This study aims to find out users' perceptions towards quality of Window of the World (WOW) service based on the LibQUAL+TM models in the library of Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta. The type of the study is descriptive quantitative. Subjects of the study were users of the facilities of WOW service, while the object of the study was users' perception about the quality of WOW service. Data were obtained from questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Sampling used incidental sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. There was a single variable, i.e. perception about WOW service. Data analysis used the mean and grand mean. Measurement of users' perception was based on the Libqual+TM models that included four dimensions. These were ability and attitude of librarians in serving (Service Affect-SA), the dimensions of the facilities and atmosphere of the space of the library (Library As Place-LP), the dimensions of the user and means of access (Personal Control-PC), and the dimensions of information access (information access-IA). Each dimension showed that the perception of the dimension of librarian in serving (Service Affact-SA) with an average of 3.05 (good), the dimensions of the facilities and atmosphere of the space of the library (Library As Place-LP) with an average of 3.13 (good), the dimensional directions and means of access (Personal Control-PC) with an average of 3.12 (good), and the dimensions of information access (information access-IA) with an average of 3.06 (good). The result showed that the users' perception about WOW service based on LibQUAL+TM models in library of Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta was good. It can be seen from the total average of variable that is equal to 3.09, so it is necessary to improve the quality of WOW service in the library of Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta to achieve excellent category. It was especially necessary to improve quality at its lowest dimensions on the dimensions of librarians in serving (Service Affect - SA) with an average of 3.05.

Introduction. This study aims to find out how the quality of library services at SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo and what attributes are important to be allocated by library managers in order to provide good service quality based on the LibQUAL+^TM theory which includes (1) Service Affect (the ability & attitude of librarians in serving), (2) Library aas Place (library room facilities & atmosphere), (3) Personal Control (directions and means of access), (4) Information Access (access to information). Data collection method. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. With a sample of 251 people, the sample was drawn using a simple random sampling technique, namely a random sampling technique without regard to the existing strata in the population. Analysis data. The analysis was carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) model, namely the analysis of the level of interest and user satisfaction using a Cartesian diagram which can show the location of the indicators in the LibQUAL+^TM dimension contained in the first quadrant. Results and discussion. The results of this study indicate that the quality of library services at SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo is 8471 ,66% or 80% more, meaning that the users are satisfied with the performance of library services.Conclusions. Users have high expectations of smooth access to the information needed, with an average of quadrant I and III positions.

Logoterapi merupakan terapi untuk menemukan makna positif dibalik sebuah kejadian yang tidak diharapkan. Logoterapi dilaksanakan secara individu maupun berkelompok dalam bentuk konseling dan berorientasi pada pencarian makna hidup individu. Tujuan logoterapi meningkatkan makna pengalaman hidup individu yang diarahkan kepada pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan pre-experiment dengan metode pre and post test group, artinya pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap responden untuk membandingkan kualitas hidup sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling yaitu pengambilan seluruh sampel dengan tetap memperhatikan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Jumlah pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Ungaran sebanyak 21 orang dan di RSUD Ambarawa sebanyak 25 pasien. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t test dependent. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 46 responden didapatkan rata-rata skor kualitas hidup pasien yang mejalani hemodialisis sebesar 60.22 dengan skor terrendah 55 dan skor tertinggi 69. Bahwa dari 46 responden didapatkan rata-rata skor kualitas hidup pasien yang mejalani hemodialisis sebesar 88.72 dengan skor terrendah 79 dan skor tertinggi 103. Hasil uji statistik dengan uji t test dependent diketahui ada pengaruh logoterapi terhadap kemampuan memaknai hidup pada klien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Kabupaten Semarang (p value: 0,0001). Saran perlunya peningkatan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan termasuk pemberian atau pemanduan penemuan makna hidup bagi pasien hemodialysis, agar selain dengan hemodialysis, ada faktor internal dari pasien yang dapat dijadikan sebagai motivasi untuk sembuh dari penyakit.   Kata Kunci: Logoterapi, kualitas hidup   IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH RENAL FAILURE WHO UNDERWENT HEMODIALYSIS   ABSTRACT Logotherapy is a therapy to discover the positive meaning behind an unexpected event. Logotherapy is carried out individually or in groups in the form of counseling and oriented to the search for the meaning of individual life. This study aims to improve the quality of life of patients with renal failure who underwent hemodialysis. This research was conducted by using pre-experiment with pre-post test study. The sampling technique was done by the convenience sampling. The number of patients undergoing hemodialysis as many as 46 respondents. Data analysis was done by using test t test dependent. The result showed that from 46 respondents got the mean of quality of life of patients who had hemodialysis 60.22 with lowest score 55 and highest score 69. Whereas from 46 respondents got the mean score of life quality of patients who had hemodialysis 88.72 with score the lowest score 79 and the highest score 103. The result of statistical test with t test dependent is known there is influence of logoterapi to the ability of meaningful life on client who undergo hemodialysis at Semarang Regency hospitals (p value: 0.0001). Advice on the need to improve the nurse's ability to provide health services, including the provision or guidance of the discovery of the meaning of life for hemodialysis patients, in addition to hemodialysis, there are internal factors of the patient that can be used as a motivation to recover from illness.   Keywords: Logotherapy, quality of life, kidney failure.

Hepatitis has become a health problem in the world. The hepatitis virus infected many people. According to the teacher of MTsN 02 Bondowoso more than 20 students have hepatitis A viral infection. The purpose of this research was to know the differences of students' knowledge about hepatitis A before and after counseling in MTsN 02 Bondowoso 2015. This study used pre-experimental (pre-post test design). This study used stratified random sampling technique, 127 students from 270 sample involved this research,and 143 students was excluded. We used questionnaires to collect data. The results showed that the mean value of the students 'knowledge about hepatitis A before counseling in MTsN 02 Bondowoso 2015 was 83.96 with the lowest value of 37.5 and the highest value was 100. The mean value of the students' knowledge about hepatitis A after counseling in MTsN 02 Bondowoso 2015 was 93.21 with the lowest value waf 62.5 and the highest value was 100. Paired t test showed that t (-9.07) > t table (1.98), the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. There was a difference between students' knowledge about hepatitis A before and after counseling in MTsN 02 Bondowoso 2015. This study showed that routine counseling by healthcare provider was important to prevent hepatitis A infection.; Keywords: counseling, knowledge of students, hepatitis

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the quality of life of CRF patients in Hemodialysis Unit at Pringsewu District General Hospital. This study was conducted from February to May 2018 with cross sectional study design. The sampling technique using total sampling technique. Measurement of quality of life using KDQOL-SFTM version 1.3. The results found that quality of life scores were quite low in some domains and subscales. The mean of total score was 55.70 ± 21.30 with mean of Physical Health Composite (PHC) = 38.85 ± 9.26 and mean of Mental Health Composite (MHC) = 36.13 ± 7.08. Regarding the targeted area of ESRD, the scale of renal disease burden and occupational status scale resulted in the lowest score. The sleep quality scale score was 56.18 ± 20.72. Only 61 patients responded to questions of sexual activity with a score of 55.53 ± 27.44 on the scale of sexual function. In the 36-item health survey, the mean total score was 45.90 ± 21.95. The lowest score represented the limitations of roles caused by physical and emotional health problems. The result of statistical test showed that the variables significantly related to the quality of life of CRF patients were age, income, duration of hemodialysis and family support. Thus, family support was the variable that had the greatest impact on determining the quality of life of CRF patients. The CRF patients who lacked family support were 4.6 times more likely to lead poorer life compared to CRF patients who received good family support after being controlled by age, income, duration of hemodialysis, gender, working status, and diabetes mellitus variables.

Cancer is one of the causes of death in both developed and developing countries, cancer is increasing in developing countries due to increasing lifestyle, breast cancer is a cancer that causes death in women in the world, breast cancer is the highest contributor to mortality in women in the world, 43.3 per 100,000. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support to the quality of life of breast cancer patients. The research design used was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, the study sample amounted to 63 breast cancer patients. The results show that there is a relationship between family support and the quality of life of breast cancer patients with a p value of 0.032. shows there is a relationship between family support for the quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Suggestions that nurses can improve the quality of nursing services, and provide motivation to patients and families of breast cancer in carrying out breast cancer treatment.

Dysmenorrhea is a pain before or during the menstrual period. The impact of dysmenorrhea are the disruption on physical function, emotional, social and school activities and disruption of quality of life. The study purpose is to detect the quality of life of adolescents with dysmenorrhea.The research method was a quantitative descriptive with total sampling technique to 195 students which selected using dysmenorrhea screening. The data were collected using the pediatric quality of life 4.0 generic module (PedsQL) teens report in Indonesian version which the validity and reliability have been tested. Analysis of data has been done to find out the mean value in each dimension and frequency distribution. The results showed that the mean value of the quality of life of adolescents with dysmenorrhea in general was 62,04 ± 8,15 and 51,8% was in the low. The mean value in physical dimension was 49,36 ± 9,19, emotional dimension was 57,62 ± 13,16, social dimension was 86,38 ± 13,28, and in the school dimension was 62,41 ± 14,77. The quality of life in high categories were in the emotional dimension (60,0%), social dimension (64,1%), and school dimension (60,5%). Meanwhile, the quality of life in low category was in the physical dimension (57,4%). It showed that the quality of life of adolescents with dysmenorrhea in SMK Negeri 2 Sumedang were low. It was recommended to the school and the health office in Sumedang district to provide the reproductive health education, specifically about the prevention and the treatment of dysmenorrhea on adolescents.

Abstract PT PLN (Persero) bring the Smart Power products. But the implementation, apparently still met the news that affects the reputation of the PT. PLN (Persero) is allegations of mafia token of electricity in the regions of South Tangerang in 2015. The aim of this study was to determine the reputation of PT PLN (Persero) allegations of mafia-related news for token electricity in Sub Cipadu Jaya South Tangerang 2015. In this study the authors used the concept of Crisis Public Relations consisting of Reputation with dimensions of Communication, Professional Attitudes, public trust, product Innovation, Social Responsibility, Quality of Public Consumer Services, Responsive Against Public Feedback. This study uses a quantitative approach and a descriptive study. This study uses a survey by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study as many as 80 heads of families using purposive sampling technique. Using the mean central tendency. Based on the results of research dimensions to get the lowest mean value lies in the third dimension, namely, Public Trust which has three indicators. Dimensions that have the highest mean value lies in the seventh dimension, namely, Responsive Against Public Feedback has two indicators. PLN (Persero), mengenai tudingan mafia token listrik di daerah Tangerang Selatan tahun 2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui reputasi PT PLN (Persero) terkait pemberitaan adanya tudingan mafia token listrik di Kelurahan Cipadu Jaya Tangerang Selatan tahun 2015. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan konsep Crisis Public Relations yang terdiri dari Reputasi dengan dimensi Komunikasi, Sikap Profesional, Kepercayaan publik, Inovasi produk, Tanggung Jawab Sosial, Kualitas Layanan Konsumen Publik, Responsive Terhadap Feedback Publik. Penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 kepala keluarga dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel purposif. Menggunakan tendensi sentral mean. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dimensi yang mendaptkan nilai mean terendah terletak pada dimensi ketiga yaitu, Kepercayaan Publik yang memiliki tiga indikator. Dimensi yang memiliki nilai mean tertinggi terletak pada dimensi ketujuh yaitu, Responsive Terhadap Feedback Publik yang memiliki dua indikator. Abstract: Background: Vision is the most important sense because it allows interacting freely with the environment and enjoying the beauty of life. The eye is the window to the world and it is a sensitive, highly specialized sense organ subject to various disorders, many of which lead to impaired vision. Blindness is a lack or loss of ability to see; lack of perception of visual stimuli. The diseases of the cornea are one of the major causes of blindness in India for which the vision can be restored by eye donation. Eye sight is very important for human life. The World Health Organization (W.H.O) estimates that for every 5 seconds, someone goes blind. Globally 37 million people are blind and of these nearly 10 lakh blind people are willing for corneal transplantation. Well informed adolescents could be expected to influence eye donation rates. Methods: Descriptive survey approach with co-relational design was used for the study. The aim of the study was to assess the knowledge and attitude regarding eye donation among the adolescents and to identify the relationship between them. The Structured knowledge questionnaire and Attitude scale on eye donation were used to collect the data. The data were collected by questionnaire method from 100 adolescents, who were selected using non-probability purposive sampling technique at Yenepoya pre- university college, Mangalore, India. Data collected from the subjects were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The mean percentage of the knowledge scores among adolescents were 57%, the mean percentage of the attitude scores among adolescents were 70.5% and there was a positive correlation between knowledge and attitude among adolescents (r(98) = 0.201). Table value r(98) = 0.236, p< 0.313). Conclusion: The findings of the study showed that the adolescents had good knowledge and positive attitude towards eye donation and there was a positive co-relation between knowledge and attitude among adolescents.

The development of the era that is accompanied also by the progress of technology becomes a benchmark to realize the quality of the education system is increasing. The commitment and necessity in improving the quality of education is very important, especially to overcome the phenomenon of the decrease of the quality of education itself which can be seen from the past learning method, where the students only listen to the material explanation from the lecturer and only to understand the lecturer's explanation and make notes. In this era of globalization and technological advancement so fast and sophisticated as it is today that information and knowledge spread quickly and cheaply. This causes everyone to access information and learn knowledge in an easy way. HEALTS issued by the Director General of Higher Education provides a mandate, one of which is the application of SCL principles in the learning process. There are various learning methods for SCL, two of which are CBL and CL. The purpose of this study is to further examine the effect of SCL, CL, and CBL on student understanding in statistical learning. The population of this research is UPI YPTK students with purposive sampling sampling technique. The method of analysis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results obtained, that SCL and CBL have no significant influence, whereas CL has a significant influence on students' understanding in statistical learning. In the future, SCL and CBL methods can contribute greatly in learning especially to students.

Background: From year to year in the Independent Practice Midwife Surabaya City has experienced an increase in health care with the Bidan Delima. But all this is not enough if there are many important aspects that have not been improved, such as hospitality midwife and the midwife are less communicative with patients and tackle these and slow in decision making in emergencies. Objective: To determine the quality of health care in Independent Practice Midwife Surabaya City. Methods: The design used was descriptive qualitative with case study a stuck strategy. The subjects of this study were all Independent Practice Midwife in Surabaya and retrieved using purposive sampling technique. The process of data retrieval was done by in-depth interviews. Confidence data test consists of the credibility and transferability test, while the data analysis using inductive thinking process. Results: The quality of services provided by BPM has met the four dimensions of quality of service properly, that is reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance, while the tangible dimension still need improvement. Services in BPM is fast, precise and midwives are very friendly and very caring towards his clients. The entire informants were satisfied and midwife services are perceived better than hospital services. The hope from informant, BPM can improve support facilities such as parking and air conditioning. In addition to the equipment used by all midwives studied were standard and no modifications. Suggestion: For independently practice midwfeexpected to develop the quality of services, especially the provision of means of support so as to improve the competitiveness of BPM
