Sampling was done byusing</em><em> Stratified Random Sampling </em><em>technique. </em><em>Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the</em><em> F and </em><em> t test. </em><em>The result showed that: (1) there are significant effect satisfaction of price, satisfaction of promotion, satisfaction of location and satisfaction of personnel on switching barrier, while the effect satisfaction of product, satisfaction of process and satisfaction </em><em>physical evidence not significant on customer loyalty Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan.</em></p><p>Membangun loyalitas pelanggan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Loyalitas dapat diciptakan dari kepuasan pelanggan terhadap bauran pemasaran, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepuasan atas produk, kepuasan atas harga, kepuasan atas promosi, kepuasan atas lokasi, kepuasan atas karyawan, kepuasan atas proses dan kepuasan atas sarana fisik terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pengunjung remaja sampai dewasa Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan tahun 2009 sampai 2015 dengan jumlah 482.500 orang.Dari populasi ditarik sampel sebanyak 323 orang pengunjung.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas produk terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas harga terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas promosi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas lokasi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas pegawai terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas proses terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit, 7) tidak terdapat pengaruhsignifikan kepuasan atas bukti fisik terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p> </p>

AbstrakUsaha peternakan itik alabio di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara belum berkembang sebagaimana mestinya ditunjukkan 80 persen peternak kepemilikannya dibawah 500 ekor. Pengembangan agribisnis itik alabio dengan  memperhatikan semua subsistem menjadi penting agar diperoleh tingkat produksi dan pendapatan maksimal.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antar subsistem agribisnis itik alabio petelur terhadap produksi dan pendapatan peternak. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey, penentuan sampel peternak memakai teknik stratified random sampling, sedangkan sampel pedagang, breeder dan pembesaran melalui teknik purposive. Hipotesis diuji dengan analisis multivariat, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan agribisnis melalui peningkatan produksi dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan sumber bibit, harga kandang, jumlah pakan, jumlah tenaga kerja dan biaya pemasaran, sedangkan melalui peningkatan pendapatan dengan memperhatikan sumber bibit, harga bibit, harga kandang, jumlah pakan dan biaya pemasaran. Secara bersama-sama semua subsistem menentukan namun secara parsial subsistem lembaga penunjang tidak menentukan tingkat produksi dan pendapatan peternak.Kata kunci : Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, itik alabio, pengembangan gribisnis.AbstractAlabio duck farming businesses in Hulu Sungai Utara district have not yet been developed as it should be, it indicated that 80 percent of the owners farmers just owned under 500 ducks. Alabio duck agribusiness development with attention to all subsystems become important in order to obtain the maximum level of production and income. This research aimed to examine the linkages between agribusiness subsystems of Alabio duck layers . Research used a survey method with stratified random sampling technique, while the sample traders, breeders and growers by using purposive. The hypothesis testing analysis used multivariate analysis, F test and T test. The results showed, agribusiness development through increased production can be done with the source of female ducks, cages prices, the amount of feed, the amount of labor and marketing costs. While through increasing of revenue could be fulfilled by female duck sources, female duck price, price of the cage, the amount of feed and marketing costs. Together of all subsystems were crucial but in partial subsystems supporting institutions did not determine the level of production and income of the farmers. This study aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Kartu As products in Makassar City. This research was conducted in Makassar City with 105 respondents. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. This study was analyzed using hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 computer program, to perform the f-test, t-test, and the calculation of R square (r2). The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the X variable (overall customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction dimensions, confirmation of expectations, re-purchase interest, willingness to recommend and customer dissatisfaction) has a significant effect on customer loyalty. In the t-test, there are two subvariables X that are not significant because the value of t count <t table, namely the dimensions of customer satisfaction (X2), and willingness to recommend (X5). From the calculation of R square (r2) of 0.423, it shows that the percentage of the influence of variable X on variable Y is 42.3%.

The present study made an attempt to know the study involvement of adolescent students in relation to their noise sensitivity. The present study consists sample of 274 students selected through stratified random sampling technique. Coefficient of correlation and t-test was applied for data analysis and hypothesis testing. Results revealed that there is no relationship between adolescent students study involvement and noise sensitivity. Findings also show that adolescent students’ study involvement depends on their noise sensitivity.

Mutation and career development in Karawang Municipality is implemented in the hope to improve the performance of its employee. The purpose of this research wash to determine, review and analysis how much the effect of mutation and career development partially and simultaneously to the Performance of Echelon Structural Officer IV in the Governement of Karawang Municipality. The number of samples were 250 people, with the sampling technique of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and data was analyzed by using descriptive and verificative methods (Path Analysis). The research results indicates that descriptively, mutationis responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with each indicator of purpose. The implementation of career development is responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with the indicator of interest and satisfaction.The performance of official is responded as well for all indicators of the fulfillment of all necessary resources. Verificatively, the direct partial effect between mutation and official performance is on a low scare (R = 0.215) while the indirect effect is on a very low scale (R = 0.196). In the hypothesis testing, it was discovered that there is a significant relationship. Keywords: Mutation, Career Development, Performance

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to help make decisions about winning the smartphone market through product differentiation to increase customer loyalty for the OPPO Brand. The study population was 1050 students of the faculty of education and the faculty of economics, the sampling technique using the stratified random sampling method was obtained by 550 students. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) statistical analysis using Amos Graphic v.22 Software. The result of the research obtained product differential strategy, brand image and customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty. Brand image and customer satisfaction factor are mediators of product quality on customer loyalty factors. The implication of this research is that brand image is the biggest factor affecting customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the contribution of research result to the OPPO company must make product changes in order to improve brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan melalui penguatan kualitas produk, citra merek dan kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa di Kabupaten Karawang dari 12 Perguruan tinggi sebanyak 27,378 mahasiswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling diperoleh sebanyak 550 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak Amos Graphic versi 22. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa penguatan kualitas produk memiliki efek secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citrak merek dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah mediator faktor kualitas produk pada faktor loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa citra merek merupakan faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, kontribusi hasil penelitian terhadap perusahaan OPPO adalah untuk pertimbangan kebijakan bagi manajemen dalam hal penguatan kualitas produk yang dilakukan melalui inovasi teknologi dari sisi penggunaan bahan, fitur-fitur, serta komponen berkualitas tinggi agar meningkatkan citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan sehingga berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

INTISARILatar Belakang: Perkawinan usia anak di seluruh dunia telah mengalami penurunan, namun secara keseluruhan prevelansi perkawinan usia anak tetap relatif konstan. Indonesia menempati peringkat kedua di Asia Tenggara dengan persentase pernikahan dini. Upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi pernikahan dini salah satunya dengan penyuluhan. Penyuluhan dapat digunakan dengan berbagai macam metode dan media. Efektifitas metode dan media tersebut perlu diketahui untuk menentukan metode dan media mana yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk digunakan.Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian ini adalah Experiment dengan desain penelitian Pre test-Post test with control group Design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa SMA Negeri I Baturetno Wonogiri sebanyak 1037 siswa dengan sampel 90 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner sebanyak 25 pertanyaan yang telah valid dan reliabel. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan Simple Paired TTes dan Independent T-tes. Hasil: Hasil Simple Paired T-Test kelompok leaflet, ceramah, serta leaflet dan ceramah menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,000 sehingga terdapat perubahan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan materi. Hasil analisa dengan Independent T-test pada kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan p-value 0,000 sehingga terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Inflation and Leverage on Profitability and Stock Return as well as knowing the ability of Profitability in mediating the influence of Inflation and Leverage to Stock Return at manufacturing companies in Indonesiai Stock Exchange. This research uses stocks of manufacturing sector companies as the object of research. The sampling of the research was conducted by proportional random sampling method and the number of samples of this study were 31 companies obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website from 2012 until 2016. Hypothesis testing is done by path analysis method with the help of SPSS program. The results of the study found that (1) Inflation has a negative and significant effect on the Stock Return, (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Stock Return, (3) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return, (4) Inflation has negative and insignificant influence on Profitability, (5) Leverage has a negative and significant influence on Profitability, (6) Profitability is not able to mediate the influence of Inflation on Stock Return, (7) Profitability able to mediate the influence of Leverage on Stock Return.

AbstractInterviews with 10 marketing managers of 10 four-wheeled motor vehicle brand in Jakarta that have the highest sales in January up to April 2017 show that the managers do not have enough cognitive understanding of knowledge management (KM). However, the managers, in general, are very eloquent when discussing about practical business aspects such as supply-chain, business competition, products, organizational culture, and company’s performance. Based on previous research, KM was placed as independent or intervening or moderating variable on company’s performance. The aim of this study is to analyze the role of KM on company’s performance. By using stratified random sampling, linear regression, moderated regression, and path analysis, it can be concluded that KM can be as independent, moderating, or intervening variable. KM becomes similar to a “bottleneck” when the managers do not know well what and how to implement KM. Therefore, this study suggests that needed further researches are needed to explore the role of KM and to understand how KM can be implemented in a company in order to sustainably improve the company’s performance.
