The Village

The organization is a social entity that consciously coordinates and has boundaries and has an ongoing identity to achieve organizational goals. One of them is Karang Taruna Village Morang which is a forum that has a function as guidance and development of the village's economic potential. The youth organization in Village Morang has a superior program in the form of pekan ambyar. However, the lack of understanding and knowledge in terms of organization, administration, and finance meant that this program was limited to planning. This makes the reason for the need to strengthen youth organizations. The method used in community service programs is in the form of community education training in the form of an understanding of organization, administration, and finance. The results achieved in this activity were that youth organizations could understand in terms of organization, administration, and financial aspects. The implementation of the flagship program pekan ambyar is one of the iconic activities that are competitive and makes the Village Morang Maju.Keywords: administration; financial; karang taruna; organizationAbstrak: Organisasi merupakan sebuah entitas sosial yang secara sadar melakukan koordinasi dan memiliki batasan serta memiliki identitas yang berkelanjutan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satunya adalah karang taruna desa Morang dimana merupakan sebuah wadah yang memiki fungsi sebagai pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi perekonomian desa. Karang taruna yang berada di desa Morang memiliki sebuah program unggulan berupa pekan ambyar. Namun kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam segi organisasi, administrasi dan keuangan menjadikan program ini sebatas perencanaan. Hal ini menjadikan alasan perlunya dilakukan pemantapan karang taruna. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pendidikan masyarakat berupa pemahaman akan organisasi, administrasi, dan keuangan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah karang taruna dapat memahami dalam segi organisasi, segi administrasi, dan segi keuangan. Terlaksananya program unggulan pekan ambyar sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang iconic berdaya saing serta menjadikan desa Morang Maju.Kata kunci: administrasi; keuangan; karang taruna; organisasi

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

Abstract   Youth is the next generation of the nation. Youth is a potential investment that needs good guidance and assistance, so that its activities can be directed and participate in the development of the nation and state. For this reason, it is necessary to accommodate their activeness and creativity in directed organizational associations. In Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Bekasi City, a Katana 22 Youth Organization has been formed, precisely in RW.022 Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Taman Narogong Indah Housing Estate, Bekasi City, which is stipulated by a Decree of the Village Head of Pengasinan. At the youth organization a lot of expertise is given in the field of management, human resources related to youth development programs. The problem that exists at Karang Taruna Katana 22 is that they do not understand the use of blogs in organizational activities. For this reason, Nusa Mandiri University lecturers and students hold community service activities in the form of learning to create blogs so that youth youth organizations can use it as a promotional event, adding to the creativity of youth youth writing activities.   Keywords: Blog, Training, Youth Organization   Abstrak   Pemuda merupakan generasi penerus bangsa. Di Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Kota Bekasi telah terbentuk Karang Taruna Katana 22 tepatnya di RW.022 Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Perumahan Taman Narogong Indah Kota Bekasi yang ditetapkan dengan Surat Keputusan Lurah Pengasinan. Pada karang taruna banyak keahlian yang diberikan di bidang manajemen, sumber daya manusia yang terkait dengan program perkembangan karang taruna. Permasalahan yang ada pada Karang Taruna Katana 22 yaitu kurang paham penggunaan blog dalam kegiatan berorganiasasi. Untuk itu dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Mandiri mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pembelajaran pembuatan blog agar para remaja karang taruna dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai ajang promosi, menambah kreatifitas kegiatan menulis para remaja karang taruna.   Kata kunci: Blog, Pelatihan, Karang Taruna

Pesanggrahan Village is a village located on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. In Pesanggrahan Village, there are youth groups, but they have not carried out entrepreneurial activities. Even though one of the goals of the youth organization is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This is because members of the youth organization are passive, the management and members are less skilled in starting a business, and lack of funds. Therefore, community service is carried out in the form of providing entrepreneurship knowledge through counseling, discussions to choose the type of business, and starting a simple business. The counseling contains material on entrepreneurial motivation, the benefits of entrepreneurship, home-based entrepreneurship, preparation for opening a business, determining profit, and healthy business space. The business that is being developed by the youth organization is a coffee shop business. The realization of a coffee shop business is carried out by preparing a business place and procuring coffee shop facilities. The result of mentoring youth organizations in pioneering coffee shops is to increase the motivation of young people to become entrepreneurs, open jobs, increase cash for youth organizations, and add supporting facilities in the village sports room.

The purpose of this community service program is 1) Providing new insights to youth in youth organizations about plant propagation 2) Providing insight to youth in youth organizations about garden development 3) Youth in youth organizations can provide seeds for ornamental plants and fruit plants independent. The stages in the implementation of community service programs are divided into pre-implementation and implementation. The pre-implementation stages include: 1) Field observations. 2) Stages of preparation of tools and materials. Is the preparation phase to prepare all the preparation tools and materials as training material for partners. The implementation stages include 1) Practice of making verticulture 2) Material about Propagation of ornamental plants with vegetative propagation 3) Propagation practices of fruit plants with cuttings and grafts. From the results of field observations, it is known that the problems of youth are 1) Lack of skills in park management and maintenance. The conclusion of this community service activity is that it has been able to solve the problem 1) the youth in the youth cadets are skilled in providing ornamental plant material and fruit for planting in the environment 2) the youth in the youth cadets are skilled in making a vertical garden.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah salah satu bagian dari thridharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seluruh dosen dan sivitas akademika lainnya untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut. Universitas Islam Malang telah mendukung program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendanaan internal yang dilaksanakan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia pada tahun 2021. Program ini telah mengintegrasikan program parenting berbasis desa dalam sinergitas ekonomi keluarga berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan parenting berbasis desa yang dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan selama tiga bulan. Dengan metode RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal) yaitu metode untuk mendapatkan data secara akurat untuk memahami kondisi pedesaan pada tingkat komunitas lokal dan juga PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) yaitu sebuah metode untuk mempelajari kondisi pedesaan dari, dengan dan oleh masyarakat desa itu sendiri. Adapun lokasi adalah desa Oro-oro Ombo Kota Batu Jawa Timur yang merupakan kota wisata. Materi yang disampaikan adalah parenting dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan keluarga. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan adalah kesadaran orang tua terhadap Pendidikan, pola asuh pengasuhan anak serta membangun minesite bahwa pendidikan merupakan investasi pembangunan nasional. Community service is one part of higher education thridharma that must be carried out by all lecturers and other academicians to be involved in these activities. The Islamic University of Malang has supported community service programs with internal funding which will be implemented throughout Indonesia in 2021. This program has integrated village-based parenting programs into family economic synergy in the form of village-based parenting socialization and assistance which is carried out continuously for three months. With the RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal) method, which is a method for obtaining accurate data to understand rural conditions at the local community level and also PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal), which is a method for studying rural conditions from, with and by the village community itself. The location is the village of Oro-oro Ombo, Batu City, East Java, which is a tourist city. The material presented is parenting in improving the quality of family education. As for the results obtained, the parents' awareness of education, parenting, and building a minesite that education is an investment in national development.

This Community Service program is intended as one of assistance service programs for people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has created major impacts on the pattern of people's lives in practically all aspects and levels of society, including the youth organizations in rural areas. This program focuses on facilitating activities which can maintain productivity and enthusiasm of the youths during the pandemic/ post-pandemic situation. Some of the initial inputs and data of the youth group targeted for the activity, namely the youth organization Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo, were obtained during the observation period which was then followed up for realization of the program. All of the activities in the program are carried out online or remotely, with internet communication media, by utilizing common communication technology devices, applications and software. This activity, conducted from July 2020 to mid-October 2020, has resulted in a collaborative video output featuring artistic activities produced youth organizations Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo. ===== Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan sebagai salah satu bentuk program pendampingan bagi masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 yang merupakan sebuah peristiwa yang berdampak besar bagi pola kehidupan masyarakat hampir di semua aspek dan lapisan masyarakat, tak terkecuali generasi muda di pedesaan, agar nantinya dapat menjaga produktifitas dan semangat mereka dalam berkarya. Beberapa masukan awal dari kelompok pemuda sasaran kegiatan yakni pemuda karang taruna Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo telah diperoleh pada masa observasi yang selanjutnya ditindaklanjuti sehingga terwujud program kegiatan ini. Keseluruhan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara online atau jarak jauh, menggunakan media komunikasi via internet memanfaatkan perangkat-perangkat teknologi komunikasi serta beberapa software yang dapat digunakan untuk produksi karya bersama. Kegiatan yang dimulai sejak bulan Juli 2020 ini telah selesai dilaksanakan pada pertengahan bulan Oktober 2020, dan mengasilkan luaran berupa hasil video kolaboratif yang menampilkan kegiatan kesenian dari para pemuda karang taruna Tunas Harapan.

The village of Tukamasea is one of the villages that has become a post for the placement of class III STIBA Makassar students in the Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. The implementation of community service scheduled by KKN STIBA Makassar students aims to facilitate the development of the quality of understanding of Muslim Muslim religion in Tukamasea Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. Through the implementation of Islamic dirose which is manifested through various Islamic education and teaching programs for Muslim women. Through community service programs implemented in various dirosa Islamiyah activities for Muslim women in Tukamasea Village, it can be concluded that most of the Muslim women in Tukamasea Village before joining the dirosah Islamiyah program have knowledge and understanding of Islam. which is minimal and after participating in dirosah islamic activities, Muslim women in Tukamasea Village have an increase in knowledge and understanding of Islam.

Purwodadi Village is a village in the Banyuwangi Regency which is located in the central region, less than 48 km from the center of the regency administration to the west. Along the way to the village of Purwodadi brought by the expanse of rice fields. The economy of Purwodadi Village residents is concentrated in the agricultural sector with a livelihood of 800 people and around 615 farm workers. soybean meal is a potential that can be developed to increase farmers, especially tofu production in Tempurejo Hamlet, Purwodadi Village. This soybean cake cracker product has been promoted directly by the Head of Purwodadi Village for developed communities, starting with PKK mothers, housewives who want to open an entrepreneur. This program can run successfully because it is supported by the natural potential produced by the pulp that is the main ingredient of this program. Can be used to improve the economy of the Purwodadi Village community. From some of the programs that we have done during the implementation of community service programs in the Purwodadi Village community. The community is needed by the community to help advance and prosper the Purwodadi Village.

ABSTRAKPermasalahan dari mitra pengabdi kami adalah usaha mengembangkan skala ekonomi dengan industri kerajinan anyaman palitan di Dusun Nglengkong, Desa Giripurwo, Kabupaten Kulonprogo, yang masih mengalami berbagai kendala. Diantaranya, banyak penduduk Dusun Nglengkong yang bekerja di Industri kerajianan namun belum memiliki organisasi (lembaga) bagi buruh kerajinan. Kemudian alat dan cara pembuatannya masih kerajinan manual dan tradisional. Pemasaran masih melalui pengumpul/koordinator, sehingga daya tawar rendah. Dari permasalahan mitra tersebut UMY melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, disinergikan melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang bertujuan untuk memotivasi masyarakat pengrajin serta meningkatkan kualitas dan standar produk dengan menambah jenis produk kerajiannnya. Metode yang dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang melibatkan sepuluh orang mahasiswa KKN dan tiga orang tim pengabdi. Hasil kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diikuti sekitar 22 pengarajian anyaman mulai terinisiasi untuk membentuk wadah organisasi yang struktur organisasinya merupakan bagian para pengrajin yang ada di Dusun Ngelengkong, menambah wawasan para pengrajin anyaman Dusun Nglengkong yang awalnya tidak semuanya mengetahui cara pembuatan anyaman palitan begitu pula dengan anyaman yang menggunakan senar, serta kegiatan ini membantu produsen memasarkan produk mereka melalui sosial media yang dapat diakses secara online. Kata Kunci : industri kerajinan; penguatan; sosialisasi; pemasaran; produk unggulan desa ABSTRACTThe issue for our service partners is the effort to build economies of scale in Nglengkong Hamlet, Giripurwo Village, Kulonprogo Regency with the Palitan woven handicraft industry, which is still experiencing various obstacles. Among them, many Nglengkong Hamlet residents work in the handicraft industry but do not yet have a handicraft workers’ association (institution). The methods and production processes are still manual and traditional crafts. Marketing is still through collectors / coordinators, so there is little bargaining power. UMY, through community service programs, is synergized from the partner issues through the Community Service Program, which seeks to inspire the community of craftsmen and increase the quality and standard of products by increasing the types of craft products. The strategy used consists of socialization and instruction involving ten students from the Community Service Program and three service teams. The results of the activity included socialization and training which was attended by around 22 weaving craftsmen who began to be initiated to form an organizational forum whose organizational structure is part of the craftsmen in Ngelengkong Hamlet, adding to the insight of the Nglengkong Hamlet weaving craftsmen who initially did not all know how to make palitan weaving as well as woven using strings, as well as this activity to help producers market their products through social media that can be accessed online. Keywords : craft industry; strengthening; socialization; marketing; superior product of the village

The research and community service program in the Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin (Poliban) was prepared with reference to the application of science and technology that is able to provide appropriate solutions to problems, needs, and challenges in society. While community service activities focus on supporting efforts to improve community welfare and the competitiveness of universities. Based on the 2016-2021 RPJMD vision, the South Kalimantan province's medium-term regional development mission is set for 2016-2021, one of which reads "Developing regional infrastructure that supports the acceleration of economic and social cultural development". Based on the mission, the province of South Kalimantan must provide a solution to the issue of uneven infrastructure development problems. One of the solutions that can be implemented relates to the availability of clean water in rural areas with the program "Infrastructure Development to Meet the Health of the Clean Water of Rural Communities". The problems that arise in the implementation of the program are limited equipment, technology and science, therefore Poliban in this case the P3M tries to provide a solution to the problems that exist in the village of Karyabaru, Barambai sub-district, Barito Kuala District which is very short of clean water. The solution is to make a solar water pump in the village of Karyabaru, Barambai sub-district, Barito Kuala Regency. The community service programs were carried out in partnership with the Karyabaru and Karang Taruna Village Devices / Karyabaru Village Farmers Group. In order to guarantee the sustainability of the program that has been implemented later, it is then carried out assistance to the community so that all members of the community can participate in maintaining, caring for and implementing standards in the management of solar water pumps to meet clean water needs.
