The Indonesian government established a Learning from Home (BDR) policy related to learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to analysis learning strategies from home during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesian private elementary schools. The research method was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. Collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this qualitative research was started when the data collection took place, and after the data collection was completed within a certain period. The data analysis implemented content analysis techniques. Activities in data analysis included data reduction which summarized, chose the main points, focused on the important things, as well as looking for themes and patterns. Moreover, data display organized the data, arranged in a relationship pattern, so that it would be more easily understood. The research subjects were the principal (key informant), teacher, students, 2 guardians. The results of the analysis show that BDR is carried out using blended learning (synchronous and asynchronous). Synchronous implementation using social media (WA, IG, Zoom, Google meet) and school learning applications with a duration of 1-3 hours. Meanwhile, asynchronous is done by sending assignments/projects/questions via social media or the PANDHAWA application every day or once a week. Different strategies are following the readiness of schools, infrastructure, human resources, teachers, students, and parents. With various BDR strategies implemented, schools can overcome deficiencies and improve and develop the quality of learning.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana penggunaan media sosial untuk kegiatan katekese oleh para mahasiswa di Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa sekolah tinggi agama di Malang, Jawa Timur sebanyak 61 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan menggunakan Google Form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan scoring, F prosen dan uji binomial. Pengolahan data menggunakan rumus scoring, memperoleh score rata-rata 1,72. Artinya dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana katekese, mahasiswa menjalankan keterlibatannya dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan uji binomial diperoleh nilai z = 4,05. Jika dibandingkan dengan nilai tabel maka nilai tersebut lebih rendah dari taraf signifikan 0,05 artinya ada perbedaan antara keterlibatan mahasiswa yang satu dengan yang lain dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana katekese.AbstractThis research was conducted to reveal how the use of social media for catechesis activities by the students in Malang City, East Java. This research uses quantitative methods. Research subjects are students of religious high schools in Malang, East Java, as many as 61 people. Data collection using a closed questionnaire using Google Form. The data analysis technique used scoring, F percent and binomial test. Processing data using the scoring formula, obtaining an average score of 1.72. This means that in using social media as a means of catechesis, students carry out their involvement well. Based on the results of data processing using the binomial test, the value of z = 4.05 was obtained. When compared with the table value, this value is lower than the significant level of 0.05, meaning that there is a difference between the involvement of one student and another in using social media as a means of catechesis

 The quality of learning in the classroom is stated to be good if the learning objectives are achieved which is marked by increased student activity and learning outcomes. For that, we need alternative learning strategies that are more effective and efficient, one of which is to use the cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together (NHT). This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of physics on wave material through the application of the NHT learning model. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA3 of SMA Negeri 2 Tembilahan. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. Data collection instruments used were activity observation sheets and written tests of learning outcomes in the form of daily tests with data collection techniques in the form of observations and giving the test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to determine the extent of increased student activity and learning outcomes by applying the NHT learning model. The results of data analysis obtained an increase in student learning activities in the first cycle from 29.60% increased to 66.40% in the second cycle with a very good category. Improved learning outcomes from 12 students completed with a percentage of 48.00% in the first cycle, to 19 students who completed the second cycle with a percentage of 76.00%. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the NHT learning model can improve the activities and physics learning outcomes of students of class XI MIPA3 in SMA Negeri 2 Tembilahan on wave material.

The implementation of local wisdom values involving teachers and students is not running optimally due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. It causes learning not to run optimally. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sunda local wisdom values in learning in elementary schools. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of this study were 1 principal, 7 teachers and 16 students. Researchers made observations starting from grades 1 to 6 with representatives of 6 classes. Data collection techniques used by researchers in interviews, observation, documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the value of Sunda local wisdom was implemented well in schools and every lesson. Five discounts of local Sunda wisdom are applied in learning, namely religious values, peace-loving values, cooperation values, tolerance values, and environmental care values. The value of Malay local wisdom is significant to be applied in schools so that students have good morals, character, and manners to behave and behave according to the culture in their environment.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika melalui supervisi akademik dengan teknik kunjungan kelas di SD Negeri 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah 6 guru di SD Negeri 114361 Binanga Dua yang  terdiri dari guru kelas I sampai dengan kelas VI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif. Peningkatan aspek perencanaan pembelajaran meningkat dari 50,91 pada kondisi awal menjadi 68,48 pada siklus pertama dan 85,76 pada siklus kedua, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pada siklus kedua dinyatakan berhasil karena sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yaitu masuk dalam kriteria nilai minimal baik, sedangkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, yaitu dari 50,58 pada kondisi awal menjadi 69,83 pada siklus pertama dan 86,67 pada siklus kedua, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pada siklus kedua dinyatakan berhasil karena sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yaitu masuk dalam kriteria nilai minimal baik. Maka dapat ditarik  kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dengan teknik kunjungan kelas terbukti dapat meningkatan kemampuan guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika guru-guru SD Negeri 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata kunci: perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kunjungan kelas Abstract: This study aims to improve the ability of teachers in planning and implementing mathematics learning through academic supervision with class visit techniques in Public Elementary Schools 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Academic Year 2018/2019. The action research subjects of this school are 6 teachers in Public Elementary School 114361 Binanga Dua consisting of class I to class VI teachers. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics. Increased aspects of learning planning increased from 50.91 in the initial conditions to 68.48 in the first cycle and 85.76 in the second cycle, so it was concluded that in the second cycle it was declared successful because it had met the criteria of success, which was included in the criteria of minimum value, while increasing ability in the implementation of the learning process, namely from 50.58 in the initial conditions to 69.83 in the first cycle and 86.67 in the second cycle, so it was concluded that in the second cycle it was declared successful because it had met the criteria of success, which was included in the criteria of minimum value. Then it can be concluded that the implementation of academic supervision with class visit techniques is proven to be able to improve the ability of teachers in planning and implementing mathematics learning teachers of Public Elementary Schools 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Academic Year 2018/2019. Social media is a necessity for everyone in communicating and exchanging information. Social media users do not know the boundaries of age, generation, gender, ethnicity, and religion. However, what is interesting is the user among housewives. This study took the research subjects of housewives. Housewives are chosen as research subjects because they are pillars or pillars in a household. If the pillar is strong, then the household will also be healthy. Thus, if we want to build a resilient and robust generation, we will start from the housewives. A healthy household starts from strong mothers too. This study aims to find out the insights of the housewives of Kanoman village regarding the content on smartphones and social media and provide knowledge of social media literacy to housewives. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. The results of the study showed that previously housewives had not experienced social media literacy. Then the researchers took steps to be able to achieve the desired literacy results. Researchers took several steps to make them become social media literates. They become able to use social media, understand social media, and even produce messages through social media.

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education.The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subjects of the principal and teacher. The school principal with his academic supervision measures, while the Kunto Darussalam Elementary School 017 teacher as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially at the time of the processlearning takes place.Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using a percentage (%) of achievement with 100 constants. And to see the interpertation using score interpertation criteria to strengthen the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80% - 100% (Very Good), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Enough), and 40% - 55% (Less).The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 63% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in teacher's ability by 5% from cycle I. In detail there is a significant increase in the initial condition of the school when compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

Sustainable professional development of pedagogic teachers is a strategic effort to improve the competence and performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and functions as planners, implementers, and evaluation of learning in  the classroom. This research aims to examine the improvement of innovative, creative, adaptive, and productive quality of PBI based on Indonesian text and character through the SKBP model of teachers in junior high schools and MTs. This research was  conducted using qualitative approach with survey type. The research subjects were PBI teachers in 6 junior high schools and MTs selected research target locations by using random patterns of strata. Descriptive data of 5 research objects obtained by researchers as a key instrument with interview techniques, questionnaires, and focused observations. Data analysis was carried out using a flow model during the study.  The development models used are  R2D2 model: Recursive, Reflective Instructional Design and Development  and Oxford training strategy model. The assessment of the effectiveness of the SKBP model was carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of class action research of the Kemmis and Taggart models. The research subjects were PBI teachers and grade VIII students at 6 junior high schools in Malang districts and cities. Further data analysis is done descriptively, including (1) improvement of pbi process based on Indonesian text and character using SKBP model and (2) improvement of PBI results based on Indonesian text and character using SKBP model.

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU through genius learning strategies and lecture methods. Research data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. The research data analysis technique used a descriptive writing test through direct learning and observation models to see student learning activity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write anecdotes through genius learning strategies and lecture methods in class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU. In cycle 1, an average value of 66.68 was obtained, students who achieved completeness were 22 students or the percentage of completeness was 61.11%. In cycle 2 the average value is 69.28%. Students who achieved completeness were 29 students or the average persetanse completeness was 80.56%. Furthermore, in cycle 3 the average value is 76.81. Students who achieved completeness were 34 students or the percentage of student completeness was 94.44%.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the application of blended learning on the learning outcomes of class X MIA students at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. This study used a pre-experimental design in the form of a One-Shot Case Study by taking research subjects by Purposive Sampling. The sample of this research was the students of class X MIA. This study used descriptive questions as a final test instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research was a t-test. Based on the data collection techniques and data analysis carried out, it was obtained that tcount = 1.81 and ttable = 1.68, because tcount > ttable, then reject H0 at a significant level of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying blended learning on studensts’ learning outcomes of class X MIA at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. Keywords: Blended Learning, Learning Outcomes
