business, still don't understand how to manage a business that will be displayed on Google searches, maps, edit business information (for example, address, phone number, and opening hours). Therefore, the Google My Business training is held in the hope that it can make marketing and promotion easier and can reduce operational costs.

Pammana is a village in Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan, where the majority of the residents work as farmers. With a low income, parents' capacity to send their children to a higher level of education is always hampered. Based on the aforementioned circumstances, the writer and team are interested in delivering English language training for the youth organization utilizing an audio-visual medium. The goal of this program was to make the training sessions more exciting and accessible to the participants through the use of audiovisual media. This English training exercise has a positive impact on the Pammana village youth group. These favorable effects might be seen as a result of the training. The learning results of the training participants improved after only a few months of following the training procedure using the audio-visual medium. Before attending the training, the trainees thought English was a difficult language to learn; however, after attending the training utilizing audio-visual media, the trainees began to feel more at ease, and they thought learning English through audio-visual media was enjoyable.
