The paper analyzes the factors that affect the amount of effort required to create a mobile application and its cost. It is established that the main factors of influence are the design of the application, its functionality, the type of mobile platform, the availability and level of testing and support, as well as the individual characteristics of the developer. Based on the analysis of information sources, the main methods and approaches to forecasting the cost of software products are identified, which include the COCOMO model, Price-to-win method, expert evaluation, algorithmic methods and the method of analogies. It is proposed to consider the method of analogies as a tool that allows you to make predictions about the cost of resources required for the successful implementation of IT projects based on the experience of similar projects. It is proved that the advantages of this method are the simplicity of its implementation and the clarity of the results obtained, which follows from the practical orientation of this tool. Among the limitations of the method of analogy is the mandatory need for reliable data relating to similar projects, as well as the difficulty of taking into account unspecified indicators. Taking into account the mentioned limitations of the method of analogies and on the basis of the analysis of scientific sources the possible directions of its optimization are determined. Thus, among the ways to improve the effectiveness of this method are those aimed at optimizing the project selection process, the data for which are used as a basis for forecasting. Attempts to improve the method of analogies by including parameters that were previously ignored by this technique seem promising. This in turn can lead to an expansion of the scope of the method of analogies and increase the accuracy of forecasts. As prospects for further research, the need to continue research in the field of optimization of the method of analogies with the subsequent practical verification of theoretical positions on the data of real projects.

As a result of the analysis of statistics on the main failures of the turbocharger of tractor engines in agricultural production, it can be concluded that it is the condition of its bearing node, in the first place, determines the performance of the entire turbocharger. This ultimately affects the duration of the turbocharger rotor after the engine stops. The article considers the method of determining the rotation time of the turbocharger rotor by inertia depending on the following factors: the time of the pressure drop in the turbocharger grease system, the gap in the turbocharger bearing node, the frequency of rotation of the rotor before the engine stops. The results of experimental studies on the timing of the turbocharger rotor rotation after the engine stop for the regular mode of greasing the bearing node and when using an individual lubricant system are presented. Based on the experimental values obtained, it is concluded that the main indicator of the performance of the turbocharger is the duration of rotation of its rotor after the engine stops and the application of the individual system of lubrication of the bearing node of the turbocharger reduces the cost of bearing resource and increases the resource of the entire turbocharger of agricultural machinery engines at least twice.

By the mid-1960s, the growth rate of agricultural production in the USSR had declined. The possibilities of involving new lands in economic turnover were exhausted. It was necessary to find new approaches to solving problems in agriculture, including the training of highly qualified specialists. (The research purpose) The research purpose is in considering the development of domestic agricultural engineering education during the 1970 -2000 s. (Materials and methods) The article shows that the materials of the Plenums of the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1965-1985 marked the beginning of a new stage of agrarian reforms. It was found that providing the agricultural sector with qualified specialists becomes a crucial condition for increasing agricultural production. (Results and discussion) The article notes the leading role of the creation of educational and experimental farms and the introduction of production practices in improving the professional training of specialists for agriculture. They emphasized the creation of a new discipline - mechanized agricultural technology. It has been identified the need to train more mechanical and electrical engineers for agricultural enterprises. It was found that agriculture needs specialists of a wide profile, technological engineers who are able to work independently in the field of engineering and technical policy of agricultural enterprises of various profiles and different forms of ownership. (Conclusions) The Soviet Union created a coherent system of Agroengineering institutes that successfully solved the problem of training engineers for the rapidly developing mechanized and electrified agriculture. The zonal location of the institutes provided training for specialists adapted to the production and technological problems of a particular region. The current development of the country differs significantly from the experience of one in the past. However, personnel issues, including the issues of personnel support for agricultural production in the system of higher professional education, remain relevant due to the rapid development and complexity of technical equipment for modern agricultural production, the introduction of digital information technologies, automation and robotics.

Environmental safety problem originated from vehicles requires development and exploration of integrated and effective solutions, which considers the development level of technologies, the cost of their widespread use, the legislation requirements and other relevant aspects. One improvement method of the petroleum-derived fuels characteristics is the use of additives that complement the refining methods and provide ample opportunities to influence the individual characteristics. The aim of this work is to study the influence of the developed multifunctional surface-active nano-additive on the gasoline characteristics and engine performance. The measurement results confirmed the effective reduction of the surface tension of gasoline at the boundary with air, improving the mixture formation in the engine. On the other hand, the saturated vapor pressure was significantly decreased, which dramatically reduces evaporation losses and air pollution by light hydrocarbons. The use of the additive, due to a combination of its surface-active and catalytic action, significantly increases the fuel efficiency of engines and reduces octane requirements, greenhouse gases emissions, as well as noise level during operation of vehicles, and the environmental safety of vehicle operation increases.

The use of foreign technology in agricultural production leads to a decrease in productivity, product quality, and output from crop rotations of farmland, soil compaction. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in identifying the causes of food dependence in Russia and ways to solve the problems of security and independence of agricultural production. (Materials and methods) Authors analyzed the parameters of some heavy imported and domestic tractors, including the weight and engine power. Authors have evaluated the effectiveness of various tractor-seeding units using the results of State tests of imported and domestic units of the Volga machine testing station at Soyuz-agro LLC in the Almetyevsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan. (Results and discussion) The article shows that the heavier the unit, the more expensive it is and the higher the amortization, which affects the cost of production. The article shows that heavy aggregates compact the soil, causing the exclusion of moisture absorption, destruction of soil flora and fauna, and delay in the development of the root system of plants. The article points out that the increased emission of exhaust gases from heavy-duty tractors into the atmosphere leads to air contamination, contamination of fruits and cereals, and an increase in the number of severe and complex diseases. The results of comparative tests showed that the cost of seeding on domestic complexes is almost 4 times less than the cost of seeding on foreign ones. (Conclusions) To restore reliable production of high-quality grain, it was proposed to use domestic tractors with a complex of block-modular equipment produced by PC "Yaroslavich" and LLC "Varnaagromash", the introduction of which will increase the quality of grain and yield by 2.5 times, reduce costs by 3 times.

The change in income level and urbanization bring a different dimension to the demand to agricultural products from the food habits to supply food, increase the attention to the cereals production and enhance the agricultural effect of cereals which are the main food source of people and are used as feed and in industry. Cereals have the biggest share in agricultural production in terms of both production volume and sowing area in Turkey which produces a lot of agricultural products thanks to the climate and soil characteristics. In this study, in Turkey which is globally an important actor in cereals production and trade, the aims of producers in agricultural production and the factors in the process of making decision toward sustaining production are studied by the best-worst analysis method. Also, the relationship between the sustainability of the agriculture and cereals production, and the individual characteristics and farm structures of producers are examined by bivariate probit analysis method. In this context, study is conducted by 961 producers with face-to-face surveys in 14 provinces. According to the results, while “to increase living standards” is the most important agricultural aim, “good crop price” is the most important factor for sustainability of the agriculture. Moreover, education, agricultural experiences, household size, cereals area and total farm land are determined as the effective factors on sustainability.

Learning management systems (LMSs) are commonly used in e-learning; however, they typically do not consider the individual differences of students, including their different background knowledge, cognitive abilities, motivation, and learning styles. A basic requirement for enabling such systems to consider students’ individual characteristics is to know these characteristics first. This paper focuses on the consideration of learning styles and introduces a dynamic student modelling approach that monitors students’ behaviour over time and uses these data to build an accurate student model by frequently refining the information in the student model as well as by responding to changes in students’ learning styles over time. The proposed approach is especially useful for LMSs, which are commonly used by educational institutions for whole programs of study and therefore can monitor students’ behaviour over time, in different courses. The paper demonstrates how this approach can be integrated in an adaptive mechanism that enables LMSs to automatically generate courses that fit students’ learning styles and discusses how dynamic student modelling can help in identifying students’ learning styles more accurately, which enables the LMS to provide more accurate adaptivity and therefore support students’ learning processes more effectively.
