In recent years, the momentum of red tourism development is on the rise, and has become a new growth point leading the socio-economic development of the old revolutionary areas. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, red tourism entered a new stage of high-quality development. How to promote the high quality of red tourism has become a new boom in the tourism industry. Zunyi is one of the five revolutionary holy places, rich in red tourism resources, but has not yet formed a good trend of high-quality development. Based on the realistic dilemma of the high-quality development of Zunyi red tourism, the high-quality development of Zunyi red tourism should take the promotion of supply-side reform as the main line, dig deep into the cultural connotation of red tourism resources, strengthen regional integration, carry out red tourism product innovation, build red tourism brand with local characteristics, improve the quality, efficiency and product effect of Zunyi tourism industry.

Abstract The EUREF Permanent Network Densification is a collaborative effort of 26 European GNSS analysis centers providing series of daily or weekly station position estimates of dense national and regional GNSS networks, in order to combine them into one homogenized set of station positions and velocities. During the combination, the station meta-data, including station names, DOMES numbers, and position offset definitions were carefully homogenized, position outliers were efficiently eliminated, and the results were cross-checked for any remaining inconsistencies. The results cover the period from March 1999 to January 2017 (GPS week 1000-1933) and include 31 networks with positions and velocities for 3192 stations, well covering Europe. The positions and velocities are expressed in ITRF2014 and ETRF2014 reference frames based on the Minimum Constraint approach using a selected set of ITRF2014 reference stations. The position alignment with the ITRF2014 is at the level of 1.5, 1.2, and 3.2 mm RMS for the East, North, Up components, respectively, while the velocity RMS values are 0.17, 0.14, and 0.38 mm/year for the East, North, and Up components, respectively. The high quality of the combined solution is also reflected by the 1.1, 1.1, and 3.5 mm weighted RMS values for the East, North, and Up components, respectively.

Abstract Background Leadership has a vital role regarding quality of care in nursing homes. However, few studies have explored upper-level managers’ views on how to assure that residents receive high quality of care. Therefore, this study’s aim was to examine how managers of top-quality nursing homes define, develop and maintain high-quality of care. Method We used interpretive description, an inductive, qualitative approach. Our research included 13 semi-structured interviews with 19 managers. We analyzed their input using reflexive thematic analysis, which is an iterative approach. Results Quality development and maintenance are cyclic processes. Managers in high-performing nursing homes lead with high commitment towards a person-centred quality of care, creating appropriate working conditions and continuously co-creating a vision and the realization of quality of care together with employees. Conclusions This study confirms that, in high-performing nursing homes, a person-centered approach—one where both residents and employees are at the center—is essential for quality development and maintenance. The most effective managers exemplify “person centeredness”: they lead by example and promote quality-focused working conditions. Such strategies motivate employees to provide person-centered care. As this means focusing on residents’ needs, it results in high care quality.

After the BRI enters a new stage, high-quality development is becoming its main goal, but there is no consensus among Chinese academic circles on how to achieve high-quality development. Based on the assumption that the BRI is a development-oriented regional economic cooperation mechanism, the author proposes that the connotation of its high-quality development lies in sustainability, and the path to achieve sustainability lies in its institutionalization. The development orientation of the BRI determines that it does not set rules as a threshold during its initial stage, thus providing opportunities for developing countries to participate in international economic cooperation. However, this does not mean that the BRI does not need rules and institutionalization. Institutionalization is an endogenous requirement for deepening the BRI cooperation, an inevitable choice for addressing exogenous challenges, and a prerequisite for docking with the existing global governance system. It should be pointed that the institutionalization cannot duplicate the existing institutionalization model of regional integration, but needs to follow the principles of mutual consultation, gradualism and the Viewpoint of Righteousness and Benefit. Therefore, high-quality development of the BRI requires the establishment of a sustainable cooperation system, a benefit distribution system and a support system.

Current condition, problems and prospects for the domestic tourism industry development are studied. The main aspects hindering the tourism industry development in the country are considered and require further solutions. The current normative legal acts regulating issues in the field of tourism are considered and the attention is focused on the lack of correlation between the normative regulation of the branch and the share of revenues from the provision of tourist services in the country's GDP. It is determined that further reorganization and development of tourism in our country is not possible without the active support and direct intervention of the state. The authors proposed the measures, the implementation of which will help harmonize national standards in the field of tourism and resorts with international standards and help improve the quality of the national tourism product. It is proved that the development of the tourism industry directly depends not only on strengthening state regulation of tourism at the national level, but also at the regional level, especially since the tourism management system at the regional and local levels in decentralization in Ukraine is far from perfect. Emphasis is placed on the need to implement EU legislation in the field of tourism and resorts, which contributes to the improvement of tourism legislation and developed recommendations for the implementation of mechanisms for tourism development in the country.

High quality is the direction of development, innovation drives high-quality development, and interest incentives drive innovation. Existing studies have shown that executive equity incentives can increase the financial performance of enterprises. Therefore, can executive equity incentives promote the high-quality development of enterprises, thereby improving the quality of industrial development? This paper takes China’s knowledge-intensive enterprises as a sample from 2015 to 2019. On the basis of using the LP semiparametric estimation method to measure the total factor productivity of the enterprise, in accordance with the intermediary effect test procedure, the stepwise regression method is used to study the innovation-driven effect of the executive equity incentives on the quality of enterprise development. The study found that executive equity incentives have an inverted U-shaped impact on the high-quality development of companies, with 20% being the optimal ratio. There is a partial mediating effect in corporate innovation activities on this transmission path. Based on this, suggestions are made to share residual income with senior management and build a high-quality innovative production chain.

Homestay, as a community-based tourism product of Malaysia has increased in popularity and demand among domestic and international tourists. Given that most of these operators comprised of adults who do not possess any background in the tourism industry, hence various forms of training should be emphasised in order to raise their quality of skills and hospitality. In line with the above qualitative approach was adopted to identify the extent to which a particular adult’s education (andragogy) is capable of increasing him/her knowledge in ensuring the success in the homestay programme. A study involving 5 homestays in Johor had produced 3 themes that discuss the needs of knowledge and skills of homestay operators which consisted of adults aged 40 years old and above.
