This research aimed to investigate whether or not there was an effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model towards the improvement of students’ learning creativities. A total number of 40 students of 4th grade of Public Primary School Lengkong Karya, South Tangerang, Indonesia, participated in this study. This was a quantitative research with descriptive quantitative method. The hypothesis of the study stated that there was an influence of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model towards 4th grade students’ learning creativities improvement. The results of the research revealed that there was a significant influence of CTL towards students’ learning creativities in which in the significant level of 5%, there was a significant correlation between variable X and Y. Additionally, in the significant level of 1%, rtable was lower than rxy (0.376<0.468), hence, at this level, there was a significant correlation between variable X and Y. Based on the statistical test, it was concluded that learning model of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) had significant influence towards the learning creativities of 4th graders of Public Primary School Lengkong Karya. This study aims to determine the understanding of the concept of wave material using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model of coastal area school students. This type of research is quantitative research. It uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics to illustrate data understanding of the wave material concept of students in the Coastal Regional Schools (Private Senior High School of Mutmainah Ende) using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. Data collection techniques used in this study were test techniques. From the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average understanding of the concept is 80.75 in the good category. The results of inferential statistics show the t count is 5.885, sig (2-tailed) 0,000. Because the sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model influences the understanding of the wave concept in coastal school students.Keywords: concept understanding, waves, contextual teaching and learning Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui pemahaman konsep materi gelombang menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL) siswa sekolah daerah pesisir pantai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menggambarkan data pemahaman konsep materi gelombang siswa Sekolah Daerah Pesisir Pantai (SMP Swasta Mutmainah Ende) menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan  bahwa  rata-rata pemahaman konsep gelombang siswa adalah 80,75 berada dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 5,885, sig(2-tailed) 0,000. Karena nilai sig(2-tailed) 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep gelombang siswa sekolah daerah pesisir pantai.Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep, gelombang, contextual teaching and learning

The purpose of this study was to increase the learning outcomes of IPA in the Ecosystem Balance mate-rial through the application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model for class VI students of SD Negeri 1 Manggeng for the 2017/2018 academic year. The research methodology is Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisting of two findings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The data collection technique is to collect test scores that are carried out at the end of each lesson in each cycle using a question in-strument (written test). The learning outcome data were analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that the completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 66,67% in the first cycle and increased to 83,33% in the second cycle. The application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model can increase the learning outcomes of IPA in the Ecosystem Balance material of class VI SD Negeri 1 Manggeng for the 2017/2018 academic year

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture di kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang mencakup kegiatan perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), observasi (observation), refleksi (reflection) atau evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dilihat dari skor dasar siswa yang tuntas sebesar 13 orang dengan persentase 46%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus I, hasil belajar siswa meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan siswa yang tuntas sebesar 20 orang atau 71%. Sedangkan pada siklus II, hasil belajar siswa kembali meningkat menjadi 28 orang siswa yang tuntas dengan persentase 100%. Dari analisis hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pemebelajaran Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas II SDN 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.Kata kunci: model picture and picture, hasil belajar IPA. ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes with the application of a picture and picture learning model in class III 004 Cendirejo Public Primary School Pasir Penyu District. The results showed, seen from the basic score of students who completed at 13 people with a percentage of 46%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning outcomes increase, this is evidenced by students who complete by 20 people or 71%. While in the second cycle, student learning outcomes again increased to 28 students who completed a percentage of 100%. From the analysis of the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the Picture and Picture learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences class II 004 Public Primary School Cendirejo Pasir Penyu District Indragiri Hulu.Keywords: model picture and picture, learning outcomes of Natural Sciences.

This research was motivated by the learning outcomes of students' natural sciences that were still low. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes with the application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning approach. This research is a classroom action research consisting of II cycles with research subjects in class VI of 007 Kampung Baru State Primary School Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed that, judging from the basic score, the lowest value of students was 50 while the highest score of students was 85 with an average grade of 62.78 with an incomplete category. in the first cycle the lowest value of students was 65 while the highest value of students was 90 with an average grade of 74 with a complete category. For learning outcomes in cycle II, the lowest value of students is 75 while the highest value of students is 100 with the average value of class 84.47 with complete categories. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning learning approach assisted by media images can improve the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences students of class VI 007 Public Primary School Kampung Baru, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The process and student learning outcomes in science learning material properties of light is a problem faced by class IV SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. Student activity and learning outcomes have not been maximized because the teacher delivered science learning materials using the lecture method. This is the background of the researchers to conduct research with the aim of improving the process and learning outcomes of science with material properties of light with learning models Contextual Teaching and Learning. This research is a type of classroom action research conducted in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, amounting to 27 students consisting of 14 female students and 13 male students. The implementation of this study used 2 cycles. Instruments used to collect data are observation sheets, interviews, documentation and test questions. The results of this study indicate that science learning outcomes with material properties of light using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi have increased in two cycles with quite satisfactory values. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 an average value of 68.51 to 75.37 in cycle 2. In addition, there was an increase in the learning process of students in science learning carried out by teachers using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim to find out how much influence the contextual teaching learning model of learning motivation of Islamic education study program students at the Islamic University of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 25 Islamic education study program students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it can be concluded that the contextual teaching learning model has a low effect of 11.56% on student learning motivation. But when testing the hypothesis,   implies that  is accepted and rejected . AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran contextual teaching learning terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan  adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif  dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran angket. Responden  penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan agama Islam yang berjumlah 25 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasanya Model Pembelajaran contextual teaching learning berpengaruh rendah 11,56% terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Namun pada saat pengujian hipotesis,  hal ini mengandung arti bahwasanya diterimanya dan ditolaknya .

This study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model with the outdoor approach towards students’ ability in mathematical representation. It was quasi-experimental research consisting of two experimental classes and one control group. It used a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study was the students of SUPM Tegal. Sampling was conducted using cluster random consisting of three classes. The first experimental group was carried out by implementing the learning model of CTL with the outdoor approach. The second experimental group was carried out by implementing a learning model of CTL, while the control group was conducted by implementing a conventional learning model. The research instrument was a 7-point mathematical representation test in the form of an essay. The results of the research were 1) the learning model of CTL with an outdoor approach affected the improvement and achievement of the students’ ability in mathematical representation and was higher than CTL and a conventional learning; 2) the improvement of the students’ ability of representation in the groups of CTL with outdoor approach, CTL, and conventional learning respectively was in high, medium, and low category.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on the ability to understand the concepts of class VII students of SMP 16 Kota Bengkulu. The research carried out was quasi-experimental with a population of all students in class VII of SMP 16 Kota Bengkulu totaling 218 students. Samples were taken by random sampling technique and a sample of 60 students was obtained, 30 students in the VIIA class as the experimental class, 30 students in the VIIE class as the control class. Data collection using Instrument concept understanding ability test. Data analysis techniques using Ancova. The results showed that there was the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on the conceptual comprehension ability of seventh grade students in Bengkulu City 16 Junior High School at 80.50% with an average of 82.75 and there was an effect of an initial ability of 60.50% with an average average of 82.80. It can be concluded that the ability to understand students' concepts is better by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model.

The objectives of this research are to: 1) determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on cognitive learning outcomes; and 2) to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on students' scientific literacy. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The research design of pre-test-post-test non equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all class VII students of SMPN 1 Tanjung North Lombok Regency in the academic year 2017/2018 which consisted of 6 classes. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in order to obtain class VII 3 as the experimental class and class VII 1 as the control class. The instruments used to collect data were multiple choice questions totaling 20 items to measure student cognitive learning outcomes and essay questions to measure content and the scientific context. Meanwhile, worksheets are used to measure the scientific process. The data analysis technique used two-way ANOVA with a significance level of 0.05% using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results showed that: 1) there was an effect of the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on cognitive learning outcomes (p <0.05); and 2) there is an effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on students' scientific literacy (p <0.05).

This research aims to know: (1) the effect of Mind Mapping learning model to the concept understanding students (2) the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning model to concept understanding students (3) which is better between of Mind Mapping Learning Model and Contextual Teaching and LearningModel to concept understanding students.This research a quasi-experimental research with population covering all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Pulung that is consisted of five classes. From five classes, classes VIIC and VIIE were randomly choosen as the sample. Then two classes were taken randomly to determine the type of treatment to be given. Class VIIC was taught by using the Mind Mapping Learning Model and class VIIE was taught by Contextual Teaching and Learning Model. The data collection techniques were a test while the instrument used to collect understanding concept test.The data collection techniques to know is there any understanding concept students is given of treatment Mind Mapping Learning Model betterthan understanding concept students is given of treatment Contextual Teaching and Learning Model  by t-test.The result show that at the significance level of 0.05, concept understanding students more taught by using the Mind Mapping Learning Model was better  than Contextual Teaching and Learning Model.
