This study aims to describe the factors that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City. The problems raised in this study are what factors are considered by consumers using the services of the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Shop in Palu City. The sample of this study were 96 respondents, namely consumers who use the services of "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Shop in Palu City. This study uses explorative research type, using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The results of factor analysis that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City concludes that there are 4 (four) factors that consumers consider using the "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in Palu City. The four factors are the factors of people and service, place factors, proximity factors, and characteristic factors. Overall, the four factors mentioned, have been empirically proven are the factors that are considered by consumers using the Motorbike's "Sinar Karya" Car Repair Service in the City of Palu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen menggunakan jasa Bengkel Mobil “Sinar Karya”  di Kota Palu. Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam peneitian ini adalah faktor-faktor apakah yang dipertimbangkan konsumen menggunakan jasa Bengkel Mobil “Sinar Karya” di Kota Palu. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden, yaitu konsumen yang menggunakan jasa Bengkel Mobil “Sinar Karya”  di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian explorative, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Hasil analisis faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen menggunakan jasa Bengkel Mobil “Sinar Karya” di Kota Palu menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat 4 (empat) faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen menggunakan jasa Bengkel Mobil “Sinar Karya” di Kota Palu. Keempat faktor tersebut adalah Faktor people dan pelayanan, faktor tempat (place), faktor hubungan kedekatan, dan faktor karakteristik. Secara keseluruhan keempat faktor ditersebut, telah terbukti secara empiris merupakan faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen menggunakan jasa Bengkel Mobil “Sinar Karya” Motor di Kota Palu.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

This study aims to analyze the factors forming the marketing mix at BNI Syariah customers in Padang Branch. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is customers of Islamic banks in the city of Padang with a sample of 100 customers obtained using Slovin formula. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Research data are primary data collected by questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of the study showed that of the eight factors there were six factors that influence the form of the marketing mix for customers of the BNI Syariah branch of Padang Branch.Keyword: Marketing Mix

Museum Tjong A Fie is one of the museum located in Medan City, North Sumatera. This museum was originally a residence of historical figures in the development of the city of Medan is Tjong A Fie originating from China. Museum Tjong A Fie has been designated as a cultural heritage building and used as a museum. This research will discuss Standard Operating Procedures and Visitor Circulation Pattern of Tjong A Fie Museum as a part that must be considered in the organization of the museum. The author uses data collection methods such as observation, interview and literature study and data processing methods through qualitative and comparative analysis. The theory used to refine the interpretation of the results of analysis is Management Theory. Based on the results of research found that the Museum Tjong A Fie has no SOP according to the standard and mandate of PP No. 66 Year 2015. Circulation pattern shows two circulation patterns are unstructured and structured. The recommendations offered include the need to develop SOPs in accordance with the mandate of museum legislation and governance.

Screening tools in health and education provide quick indicators that anticipate diagnostic evaluation and treatment. Faced with the socio-emotional competences of children, the Ages &amp; Stages Questionnaires: Social-Emotional (ASQ:SE) was used in thepopulation of children enrolled in public pre-schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro during 2011. The objective of this work was to investigate aspects of its validity and reliability. Data from 23,334 children (50.6% boys) being an average age of 5 years old (SD: 3 months) and enrolled in 625 pre-schools were analyzed. After an intensive data analysis, the Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the results were favorable to the multidimensional model with a social and emotional dimension: χ2 (463) = 46363.495, p &lt;0.001; RMSEA = 0.067; CFI = 0.918; TLI = 0.913. Reliability indicators were adequate. The results confirmedvalidity aspects of the ASQ:SE, thereby verifying its use for children aged 5 years old.

This study aims to determine the factors Cultural, Social, Personal and psychology affect consumer behavior in purchasing tabloid Nova in the city of Pontianak. This study is a survey method, whose population is all consumers tabloid Nova in Pontianak and 100 of whom were sampled were selected based on purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed with the Validity and Reliability Testing Instruments, factor analysis (Factor Analysis) which is used to determine the factors that influence consumers in the purchase Tabloid Nova in Pontianak. Test Bartlett's Test of Spehericity amounted to 795.181 less than the value α of 0.05 (5%), so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Test Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy amounted to 0,703 this value indicates the number is greater than required, amounting to 0.5-1.0 means of factor analysis suitable for use and there is a closeness between the variables in the population. Factors that influence the consumer's decision to buy tabloids Nova in Pontianak is reflecting social class, lifestyle, perceptions of news delivered and decision-making with the conscious, rational and deliberate, easily available and alternative options on the product, reading habits and customs in the neighborhood , the experience of families and benefits and will always buy. because of the influence of friends, adjust to the income and the drive to buy. The five factors that influence the consumer's decision to buy tabloids Nova in Pontianak has a cumulative percentage of variance (cumulative percentage of variance) of 67.948%. This shows that 5 (five) factors are able to explain the factors that influence the consumer's decision to buy tabloids Nova in Pontianak at 67.948%, while the remaining 31.239% is explained or influenced by other factors.Keywords: consumer behavior, cultural factors, personal, psychological

The main purpose of this study is to identify the underlying dimensions of consumer complaining and recovery effort and to develop a multidimensional scale to measure this construct. Literature suggests that the consumer complaining and recovery effort is a four-dimensional construct consisting of procedural, cognitive, time-related, and affective components. Using data collected from hotel guests, a measurement scale is developed to assess this four-dimensional construct. First, a factor analysis is conducted on one set of data. Afterward, the underlying dimensions identified by the exploratory factor analysis are confirmed by conducting a confirmatory factor analysis on a separate set of data. Findings suggest that the scale developed in this study presents substantial convergent validity, discriminant validity, predictive validity, and reliability.

Being one of the scales used in family studies, Making Decisions Scale aims to evaluate how decisions are shared between spouses. The aim of the current study is to adapt Making Decisions Scale to Turkish and evaluate its validity and reliability in a sample consisting of women. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted using data provided by 219 female participants. The findings of explanatory factor analysis revealed three factors representing expenses, social activities, and behaviors. The factors explained 44.27 % of the variance. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the three-factor structure with fit indexes [χ2 (30) = 70.80, p = .000, χ2/sd = 2.36, CFI= .90, GFI = .93, RMSEA = .09]. Convergent and divergent validities of the scale were also evaluated by examining the relationships between the scale and relevant or independent concepts. The reliability of the scale was assessed by examining internal consistency (Cronbach Alpha .83), composite reliability (.76), and test-re-test reliability (r = .82, p < .001). Findings indicated that the Turkish form of Making Decisions Scale can be used in family studies as a valid and reliable measurement device. Indonesia has a great and priceless culinary potential of the archipelago. The culinary industry sector in Indonesia currently has a vast and increasing market, because this culinary sector is quite promising because it has economic value but still has advantages. Talamak Bowl is a small and medium enterprise (SME) in Bandung that is engaged in culinary specialties of West Sumatra. This business is still not well known by the public and there has been no increase in sales. Seeing the increasing number of culinary industry SMEs in the city of Bandung, it is necessary to have strong and effective promotional activities in offering products to many audiences in order to be superior than the others. Overcoming the problems above, then the design of promotional media is carried out by using data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature and the analytical method used is a comparison matrix to form the design concept. After getting conclusions from the method, the promotional media that created are applied to the name card, ambient media, brochures, e-posters and other supporting media. This design was made by combining two concept which is illustration and product photography. This design is expected that the problems faced will be resolved

Lack of an established measuring instrument for public participation towards renewable energy (RE) development has become a crucial concern for the researchers. Therefore, this research aims to develop and validate the instruments that measure public participation towards renewable energy development (PPRED) in Malaysia. This study incorporates degree of knowledge on RE (KRE), environmental concern (EC), public awareness on RE (ARE), attitude towards RE usage (AURE), and willingness to adopt RE technology (WTA) in the PPRED model, with an aim to predict public willingness to pay (WTP) for energy generated from RE sources. Using data of 172 usable responses, this study conducts an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to analyse the factor structures. In addition to this, using data from 154 usable responses from a second sample frame, this study also conducts confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to examine the unidimensionality of the measurement model. Correlations are used to measure discriminant and convergent validation of the items whereas Cronbach’s Alpha is used to measure internal consistency among different items. Specifically, EFA is used for variable extraction and CFA is used to test dimensionality, validity, and reliability of the PPRED model. The results proved validation of the PPRED model, indicating that all instruments included are reliable and valid to be used in the research. This study is also pertinent to initiate targeted campaigns and public education policies to improve awareness among Malaysians relating to renewable energy development

Populism is a phenomenon of political communication that can be a political strategy for politicians who want to represent themselves. In the campaign period for the Election of West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil as a candidate for governor used a populist strategy to gain political support from the people of West Java. Populism strategy is very important in democracy, the characteristics of Ridwan Kamil's populism can be found in the form of Instagram posts, starting from May 27, 2018 - June 27, 2018 during the campaign period of the West Java Governor General Ridwan Kamil giving Instagram posts that match 9 characteristics of polulism. To find out the characteristics of Ridwan Kamil's populism on Instagram using data collection methods by taking interview data from Mr. Khalid Zabidi, a Golkar Party cadre, Ridwan Kamil's Instagram direct observation, literature study to support research and document studies.Populisme merupakan fenomena komunikasi politik yang dapat menjadi strategi politik bagi politikus yang ingin merepresentasikan dirinya. Dalam masa kampanye Pemilihan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil sebagai calon gubernur menggunakan strategi populis untuk mendapatkan dukungan politik dari masyarakat Jawa Barat. Strategi populisme sangat penting dalam demokrasi, karakteristik populisme Ridwan Kamil bisa di temui dalam bentuk postingan Instagram,Terhitung dari 27 Mei 2018 – 27 Juni 2018 saat masa kampanye Pemilihan Gubenur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil memberikan postingan Instagram yang sesuai dengan 9 karakteristik polulisme. Untuk mengetahui karakteristik populisme Ridwan Kamil di Instagram menggunakan cara pengumpulan data dengan mengambil data wawancara Bapak Khalid Zabidi Kader Partai Golkar, observasi langsung Instagram Ridwan Kamil, studi pustaka untuk mendukung penelitian dan studi dokumen.
