Covid-19 has an impact on the lives of generation Z children 7-14 years old. Besides the health issue, the discipline character of generation Z children 7-14 years old also became the problem in the New Normal Pandemic Covid-19 Era. This problem can be solved by applying discipline character training for children in a Christian family. This research aims to create a discipline character training model in a Christian family for generation Z children 7-14 years old in the era of New Normal Pandemic Covid-19 Era. This research is applied research that uses a qualitative approach, using descriptive and interpretive analysis methods. By using this method, the principle education context in Hebrew 12:5-13 dan context of generation Z children can be obtained. The principle and context will be synthesized to produce the new model of education characteristics. This research produces a discipline character education model in Christian families for children of generation Z, aged 7-14 years at New Normal Pandemic Covid-19 Era.AbstrakCovid-19 berdampak pada kehidupan anak-anak generasi Z usia 7-14 tahun. Selain isu kesehatan, disiplin anak generasi Z usia 7-14 tahun dalam melaku-kan kegiatan sehari-hari juga menjadi permasalahan di era New Normal Pan-demi Covid-19 ini. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan menerapkan pen-didikan karakter disiplin bagi anak dalam keluarga Kristen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pendidikan karakter disiplin dalam keluarga Kristen bagi anak-anak generasi Z di era New Normal Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan yang menggunakan pen-dekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan interpretatif. Dengan metode ini, prinsip pendidikan kitab Ibrani 12:5-13 dan konteks anak generasi Z dapat diperoleh. Prinsip dan konteks tersebut akan disintesiskan untuk menghasilkan model pendidikan karakter yang baru. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pendidikan karakter disiplin dalam keluar-ga Kristen era new normal Pandemi Covid-19

The objectives of this study were to determine the entrepreneurial character education model through unitof productionandservicesof Engineering Construction Wood in SMKN 2 Pengasih. Research conducted using the phenomenological qualitative approach in SMKN 2 Pengasih concluded as follows. (1) The strategy used in character education in entrepreneurship through UPJ TKKY SMKN Pengasih includes: examples, learning, empowerment, habituation, strengthening, and assessment. (2) The character of entrepreneurship developed by UPJ TKKY consist of: (a) mindset includes: creative, innovative, and realistic, (b) heartset include: risk-taking, honesty, responsibility, curiosity, unyielding, independent, and strong motivation for success, (c) actionset include: hard work, action-oriented, communicative, teamwork, and discipline. (3) Model of entrepreneurial character education through UPJ TKKY in SMKN 2 Pengasih conducted through curricular activities and through the production process UPJ. Keywords: model of entrepreneurialcharacter education, SMK,UPJ. The moral crisis in Christian families due to globalization has resulted in the loss of the function of the Christian family in society. This results in the shift in family values to be replaced by individualist, consumerist, and hedonistic values. This article describes the concept of family (hausetafel) in the letters of Ephesians and Colossians. The author uses a historical socio interpretation, to search for and find the meaning of the two epistles. The results of the interpretation show that the two epistles are very rich related to family and moral values (character). The meaning cannot be separated from its socio-historical and cultural context. Some of the values contained include the revelation of Christ in and through the family, love as the basis for binding family members, the family as a basis for character education, equality relations. The family image becomes a model for church life. Abstrak Krisis moral yang terjadi di tengah keluarga Kristen akibat globalisasi, mengakibatkan hilangnya fungsi keluarga Kristen di tengah masyarakat. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan bergesernya nilai-nilai keluarga digantikan dengan nilai-nilai individualis, konsumerisme, hedonistik. Artikel ini memuat tentang konsep keluarga (hausetafel) dalam surat Efesus 6:1-9. Penulis menggunakan penafsiran sosio historis, untuk mencari dan menemukan makna atau nilai kekeluargaan menurut pemikiran Paulus. Hasil penafsiran menunjukkan bahwa penguatan nilai-nilai keluarga tidak lepas dari konteks sosio-historis dan kulturalnya yang yang didominasi oleh pola-pola relasi kekuasaan yakni patron-klien yang ber-dampak pada kehidupan persekutuan umat. Sehingga perlu adanya penguatan moral dan karakter yang berdasar pada nilai-nilai kekeluargaan. Beberapa nilai haustafel yang menonjol dalam perikop ini yakni nilai kebenaran, kasih dan ketaatan, penghormatan, nilai persaudaraan, bersikap adil dan hidup setara yang selanjutnya menjadi model bagi kehidupan gereja maupun kekristenan.

Character education in New Normal Era based on a local wisdom approach is a solution to managing  education polemic that has been affected by  Covid-19 pandemic. One of  local wisdom approaches is through  G12 (Gurindam Dua Belas) approach which is  local wisdom of ethnic Malays as well as didactic literary works.  classification of  G12 document is used as an effort to strengn  character of  nation. Various problems of  character of  nation's children in  New Normal era such as moral decadence, sexual disorders, acts of plagiarism, excessive love for social media in  younger generation have become a moral crisis that disturbs  world of education, family and society, so re is a need for value development. To organize values, Gurindam Dua Belas is a solution that is implemented through habituation and exemplary. This research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach,  researcher collects primary sources and secondary sources related to  discussion, analyzes  contents of G12 and  results of G12 consist of 12 articles, containing  values of Islamic teachings, especially values.  purpose of this study is to describe  values that exist in Gurindam 12.  results obtained include: a) making an effort to introduce and foster local ethnic Malay wisdom, b) to describe  character education of Gurindam 12 and  values in it, se values include: not lying, prohibition of cursing and criticizing, gentle hands, patient, gentle, sincere, guarding heart, love to give, thrifty, polite, trustworthy, diligent, obedient to  mor and far and study hard. c) Growing and fostering  values of Gurindam 12 in students.  conclusion of this study is that  values of G12 need to be actualized continuously by  community and  young generation in all ir life activities in order to become individuals with Gurindam 12 characteristics.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi hijabers tentang pendidikan karakter, model pendidikan karakter dalam komunitas Hijabers, faktor penghambat dan pendorong, serta untuk mencari solusi terhadap faktor penghambatnya dalam komunitas hijabers Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif baik lisan maupun tertulis dari orang-orang dan perilaku mereka. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisa melalui penelitian fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) persepsi pendidikan karakter para hijabers adalah proses pembentukan dan perubahan refleksi setiap individu untuk menjadi lebih baik; 2) model pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan meliputi dua penguatan, yaitu penguatan agama dan solidaritas; 3) Faktor-faktor penghambat dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter adalah sulitnya mengumpulkan peserta, kurangnya tanggung jawab, kurangnya disiplin, kurangnya keterbukaan, serta pro dan kontra mengenai Komunitas Hijabers. Kemudian ada juga faktor pendorong, yaitu dan visi mereka yang dapat diterima serta keinginan kuat mereka untuk memasyarakatkan hijab melalui Komunitas Hijabers; 4) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan ini adalah dengan berkumpul dan berbagi, bertanggungjawab sesuai tugas, menunjukkan empati tidak hanya sekedar pamer kecantikan, menunjukkan mereka berada di kelas atas, meski ada pro-kontra, mereka juga berusaha untuk mengembangkan karakter untuk menjadi lebih baik. This study aims to determine the hijabers’ perception about character education, model of character education in Salatiga Hijabers Community, its inhibiting and supporting factors and how to find the solutions to those factors. It utilizes qualitative approach resulting descriptive data about people and their behavior in both spoken and written, then it is analyzed through a phenomenological research. The results show that: 1) the perception of character education proposed by hijabers is a process of formation and change in individual reflection to be better; 2) the models applied to the character education are: religious strengthening of and solidarity; 3) The inhibiting factors in character education are difficulty in gathering, lack of discipline and transparency, the pros and cons regarding hijabers. Then the supporting factors are their accepted mission and vision and their strong willingness to socialize hijab; 4) The solution to the inhibiting factors are by gathering and sharing,  responsibility to take turn in every event, showing empathy not merely show off beauty, perceiving that they are in high class, but behind the pros and cons they always try to develop their character to be better. Kata Kunci: pendidikan karakter, hijabers, komunitas

Abstract. New normal era, with social and physical distancing, has made Christian Javanese family difficult in fulfilling their spirituality need. The churches have tried to fill their need by online service but still had problem. Family based discipleship proposed to solve this problem. Family based discipleship implementation in Christian Javanese family was obstracted by leadership, interpretation, and subject matter problems. This research aimed to develop a family-based discipleship model for Christian Javanese family at New Normal era Covid-19 pandemic by promoting a correct, easy, and right Bible interpretation. This research is an applied research with qualitative approach and fenomenology theology. Finally, this research proposed family - storytelling - inductive discipleship model for Christian Javanese family at new normal era.Abstrak. Era New normal dengan social and physical distancing, membuat keluarga Jawa Kristen kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan kerohaniannya. Gereja mencoba memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan ibadah online namun masih bermasalah. Pemuridan berbasis keluarga diusulkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Penerapan pemuridan berbasis keluarga pada keluarga Jawa Kristen terhalang masalah kepemimpinan, penafsiran, dan materi pemuridan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pemuridan berbasis keluarga bagi keluarga Jawa Kristen di era new normal pandemi Covid-19 dengan interpretasi Alkitab yang benar, mudah dan tepat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan paradigma hermeneutik fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menemukan model pemuridan keluarga - bercerita - induktif sebagai model yang cocok bagi pemuridan keluarga Jawa Kristen di era new normal.

Pondok Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) Al Mu'awanah Lamongan is one of the Islamic boarding schools that develops the education of orphans and the poor in addition to being a formal and non-formal education institution. This pesantren focuses more on education littered fully with both religious values and noble values of the nation.  Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan has become one of the education institutions that is highly effective, especially in developing a character education. The purpose of this study is to examine the character education model of orphans and the poor developed in Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan and the efforts taken by the leader of Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan in developing the character education model at the pesantren. To find out the problems and get data clearly, the writer uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques and information are done through observation, interview and documentaries. The results show the character education model of orphans and the poor in Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan are by using four models. The first is mauidhoh (religious sermon); the second is habituation; the third is qudwah (exemplary); and the fourth is so-called targhib and tarhib. The development of character education model in Pesantren Al Mu'awanah Lamongan is integrated into daily, weekly, and yearly activities.

Character education in Indonesia has been a crucial issue for more than two last decades. It has become the state priority in the national education policy for its character education reinforcement programs. This study aims to investigate the character education management in SMA Catholic Seminary Kakaskasen and SMA Lokon St. Nikolaus Tomohon. This is a multi-site study to examine and describe the planning (designing), actualization (implementation), and evaluating and monitoring procedures of their character education model. This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate effective measures to manage their character education programs.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bekal pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) tentang pendidikan karakter, sehingga lulusan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) berkualitas, memiliki sikap disiplin yang tinggi, bekerja keras dan bertanggungjawab. Sedangkan tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah tersedianya buku panduan model pelatihan pendidikan karakter bagi mahasiswa baru Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Tulisan ini merupakan hasil kajian penelitian pengembangan atau sering disebut Research and Development (R&D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pelatihan yang disepakati dalam perancangan desain adalah model pelatihan pendidikan karakter holistik (menyeluruh) disingkat “PENDIKAR HO”. Model pelatihan pendidikan karakter holistik ini dalam pelaksanaannya tidak membedakan peserta dilihat dari latar belakang keluarga, status sosial ekonomi, suku bangsa, agama, bahasa, dan adat istiadat. Peserta diperlakukan sama dalam pelatihan pendidikan karakter. Luaran dari hasil penelitian pada tahun 2016 ini adalah berupa produk panduan model pelatihan pendidikan karakter bagi mahasiswa baru Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Diharapkan panduan model pelatihan pendidikan karakter bagi mahasiswa baru Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) ini dapat diterapkan di seluruh fakultas di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Sedangkan luaran lain pada tahun ini adalah dimasukkannya hasil penelitian pada jurnal bertaraf internasional.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to provide provisions to students of the Jakarta State University (UNJ) about character education, so that graduates of Jakarta State University (UNJ) are qualified, have a high discipline attitude, work hard and are responsible. While the specific purpose of this research is the availability of a guidebook for character education training models for new students of Jakarta State University (UNJ). This paper is the result of a research development study or often called Research and Development (R&D). The results showed that the training model agreed upon in the design of the design was a holistic (overall) character education training model abbreviated as "PENDIKAR HO". This holistic character education training model in its implementation does not differentiate participants in terms of family background, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, religion, language, and customs. Participants are treated the same in character education training. The output of the 2016 research is a product guide to character education training models for new 19 students at Jakarta State University. It is hoped that the character education model training guide for new students at the Jakarta State University (UNJ) can be applied in all faculties within the Jakarta State University (UNJ). While another outcome this year is the inclusion of research results in international journals.

The formation of character is needed by adolescents in this era. It is based with the many phenomena of juvenile delinquency. Characters will not be formed away so it needs an effort should be made of teachers in shaping the character of teenagers. In addition, the authors found the variation of the efforts of teachers holistically so that teenagers will easily formed his character in accordance with the purpose of the character education. The problem of this research is how the character education model Vocational High School who applied in the implementation of the formation of character in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. The purpose of this study is the author would like to know a clear picture of the implementation of character education model in efforts to form children's character in School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This paper discusses the character education model be applicable in the planting of character values ​​to students in Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This type of research is a field research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation and documentation. As for analyzing the data obtained, the authors do by collecting all the data, reducing the data, presenting data, and verification of data. Results from this study showed that the model of character education is done to instill character values ​​to learners School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga using reflective models. Use of the character models adhering to the principles of character education and values ​​are developed in accordance with the level of development of learners.
