RESUMO Um processo de aprendizagem é algo complexo e que se torna ainda mais difícil quando os destinatários são jovens, nem sempre motivados para os conteúdos disciplinares que lhes estão destinados. O presente estudo descreve a implementação de um módulo de aprendizagem gamificado para estimular a competição entre os alunos e que conduzisse a uma maior motivação para a aprendizagem na disciplina de Matemática. Para dar suporte à gamificação utilizou-se a plataforma Classcraft. Os resultados obtidos foram positivos uma vez que os alunos conseguiram envolver-se na aprendizagem, melhorar os seus níveis de desempenho e, consequentemente, as avaliações que decorreram durante o período de implementação do estudo. Os resultados confirmam a mais-valia do recurso à tecnologia e a estratégias gamificadas no ensino. Palavras-chave: Aprendizagem gamificada. Motivação. Competição. Matemática.   ABSTRACT Learning is a complex process and becomes even more difficult when the target group is young people, not always motivated for the learning the course contents. The present study describes the implementation of a learning module with gamification, to stimulate the competition between students. We also research if it would lead to a larger motivation to learn Mathematics. To achieve this objective it was used the Classcraft platform.The obtained results were positive since students were engaged in the learning process, improve their academic achievement and, as a consequence, they got better results during the study. RESUMEN Un proceso de aprendizaje es algo complejo y se vuelve aún más difícil cuando los destinatarios son jóvenes, no siempre motivados para los contenidos disciplinarios que les están destinados. El presente estudio describe la implementación de un módulo de aprendizaje gamificado para estimular la competencia entre los alumnos y que condujo a una mayor motivación para el aprendizaje en la disciplina de Matemáticas. Para dar soporte a la gamificación se utilizó la plataforma Classcraft. Los resultados obtenidos fueron positivos dado que los alumnos lograron involucrarse en el aprendizaje, mejorar sus niveles de rendimiento y, por consiguiente, las evaluaciones que se desarrollaron durante el período de implementación del estudio. Abstract: Learning is a process that can not be separated from human life. Psychic impulse to learn is the motivation to learn. In the learning process, parents are among the factors that have a role. This study aims to determine the relationship of socio-economic status of parents with students' learning motivation. Data were collected through questionnaires. The results showed there was no correlation between socio-economic status of parents with learning motivation of Medicine Faculty Sam Ratulangi University class of 2013 students p = 0.444 (p > 0.05) and the correlation value is -0.062. It can be concluded that there was no correlation between socioeconomic status of parents with students’ learning motivation.Keywords: socio-economic status, learning motivationAbstrak : Belajar merupakan proses yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia,, Dorongan psikis dalam diri untuk belajar merupakan motivasi belajar. Dalam proses belajar, orangtua merupakan salah satu faktor yang memiliki peran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status sosial ekonomi orangtua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi orangtua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa angkatan 2013 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sam Ratulangi p=0,444 (p > 0,05) dan nilai korelasi sebesar -0,062. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi orangtua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Status sosial ekonomi, motivasi belajar

ABSTRACTClass management is needed by the teacher in utilizing the potential of the class,making learning and learning to remain optimal, enjoyable and to improve optimalconditions in the event of a disruption in the learning process. Motivation to learnis an impulse from inside and outside the self of students who can move it to bemore active in learning activities in order to obtain the desired goals by changingbehavior both from the aspects of thought, affective and psychomotor. This studydiscusses the motivation of the class towards the motivation to learn history andthe Islamic participants of class IX of YMPI Rappang's MTs. This type of researchis field research with associative quantitative design. As a technique of datacollection, namely observation, questionnaire and documentation with descriptiveand infrequent analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Management ofclasses in class IX of YMPI Rappang MTs showed a good category with apercentage rate of 77.4%. (2) Learning motivation of students shows a goodcategory with a percentage of 85.4%. (3) There is a significant difference betweenthe learning class towards the learning motivation of YMPI Rappang's IX gradestudents. This can be seen from the results of manual calculations tcount = 9.406>t table = 1998 and the value of R Square or r2 obtained 0.564. The value of XI forstudents 'learning motivation in Islamic culture class (Y) was 56.4%, while 43.6%of students' learning motivation at MTs YMPI Rappang was related to othervariables not expected by researchers.

Factors that cause boredom in learning process are the lack of variety of methods, models, and media. An alternative to increase learning motivation in learning process is by using games. The main problem of this research is how to increase students motivation to make learning outcomes optimized. The purpose of this study was to increase students' motivation to learn istimâ' (listening) in Arabic is by using educational games. This study used classroom action research using a cycle model. The results of the study shows that educational games can increase students' learning motivation, shown by the comparison of initial motivation and after giving an action using educational games. The initial motivation data was in average 42.36%, in the category of low learning motivation, after giving an action in the first cycle it reached to an average 78.33%, high category, and increased in the second cycle with average 93.28%, very high category. The study concluded that educational games can increase motivation in learning istimâ' in Arabic.

Socialization of young people is a rather complex process and is very significant for the whole society. The relevance of the study of the problems of socialization of young people in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic is due to the change and transformation of social norms and attitudes among modern youths as a new social reality. The article examines the process of socialization of young people through the prism of generational theories, and also analyzes data on global problems of the world's youngsters that arose during the COVID 19 pandemic and ways to support them. The authors came to the conclusion that, during the period of self-isolation, there was a transformation of the role of the media space in the learning process, as well as the assimilation by young people of traditional cultural values, norms formulated by the older generation. The authors pay special attention to the need to develop a trajectory for the transformation of training courses in the online space, contributing to the implementation of the structure of value transfer within the framework of intergenerational transactions. The results of the study showed that during the pandemic, new mechanisms for the socialization of young people appeared, which require being taken into account when working with this category and implementing measures to control them.

This study is the students' perceptions about the teachers’ psychological sense of humor toward the learning motivation of grade VII SMPN 3 Batusangkar showed a positive relationship. There is a relationship between students' perceptions about the sense of humor with the learning motivation. This research is a correlation research that shows a positive relationship. The population of this study was the students of grade VII SMPN 3 Batusangkar which amounted to 214 people with the sample of the study amounted to 54 people taken with random sampling. The instrument in this research is questionnaire which Likert scale with four choices of answers consisting of: SS (Strongly agree, S (Agree), TS (Disagree), and STS (strongly disagree) The results of this study illustrates that there is a positive relationship of humor with the students motivation to learn who give a good impact in learning process with a pleasant situation and comfortable and not rigid so it can improve the spirit of student learning.

This study was an experimental study with two sample groups to examine the use of stand-up comedy in learning aperceptions to increase student’s learning motivation using lecture method. The lecture method is the most widely used by lecturers to deliver the material, but this method often makes students bored and less motivated in learning. Students’ learning motivation must be built since the beginning of the class using aperceptions. Some researchers suggest that jokes and funny stories can increase students' motivation to learn. Stand-up comedy is humor performed by a monologue performer. This humor is favored by young people including students. This experimental study involved 40 students in two groups; control and experiment. The finding showed that learning aperception through stand-up comedy model in lecture method can significantly improved students’ learning motivation. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan dua kelompok sampel yang menguji penggunaan stand-up comedy dalam apersepsi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan metode ceramah. Metode pembelajaran ceramah adalah metode yang paling banyak digunakan oleh dosen untuk menyampaikan materi perkuliahan, tetapi metode ini seringkali membuat mahasiswa menjadi jenuh dan kurang termotivasi dalam belajar. Motivasi belajar mahasiswa harus dibangun sejak dosen melakukan apersepsi di kelas. Beberapa peneliti mengemukakan bahwa joke dan cerita lucu dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Stand-up comedy adalah bentuk humor oleh satu orang penampil menggunakan monolog. Humor gaya ini saat ini sedang banyak diminati oleh kaum muda termasuk mahasiswa. Penelitian dalam bentuk eksperimen ini melibatkan 40 mahasiswa dalam 2 kelompok, kontrol dan eksperimen. menggunakan model stand-up comedy untuk menyampaikan pesan pembelajaran di dalam kela Temuan menunjukkan bahwa apersepsi pembelajaran melalui stand-up comedy dalam metode ceramah secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa.

This research is motivated by the existence of an online learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic, so it is necessary to understand the learning process that can increase student learning motivation. In the online learning process there are many obstacles that cause the discussion process to be not very effective and efficient during the online learning process so that students' motivation in learning also decreases so that their learning achievement also decreases. This study aims to determine the level of student motivation in the online learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research uses a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study was conducted on 50 students who took mathematics, engineering using a questionnaire. Data Analysis Techniques Using the Gutman scale. The results of the study A total of 4 students were classified as very low motivation to learn, as many as 6 students who belonged to low learning motivation, as many as 15 students who belonged to the medium learning motivation category, while as many as 25 students stated high motivation, while 0 students stated the motivation is very high. Recommendations need a learning process by giving group assignments by means of video calls

Each individual must have different motivation to learn, some are low, and some are high. Students' motivation to learn can be expressed from outside or within the individual. The result of low learning motivation is not being excited during the learning process. Low learning motivation can work for anyone. This problem occurs in 29 State Junior High School, Bandar Lampung students experience low learning motivation with characteristics such as chatting, sleeping, not paying attention while in the learning process. So it is necessary to increase the motivation to learn by using hypnotherapy. This study aims to reveal the effect of hypnotherapy on learning motivation, followed by students. This research is quantitative with a Quasi-Experimental research type, and One group pretest-posttest design research design. The results show the difference between before and after being given hypnotherapy. So it can be denied that hypnotherapy affects learning motivation in students. Hypnotherapy can arouse students' enthusiasm in learning and can suggest various positive things that aim to increase self-confidence, motivation, and a positive self-image.

Education is very important for humans, through the education throughout the world will increasingly flourish. However, if faced with the activities within the learning process, not a few men (students) who have less motivation in learning activities. This resulted in fewer maximal learning processes and in turn will affect student achievement. This study focuses to discuss matters relating to the motivation to learn and student achievement, with the aim of strengthening the importance of motivation in the learning process so that a clear relationship with student achievement. The method used is descriptive analysis and simple correlation to the 97 students taking the course introduction to Microeconomics and Indonesian. The conclusion from this research is the students have a good record if it has a well and motivated as well, and this study concludes their tie's difference between learning motivation and achievement of students on two different courses.

Abstract: Educator is one component in education that has an important role. Given the importance of the presence of an educator in front of students, Educators are required to master various learning methods, one of which is the demonstration method. The demonstration method is a teaching method where both educators and students together do something as a practical exercise from what they know. The demonstration method will provide a clear picture and concrete understanding of a process or skill in learning concepts rather than just hearing, explaining or just verbal statements from educators. The use of demonstration method provides many benefits including; making teaching clearer and more concrete, focusing the attention of students, more directing the learning process of students on the material being studied, more attaching experience and impressions as learning outcomes to students, making students easier to understand what is learned, making the teaching process more interesting, stimulating students to actively observe and adjust between theory and reality, helping students understand clearly the course of a process of an object, and facilitating various types of explanations. Thus, the use of demonstration method can broadly increase students 'motivation to learn, if students' learning motivation increases, eventually learning objectives can be achieved.Keywords: Demonstration method, increase, motivation to learn
