Introduction: The article addresses the business processes of the construction and operation of linear road sections. In the course of the study, we analyzed the geographic information system (GIS) of Avtodor company (developer: Indor-Soft, Tomsk) and its use in the operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure facilities at such road sections. In particular, we studied the construction of the Far West Krasnodar Bypass (FWKB), which is part of the North-South transport corridor, and its implementation by means of InfraBIM modeling. Purpose of the study: We aimed to describe the structured GIS database of Avtodor company by connecting various InfraBIM tools for the purposes of data generation and road model update. Methods: Analyzing the GIS of Avtodor company when using an InfraBIM model of road infrastructure, we studied the following: use of GIS features at the facility; asynchronous editing and selection of data without access to the Internet; database update. Results: InfraBIM models of linear road sections, developed in the implementation of such projects as the FWKB, make it possible to optimize time and save money when planning and introducing measures during the operation of transport infrastructure facilities.

The development of the field of information technology is very rapid, therefore many companies, industries, shops and other business entities are using information systems to increase their business. Online sales information systems are used to carry out business processes such as distribution, sales, purchasing, marketing of goods or services by using communication networks and the internet. Online sales information systems can help people who do not have a place or shop to carry out their business. Students in this case, especially at the Catholic University of Santo Thomas, are an opportunity to take advantage of this facility in carrying out their business, especially if they do not have a place or shop to carry out their business. For this reason, an online sales information system was built that can be accessed through the website.

High percentages of Micro and Small-sized enterprises (MSEs) perish in their initials years of business. That is why various efforts have been made to know their operation and improve it. However those proposals of improvement are mostly based in reductionist diagnostics that limit the understanding of their business processes. This paper presents an integral diagnostic of MSEs, specifically in the service sector in the north of Mexico, through which the maturity level of its processes is determined. The design was descriptive exploratory with a quantitative approach. A rubric-type instrument was applied, which was designed to perform an integral diagnosis and measure the maturity level of the processes in 140 companies. The results indicate that the maturity levels of the business processes in the service sector are mostly craft-like. The elements with the lowest maturity levels include service assessment as part of management, the capacity to design new services/processes, evaluation and selection of suppliers, and improvements to the purchasing process that can assure an appropriate level of service. The need to implement improvement projects in areas related to planning, monitoring, control and information support systems were also detected. The main contribution of this work is having defined the service sector of the municipality where the organizations under study are located, which will help entrepreneurs in the sector, to improve their knowledge on the area in which they operate; researchers decide to make more contributions to the sector; and clients obtain information about the business they purchase from.

This paper presents a dataflow-oriented modeling approach (called DMA) targeted at business processes that operate on the entities forming an information system. The approach promotes the integration between business processes and information systems in that process models result from the interconnection of tasks and dataflow nodes. The latter denote flows of business entities of the same type and state. The entity types along with their relationships and attributes are shown in a companion information model. DMA leverages the dataflow to represent human decisions, which may concern the selection of the input entities when a task needs more than one, and the selection of the task with which to handle the input entities when two or more tasks are admissible. An example related to an order handling process illustrates the representation of human choices. DMA process models build on the artifact-oriented approach in that they combine the life cycles of the business entities involved. The life cycles can be separated and this facilitates the comparison with reference models. A major contribution of the paper is the presentation of the extraction algorithm which provides the separated life cycles.

The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head. Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor
