MODEL PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER KEWIRAUSAHAAN MELALUI UNIT PRODUKSI DAN JASA DI SMKN 2 PENGASIH

The objectives of this study were to determine the entrepreneurial character education model through unitof productionandservicesof Engineering Construction Wood in SMKN 2 Pengasih. Research conducted using the phenomenological qualitative approach in SMKN 2 Pengasih concluded as follows. (1) The strategy used in character education in entrepreneurship through UPJ TKKY SMKN Pengasih includes: examples, learning, empowerment, habituation, strengthening, and assessment. (2) The character of entrepreneurship developed by UPJ TKKY consist of: (a) mindset includes: creative, innovative, and realistic, (b) heartset include: risk-taking, honesty, responsibility, curiosity, unyielding, independent, and strong motivation for success, (c) actionset include: hard work, action-oriented, communicative, teamwork, and discipline. (3) Model of entrepreneurial character education through UPJ TKKY in SMKN 2 Pengasih conducted through curricular activities and through the production process UPJ. Keywords: model of entrepreneurialcharacter education, SMK,UPJ. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pendidikan karakter kewirausahaan yang dilakukan melalui UPJ Teknik Konstruksi Kayu (TKKY) di SMKN 2 Pengasih.Penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologisbertempat di SMKN 2 Pengasih ini menyimpulkan sebagai berikut. (1) Strategi yang digunakan dalam pendidikan karakter kewirausahaan melalui UPJ TKKY di SMKN 2 Pengasih meliputi: keteladanan, pembelajaran, pemberdayaan, pembiasaan, penguatan, dan penilaian. (2) Karakter kewirausahaan yang dikembangkan melalui UPJ TKKY terbagi menjadi: (a) ranah pola pikir (mindset)meliputi: kreatif, inovatif, dan realistis, (b) ranah pola rasa (heartset)meliputi: berani mengambil risiko, jujur, tanggung jawab, rasa ingin tahu, pantang menyerah, mandiri, dan motivasi kuat untuk sukses, (c) ranah pola tindakan (actionset)meliputi: kerja keras, berorientasi pada tindakan, komunikatif, kerja sama, dan disiplin. (3) Model pendidikan karakter kewirausahaan melalui UPJ TKKY di SMKN 2 Pengasih dilakukan melalui kegiatan kurikuler dan melalui kegiatan proses produksi UPJ. Covid-19 has an impact on the lives of generation Z children 7-14 years old. Besides the health issue, the discipline character of generation Z children 7-14 years old also became the problem in the New Normal Pandemic Covid-19 Era. This problem can be solved by applying discipline character training for children in a Christian family. This research aims to create a discipline character training model in a Christian family for generation Z children 7-14 years old in the era of New Normal Pandemic Covid-19 Era. This research is applied research that uses a qualitative approach, using descriptive and interpretive analysis methods. By using this method, the principle education context in Hebrew 12:5-13 dan context of generation Z children can be obtained. The principle and context will be synthesized to produce the new model of education characteristics. This research produces a discipline character education model in Christian families for children of generation Z, aged 7-14 years at New Normal Pandemic Covid-19 Era.AbstrakCovid-19 berdampak pada kehidupan anak-anak generasi Z usia 7-14 tahun. Selain isu kesehatan, disiplin anak generasi Z usia 7-14 tahun dalam melaku-kan kegiatan sehari-hari juga menjadi permasalahan di era New Normal Pan-demi Covid-19 ini. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan menerapkan pen-didikan karakter disiplin bagi anak dalam keluarga Kristen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pendidikan karakter disiplin dalam keluarga Kristen bagi anak-anak generasi Z di era New Normal Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan yang menggunakan pen-dekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan interpretatif. Dengan metode ini, prinsip pendidikan kitab Ibrani 12:5-13 dan konteks anak generasi Z dapat diperoleh. Prinsip dan konteks tersebut akan disintesiskan untuk menghasilkan model pendidikan karakter yang baru. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pendidikan karakter disiplin dalam keluar-ga Kristen era new normal Pandemi Covid-19

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi hijabers tentang pendidikan karakter, model pendidikan karakter dalam komunitas Hijabers, faktor penghambat dan pendorong, serta untuk mencari solusi terhadap faktor penghambatnya dalam komunitas hijabers Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif baik lisan maupun tertulis dari orang-orang dan perilaku mereka. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisa melalui penelitian fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) persepsi pendidikan karakter para hijabers adalah proses pembentukan dan perubahan refleksi setiap individu untuk menjadi lebih baik; 2) model pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan meliputi dua penguatan, yaitu penguatan agama dan solidaritas; 3) Faktor-faktor penghambat dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter adalah sulitnya mengumpulkan peserta, kurangnya tanggung jawab, kurangnya disiplin, kurangnya keterbukaan, serta pro dan kontra mengenai Komunitas Hijabers. Kemudian ada juga faktor pendorong, yaitu dan visi mereka yang dapat diterima serta keinginan kuat mereka untuk memasyarakatkan hijab melalui Komunitas Hijabers; 4) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan ini adalah dengan berkumpul dan berbagi, bertanggungjawab sesuai tugas, menunjukkan empati tidak hanya sekedar pamer kecantikan, menunjukkan mereka berada di kelas atas, meski ada pro-kontra, mereka juga berusaha untuk mengembangkan karakter untuk menjadi lebih baik. This study aims to determine the hijabers’ perception about character education, model of character education in Salatiga Hijabers Community, its inhibiting and supporting factors and how to find the solutions to those factors. It utilizes qualitative approach resulting descriptive data about people and their behavior in both spoken and written, then it is analyzed through a phenomenological research. The results show that: 1) the perception of character education proposed by hijabers is a process of formation and change in individual reflection to be better; 2) the models applied to the character education are: religious strengthening of and solidarity; 3) The inhibiting factors in character education are difficulty in gathering, lack of discipline and transparency, the pros and cons regarding hijabers. Then the supporting factors are their accepted mission and vision and their strong willingness to socialize hijab; 4) The solution to the inhibiting factors are by gathering and sharing, responsibility to take turn in every event, showing empathy not merely show off beauty, perceiving that they are in high class, but behind the pros and cons they always try to develop their character to be better. Character education is the action and attitude of a person who reflects anything with good value. These values can be identified in his daily activities. Therefore, character education is considered very important as an effort to help someone to perceive or to understand and to act based on ethical or moral values. This purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of character education in senior high schools (SMA) in Ujungbatu, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province based on sex (male and female) differences. In order to answer the problems in the study, descriptive qualitative approach study is designed by using several methods namely interview, observation and documentation. The samples of the study were 339 students from three different high schools; they are SMA 1, SMA 2 and SMA Muhammadiyah. Finding of the study revealed that the four character education value, namely devotion, hard work, discipline, and honesty could be applied to both male and female Muslim and Christian students, and this is to indicate that these character values can be applied to the students. Finally, this character education method applies to students, especially in high school.

Pondok Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) Al Mu'awanah Lamongan is one of the Islamic boarding schools that develops the education of orphans and the poor in addition to being a formal and non-formal education institution. This pesantren focuses more on education littered fully with both religious values and noble values of the nation. Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan has become one of the education institutions that is highly effective, especially in developing a character education. The purpose of this study is to examine the character education model of orphans and the poor developed in Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan and the efforts taken by the leader of Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan in developing the character education model at the pesantren. To find out the problems and get data clearly, the writer uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques and information are done through observation, interview and documentaries. The results show the character education model of orphans and the poor in Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan are by using four models. The first is mauidhoh (religious sermon); the second is habituation; the third is qudwah (exemplary); and the fourth is so-called targhib and tarhib. The development of character education model in Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan is integrated into daily, weekly, and yearly activities.

Character education in Indonesia has been a crucial issue for more than two last decades. It has become the state priority in the national education policy for its character education reinforcement programs. This study aims to investigate the character education management in SMA Catholic Seminary Kakaskasen and SMA Lokon St. Nikolaus Tomohon. This is a multi-site study to examine and describe the planning (designing), actualization (implementation), and evaluating and monitoring procedures of their character education model. This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate effective measures to manage their character education programs.

This research purpose to describe of lyrics values Ebiet G Ade’s song with the title for us to ponder as a source of character education values. This research uses a qualitative approach using Levi-Strauss structural analysis and Paul Ricoeur hermeneutics to find the ceritheme and episodes in every lyrics Ebiet G Ade’s song titled for us to ponder and later will be used as a source of character education values. The results of the research show that there are several character values in the lyrics Ebiet G Ade’s song that value is the character value in relation to God; Religious. Character values in relation to yourself; Hard Work, Discipline, Responsibility, Independent; Curiosity. Character values in relation to others; Friendly/ Communicative. Character values in relation to the environment; Care for the Environment, Care for Social.

The formation of character is needed by adolescents in this era. It is based with the many phenomena of juvenile delinquency. Characters will not be formed away so it needs an effort should be made of teachers in shaping the character of teenagers. In addition, the authors found the variation of the efforts of teachers holistically so that teenagers will easily formed his character in accordance with the purpose of the character education. The problem of this research is how the character education model Vocational High School who applied in the implementation of the formation of character in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. The purpose of this study is the author would like to know a clear picture of the implementation of character education model in efforts to form children's character in School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This paper discusses the character education model be applicable in the planting of character values to students in Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This type of research is a field research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation and documentation. As for analyzing the data obtained, the authors do by collecting all the data, reducing the data, presenting data, and verification of data. Results from this study showed that the model of character education is done to instill character values to learners School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga using reflective models. Use of the character models adhering to the principles of character education and values are developed in accordance with the level of development of learners.

This study used a qualitative approach which aims to find the process of internalization of the character education value through sumbang duo baleh on the Minang students in Purwokerto. The results showed: (1) Students Minang know and understand twelve ethics contained in sumbang duo baleh. (2) Through the student community the Minang value trying preserved and maintained as a manifestation of their love of Minang culture. (3) To actualize the ethical values on the basis of daily awareness of the positive values contained in sumbangduo baleh so that they can distinguish between good and bad. (4) Due to the openness of education for women can be a net gain as well as challenges to face the modernization and become a factor of a shifting values for Minangkabau students, therefor understanding and applicating of sumbang duo baleh became faded.
