This study aims to analyze school well-being, emotional intelligence and student engagement in learning. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The study population was 768 students of SMP Negeri 1 Padang and the research sample consisted of 201 students who were taken using random sampling technique. The instruments that used were arranged based on the constructs of the three variables, namely school well-being, emotional intelligence and student engagement in learning that had met the validity and reliability requirements. The research data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The findings of the study show that: (1) in average, student engagement in learning is in the high category, (2) school well-being and emotional intelligence are also in the high category, (3) the contribution of school well-being to student engagement in learning by 48.2%, (4) the contribution of emotional intelligence to student engagement in learning by 57%, and (5) the contribution of school well-being and emotional intelligence together to student engagement in learning by 62.1%. The implications of the research results can be used as a basis in the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs.

This study aims to describe and analyze self-efficacy, social support, and teacher readiness to face retirement. The research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this research is 125 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau, and the research sample is 95 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The data analysis process uses the help of the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: (1) self-efficacy contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement with an effective contribution of 28.1%, (2) social support contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement by 21.6% (3) self-efficacy and social support simultaneously. collectively contributed 31.5% to teachers' readiness to face retirement. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku belajar, motivasi belajar, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap keberhasilan mahasiswa akuntansi meraih gelar sarjana. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menguji antar variabel dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda, tetapi sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap instrument penelitian serta uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, heterokedastisitas dan multikolinearitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi pada perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di provinsi Bali berjumlah 8.652 orang pada tahun 2018. Teknik sampling dibantu dengan rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 100 orang mahasiswa yang tersebar diseluruh Kabupaten di Provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perilaku belajar, motivasi belajar, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberhasilan mahasiswa akuntansi meraih gelar sarjana.Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan spiritual, sarjana akuntansiABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of learning behavior, learning motivation, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the success of accounting students achieving a bachelor's degree. This research was conducted using quantitative methods through surveys using questionnaires. To refer between variables, multiple linear regression tests were carried out, but the validity and reliability of the research instruments and the classical assumption tests were carried out which included tests of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The population of this study is accounting students in state and private universities in the province of Bali, amounting to 8,652 people in 2018. The sampling technique is assisted by the Slovin formula so that a sample of 100 students is spread throughout the regencies of Bali Province. The results of this study are learning behavior, learning motivation, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on the success of accounting students achieving a bachelor's degree.Keywords: emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, bachelor of accounting

This study aims to determine the level ofaddiction game in students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The population of the study was all students of SMP N 25 in Padang City, amounting to 739 people, a sample of 266 people selected using the stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.870 (addiction game). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study show (1)addiction game to students is generally in the high category, (2) the implementation of guidance and counseling can be designed guidance and counseling service programs to reduce the level of game addiction to students.

Contribution of academic self-concept and parental social support to learning motivation. This research is motivated by the low student motivation. Academic self-concept and parental social support are thought to have an effect on student motivation. This study aims to describe: (1) academic self-concept, (2) parental social support, (3) student learning motivation, (4) Contribution of academic self-concept to student learning motivation, (5) contribution of parental social support to student learning motivation , and (6) the contribution of academic self-concept and parents' social support together on learning motivation. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was students of class X and XI at SMKN 6 Padang, totaling 983 students, a sample of 284 students, who were selected by using cluster random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that academic self-concept and parental social support together have a significant effect on learning motivation at SMKN 6 Padang by 64.5%. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a needs analysis in making Guidance and Counseling service programs at SMKN 6 Padang.

This study aims to analyze (1) learning achievement, emotional intelligence and social support of parents, (2) the contribution of emotional intelligence and social support both individually and collectively to student achievement behavior. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The study population was 436 students of SMK Country 3 Padang. The research sample was 209 students who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The instrument uses a scale of emotional intelligence, and social support from parents and the results of the students' mid-semester value recap. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, multiple regression. The results of the study proved that: (1) emotional intelligence contributed 31.5% to student achievement, (2) parents' social support contributed 27.6% to student achievement, (3) emotional intelligence, shared parent social support contributed on student achievement as much as 33.4%. The implication of the results of this study can be used as input for making guidance and counseling service programs in improving student learning achievement.

The research was backgrounded by still low level of the learning motivation of students. The self-concept and parental support suspectted to affect the learning motivation of students. This research aims to describe : (1) the self-concepts, (2) parental support, (3) learning motivation of students, (4) the contribution of the self-concept toward the learning motivation of students, (5) the parental support contributions toward the learning motivation of students, and (6) the contribution of self-concept and parental support together against to the learning motivation of students. This study used a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The population of this research was students of SMA Negeri 8 Padang in class XI and XII which totaled 464 people. The number of samples are 215 people, selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used is the scale. Results validity and reliability of the instrument self-concept, parental support, and learning motivation of student stated that valid and reliable research instruments. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The findings showed that: (1) the average description of self-concepts are in positive category, (2) an average description of parental support are in high category, (3) description of the learning motivation of students are in high category, (4) there is contribution of self-concept toward the learning motivation of students by 24.2%, (5) there is contribution of parental support toward the learning motivation of students by 18.8%, and (6) there are contributions of self-concept and parental support together toward the learning motivation of students amounted to 30.7%. Implications of the research results can be used as input to create a program of guidance and counseling services.

This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence of female students who wear the full face veil. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was carried out with a total sampling of 38 students who wore the veil from several universities in Indonesia. The research instrument uses a Likert-shaped Emotional Intelligence Scale owned by Dika Sahputra. Questionnaires are distributed online through the Google Forms application from November 2019 to January 2020. The results showed that in general the emotional intelligence of students who wore the full face veil was in the high category. These results can be used as a basis for making programs for guidance and counseling services in tertiary institutions, as well as being the basis for policy making for university leaders and the government towards female students and women who use the full face veil

The objective of this study was to identify learning styles of students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey method. The variable in this study is a single variable , namely the identification of student learning styles. The study population is students of Guidance and Counseling FKIP Pattimura University totaling 388 people. Samples were used as samples in the amount of 10% of the population of 39 people. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Learning styles questionnaire prepared based on the opinion of De Poter & Hernacki is used as a data collection tool. Learning styles identified as visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. Data analysis techniques in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis methods. Based on the survey results revealed that students of guidance and counseling FKIP Pattimura University has a tendency to one learning style. Of the 39 students found that 6 students had a tendency visual learning style, 20 students have a tendency to auditory learning style, 1 student has a tendency kinestheticlearning style, and 12 students have a tendency to mix between learning styles and learning styles visual auditorylearning styles.

The implementation of guidance and counseling services cannot be separated from various factors that can influence. The purpose of this study is to study what factors can affect the implementation of guidance and counseling program services in high school. This study uses descriptive research with survey methods. Data collection techniques used through the instrument contained a questionnaire. The results of the study show that the guidance and counseling program has been well prepared. But the implementation of guidance and counseling is still not good, and this is characterized by high factors that influence the implementation of guidance and counseling service programs. The following are the percentages obtained, among others: personal factors consisting of the competence of the counselor get a percentage of 73% according to the high category; 71% depending on the high category; homeroom teacher obtained a percentage of 79% in the high category; subject teachers earn a percentage of 75%. Non-personal factors consisting of the BK program obtained a percentage of 70 with a high category; Facilities and infrastructure have a percentage of 77% in the high category.

This research is motivated by the low ability of the students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in communicating well interpersonal. Self-confidence and peer conformity are factors that are thought to affect interpersonal communication. This study aims to describe: (1) self-confidence, peer conformity, and interpersonal communication, (2) the contribution of self-confidence to interpersonal communication, (3) the contribution of peer conformity to interpersonal communication, (4) the contribution of confidence and peer conformity. peers together on interpersonal communication. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was all students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal, amounting to 1130 people, a sample of 295 people, who were selected by proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The research findings show that: (1) on average, students 'self-confidence is in the high category, (2) peer conformity is in the high category, (3) students' interpersonal communication is in the good category, (4) self-confidence contributes 47.8 % towards interpersonal communication, (5) peer conformity contributes to interpersonal communication by 19.2%, and (6) peer confidence and conformity together contribute to interpersonal communication by 49.5%
