Edamame grade is determined based on edamame quality parameters with several parameters that are quite a lot. The process of deciding edamame grade is relatively complicated and challenging. To determine the edamame grade, an experienced expert in the field is needed. With limited grading experts, the design of expert systems for grading edamame can help users or companies to determine edamame grade.  This study aims to design an expert system for determining edamame grade, which can determine the quality of edamame accurately. The Design of an expert system in this research uses the forward chaining method.  The stages of designing an expert system include problem identification, knowledge acquisition, building a data flow diagram, compile the database, building a decision tree diagram, and developing a user interface. The results showed that the expert system has been verified and validated well. Verification test results show that all the menu buttons on the expert system application are functioning correctly. Then, the validation results also show that the edamame quality output produced by the expert system is compatible with the expert solution, meaning that the expert system's output data is by following with the results of the decision given by the expert. In testing the validation of determining the quality is appropriate.  The results of the verification and validation of the edamame grading expert system show that the expert system has produced satisfactory outcomes. Expert system output is compatible with the solution provided by the expert.

Coastal cattle are livestock that have economic value, such as selling beef and cattle breeds. Cow disease can cause the quality of its sales to decrease. This study aims to help cattle breeders to determine the type of cow disease, from the symptoms that exist in these cows. So that the prevention of the risk of cow disease can be avoided. All data used are sourced from experts. In determining the type of disease in cows, the Forward Chaining method is used. The fact-finding technique is then put into the predetermined rules to get a conclusion. Making a website based expert system makes it easy for breeders to access it online. The accuracy of the system has been tested by related parties so as to produce fast and efficient information. From research, it can help breeders in diagnosing the symptoms experienced by cows and the test results can detect the type of disease accurately.

Rice (Oryza sativa) is one of the main commodities in Indonesia. One of the inhibitors of rice crop production is disease. Rice plant diseases can be caused by pathogens, host plants or bad environment. The process of diagnosing rice diseases requires expertise, knowledge and experience. This study aims to build an expert system that can diagnose 13 types of rice plant diseases from 43 symptoms based on the knowledge of 3 experts with forward chaining reasoning methods and mobile-based dempster shafer calculation methods. The testing technique used is black box testing, theoretical calculation testing, system accuracy testing and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) testing. The black box test results state that the expert system has 100% compatibility in terms of functionality. The theoretical calculation test results state that the expert system calculations are in accordance with the results of manual calculations. System accuracy testing results from 30 test cases get an accuracy of 81.11%. The results of MOS testing conducted on 30 respondents produced MOS of 4.2 from a scale of 5 categorized into a good system.

One important part of the rank of an educator at STIE Kesatuan is required to understand the processes in applying for promotion by completing complete documents, consisting of education and teaching, scientific work, community service and support. So far, the process of increasing the functional position of educators is based on the results of the processing carried out based on the work unit in the HRD. For the sake of appropriateness of the process of increasing the academic position of lecturers and the suitability of the points required, a support system for the decision to increase in academic functional positions is made for educators. The data used are in the form of previous rank files along with educational and teaching files, scientific papers, community service and support. The econometric analysis method is used to calculate statistically. Study on the purification and quality test of used cooking oil with turmeric has been done. This study aims to determine the quality of cooking oil after purified turmeric. The quality parameters of oil studied were the moisture content, free fatty acids (FFA), and peroxide. The methods used for determination of these parameters were gravimetry for moisture content, acid-base titration for free fatty acids, and iodometric for peroxide. The test results for water from 0.6% to 0.4% free fatty acid from 1.2% to 0.2%, and peroxide levels before and after purification were successively from and 6 meq/g to 4 meq/g, respectively. Only free fatty acids of all three parameters met the requirement of SNI.

The more competition the e-commerce company and the development of technology company in Indonesia, website of Zalora Indonesia traffic rank declining. Measuring the quality of website by using WebQual 4.0 will help manage the web to be able to adjust the quality of the web with user perception.  The research aims to make design of Data Flow Diagram model to measure website quality using WebQual 4.0 based on user satisfaction variable. A case study was conducted on the Zalora Indonesia website. Data Flow model is used to make design of system model recommendation, while WebQual 4.0 method is used to measure website quality to user satisfaction. The research data using primary data in the form of questionnaires involving 384 respondents in the city of Bandung who had transacted on the website Zalora Indonesia. Data analysis technique applies descriptive analysis. Based on the research result on the quality of the website Zalora Indonesia, simultaneous positive and significant impact on user satisfaction Zalora Indonesia website. t test result showed that three variables partially have a posotive impact on user satisfaction Zalora Indonesia website is usability quality, information quality and service interaction quality, with Information quality variable has largest impact. Therefore, the modeling system using the Context Diagram-Data Flow Diagram focused on information quality variable.

Ikan tuna merupakan komoditi perikanan andalan yang mudah sekali mengalami perubahan mutu. Pengawetan diperlukan untuk memperpanjang umur simpan ikan terutama di saat-saat musim ikan dan agar ikan dapat sampai ke tangan konsumen sebelum mengalami pembusukan. Teknologi pengawetan yang dapat diterapkan adalah pemberian asap cair karena bahan mengandung fenol yang berperan sebagai antioksidan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian asap cair terhadap kandungan protein yang terdapat pada fillet ikan tuna dan mengetahui umur simpan fillet ikan tuna dengan penggunaan asap cair sebagai bahan pengawet yang disimpan pada suhu kamar (27o) dengan menggunakan metode ESS (Extended Storage Studies). Konsentrasi asap cair yang digunakan dalam penelitian antara lain konsentrasi asap cair 4%, konsentrasi asap cair 6% dan tanpa pemberian asap cair. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ESS (Extended Storage Studies) yang diperoleh dari uji sensori selama penyimpanan dengan menentukan kesukaan terhadap penampakan, warna, bau, tekstur dan parameter lain yang diamati yaitu uji pH, kadar air dan uji protein. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan penambahan asap cair tidak mampu mempertahankan kadar protein yang terkandung pada fillet ikan tuna selama proses penyimpanan dengan rata-rata penurunan kandungan protein untuk semua perlakuan sekitar 4,01% dan penambahan asap cair 6% mampu disimpan selama 54 jam, 2,33 kali lebih lama dibandingkan dengan tanpa penambahan asap cair. Tuna fish is a commodity of fishery products is very easly get change of the quality. Preservation is needed to prolong the life of save the fish especially at the time when the fish season and so that the fish can reach the consumer before experiencing the decay. Preservation technology that can be applied is the giving of liquid smoke because the ingredients contain fenol who act as antioxidants. Objective of this research is to find out the shelf life of tuna fish fillets by using the liquid smoke as preservatives and stored at room temperature (27o). This research uses the method ESS (Extended Storage Studies) obtained from sensory test during storage with determine the gladness of the appearance, color , smell, texture and other parameters observed namely pH test, the level of water and protein test. Based on the research results obtained using the method ESS, shows that the quality of tuna fish fillets with the addition of liquid smoke is best obtained on the treatment of liquid smoke concentration of 6% with long storage time during 54 hours, with the main quality parameters cause damage obtained from pH test results and sensory test.

So it takes an expert system to facilitate users as an early detection for the user's personal health.In the manufacture of Expert System Detection Health Problems Due to Use of Smartphone is using Certainty Factor method to calculate the percentage level of certainty of disease. The tools used in system development are: Flowchart, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). System development method used is Prototype on the basis of this method can be evaluated by the user until the specifications obtained in accordance with the wishes of users

The tuition fee payment system is a mechanism for transferring funds charged to students for educational institutions to expedite the lecture process in terms of learning and teaching. Design of an SPP Payment Information System at Hasnur Polytechnic Using the Codeigniter 3 Framework was created using the programming language PHP, codeigniter framework 3 and database MySQL. This application was made in order to facilitate the financial section for managing payment data and students can find out the tuition payments they have made and will be paid. The research method uses a waterfall from the analysis stage to application testing. Then the system design is carried out using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and design is interface also done at this stage. Furthermore, writing the program code is done using the PHP programming language and the codeigniter framework. Then the results of the study were tested using the method black box testing. The test results state that the program is in accordance with the described functional require.

Field activities conducted to determine the level of mercury content in the water flow of Lake Payawan,Tumbang Panggo Village, Tasik Payawan District, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Provincebased on laboratory test results to obtain the results of mercury content in upstream to downstream ofLake Payawan. From this research, it is necessary to test the quality of water in the laboratory in orderto analyze the water quality parameters so it can be known mercury content (Hg) in Lake Payawanwater flow. From the test results on 6 points river water samples in the laboratory of the IndustrialResearch and Standardization Center of Banjarbaru City showed the highest mercury content found insample number 3 with P. 2076 test code taken at the location of the middle Lake Payawan TasikPayawan District with mercury levels located At a rate of 0.069 μg / l or 0.000069 mg / l, this reflectsthe presence of other factors that may also affect the level of mercury content in Lake Payawan flow.

Food is a basic requirement for human beings. As the population increases, food demand will continue to increase. Food problems in Indonesia are inseparable from rice and flour, in addition to other foodstuffs such as cassava, corn, and sago (Colas, 1994). Efforts to increase rice production are not easy, since there is a massive diversion of agricultural land functions into residential and industrial areas. Indonesia has the potential of tubers as a source of carbohydrates as well as raw materials of local flour. One of the sources of local starch that can be used as flour is canna (Canna edulis Ker). The obstacles faced by smallholders/ small and medium industries (SMEs) who use canna flour that is in the post-harvest process to produce canna flour. Making starch/ canna flour generally still done traditionally, thus affecting the productivity and quality of flour produced. This study aims to design a multi-function canna processing machine to produce canna flour as food. The research method used is the engineering method, which is the activity of designing the build canna processing machine. Canna machine has been successfully made with two main functions namely: the solvent and slicer. The main components of the machine consist of: frame, solvent unit, slicer unit, transmission system, output outlet, wheel, and drive motor. Dimensions of the machine that is 90 cm long, 85 cm wide and 100 cm high. While the frame dimension is 80 cm long, 70 cm wide and 65 cm high. Functional test results show that all components work properly.   Keywords: canna, canna machine, multifunctional, engine design   ABSTRAK   Pangan merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi manusia. Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, maka kebutuhan pangan akan terus meningkat. Masalah pangan di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari beras dan terigu, disamping bahan pangan lainnya seperti ubi kayu, jagung, dan sagu (Colas, 1994). Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi beras bukan hal mudah, karena banyak terjadi pengalihan fungsi lahan pertanian secara massal menjadi area pemukiman dan industri. Indonesia  memiliki  potensi  umbi-umbian sebagai sumber karbohidrat sekaligus bahan baku tepung lokal. Salah satu tanaman sumber pati lokal yang dapat dijadikan tepung adalah ganyong (Canna edulis Ker). Kendala yang dihadapi oleh petani atau Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) yang memanfaatkan tepung ganyong adalah pada proses pasca panen untuk menghasilkan tepung ganyong. Pembuatan pati atau tepung ganyong umumnya masih dikerjakan secara tradisional, sehingga mempengaruhi produktivitas serta kualitas tepung yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun mesin pengolah ganyong multi fungsi sehingga dihasilkan tepung ganyong sebagai bahan pangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode rekayasa, yaitu kegiatan merancang bangun mesin pengolah ganyong. Mesin ganyong telah berhasil dibuat dengan dua fungsi utama, yaitu: pemarut dan pengiris. Komponen utama mesin terdiri dari: rangka, unit pemarut, unit pengiris, sistem transmisi, saluran pengeluaran hasil, roda, dan motor penggerak. Dimensi mesin yaitu panjang 90 cm, lebar 85 cm dan tinggi 100 cm. Sedangkan dimensi rangka, yaitu panjang 80 cm, lebar 70 cm dan tinggi 65 cm. Hasil uji fungsional menunjukkan bahwa semua komponen berfungsi dengan baik.   Kata kunci: ganyong, mesin ganyong, multi fungsi, rancang bangun mesin
