This article is a theoretical study of the “reflexive competence” concept and other related notions in the context of psychological science. Reflexive competence is viewed as an important component of professional competence and a separate formation of mind that determines the resultant aspect of reflexive activity. The study is based on the analysis of non-fiction works on the subject matter written by Ukrainian and foreign authors. It shows the diversity of approaches to definition of the “reflexive competence” concept and to detailing of the aspects of its structure. The article describes the types of reflection and examines every single component of reflexive competence, including cooperative, communicative, personal and intellectual reflection. It also looks at the models of reflexive competence and its individual structural components, such as informational, instrumental, judgmental and motivational, and behavioral. The article explains why we need to study reflexive competence as a complex formation – a meta-concept, a personal meta-competence that integrates knowledge, abilities and skills acquired in the course of personal growth and associated with the realization of why people do what they do, with identification and resolution of problems that arise in the course of our primary activity, and with the setting of goals and prioritization of personal growth areas. The work also proves the importance of reflexive competence as a professional growth driver for the officers of Ukraine armed forces and an aspect that facilitates development of other kinds of personality competence.

Professional competence is based on the invariant, which is a systemic and structural education that contains five interrelated components: axiological, motivational, individual-psychological, instrumental, conative. There is no universally accepted notion of “competence” and “competency”. There is no scientifically grounded definition of e invariant structure of competence of the subject of professional activity. The question remains of a productive pedagogical model containing a system of didactic conditions and modern pedagogical technologies that are adequate for the purpose of forming invariants of research competence of student. The basis for the development of such a model was the theory of contextual education by A. A. Verbitskiy. The basic unit of content here is the learning situation, which is a problematic nature. The system of such situations may be based on a situational and contextual approach to the formation of invariants of the research competency of student.

The research appears to be of relevance due to the ongoing modernization of the system of military training. One of its directions is to establish the compatibility of personal and professional qualities of cadets with the model of a modern military specialist. The aim of the research is to carry out a qualitative analysis of the requirements imposed on the modern military by society and the state in order to reveal the essence of the professional development training of cadets. The study hypothesizes that the collective and co-operational nature of professional development training implemented on the basis of a culturological approach to education creates optimal conditions for the professional and personal growth of cadets in the process of their introduction to military culture. The difference between professional training and military training is analyzed. The culturological approach to cadet professional development training is justified as the methodological basis of professional development training. The author proposes an axiological interpretation of the process of professional development training within the framework of the culturological approach. The main aspects of professional development training are briefly described: intellectual, moral, physical, labor. The key principles of professional development training based on the culturological approach are identified: purposefulness, consistency, continuity, professional orientation, patriotic orientation, humanism, and collectivism. The article emphasizes the collective and co-operational nature (polysubjectivity) of professional development training. The author suggests the definition of the “subject of professional development training”. The subjects of professional development training are cadets, officers, teachers, and university cultural organizations. Apparently, the structure of professional development training (its organizational, content and procedural aspects) varies depending on the subject of professional development training. The article concludes that introduction of practices of psychological and pedagogical support of the prospective military into their professional development training can be seen as the way to modernize the system of professional development training at military universities.

Based on the analysis of current scientific literature on the problems of self-improvement of the teacher, we formulated the definition of the concept "competence of self-improvement of the teacher". We considered this competence of the teacher as an important component of his vocational and pedagogical competence; we specified understanding of essence and structure of self-improvement as activity, process, result of personal growth and development of teacher acting as its competent subject, initiator. We disclosed an understanding of the essence of pedagogical conditions as an essential component of the pedagogical process, integrating into itself a certain set of measures aimed at achieving the desired goal; defined and formulated a set of external and internal pedagogical conditions, having a certain potential for influencing the development of the competence of self-improvement of the teacher in the process of intra-school advanced training. In detail, we considered the internal pedagogical conditions, the creation of which ensured the development of the competence of the teacher's self-improvement: increasing the motivation for professional and personal growth; development of the self-worth of education (self-development); strengthening the subject position. The purpose of the article is to identify the essence and basic principles of formation of professional competence of future logistics officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to determine the algorithm of formation of professional competence by stages of professional training in the higher military educational institution, to identify methods and techniques corresponding to logistics. Research methods: theoretical analysis of primary sources, normative documents, conceptual principles of logistics; systematization, modeling, observation and testing. The results of the analysis revealed that the professional competence of future logistics officers is a personal education and an integral characteristic, which includes key and general competencies that are the result of training in higher military educational institution, covering the dynamic set of knowledge, skills and experience in this specialty, personal and socially significant qualities (ways of thinking, ability to self-study, learning styles, views, values, nature of behavior in unpredictable conditions, etc.) arising on the basis of the formed subject competences and provide an opportunity to perform the military logistics officer’s duties and professional tasks effectively. The principles of forming the professional competence of future logistics officers corresponding to their specialty as they are basic both in military-economic, and in pedagogical logistics are defined. These are: principle of systematization, principle of functionality, principle of integration and integrated goal setting, principle of «just in time», principle of «jit-reliability», principle of solving information problems by standardizing data, principle of prioritizing the needs of learners, principle of variability of strategies, methods and techniques, principle of focusing on the end result, principle of interaction of all components of the professional competence formation system, principle of coordination of actions of different divisions specialists. The influence of these principles on the formation of the future logistics officers’ professional competence is analyzed. An algorithm for the formation of professional competence was developed, which was modeled according to two opposite approaches – directions (direct and reverse): «bottom up», it means by stages of professional training in higher military educational institution – a sequence of courses, semesters and levels of training (bachelor, master) of future officers; and «top-down», it means from the principles of professional competence formation through the construction of a «goal tree» and the definition of its components (key competencies) and their manifestations in the material of subjects that form general subject competencies, to building a «competence tree» and designing them for each discipline and definition of subject competencies. There are a number of teaching methods and techniques that take into account the specifics of logistics, such as: methods of empirical adult learning, problem-based learning, the method of planned mistakes, visualization methods, methods of press conferences, dialogue, discussions, brainstorming techniques, case studies, which should be used in the educational process to form the professional competence of future logistics officers. Conclusions: the purpose of the study is achieved.

Methodology: The data of this research particularly are Sharabi’s works published during 1980s as crucial period of his intellectual journey. Results: The article reveals the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the dependence of mental burnout on the length of professional experience. The research was conducted using questionnaire O. Rukavishnikov's "Definition of mental burnout" and questionnaires for specialists (author M. Kokun). The indexes of mental burnout among teachers with different pedagogical experiences are determined. It was found that the symptoms of mental burnout take place both at the beginning of and during the professional activity, and thus the tendency of reducing the tendency to mental burnout after 20 years of work in the specialty is traced. The high indicators of the professional motivation phase have been received, which may indicate higher expectations of teachers about the profession in general and the work in progress, in particular. Applications of this study: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality of this study: The urgency of the choice of this problem is conditioned by the fact that frequent changes in the field of higher education in recent years have raised demands both on the professional competence of the teacher and on his personal component. The purpose of the article. In the process of our empirical research, we had the aim to examine the level of professional reliability of doctors who performed their professional duties during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine. We assumed that the higher the level of professional reliability was, the more effectively doctors will perform their own professional activities in unusual, extreme conditions of their professional activity. The research involved 550 doctors of Rivne Regional Hospital (Rivne, Ukraine). Methods and methodical instrumentation of the research. To solve the problem of our research, a set of methods was used, the choice and combination of which have been determined by the subject, the purpose and the objectives of this research: - theoretical methods – theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific sources and available according to the problem of our research psychological approaches: their systematization, classification, generalization, theoretical modeling to study the phenomenon of professional reliability of doctors who worked in difficult conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine; - empirical methods – the observation, the interview, a questionnaire, testing, the method of expert assessments, which have been used for a deeper, holistic research of the structure of professional reliability of doctors; psychological and pedagogical experiment in the form of the empirical studying of the formation of a structure of professional reliability of doctors. The results of the research. We proved, that for specialists of medical sphere of the activity with a high level of professional reliability there was a main characteristic: the ability to perform professional activities in special and extreme conditions, the formation of professional and moral culture of a doctor, the constant development of components of his/her professional competence, professional readiness and professional reflection, the ability to implement effective psychological and acmeological influences, the development of reflective culture, the formation of a harmonious “self-concept” in professional and managerial activities, the actualization of psychological mechanisms, conditions, factors and determinants of the person’s professional development, etc. In our opinion, the professional reliability of a doctor is characterized by: a high level of stable productivity (or efficiency) of the professional activity; a high level of professional qualification and developed professional competence; optimal intensity of the professional activity; a high level of accuracy and reliability; a high level of organization of the professional activity; low indirectness (depending on purely external factors); creativity; the possibility of developing the subject of the professional activity and ensuring the actual professional growth; focus on achieving positive socially significant goals and results. Conclusions. We proved that bifurcation space of a professionally reliable Doctor includes: the ability to transfer professional experience; a high stable productivity of professional activity; the responsibility for the decisions having been made and their implementation; the ability to achieve own goals in any case; professional knowledge and the experience to be the director of some medical organization; the ability to act in critical situations and situations of cognitive dissonance; the ability to control the flow of doctors’ professional activity; a high level of professional competence; the ability to make and clearly implement their own decisions. If these components of a professionally reliable Doctor are formed at a high level, the Doctor can perform his/her professional activity with a high degree of its productivity, in difficult pandemic conditions, in situations of stress and cognitive dissonance. The latter emphasizes on the difference between the capabilities and the style of internal activity of Doctors who provide their activity in a period of COVID-19 pandemic: the ability to achieve meanings until the moment of meaningful acceptance of surrounding us reality and move on – to expand the meaning of the symbolic space (which is the COVID-19 pandemic) and, according to this, to show the measures of our own meaningful space (human life in a pandemic). Such conditions significantly encourage doctors to improve themselves as real professionals, to update their own professional reliability.

The purpose of the article is to typologize terminological definitions of security, to find out the general, to identify the originality of their interpretations depending on the subject of legal regulation. The methodological basis of the study is the methods that made it possible to obtain valid conclusions, in particular, the method of comparison, through which it became possible to correlate different interpretations of the term "security"; method of hermeneutics, which allowed to elaborate texts of normative legal acts of Ukraine, method of typologization, which made it possible to create typologization groups of variants of understanding of the term "security". Scientific novelty. The article analyzes the understanding of the term "security" in various regulatory acts in force in Ukraine. Typological groups were understood to understand the term "security". Conclusions. The analysis of the legal material makes it possible to confirm that the issues of security are within the scope of both legislative regulation and various specialized by-laws. However, today there is no single conception on how to interpret security terminology. This is due both to the wide range of social relations that are the subject of legal regulation and to the relativity of the notion of security itself and the lack of coherence of views on its definition in legal acts and in the scientific literature. The multiplicity of definitions is explained by combinations of material and procedural understanding, static - dynamic, and conditioned by the peculiarities of a particular branch of legal regulation, limited ability to use methods of one or another branch, the inter-branch nature of some variations of security, etc. Separation, common and different in the definition of "security" can be used to further standardize, in fact, the regulatory legal understanding of security to more effectively implement the legal regulation of the security direction.
