Education is very important for humans, through the education throughout the world will increasingly flourish. However, if faced with the activities within the learning process, not a few men (students) who have less motivation in learning activities. This resulted in fewer maximal learning processes and in turn will affect student achievement. This study focuses to discuss matters relating to the motivation to learn and student achievement, with the aim of strengthening the importance of motivation in the learning process so that a clear relationship with student achievement. The method used is descriptive analysis and simple correlation to the 97 students taking the course introduction to Microeconomics and Indonesian. The conclusion from this research is the students have a good record if it has a well and motivated as well, and this study concludes their tie's difference between learning motivation and achievement of students on two different courses.

AbstractThe suitability of character education with subjects is closely related to the learning process. Achievements are always associated with the execution of an activity or activity. Learning achievement is inseparable from learning activities, because learning is a process, while learning achievement is the output of the learning process. The purpose of this research is to know the big picture contribution of character education and student's learning motivation to student achievement on IPS subject in SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan. Method of analysis descriptive analysis with quantitative approach assisted statistical calculation. The population of this study is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan academic year 2017/2018. The sample is 71 students. Instruments using questionnaires were analyzed by multiple regression. The results showed that is a contribution of character education and learning motivation to student achievement on social studies subjects in SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan jointly contributed.Keywords: Character Education, Motivation, Learning AchievementAbstrakKecocokan pendidikan karakter dengan subjek erat kaitannya dengan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi gambaran besar pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan. Metode analisis deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif membantu perhitungan statistik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Sampelnya adalah 71 peserta didik. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan secara bersama-sama turut berkontribusi.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar

ABSTRACTClass management is needed by the teacher in utilizing the potential of the class,making learning and learning to remain optimal, enjoyable and to improve optimalconditions in the event of a disruption in the learning process. Motivation to learnis an impulse from inside and outside the self of students who can move it to bemore active in learning activities in order to obtain the desired goals by changingbehavior both from the aspects of thought, affective and psychomotor. This studydiscusses the motivation of the class towards the motivation to learn history andthe Islamic participants of class IX of YMPI Rappang's MTs. This type of researchis field research with associative quantitative design. As a technique of datacollection, namely observation, questionnaire and documentation with descriptiveand infrequent analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Management ofclasses in class IX of YMPI Rappang MTs showed a good category with apercentage rate of 77.4%. (2) Learning motivation of students shows a goodcategory with a percentage of 85.4%. (3) There is a significant difference betweenthe learning class towards the learning motivation of YMPI Rappang's IX gradestudents. This can be seen from the results of manual calculations tcount = 9.406>t table = 1998 and the value of R Square or r2 obtained 0.564. The value of XI forstudents 'learning motivation in Islamic culture class (Y) was 56.4%, while 43.6%of students' learning motivation at MTs YMPI Rappang was related to othervariables not expected by researchers.

Pandemic situation covid-19 that hit the world, made everyone forced to isolate themselves in the house, causing all activities to be done at home, including the teaching and learning process. Home learning activities are still carried out using online methods.The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of online-based learning on student learning achievement. The samples in this study were all students of Diploma Three Midwifery Program numbering 70 people.This research uses descriptive design with quantitative approach, data analysis used chi square. The results of the study have the effect of online-based learning on student achievement. Obtained a significance score of 0.025 smaller than 0.05 which means that online learning has an influence on student achievement (P<0.05). It is expected that parents can supervise during the implementation of learning, and it is expected that lecturers can use the right methods so that the material can be absorbed by students properly.

In the learning process that involves material, methods, media props and so on must also experience changes towards renewal (innovation). Based on the problems seen, it is related to the improvement of Christian learning achievement by applying expository teaching models to grade VI students of SD Inpres Pondang. The purpose of this study in order to determine the increase in Christian learning achievement after applying expository teaching model. In this study using action research and data obtained from formative tests, observation sheets of teaching, and learning activities of students. The results of the study found that student achievement has increased from cycle I (51%) to cycle II (89%). Through this research, it can be said that the expository teaching model can positively influence achievement, interest, attention, and participation, learning motivation of SD Inpres Pondang students, and this learning model can be used as alternative learning of Protestant Christianity.

One indicator of the success ofeducation in the level of classroom learning is when a lecturer is able to build student learning achievement and will be more successful if this achievement can be increased if their attendance is above 80% (minimum 10 times attendance from 12 meetings). If the students can be grown discipline and provided a decent campus facilities, then as difficult as any lecture material or learning process that followed by they undoubtedly will live with feelings of joy, even they will feel sad if that day lecturer could not come because there is a need outside campus.There are four stages of appraisal that apply to each student for each course taken include (1) attendance of 10% (2) Task 20% (3) 30% Semester Exam (UTS) and (4) Final Exam Semester. (UAS) 40%. The writer as a lecturer tries to cultivate motivation to learn from the beginning, in addition to always communicate actively with students who follow the lecture also monitor attendance and assignment, each completed college is always given the practice / tasks are directly given the value, usually given the task quite easily so they can get a value of 100, even if there is a miscalculation, they are still given the opportunity to fix the error so that eventually get a value of 100. With the value of this 100, their motivation to grow and even grow in such a way that spur them to diligent lectures.The difficulty level of the task is balanced with the lecture, the longer it is raised so as to reach the maximum average level of student ability at the end of the lecture meeting...This research reveals that there is no a significant correlation between student achievement to discipline presence of student/mahasiswa with campus facilities. The analyzing was taken from an answer of 55 students who were randomly selected as respondents by filling out the Questionaire that was distributed to them. Key words : achievement, attendance, discipline, campus facility

Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Variations in teaching include variations in teaching styles, variations in media and materials, and variations in teaching and learning interactions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to the students' motivation and their implications for student achievement Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a picture of student achievement, the intensity of parental guidance, facilities and students' motivation to learn; 2) To determine the effect intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to student motivation and its implications on learning achievement. The method used is descriptive survey method verification. Data collected through questionnaires. In this study were used as the student population is Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok many as 1556 people. The sample was 318 people. By using a sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Based on the calculation and analysis of data, it can be concluded that: 1) Overview of learning achievement Students medium category, the intensity of parental guidance category is, the infrastructure category is, and student motivation sedang.2 category) there is a positive influence on the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure on the students motivation. 3) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on motivation to learn. 4) There is a positive effect of infrastructure study on motivation to learn. 5) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance, infrastructure and learning motivation on learning achievement. 6) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on learning achievement. 7) There is no positive effect of infrastructure on student achievement. 8) There is no positive effect of learning motivation on student achievement.

Motivation in learning is the basis for encouragement, encouragement in the face of ongoing learning. Good motivation when you learn it can affect the state of students, that is, from not wanting to take lessons to want to learn. The role of motivation is to encourage individuals to do something in the learning situation.Motivation can occur in a child's life because of the influence in himself to achieve the goals to be achieved and the influence of others, in this case the teacher motivates students. Because of that the teacher must have a big contribution to motivate the child is not wrong, in following the lesson specifically following the Christian Religion Education.First, learning motivation can provide excitement or encouragement to someone in doing work to achieve something in accordance with what is desired and can provide direction for someone to establish learning activities. Secondly, the motivation of an activity contained in a person that can influence his behavior to carry out his learning activities. Third, motivating learning is important in the learning process, because it functions as a driving force, driving, and can direct learning activities, in this case the teacher who plays a role by preparing methods and materials effectively. Fourth, learning motivation has a tremendous influence on learning achievement, both from within and outside of the student's own influence. Fifth, the emergence of student motivation depends on how the role of a teacher in presenting lesson material to students and by using appropriate teaching methods, as well as PAK teachers.
