This research attempts to find out the barriers and efforts of SMEs sharia-based creative on Pekanbaru, where there are differences with other general SMEs. This study is descriptive and unit of analysis is sharia-based creative SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru. Type of data in the research is primary data. The data collect with interviews and surveys to 40 respondents. Sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with the criteria that the SMEs label themselves as Sharia-based and creative businesses. The results showed that sharia-based creative SMEs in Pekanbaru City apply some sharia concepts. Some aspects that are observed are products, transactions, human resources and Islamic finance. The barrier of SMEs to apply full sharia based are financing Islamic banking, human resources, and relations with the government. Some activities are training, seminars, and other activities to support more sharia business. Recommendations for the owner of sharia-based creative SMEs to improve the knowledge of sharia business and make business networks as possible and keep in the sharia norms.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the average passenger fare, number of passengers and working hours on income. This research was conducted using primary data. By providing a questionnaire statement to the respondent, using a Likert scale measurement. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Bukittinggi. The number of samples is 94 people with purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analysis method and uses quantitative analysis, namely the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. Keywords: average passenger fare; income; number of passengers; working hours Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif rata-rata penumpang, jumlah penumpang dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data primer. Dengan memberikan peryataan kuesioner kepada responden, dengan menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  seluruh Driver Gojek yang ada di Kota Bukittinggi. jumlah sampel 94 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis analisis regresi linear berganda serta menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t dan uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Kata kunci: jam kerja; jumlah penumpang; tarif rata-rata penumpang; pendapatan

The problems faced by the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency General Election Commission (KPU) problems in terms of the implementation of the General Election Commission's (APK) Campaign Props only allow for the installation of a maximum of 5 (five) billboards, limitation of the location of billboards and APK Designs. not in accordance with the provisions made by the Candidate. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 of 2018 regarding the installation of campaign props in the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and the factors that hindered the implementation. The research method is qualitative descriptive, type and source of data, namely primary data through observation, interviews while secondary data through data that is on the General Election Commission and related services in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, the technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling technique is withdrawal of samples in purpose or can be determined in accordance with the requirements (characteristics, characteristics, characteristics, criteria). The results of the study show that in the Implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 regarding the installation of Campaign Teaching Devices in the Upper Sungai Utara District it has been going well, where one indicator is the coordination that is always carried out by election organizers, communicating all related matters Terms of installation of Campaign Teaching Devices. This is evidenced by the lack of cases of alleged violations which were only 29 cases. And the factors that influence are factors of Communication, Human Resources, Attitudes and Bureaucracy. The suggestions given for input include the need for socialization, the implementers of election oversight in the field must also understand the rules correctly, and the authors hope that election organizers, both KPU and Bawaslu, have the same understanding of PKPU's provisions on campaign props. Abstract: The quality of public services in the era of globalization and regional authority, particularly in the field of health is a priority and the demands of society. This has to be supported by human resources in health facilities as the primary important factor to fulfil the qualified health services. Issues of human resources in health facilities that need attention are less efficient, effective, and professionalism in handling health problems. The seriousness of the government to anticipate and improve the quality of public services was stated with the establishment of national policies issued as a benchmark to assess the level of Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat in KEP/25/KEP/M.PAN/4/2004. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the discipline of human resources and the quality of public services in the Dental and Oral Clinic of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital in Manado.This was a descriptive analytical study with a cross-sectional design. Samples were 80 people obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable was discipline while the dependent variable was the quality of public services. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires. The result of chi square test to analyze the relatonship between discipline and the quality of public services showed a p value of 1.000 (>0.05). Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between discipline and the quality of public services in the Dental and Oral Hygiene Clinic Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital in Manado. Hal ini harus didukung oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) kesehatan yang merupakan faktor penting dan penunjang utama dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian tentang SDM kesehatan ini ialah kurang efisien, efektif, dan profesionalisme dalam menanggulangi permasalahan kesehatan. Keseriusan pemerintah untuk mengantisipasi serta memperbaiki mutu dan kualitas pelayanan publik dengan dibentuknya kebijakan nasional yang diterbitkan sebagai tolok ukur menilai tingkat mutu yaitu Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dalam Keputusan Menpan No. KEP/25/KEP/M.PAN/4/2004. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara disiplin tenaga SDM dan mutu pelayanan publik di Poliklinik Gigi dan Mulut BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 pasien diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel bebas ialah disiplin tenaga SDM di Poliklinik Gigi dan Mulut BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado, sedangkan variabel terikat ialah mutu pelayanan publik. Instrumen penelitian ialah kuesioner. Hasil uji chi square untuk mengetahui hubungan disiplin dan mutu pelayanan publik mendapatkan nilai signifikansi 1,000 (>0,05). Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara disiplin SDM dan mutu pelayanan publik di Poliklinik Gigi dan Mulut BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. The purpose of this study was to find and review the optimization of human resourcesquality in improving the performance of Islamic banking employees. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach by using primary data obtained through questionnaires to the Islamic banking customers located in Lampung. Sampling technique used in this studywas purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Analysis of the data used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the result, the study found that there are significant quality of human resources in improving the performance of Islamic banking at 10.3%. Therefore,it needs to do the optimization of human resources quality through various efforts such as the recruitment system, the planning and training given by the company toward the employees, improving the intelligence, creativity, perseverance, as well as the professionalism of the employees.

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of using a selebgram as an endorsement on purchase intention (2) the effect of consumer attitudes on purchase intention. This type of research is a causative descriptive study. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. The population in this study were students of Padang State University who have an Instagram account. The sample used was 150 people using purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study is primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that: (1) endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (2) consumer attitudes have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Keywords:  Endorsement, attitude, intention

One of the main problems encountered by the micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) is the capital of the injustice system in bank lending rates and the high cost of conventional interest rate for the borrower (micro, small, and medium enterprises). As a result, SMEs are looking for other alternatives to increase capital by proposing financing to Islamic banking. The purpose of this study is to examine the preference of SMEs to choose financing in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in the Municipality of Mataram West Nusa Tenggara and to determine the effect of each preference, as well as to determine the most dominant preference behind this preference. The object of this research is customers (SMEs actors) who have used sharia financing at the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in the municipality of Mataram West Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling, while the primary data is collected by a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that preference of SMEs in choosing Islamic finance in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in the Municipality of Mataram West Nusa Tenggara is positively and significantly driven by the intention to run the Islamic law, profit-sharing, financing terms, service of employees, and quick process of granting financing which was accounted to 87.8%. That is, provided that the intention to enforce Sharia Law is getting stronger, profit-sharing is more equitable, financing requirements is much lighter, the service by the employee is more qualified, and the process of financing is more quickly, the preference of SMEs in choosing to use Islamic finance in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in the Municipality of Mataram West Nusa Tenggara will also be higher. Among the five of preferences, the most dominantly influential preferences is a service provided by the employee, followed by a strong intention to implement Islamic law, the speed of the process of financing, financing requirements, and profit-sharing system applied.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM, untuk menguji <em>perceived organizational support</em> dalam memoderasi pengaruh <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja SDM, serta untuk menguji <em>perceived organizational support</em> dalam memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>non probability sampling</em> dengan metode <em>purposive sampling</em> terhadap 46 pegawai/SDM pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah <em>Partial Least Square</em> (PLS) yaitu SEM yang berbasis <em>variance</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>teamwork</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Begitu pula dengan disiplin kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Sementara itu, <em>perceived organizational support</em> tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderating antara <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja SDM maupun disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM.</p><p><em>The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of teamwork on the performance of Human Resources (HR), to examine the effect of work discipline on HR performance, to test perceived organizational support in moderating the effect of teamwork on HR performance, and to test perceived organizational support in moderating the influence of discipline work on HR performance. Source of data used in this study are primary data. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method for 46 employees/HR at the Office of State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL) Semarang. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), which is SEM based on variance.The results showed that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Similarly, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support is not proven as a moderating variable between teamwork on HR performance and work discipline on HR performance.</em></p>

Tourism Indonesia is ranked 7th in the world for best tourism tourism visit in 2019, the Government's commitment to make tourism as a choir in development accelerates the increase of Indonesia's competitiveness up 8 points from the top 50 to 42 Lombok as a priority tourist destination begins to improve in the development of facilities and tourism infrastructure including its human resources. The city of Mataram as a buffer for special economic zones has the highest number of units and hotel rooms among districts and cities in West Nusa Tenggara has the second highest number of workers after West Lombok regency with 1,993 hotel rooms with 363 workers and no workers foreign, so Education is very important in improving the quality of human resources (HR). The development of tourism facilities and infrastructure needs to be balanced with the need for professional and competent human resources in the field of tourism, especially in the field of hotel and restaurant accommodation. It will be a problem if the human resources employed do not attempt to identify, map competency levels, gaps, and penta helic models for developing HR competencies for tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector in the city of Mataram. The purpose of this study is 1). To identify tourism workers in the hotel sector and 2). To analyze the level of competency of tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector, 3). To analyze the gap between human resources and the competencies of tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector. 4). To build a penta helic model of HR competencies for tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector in the city of Mataram. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative research methods with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used by data collection through observation, interviews, surveys, and expert justification, with descriptive analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study were identified competency indicators referring to the SKKNI based on the Determination of Indonesian National Work Competency Standards in the Tourism Sector in the Hotel and Restaurant Sectors. In the area of work receiving and processing reservations, reception, room preparation, providing accommodation services, providing restaurant services, and Cook food services. Tourism competency profile of tourism workers as a whole has not obtained a perfect score of 5, meaning that the real competence of employees is still below the expected competence. Mapping the gap of tourism workers is carried out through the vocational education institution (LPK) capacity building strategy, and the HR competency improvement strategy through the LPK so that the involvement of the government, employers, academics, and media in the penta helic model is very effective as a reference in the development of tourism HR. The conclusion of this research is the obligation of the company to provide training (on the job and off the job training), set national competency standards, educational and training institutions each have a role, and refer to the penta helic model in the development of Tourism HR

In this era, a lot of activities that can not be separated from the practice of cheating or fraud , no exception In the government . Inspektorat Sumenep is the leading institution of internal Local Government in preventing and detecting fraud in the Local Government appropiate Perbup Sumenep No. 29 of 2008 . Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep need attention on the issue . This is due to Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep an agency with the largest number of assets and managing large budgets . These conditions led to the formulation of the problem is How Inspektorat Sumenep role in preventing and detecting fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep. This study used a qualitative approach in which the focus of this study is Inspektorat role in preventing and detecting fraud at Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . Primary data obtained by direct interviews with the parties directly related to the determination of the source of research data in a qualitative study using nonprobability sampling . The sampling technique used was purposive sampling . The conclusion of this study, role of the Inspektorat Sumenep in the prevention of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep still not maximal . This is due to Inspektorat Sumenep not supervise from the planning / budgeting and not optimal in overseeing and assisting the implementation of the SPIP as an instrument of fraud prevention in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . The role of Inspektorat Sumenep in the detection of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep done by conducting an audit of financial and asset management in each financial year.Keywords: fraud, government, inspektorat.

This article is based on annotated translation. Annotated translation is a translation with commentary. The objective of this article is to find out strategies that was employed in translating in Personal Pronoun I and You in the novel The Sins of Father by Jeffry Archer. The research used qualitative method with retrospective and introspective as research approached. The syntactic strategies by Chesterman is employ as tools of analysis. The result shows that from 25 data, there are 5 primary data which are taken using purposive sampling technique. There are 3 word ‘I’ and 2 word ‘You’, which all the data has the same translation principle and strategies.
