This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the effect of financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of students of the Economics Faculty of Padang State University 2) the effect of self-control on the consumptive behavior of students of the Economics Faculty of Padang State University, and 3) the effect of financial literacy on self-control. This type of research is an inferential descriptive study. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 86 students. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that (1) financial literacy has a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students of the Economics Faculty of Padang State University, (2) Self-control has a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students in the Economics Faculty of Padang State University, and (3) Financial literacy has a significant effect on self-control of students in the Economics Faculty of State University field.Abstrak ditulis salam bahasa inggris, menggunakan jenis huruf Palatino Linotype 10 pt spasi satu,  Max 200 kata.Keywords : financial literacy, self-control, consumptive behavior

This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge and investment motivation on investment interests of students Economic Education, Economics Faculty, Padang State University. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The population of this study were 411 students from the Economics Faculty, Padang State University, 2016-1018. The sampling technique is Propositional Random Sampling with a sample of 80 students. The analysis technique used is path analysis "Path Analysis". The results showed that: 1) Investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment motivation of students of Economic Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang 2) Knowledge of investment has a significant effect on investment interests of students Economics Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang 4) Investment knowledge and investment motivation have a significant effect on the investment interests of students of Economic Education at State University of Padang. Keywords: investment knowledge, investment motivation and investment interest

Abstract This research was conducted at the Jakarta State University Economic Education Student. The method used in this research is the survey method and correlational approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic literacy and self-control on the consumptive behavior of economics faculty students at Jakarta State University. The type of data used is primary data. The study population was all students of the faculty of economics at UNJ. The sampling technique of this research is the Simple Random Sampling method with a sample of 98 students. Data analysis in this study was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The coefficient of determination obtained by 27% of the consumer behavior variable as the dependent variable is determined by economic literacy and self-control as independent variations, while 73% of the consumer behavior variation is determined by other factors. The calculation results conclude there is an influence of economic literacy and self-control on the consumptive behavior of economics faculty students at Jakarta State University. Keywords: Economic literacy, Self-control and consumptive behavior   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survey dan pendekatan korelasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan self control terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Jenis data yang digunanakan adalah data primer. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi UNJ. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode Simple Random Sampling dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 98 mahasiswa. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 27% variabel perilaku konsumtif sebagai variabel dependen ditentukan oleh literasi ekonomi dan self control sebagai variasi independen, sedangkan 73% variasi perilaku konsumtif ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lainnya. Hasil perhitungan menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan self control terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Jakarta.   Kata kunci : Literasi ekonomi, Self control dan perilaku konsumtif

This research aims to determine if there is influence of peer group, parents’ role, religiosity, and financial literacy towards consumption behavior among the students of Economics Faculty, Universitas Negeri Semarang in the academic year 2013. The population in this research was the students of Economics Faculty of Semarang State University in the Academic Year 2013. The number of the samples in this research was 250 students based on proportional random sampling technique. This research used quantitative approach. The method of data analysis used was descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of the research based on Amos showed that the peer group influence towards consumption behavior was 34.5%, parents’ role towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, financial literacy towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, peer group towards financial literacy was 14%, parents’ role towards religiosity was 22.3%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there was influence of peer group, parents’ role, religiosity, and financial literacy towards consumption behavior, whereas in peer group towards students’ financial literacy had no influence. The suggestions were the students should minimize the conformity or interaction level with their friends who cause negative impact and the parents should keep controlling the students’ consumption behavior naturally.

The purpose of this study was to determine financial literacy and lifestyle as well as self-control on the consumptive behavior of Economic Education students at UNP Kediri. This research approach used a quantitative approach as well as descriptive research techniques and multiple linear regressions. The sample collection used was a purposive sampling technique totaling 46 students. The results of this study indicated that financial literacy had a positive effect and had a significant value on student consumptive behavior, this can be seen in the value of Sig 0.027 <0.05. This lifestyle had a positive effect and had a significant value on the consumptive behavior of students, this could be seen in the value of Sig 0.038 <0.05. Self-control had a positive effect and had a significant value also on the consumptive behavior of students, this could be seen in the value of Sig 0.002 <0.05. Financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control had a significant and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students, this could be seen in the value of Sig 0.000 <0.05. This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.

This research aimed for: describing factor that cause of the durating of student completing the thesis in Economic Faculty on State University of Padang. The type of this research is descriptive cuantitative. Population of this researh is the student of Economic Faculty on State university of Padang generatin 2010-2013 where they are complete their thesis. Data collection’s technique with questionarie which use proportional random sampling technique. Sampel for this research is 81 student. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, and exploratory analysis factor.The result from this reseach identify cause the length of the student completing their thesis in Economic Faculty on State University of Padang, and  analysis factors being caused is psycological factors, campus environtment factors, family factors, interaction with friend factors, and  attention factors. The dominant factor of this research is psycological factors with variabels effective and efficient guidance, less discipline on guidance, more inquired, attention, guidance schedule, interested, motivation, and readiness. The dominant factor make student long to completing their thesis is quidance schedule. The development of technology is related to people's behavior in Indonesia. Indonesian people, especially the younger generation, are very fond of social media. Besides used to communicate, send emails, social media is also used to online shopping. This is evidenced by the growing number of marketplaces in Indonesia such as Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Shoppee, Lazada and the others. This study aims to determine the effect of life style, self control and financial literacy on consumptive behavior in online shopping. This research is a quantitative study using explanatory design. The sample used was FEB students in East Surabaya. Sample data that can be used are 102 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data collection using questionnaire distribution techniques using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that life style had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior in doing online shopping. While self control and financial literacy variables negatively and significantly affect consumer behavior in doing online shopping.

This research is quantitative. The population of this research was all of Micro Enterprises in Kulon Progo Regency. The sample of this research were 156 micro-entrepreneurs in the Kulonprogo district. This research used a simple random sampling technique to get the data. The researcher used a questionnaire as the instrument, which tested both its validity and its reliability. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Chi-Square test. The result showed, the majority of respondents had knowledge (79,5%), and the ability of financial literacy (80,8%) was categorized in the high-level category. There was a no different level of financial literacy for the micro-entrepreneur in Kulon Progo Regency based on the gender.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kesadaran mahasiswa tentang  pentingnya penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dari segi diri sendiri dalam penerapan ergonomi kerja dan pemakaian alat pelindung diri saat melaksanakan pratik di workshop tata busana Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di workshop tata busana terhadap diri sendiri. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Tata Busana Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang dari tahun 2016-2018 yang terdaftar periode Juli-Desember 2019 sebanyak 222 orang mahasiswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate statified random sampling  berjumlah 69 orang mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja tehadap diri sendiri berada pada kategori cukup baik yaitu 74,94%. Hal ini menunjukkan mahasiswa berpersepsi bahwa mahasiswa dalam menerapkan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap diri sendiri di workshop tata busana sudah cukup baik.  Kata Kunci: persepsi, kesehatan, keselamatan kerja.AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of student awareness about the importance of the application of occupational health and safety in terms of themselves to the application of work ergonomics and the use of personal protective equipment when carrying out practices in the fashion workshop workshop of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Padang State University. The purpose of this study is to describe students' perceptions of the application of occupational health and safety in self-dress fashion workshops. The methodology used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The study population was students of the Family Welfare Clothing Management School of Tourism and Hospitality of Padang State University from 2016-2018 who registered the period July-December 2019 as many as 222 students and the sampling technique using proportionate statified random sampling was 69 students. The data analysis technique used SPSS 16. The results showed that students' perceptions of the application of occupational health and safety to themselves were in the quite good category, 74.94%. This shows that students perceive that students in applying health and safety to themselves in fashion workshops are good enough.Keywords: perception, occupational, health safety.

Consumptive behavior can negatively affect family welfare. Financial literacy is one of the factors which may affect family financial management behavior. This family financial may differ across ethnic groups due to the different characters and principles of life among them. This study aimed to examine the effect of financial literacy on family financial management using ethnic as a moderating variable. This study uses a questionnaire instrument that is distributed to 140 respondents of Javanese in Madiun residency and 96 respondents of Bugis at Makassar, East Sulawesi. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. This research use purposive sampling and convenience sampling as the sampling technique. The result of this study shows that financial literacy positively affect family financial management behavior, while ethnic does not moderate the effect of financial literacy on family financial management behavior. This study suggests that families, both Javanese and Bugis, need to enhance their financial literacy to enable them to manage their finance well so that they can improve their welfare.
