E-banking is a platform through which a banking customer can perform its financial or non financial transactions electronically without visiting bank, which not only reduces transaction costs but also saves time.E-banking customers are increasing worldwide but its adoption is low in Pakistan. This study is done to investigate the most important factors which contribute to the espousal of E-banking in Pakistan. For this research primary data was collected from 217 customers of different ages, data was collected by structured questionnaire. Statistical descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The results shows that privacy and security, trust, ease of usefulness, knowledge and awareness, inaccessibility and came in person preferences are the factors which affect adoption of E-banking in Pakistani customers. Findings also indicate that banking customers of Pakistan are willing to take on E-banking if proper guideline and awareness is provided to them by banks or banking regularity authorities.

The financial sector is important to any nation for its economic development. The mobile telecommunication technology in Tanzania for instance has changed the way people perform financial transactions. Customers perform financial transactions using their mobile phones at anytime and anywhere provided that the customer is registered and activated into using the Mobile financial service. However, there are still long queues at the banks for doing financial transactions that could be done using mobile financial service. In order to motivate people into using the MFS, it is then important to ensure to customers derive satisfaction from using the service as it is with the formal banking service or beyond. This study aims at examining the factors influencing the customer satisfaction with mobile financial services in Tanzania. To achieve these objectives the study uses mainly primary data from 105 respondents selected using both purposive and non-purposive sampling techniques. The study employs both descriptive analysis and regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shown that, Tigo pesa, M pesa and Airtel Money are the frequently used MFS with Tigo pesa being leading. Majority of customers are satisfied with MFS (70%), and Mobile Network Operators are concentrating on making sure customers are satisfied by educating them on how to use MFS, ensuring network is reliable, lowering transaction charges and improving customer care, among others. The logistic estimates indicate that, Age, Gender, Employment, Customer care, Network availability, Meet needs, and Education are significant factors that influence customer’s satisfaction with frequently used MFS in Tanzania. The probability of a customer to be satisfied with MFS is higher if MFS meet needs of a customer, the customer is employed, gets good customer care, male, and if the network is available. From these findings, it is advised that any strategy targeting to make customers more satisfied with MFS should consider Customer care, Network availability, and needs of the customers. Also policies and programs that enhance employment are vital in making majority of people secure jobs and finally satisfied with MFS.

The purpose of the study is to examine the awareness, perception and satisfaction level of clients of popular UPI platforms. Satisfied clients are the biggest promoters in today’s fast-changing competitive market. Their favourable word-of-mouth provides legitimacy, appeal, and aids in the acquisition of new clients to the business. The Unified Payment System (UPI) is designed to build a platform for cashless and transparent financial transactions by using the advantages of mobile technology. So, this study is based mostly on primary data collected from 100 samples from UPI clients in Kerala through structured questionnaire and the secondary data used only for theocratical frame. The key tools for data analysis is statistical tool like One-way ANOVA and weighted averages. Study result reveals the significant influence of educational status of the clients in their awareness of UPI platforms and its services. The study also observes the age and gender effect on the satisfaction and perception of clients. This study and research are to know how accounting is done in a private school, the type of accounting system being used, and its effectiveness, accounts being the recording of financial transactions is necessary to be handled well. The goal of this study is to understand how the private education sector organizes a set of manual and computerized accounting methods, procedures, and controls established to gather, record, classify, analyze, summarize, interpret and present accurate and timely financial data used. This case study gives detail on the computer and manual accounting systems and the perception of accountants on the accounting system used in private institutions. This research study highlights how private education institutions keep systematic records of financial transactions to find out the type of payment system is used, how the school protects its business if its insured, how it utilizes the operational profits, and how effective is the accounting system. This will be analyzed by a structured questionnaire that will comprise closed-ended and open-ended questions to collect the primary data from the respondents who are residing in Lusaka.

Abstract: Technology has played a vital role in uniting people across country. It has simplified many complexities with simple click using internet. The usage of smart phones is high among the millennials and generation Z and has become an integral part of their everyday lives. Millennials are generation which are born between 1980 to 2000, and generation Z is the demographic cohort succeeding millennials. Millennials and Gen. Z have witnessed the metamorphosis from traditional method of using paper currencies to e-wallets. This rise of e-transaction has smoothened the various transactions like online shopping, payment on dues etc. with just one single click. The present study aims to figure out how mobile wallets and e-transactions are evolving among the above mentioned sample. It also analyses the dimensions of the usage by analysing key factors such as motive for use, utility derived from use, level of use, reasons for use amongst others. Also the future proximity of e-transaction and mobile wallet’s usage is forecasted. Descriptive analysis and Regression analysis was run on the primary data obtained from 115 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The results were able to throw distinctive insights into the usage of mobile wallets and e-transactions among Millennials and Gen Z. Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The purpose of this study is to (1) analyzing the level of retail mix consumer satisfaction; (2) analyze the dominant variable in retail mix consumer satisfaction; (3) analyze the difference of retail mix consumer satisfaction performed. The observed of the retail industry is Alfamidi and Indomaret. The study was designed into a descriptive-quantitative method. The source of primary data obtained from the questionnaire of 100 respondents. The formulating variable of retail mix includes: merchandise assortments, pricing, customer services Store design and display, communication mix, and location. Data analyze by using descriptive, analysis of factors, and t-test. The result confirmed that the level of retail mix consumer satisfaction in both industry is relatively similar. However, it can be stated that the respondents were more satisfied to Indomaret compared with Alfamart.

Continuous development of technological innovations especially in the banking sector have stirred competition which has changed the way businesses operate resulting in the introduction of Unified Interface Payment (UPI) services. This study was conducted in order to analyse the adoption of UPI services through Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in Mysuru. Objectives of study were framed to determine the demographic factors that influence the practices of UPI by the customers, to examine the role of banks in integrating UPI services and products and to assess the various security issues affecting the usage of UPI services by Mysuru customers. Based on these objectives a structured questionnaire was prepared and primary data was collected from 165 respondents. Data was analysed making use of SPSS and other models namely Structural Equation Modeling with Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) Software. Finally the researchers identifies that there is a need for convergence of customer’s preference for safe and easy banking transactions. This study revealed that the customer’s model have to be well integrated for progress in UPI operations.

The present study is focusing on the professional stress on organisation among the Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) of Indian Military Intelligence. 384 samples of Military Intelligence personnel will be taken for this study. Sources of data is Primary data include a structured questionnaire. Data was collected through structured questionnaire and measure through Likert’s scale, using KMO measure of sampling adequacy, Cronbach’s alpha for checking internal consistency, Bartlett sphericity test for testing the null hypothesis and various factor analysis including Eigenvalues, Extract square Sum loading, variance percent and Accumulation percent values relative comparison and Correlation matrix will be used as tools to arrive at desired results and statistical interpretations. The hypotheses put for test and the resultant values at 0.01 and 0.05 (for different factors) clearly indicated that there is an existence of association between different level of cadres and professional stress among personnel of Indian Military Intelligence. The authority who can formulate the rules and regulations and binding them on the lower cadres and professions to accept and adopt.

This research is an examination and a study on the influence of rewards on job satisfaction of lecturers at Shinas College of Technology (ShCT). In academic industry, rewards are one of the factors that affecting job satisfaction of the employees and this will lead to affect their performance in their jobs. So, when rewards are more the job satisfaction will be high and when rewards are less the job satisfaction will be less. On the other hand, the age will not affect the job satisfaction. Previous research reveals that Job satisfaction is very important to success the industry and the rewards are the main factors which affect job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to know the influence of rewards in job satisfaction among the lecturers in ShCT. Moreover, this research attempts to identify how much rewards affect the job satisfaction in ShCT.  For this study used two types of data which are: primary data and secondary data. The sources of primary data is the response from lecturers at ShCT. It is collected through structured questionnaire and distributed such to 60 respondents. Secondary data, collected from internet, books, journals, articles etc.

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.
